5 NEW Features That ALL Players HATE in Clash Royale!!

And today we're gonna be going over five things that the community

Dislikes about this brand-new clash Royale update now overall

There isn't a lot to complain about like this update was super awesome

It's probably the best update they've done for months

But I've been reading reddit post and I've been reading a lot of comments on YouTube and I've noticed a few things

That a lot of people are pretty upset about

So I figured you know what? Let's just throw this all into a list and break it down one by one

Now before we begin if you think this update is like super badass and just super awesome. Leave a like down below

So in this most recent update we actually got two brand-new really unique cards the first one the royal hogs

Essentially, it's just like a swarm of mini hog riders

and then we also got the giant snowball which is kind of like a mixture of a

Fireball and an ice spirit both of these though are different than like any of the current cards inside of clash

Normally whenever a new card is released. There's always a challenge to unlock it

But with these two cards supercell decided to mix it up and on top of the tournament

They just straight-up let you unlock this card from chest. So you may be asking yourself like Eclipse

Do you hate the new cards? Like what the hell is wrong with you so far this sounds amazing

The only problem with all card releases in general like not just these two is that it takes forever

to just to level them up and the cards are just

Useless for so long like in order for me to upgrade my giant

snowball from level 1 all the way until like level 10 or 11

Without gems and assuming I win this challenge

It's gonna take such a long time to even get like any joy from the new releases now

I think I have a pretty easy solution to this. So supercell releases two new cards

Let's say you unlock them both and their level 1 what if when you unlock like a brand new released card?

It was just sort of like automatically where it should be leveled at

So let's say most of your comments are like level 10

the new card would be level 10 for like a week or two that way it kind of gives you time to

Collect cards and level it up to where it actually should be now. Yes this can kind of be

Overpowered and I would see why they wouldn't want to add this

But the main point in number one is that upgrading new card sucks dead

Here we have card requests and I'm not talking about people requesting for like a spirits or bats or like any

Basic card I'm talking about when your entire clan requests for the two new cards

Like here's a screenshot. I took earlier this morning if my clan chat is still screwed up

I'll probably throw up a video of that too, but everyone is just requesting for the new cards

So you have two options you can be a nice guy

And donate or you can be greedy and save the cards

If you donate you're gonna run out of cards, and you'll never be able to upgrade yours, and if you're greedy

the requests will just sit there in your chat and it's really just like

Unappealing to the eye. So yeah card requests you suck

After two years of waiting

Supercell finally dropped some brand new

Hilarious emotes and to be honest, I loved them most of the community loves them

But what people are upset about is the fact that they cost money now

Like I see why supercell charges some money for emotes, but I was reading a lot of the comments and everyone's like oh my god

supercell is trying to be like

epic games and copy for tonight with the modes and I was just thinking to myself like this is by far the

Stupidest argument I've ever seen like clash Royale versus for tonight first off two things completely

Unrelated but then clash Royale gets called a copycat because they charge money for an in-game purchase

I don't know seems kind of like a stupid argument

But a good solution to like fix people getting pissed off about in-game purchases is make them

Unlockable from other methods as well. That way if you want to pay you can go ahead and do that

But let's say there was like a special quest or maybe a different type of chess that kated poor emotes

I can guarantee you a lot of players wouldn't be as mad because then everyone can have access to these

Member - you know, I was just hyping up this card challenge in the beginning of the video

I'm like

Yes

Supercell is the best

They're letting us get this card early like how much more clutch can

Supercell possibly give but my only problem with this challenge is why does it have to be draft like draft is my least

Favorite game modes and that's primarily because it's pretty luck based

If you're not too skilled, like if you're a top - your player really good

It doesn't really matter which cards you really draft and pretty much win every time but if you renew

But maybe similar skills to me when you're in a draft

you can get like the most perfect deck, but still you just get your ass kicked every

Single time. So my solution to this pretty simple just don't make it a draft challenge

I'm pretty sure the electro is your challenge way back in the day pretty much made you use the card

But you got to choose the other seven cards like they could be whatever you want

So I feel like if they implemented that concept into like the royal hog

And snowball challenge a lot more people would not only win the challenge. I'm also sure a lot more people would enjoy it

That is the hero still haven't come out yet

So for those of you who are maybe a little bit out of the loop about a month ago

Maybe even like two months ago the barbarian king and the archer Queen were actually found in the clash royale game vials

So this was like a pretty big leap. So like we know heroes are coming out

It's just we don't really know when a lot of them were expecting it to come out in this June update

But instead we got royal hogs and the snowball I'm really happy with both of those but still it isn't

heroes

so my prediction is that the next clash Royale update will be in August because

Supercell usually doesn't update every other month

So if the next update is in August

I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that we just may see heroes then now guys that was the end of for today's list

Make Playing Bar Chords Easier With One Simple Movement - Duration: 4:00.

