[Laughter] - Ek eklan oki!

- Uh, yeah, I should hope so.

I mean, I've been here almost four years now, so--

- Four years? So there's no way to escape?

- Um... well, I suppose--

Well, there's probably--

Oh, gosh, I mean... I don't know.

- What do you mean you don't know, idiot?

Haven't you even tried?

- [Chuckling] Oh, no, no, no, no.

I'm not their captive.

I'm doing my doctoral dissertation on the Mua Mua.

I'm an anthropologist.

Nipple Piercing - Duration: 10:44.

Hello everybody and welcome back to my channel

I am Tata Herlou and if you are not yet subscribed

I don't know what you're waiting for

Feel free to like , share and comment below

Spread the word (to your friends ...)

Today we will talk about a subject

which was highly requested

and I thought why not make a video

which will answer to all the questions

Like you already saw on the title

I'll talk about my nipple piercing

Because , Yes . I have a nipple piercing

I assume this choice

and I claim it . Throughout this video

I will try to answer the questions that are usually

asked by people who see me with

and who have questions about it and also

also for those who are afraid of being pierced

First question about my nipple piercing :

does it hurt ?

IT DOES ! It really really hurts

I have never been sensitive

to this part of my body

but it really hurts ! I didn't do both

There are some pepople who have not necessarily

had big pain

Good for them

Anyway for me , it does hurt

during the piercing process

during and after

Like 1 hour later , it was still hurting

My nipple was sensitive during weeks

I did not feel well

So guys,

avoid touching it

as much as possible

and if you are a minor, ask permission from your parents

because guys

it's important and better for everyone .

Second question :

Do we lose sensitivity ? personnally , I did lose

Third question : that is asked me again

and again and.... again . How do you take care of

your nipple piercing ? Honestly ,

I made so many mistakes

on this

I regret so much

First of all , I was always cleaning it

always touching it

always checking it

I touched it all the time . Don't do that

listen to the tips of the piercer

DON'T TOUCH IT EVERYTIME

Let it heal and if you see

crust wound , you can clean them

with Q-tip and

... physiological serum

Don't need to do too much

for me it did not work

on the contrary my piercing was almost infected

And my piercer asked me

not to touch it anymore

because it's not good for

the "wound" . Fourth question

about my piercing

How much time the healing takes ?

There is 2 healing processes : an initial one

and a definitive one

The first one

takes at least 3 months

from there, you are cool with

and comfortable with

it is "healed" but always pinkish

no more excessive care

and of course , if there are crust wounds

clean them up

Oh and yes , from 3 months , you have the right

to change your

nipple rings

I don't recommend doing it by the way

final healing varies between 9 months and 1 year

Personally I was pierced

In January 2017

And my definitive healing was in

eummmmm .....

in October 2017 . It all depends on

how your body reacts

and if during your healing process , you have infections

or not . So watch out

"Which question are you still asking me ?"

how much does it cost ? It depends on piercing salon

I always confuse between piercing and "pierçage"

I got drilled on Paris

It cost me between 40€ et 45€

I don't remember very well

But it was in these prices

If one day , I got pregnant

Am I going to breastfeed ? For my child's health

I'll pump milk

and I won't remove my piercing

It sounds selfish

But I care so much about it

Sorry , I don't know how you guys gonna take it

But I really really care so much about it

Also , it's not healthy to

breastfeed a child

when you got a pierced nipple even thought

if my jewel is

a surgical steel or inoxydable steel

and even though if my piercing is completely healed

I don't want to take any risks

and I don't want to remove my jewel soooo

Yeah I definetely pump my milk

Of course , I know

this is not the kind of conversation I will have to have but if

you have questions about breastfeeding , it's important to know

that you have the right to pump . And if you're pregnant

And your nipple is not completely healed

I asked you to ...

ask the doctor for advice

and ask the piercer too

because I don't really know

Before I had two more piercings

I remove my tongue piercing because

it was not longer the image I wanted to send back

and as you can see on my oldest videos

I had a bad habit which was doing

it annoyed everyone especially me

I could not help it because my mouth was still dry

if it makes sense

I felt the need to do it

you know what I'm trying to say . It was

so annoying and I removed

thinking I'll going to put it back

except that my piercing has recoupled and I was too lazy to force

I said to myself that it was a sign

so much for that and it's exactly what happened to

my navel piercing

I've got fatter

so my belly is not sleek as it was

it has mountains , valleys and all that

So why I'm going to keep a navel piercing while I have a big belly

It is useless

That's why I didn't have it too

I forgot !!