Hi there, I'm Graehme Floyd and in this video

I'm going to show you a simple movement that you can use

to help make playing bar chords just a little bit easier

Learning to play bar chords can be a real pain

Compared to playing open chords that you learn in the early stages of playing guitar

bar chords seem impossible

however difficult they may be bar chords are super important for you to get down as a guitarist and

They'll allow you to play chords that you otherwise wouldn't be able to play just using open chords

When I teach my guitar students Barre chords, there's one particular aspect that they all seem to struggle with

Namely using the first finger to press down all the strings of the guitar at once and having them ring out cleanly

when first trying to play the chords

They'll usually try to pull against the neck or use the wrist or the arm or the elbow or the shoulder

To try to put more pressure on the strings and although you get a little bit more force

ultimately it just doesn't work terribly well

To help me playing Barre chords a little easier. I want you to try this simple movement

Using your fretting hand make an "Okay" symbol by placing the tip of your index finger against your thumb

once in this position lightly, press the index finger against the thumb while the thumb resists

your thumb won't move but the smallest knuckle of your index finger will flatten out

Relax the finger and the knuckle will raise back up returning to the starting position

This is the movement you want to use when playing Barre chords

as the index finger and the thumb are doing the work to push the strings down

Using this movement with Barre chords on your guitar is essentially the same

The only difference is that you now have the neck of the guitar between your thumb and the index finger

When you flatten out the index finger

It will more evenly press down the strings that you're trying to Barre

and make it that much easier for them to ring out

Practice doing this wiggling motion with the index finger and the thumb until you can freely control it

This movement works for two three and four string bar chords

but when it comes to five and six string bar chords

We need to adjust the movement just a little bit

We're going to use this "Okay" exercise again

but the starting position is going to be a little different

make the okay symbol with your thumb and index finger again

But this time instead of placing the tip of the index finger on the thumb

You're going to stretch out the fingers and place the pad of the index finger against the thumb

Once in this position you will once again lightly press with the index finger against the thumb to have it flattened out

However, this time it'll be the entire index finger that flattens and not just a single knuckle

Keep in mind that because your fingers are extended

this motion is going to be much more subtle than the first position

So your index finger is going to move up and down in a much much smaller space

with this position

You'll be able to flatten out the finger across five and even six strings

Possibly even more if you play an a seven or eight string guitar

Spend time practicing both of these movements until they become automatic.

I hope this quick tip has helped to make playing Barre chords a little bit easier for you

Use an open-end wrench №24. Loosen the lock nut securing the tie rod end to the tie rod.

Use a socket №18. Unscrew the end fastening nut to the steering knuckle.

Use a special puller to take the tie rod end out.

Screw the end out of the tie rod.

Screw on a new tie rod end.

Use a socket №18.Tighten the clamp nut on a new tie rod end.

That's why there's not really that much of a cans in Finland lying around

because they are worth a lot of money.

Today I will bring here very special barbecue

There is a piece of beef on my hand

to do beef steak on rock

and now I am about to put seasoning on it to make it soaked, then start to do barbecue

And now I will use pepper from the forest

Now I start to marinate the piece of beef

Is Dairy Bad For You? - The Truth About Milk - Duration: 8:45.

This video is brought to you by Squarespace Not too long ago, we've been led to believe

that dairy undoubtedly does a body good.

And, we've been quite receptive to it, even as far as labeling it as its own fundamental

food group.

But, as society tends to do to nutrition, today, those long-held dairy beliefs have

been heavily challenged.

In this video, we're going to dive into the research to better understand this notorious

cattle concoction.

First, let's break down the contents found in dairy and its potential benefits.

One of the most important contents is dairy's high-quality protein.

The dairy proteins whey and casein are both extremely popular within the fitness industry

as protein powder supplements aiding in muscle growth.

The research specifically on whey have linked it to improving insulin function, lowering

triglycerides and lowering blood pressure.

Casein has its own unique property, being a slow-digesting protein that supports not

only muscle growth, but also muscle preservation.

Dairy also contains immune system-supporting proteins known as immunoglobulins.

The high protein in dairy can also help improve satiation, thus help you eat less and lose

weight.

We also have a good dose of healthy fats in dairy like conjugated linoleic acid, which

might help suppress appetite, omega-3 fatty acids, purported to impose numerous cardiovascular

health benefits, and trans-palmitoleic acid, believed to have protective properties against

diabetes.

Dairy's fat composition, though, is heavily influenced by a cow's genetics and diet.

Dairy produced by organic grass-fed cows tend to carry more of these healthy fats, while

conventional grain-fed cows produce dairy with more saturated fats.

And of course, dairy also contains many important MICROnutrients, like calcium, potassium, fat-soluble

vitamins A and D, vitamin B12, riboflavin, iodine, and magnesium.

Clearly, dairy is quite stacked with health benefits.

But what about its potential health risks?

The one clear risk we know for sure is the common issue of lactose intolerance, where

one lacks the enzymes to properly digest and absorb the dairy sugars galactose and lactose.

Instead, it passes directly into our large intestines, causing issues like stomach cramps,

bloating, and diarrhea.

Some even report sinus infections and mucus development.

Roughly 65% of the human population have some degree of lactose intolerance.

Its highest prevalence is among people of East Asian descent, where it affects more

than 90% of adults.

On the other hand, in populations with a longstanding dependency on dairy products, like Northern

Europeans, lactose intolerance is as low as 5%.

Another purported risk is cardiovascular disease.

Dairy does contain saturated fats and cholesterol, both of which in high consumption are linked

to heart disease.

But this is more so a matter of excessive consumption rather than a problem attributed

to dairy itself.

At moderate dairy intakes in an overall healthy diet, cardiovascular disease isn't much

of an issue.

One systematic overview of 10 cohort studies concluded that drinking milk may actually

decrease the risk of heart disease.

And as mentioned before, dairy from organic, grass-fed cows contain more of the healthy

fats that can actually improve cardiovascular health.

What about claims that dairy is acidic?

Some researchers have hypothesized that dairy might acidify our bodies from its high protein

and phosphate content, potentially landing to a detrimental bone health.

However, the scientific literature does not support these claims since dairy does not

produce acid when metabolized nor cause metabolic acidosis.

Overall, acid-base changes in our bodies are not directly influenced by our diet.

There are more observational studies, though, showing that dairy consumption doesn't exactly

harm nor improve our bone health, quashing old beliefs that milk makes stronger bones.

The biggest point against dairy made by anti-dairy advocates is dairy's hormone content.

Two of which are estrogen and bovine growth hormones.

The theory is that both are potential causes for cancer.

But is that actually true?

Fortunately, these hormones are broken into peptides by the liver before ever getting

into our blood circulation.

It's only in extremely high consumption levels do we see an actual change in our own

blood levels of these hormones.

But based on a mice study, we're talking about concentrations 1000 times more than

what's found in milk.

On top of that, bovine growth hormone, specifically, isn't even biologically active in humans.

Essentially, unless you're directly injecting these hormones into your body, they're not

going to do much of anything.

However, another hormone found in dairy, known as insulin growth factor 1, or IGF-1 for short,

is a bit different.

Our body itself creates IGF-1 since it is rather important for cognitive development

and bone growth.

IGF-1 also has the desirable function of stimulating the growth of lean muscle tissue.

But it also stimulates the growth of cells in general… potentially even CANCER cells.

High dairy consumption, especially from cows given a synthetic version of bovine growth

hormones, do in fact increase blood IGF-1 levels by anywhere between 2 to 10%.

However, the current research on the relationship of IGF-1 and cancer is… inconsistent.

Some show an increased risk association while others show a potentially lower association

risk.

These inconsistencies are likely not concerning enough to undermine the evidence-supported

cognitive and anabolic benefits of IGF-1.

Also, practically any other protein-rich food can increase IGF-1 levels, so it isn't exactly

a dairy-unique issue.

In the big picture, we might be better off to have at least some dietary IGF-1, in which

dairy can help.

In terms of cancer and dairy in general, findings again remain inconsistent.

The American Institute of Cancer Research concluded that milk probably protects against

certain cancers like colorectal cancer while having only limited evidence linking milk

to cancers like prostate cancer.

Even then, dairy-related cancer findings are only associations.

We have no data showing any causal relationships.

Clearly, more research is definitely needed in this matter.

Now, let's revisit: based on the findings, is dairy good or bad?

The answer, is, unsurprisingly, "it depends."

First and foremost, it depends on your personal dairy and lactose tolerance.

Avoid dairy if you have clear adverse reactions to it.

Keep in mind though, not all dairy products are the same.

Some dairy items, like swiss cheese and concentrated whey protein supplements, have very little

lactose and galactose in it, making it tolerable for some dairy sensitive individuals.

It will be up to you to try out different dairy products to see what you can personally

tolerate.

Outside of tolerance, dairy being good or bad depends again on the dairy product.

Generally, highly processed, high-calorie dairy products filled with sugar ARE overall

bad for you and should be avoided when possible.