The hair I got right now

It's a wig

There is a lace of 16 inches

and 2 bundles : one of 18 inches and another of 20 inches

It's a brazilian straight hair

I did the color myself

the wig too

and that's it

My friend is the one who sells it

She wants to grow her business

So , if you're interested

her instagram is in the description box

and if you have any questions , go ahead

If you want me to

tell you how i did my hair

and this bomb ass color

like honey blonde

Let me know and I'll do a video about it or I'll tell you on snapchat

If you want to get pierced , take the time to think about it

weigh the pros and cons

because personally it hurted so bad so yeah

take your time . If it's necessary

If you can handle the pain

If you're ready for the possible consequences

Avoid to touch it too much oh

Because we girls are always acting like "hey it's summer"

"it's sexy , we're going to have our nipples pierced"

But honestly , watch out

Don't be afraid to ask

do some research on verified websites

not Wikipedia because

It won't help you

Do more research about the healing process which it's different from one people to another

Also , you can have specific pains like me

The first week by example

My breast had like electrical pains if it makes sense

My piercer told me it was normal

since I had an "injury" on my nipple so it's normal

If you have this kind of pain ,

don't worry unless it lasts for weeks

So , talk to a doctor or your piercer

They are able to explain you what's wrong

And the most important part :

wash your HANDS !

If you want to touch it , if it's not completely healed

I beg , watch your hands .

It doesn't cost you anything

If you don't watch your hands , it can be very complicated for your healing process

If you have more questions , please feel free to ask down below

I'll answer as well

If you're shy or something

to ask me more

Add me on snapchat or instagram

it's more private in DMs

I'll put links of

verified websites where you can

have all the answers about this subject

Links will be in the description box

don't worry queens

Hope you enjoy my video

if you have moooooore questions

Tata Herlou is there for you

Thank you for watching and see you next time dolls

xoxo

President Donald J. Trump's Weekly Address - Duration: 4:11.

President Donald J. Trump's Weekly Address

The President's Weekly Address is now available to watch on whitehouse.

gov/weeklyaddress. Transcript:.

Senate Democrats call it "the resistance" – they're resisting the will of the American Voter and it is not good.

From day one, Senate Democrats have shamelessly obstructed, stalled, and filibustered the confirmations of hundreds of talented men and women who are eager to come to Washington, D.C.

to make a difference.

They want to serve our country.

My nominees face a longer average confirmation wait than any in the history of our country.

Today, more than 300 of our nominees are still awaiting a vote.

Last June, I nominated Isabel Patelunas to serve as Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Intelligence and Analysis.

Now, almost a year later, this tremendously qualified professional with nearly three decades of intelligence experience is still awaiting confirmation.

She's given up so much. She's left areas.

She's moved from homes and she's still not confirmed.

It's a disgrace.

Democrats in Congress are also blocking urgently needed improvements to our border security.

They don't want border security for two reasons.

Number one, they don't care about it.

Number two, they are afraid it's going to make me and the republicans look good and they don't want that.

That comes before our country.

They have blocked every effort to close deadly loopholes, to keep out vicious criminals, and to stop the flow of illegal immigrants and drugs.

They are a disaster at the border.

These actions are endangering our citizens, threatening our communities, and undermining our national security.

It is time for Senate Democrats to stop resisting the will of the American People.

So very simply, stop resisting the will of the American People and to start working across the aisle to deliver for all citizens.

We love our country; we want to keep our country great.

Thank you very much.

Statement from the Press Secretary on Fuel-Secure Power Facilities - Duration: 1:35.

Statement from the Press Secretary on Fuel-Secure Power Facilities

The United States of America has the most technologically advanced and developed infrastructure in the world, with access to a reliable, dependable, and diversified electric grid.

President Donald J.

Trump believes in total energy independence and dominance, and that keeping America's energy grid and infrastructure strong and secure protects our national security, public safety, and economy from intentional attacks and natural disasters.

Unfortunately, impending retirements of fuel-secure power facilities are leading to a rapid depletion of a critical part of our Nation's energy mix, and impacting the resilience of our power grid.