Fermented dairy products, on the other, like plain yogurt and cultured cheeses, are exceptionally

great, even containing probiotics that can help support a healthy gut.

Products like milk, cottage cheese, and sour cream, all fall somewhere in between.

In my opinion, it's clear that the overall benefits of dairy abundantly outweigh the

overall potential harms.

We KNOW that dairy contains many nutrients vital to both our health and fitness.

Outside of lactose intolerance, we have seen very mixed evidence supporting the severity

of dairy's harms.

That being said, for the people that can tolerate it, moderate dairy intake overall is indeed

good for you and can be a solid piece to your dietary puzzle.

Fortunately, even if you choose to avoid dairy for other reasons, like ethical reasons or

simply not finding it tasteful, then that's completely fine.

There are plenty of other non-dairy food choices that can provide the very same nutrients that

make dairy great.

Ultimately, the choice of consuming dairy or not, are in your hands.

McDonald's® | Double Bacon Smokehouse Burger Review! 🥓🍔💯 - Duration: 4:23.

hey everyone it's Ian K back again with another one for ya this time here at

McDonald's to take a look at their brand new signature crafted burger the all new

double bacon smokehouse and guys this thing looks completely loaded let's pop

the top of this toasted brioche bun to take a look on the inside and already we

are greeted with plenty of fried onion strings guys on what they're describing

as a mild sweet mustard sauce looking really really nice there plenty of

applewood smoked bacon essentially a double portion and that's all on top of

two quarter pound fresh never frozen beef patties that are cooked when you

order them separated with two slices of white cheddar which looks really really

nice already underneath that is what's described as bacon onion sauce and if

you look closely you'll see little bits of bacon in there it looks really nice

so definitely a loaded looking new burger here on the menu for the

signature crafted recipes at McDonald's let's give this one a go and see if the

flavor delivers hey let's get one more shot before we take that first bite

because why not I mean look at all the meaty cheesy goodness here guys this

burger looks really glorious I am definitely diving in it's the double

bacon smokehouse brand new here at McDonald's oh my god

that is some seriously juicy fresh never frozen beef guys I mean you've got like

a half pound of it here with the two quarter pound patties on top of all the

bacon goodness insane flavor already nice sweetness that I'm getting from

that bacon sauce that's actually really really tasty a little bit of the

crunchiness of the onions on top of it not tasting the cheese as always because

of the heavy smoke flavor that I'm getting from the applewood smoked bacon

and that bacon sauce I'm going in again this is ridiculously good mmm

you know insane seems to be my word lately but there's really no other way

to describe this one guys obviously the fresh never frozen beef is making a huge

difference with this one and when you're getting the smokiness of all of that

bacon the crispness of the onions and a really really nice sweet bacon sauce on

the very bottom I got to say overall this is really really a killer version

of what a smokehouse burger should be let me just try one of these fried

crispy onions with that sweet mustard sauce yeah when you have those crispy

onions with them out sweet mustard sauce by themselves you taste a little bit

more of the bite from the mustard but it really doesn't stand out because

personally I didn't really get a lot of that on here overall

I'm not complaining guys it's a lot of meat it's a lot of cheese it's plenty of

applewood smoked bacon I'm so glad I got this right now let me give you one more

quick close-up for this one guys I venture to guess you're probably pretty

hungry right now and if you happen to be watching this review after hours please

accept my humble apologies definitely get to McDonald's tomorrow morning ASAP

and enjoy this one it is seriously good let me just say I'm super glad that

McDonald's has finally returned back to preparing their meat fresh never frozen

like I did back in the day because I do believe that's the catalyst that makes

this burger work extremely well on top of all the smokiness of the bacon you

definitely can't go wrong with that and when it's as crispy as the Applewood

smoked bacon is on this burger that's only the highlight on top of everything

else in here and as usual can't really taste the cheese but that's OK because

it's doing its best to hold everything together and hey all that goodness is on

the inside of their usual semi toasted brioche style bun as part of the

signature crafted series here at Mickey D's so very solid on this one and let me

just say if you have a choice to get this in the single or the double because

you do you have that option get the double you are definitely gonna thank me

for it and as for the overall rating is if you don't know what this one's gonna

get I'm gonna have to give the double bacon smokehouse here at McDonald's a

well-deserved 10 out of 10 sweet mustard sauce aside everything else

completely works in this burger with the exception of the flavor of the cheese

but I'm telling you you are not gonna miss it one bit because everything else

is just so flavorful and if you're a bacon lover like most of you guys

probably are you have a lot to look forward to with this one because it

delivers that in spades highly recommended so before I get back to

polishing this one off because this is not gonna last long at all drop some