President Trump has directed Secretary of Energy Rick Perry to prepare immediate steps to stop the loss of these resources, and looks forward to receiving his recommendations.

Be More | Ashford University Commencement Speaker Kevin Daley - Duration: 1:26.

KEVIN: I've been through a few things in my life that, unless you asked me, by looking

at me you'd probably never be able to tell.

It's because I always had a smile on my face.

It doesn't matter what you go through, you can get to where you want to be.

It's up to you.

I was so fortunate that in my 10 years that I played with the team, I got to travel to

over 90 countries and learn about so many different cultures and people.

All I thought I was doing was playing basketball, but I realized it was more than basketball.

People started reaching out to me at some point, and eventually I began to enjoy helping

people.

More than just my success is being able to help someone else to be successful.

You know, I speak to these kids, I speak to my daughter, and I started to think 'How

can I preach to her that you must go to school and get your college degree when I didn't

graduate?'

So I decided to go back to be a good role model to her.

I didn't give myself an opportunity to talk myself out of it.

And I think, with the degree from Ashford, it's just one more step toward saying 'Hey,

I'm more than just a basketball player.'

Being here is like 'Man, I did it.'

You've shown yourself that 'Hey, you know what?

This is something that I can do.'

It doesn't have to stop here.

#08 - HTML Basics - Heading to the Top - Duration: 5:41.

Hey guys A+ Courses with Frank here and this is the eighth part of the HTML basics series

In the previous episode we were talking about the differences between block level and inline elements

And today we are going to take a look at our heading tag and everything that should and shouldn't between them

So without any further ado, let's get started

The head element that is the first child of the HTML element is a container for metadata.

It usually defined such as style, scripts the page title's character set and many other things

right now we only have a title here which defines the title in the browser's tab

It also provides the title for the bookmark when the page is added to favorites

Also, it displays the title for the page in search engine results

So it's a pretty useful stuff and it should be descriptive nonetheless

We also have meta tags which defines metadata for the document and it's also used by browsers, search engines or other web services

Let's look at the most common ones. First we have meta charset

equals utf-8

Which defines the character set used on the page

If you have weird characters appearing all over your document, there may be a chance you're meeting this tag

Or the document was saved with a wrong and coding format

Second we have the description

meta name equals description

And we have a content attribute for the value of that, let's give it most useful

App

In the web. And it's doing just that, defining description for the page

Third we have the keywords. So meta name equals keywords and for the content

we can provide a comma-separated list like HTML, web and

puppies

As you can see meta tags are self-closing tags, and also they are mostly come in name-content pairs

The keywords, they must be relevant

Of course and describe your page in a couple of words as these are used by search engines as well

You can also define the author with the meta name equals author

For the content, let's say

Frank, so your name will be etched into the fabric of the internet forever or something like that

There's also one more important meta tag

which we should cover and that is the viewport meta tag, meta name equals viewport

And the content will be width equals

device width

comma

initial-scale

equals 1

And it is used to control the dimensions and scaling of a page on different devices

The width=device-width part test the document to follow the screen width of the device

Which will vary on each device and the initial scale sets the initial zoom level to 1

And the viewport by the way is the visible area of the page now, let's move on to style sheets

Styles can be defined in the document with the style tag

However, we should always use external style sheets whenever we can so pretty much all the time

You can link external styles with the link tag. So we're going to use a link tag instead of style tag

They have two attributes that are required

one is the rel, which specifies the relation between the current document and the external document

and the value of this will be a stylesheet

and the other one is the source of the style sheet, which is specified just like in the anchor tag with an href

and let's call it css/global.css

Now, of course this file doesn't exist. So let's create a folder and put our index file there. I already done that as you can see

I'm in the

Project folder and I also have the index file inside here

And also create our CSS file it resides in the CSS folder

So create a CSS folder and create a new file called global.css

And we also have a script tag and although it is used to link external scripts and the content of this tag will be empty

It is not a self closing tag unlike the link tag. Instead of rel and href

We have type and a source here

Type will be text/javascript

for the source, let's say

js/global.js

Now as for the CSS file , this file doesn't exist either. So I'm going right click new folder

And create a new folder called js and inside the js and inside the js folder let's create a new file called global.js

and we leave this file empty for the moment now and I think that's all that needed to be covered in this tutorial

Hope you liked it. Thanks for watching and I'll see you in the next one

10 Signs of Magnesium Deficiency - Duration: 10:41.

10 Signs of Magnesium Deficiency.

Magnesium deficiency is a widespread problem and some estimates suggest that over 90% of

us are deficient.

I've been writing about magnesium for years, but am even more concerned about this problem

lately.

Why is Magnesium Such a Big Deal?

Magnesium is responsible for over 300 biochemical reactions in the body and impacts blood pressure,

metabolism, immune function and many other aspects of health.

Why is Magnesium Deficiency so Widespread?

There are many reasons that deficiency is so widespread in modern times (even though

it wasn't in the past).

Depleted soil conditions mean that plants (and meat from animals that feed on these

plants) are lower in magnesium.

Use of chemicals like fluoride and chlorine in the water supply make magnesium less available

in water since these chemicals can bind to magnesium.

Common substances that many of us consume daily, like caffeine and sugar, also deplete

the body's magnesium levels…

So does stress.

In other words, the lucky (but small) percentage of the population that lives near the ocean

(a good source of magnesium) and eats foods grown in magnesium rich soil, drinks magnesium

rich water, and doesn't suffer from stress or consume sugar or caffeine might be ok…

but the rest of us might need some additional magnesium.

Calcium = Fuel on the Fire While we don't get enough magnesium, many

of us get too much calcium.

Calcium is added to many processed foods, dairy or dairy alternatives and even orange

juice.

When calcium levels in the body become too high, calcification can occur.

Common sense, but big problem…

Each cell in the body has a sodium:potassium pump that regulates the balance of minerals

inside and outside the cells.

Magnesium deficiency keeps this pump from working correctly.

With too much calcium, the ratios are skewed, and the pump allows too much calcium into

the cells.

When there is too little magnesium, even more calcium is allowed into the cells.

Many nutrients come into play in the calcification equation, like Vitamins K and D, but the biggest

factor for over-calcification was magnesium consumption.

This is why the Framingham Health Study found that consuming enough magnesium was correlated

with a lower risk of coronary heart disease.

Due to the importance of the proper calcium/magnesium ratio in the body and the function of the

sodium:potassium pump, magnesium deficiency can lead to:

1.

Calcification of the Arteries.

Though this is not (hopefully) the first symptom of magnesium deficiency, it can be one of

the most dangerous.

Calcification of arteries from low magnesium levels can lead to coronary problems like

heart attack and heart disease.

In fact, half of all heart attack patients receive injections of magnesium chloride to

help stop the blood clotting and calcification.

2.

Muscle Spasms and Cramps.

This was my most noticeable symptoms of magnesium deficiency.

Just as calcification causes stiffening of the arteries, it can cause stiffening of muscle

tissue as well, leading to cramps and spasms.

I had horrible leg cramps during one of my pregnancies.

Potassium didn't help at all, but magnesium fixed the problem almost instantly (which

makes sense in light of the sodium:potassium pump).

3.

Anxiety & Depression.

here is a lot of research showing that magnesium deficiency can have a tremendous impact on

mental health.

Psychology Today explains one possible reason:

Magnesium hangs out in the synapse between two neurons along with calcium and glutamate.

If you recall, calcium and glutamate are excitatory, and in excess, toxic (link is external).

They activate the NMDA receptor.

Magnesium can sit on the NMDA receptor without activating it, like a guard at the gate.

Therefore, if we are deficient in magnesium, there's no guard.

Calcium and glutamate can activate the receptor like there is no tomorrow.

In the long term, this damages the neurons, eventually leading to cell death.

In the brain, that is not an easy situation to reverse or remedy.

4.

High Blood Pressure/Hypertension This is perhaps one of the most well-studied

areas of magnesium deficiency.

A Harvard study of over 70,000 people found that those with the highest magnesium intake

had the healthiest blood pressure numbers.

A follow up meta-analysis of available studies showed a dose-dependent reduction of blood

pressure with magnesium supplementation.

A University of Minnesota study showed that the risk for hypertension was 70% lower in

women with adequate/high magnesium levels.

5.

Hormone Problems.

I personally saw the effects of low magnesium in my hormone levels.

The higher the estrogen or progesterone levels in a woman's body, the lower the magnesium

(pregnancy anyone?)

This is also part of the reason why pregnant women experience more leg cramps and women

notice more of these muscular type complaints and PMS in the second half of their cycles

when progesterone/estrogen are higher and magnesium is depleted.

Chocolate is a decent source of magnesium, and there is speculation that cravings for

chocolate may be a sign of magnesium deficiency.

Muscle cramps related to the menstrual cycle can also be related to magnesium levels.

Dr. Carolyn Dean, author of the Magnesium Miracle, often recommends that women with

bad PMS and cramps take magnesium early in their cycles before the symptoms begin.

6.

Pregnancy Complaints.

Related to the hormone problems above, magnesium levels can drastically affect pregnancy health

and mood.

I noticed this when my morning sickness was tremendously less in my pregnancy when I supplemented

with transdermal magnesium.

Magnesium is also often used to help with pregnancy related hypertension and muscle

cramps, to help ward off preterm labor and to alleviate headaches.

I personally always stuck to transdermal magnesium during pregnancy since it didn't cause digestive

disturbances.

7.

Sleep Problems.

With all of the above symptoms of deficiency, it makes sense that magnesium would have a

drastic impact on sleep, but the impact is often immediately noticeable when a person

starts taking magnesium.

Dr. Mark Hyman calls it the ultimate relaxation mineral.

Magnesium helps relax the body and the mind, which both contribute to restful sleep.

Additionally, magnesium is needed for proper function of the GABA receptors in the brain,

and GABA is the neurotransmitter that allows the brain to transition to a restful state.

8.

Low Energy.

Magnesium is required in the reactions that create ATP energy in the cells.

Let's flash back to freshman biology for a minute.

ATP or adenosine triphosphate, is the main source of energy in the cells and it must

bind to a magnesium ion in order to be active.

In other words, without magnesium, you literally won't have energy on a cellular level.

This shows up as fatigue, low-energy, lack of drive and other problems.

9.

Bone Health.

Calcium is always considered the most important mineral for bone health, but it turns out

that magnesium is just as important (or even more so!)

In cases of magnesium deficiency, the bones suffer in multiple ways:

-Vitamin D Absorption: Magnesium is needed for Vitamin D to turn on calcium absorption-

this is why it is also important to get enough magnesium when taking Vitamin D (or magnesium

levels can become even more depleted) -Proper Calcium Use: Magnesium is needed to

stimulate the hormone calcitonin which draws calcium out of the muscles and soft tissues

and into the bones.

This helps explain why magnesium helps lower the risk of heart attack, osteoporosis, arthritis

and kidney stones.

10.

Other Mineral Deficiencies.

Many vitamins and minerals work synergistically and magnesium is a work horse on this list.

It is needed for proper utilization of calcium, potassium, Vitamin K, Vitamin D and many other

nutrients.

By using magnesium externally, or transdermally (meaning "across the skin") the body can

absorb what is needed without absorbing to much.

It is similar to soaking in an epsom salt bath or in the ocean.

Magnesium Deficiency: The Solution.

Though the symptoms seem ominous, magnesium deficiency is actually a relatively simple

deficiency for the body to resolve with the right form of magnesium.

Many of the magnesium supplements on the market are pills or solutions taken internally.

These can be effective, but can also cause digestive disturbances or stress the kidneys.

Also- experts estimate that magnesium absorption in the digestive system ranges from 20-55%,

depending on the source, meaning that half or more of the magnesium leaves the body as

waste.

Topical Magnesium.

My favorite solution is topical magnesium.

A solution of magnesium can be sprayed on the skin and the body can absorb what is needed

at a much faster rate.

The magnesium moves directly into the blood and tissues, replenishing the body's needed

magnesium stores more quickly and bypassing the kidneys.

I've shared my recipe for homemade magnesium oil (topical magnesium) and I also love this

brand of high quality magnesium oil.

What I Do.

I now use this transdermal magnesium each day and use it on my children (you can also

make your own magnesium oil).

Dr. Mark Hymen of the Cleveland Clinic recommends up to 1,000 mg/day for adults and 4-500 mg/day

for kids.

We get this amount my using the magnesium spray all over our bodies each night before

bed.

»Mlátička« Ondráček si kebab nedá: „Někdo do něj dal jed."

Do té doby si kebab určitě nedám. I nadále zůstávám věren vepřovému
