Tanki Online V-LOG: Episode 145 - Duration: 7:46.

Hello tankers!

Today, we'll be issuing a new Tanki challenge for you to overcome.

We'll also be sharing with you some useful advice

on how to use Overdrives to maximum effect,

and announcing the special event that will wrap up the summer season.

We haven't had any developers news in the past few episodes.

There's a reason for that.

Our analysts are currently reviewing the data from the matchmaking system test,

while our programmers are working non-stop on the html5 version of Tanki.

And while we're on the topic of the HTML5 version,

Tankers often ask, "what will change?"

Well, if everything goes as planned, nothing will change.

It will be the same game,

but without using flash technology, which is on its way out.

Of course, the HTML5 build will bring certain advantages.

For instance, we'll have more options for improving the game,

one of them being the graphics.

But it's still too early to go into detail.

We've already had several test runs of HTML5 Tanki at our headquarters.

The version works and it is playable.

Of course, we can't give a release date yet,

because there are still a lot of things to improve and optimize

Recently, we told you about the Tanki in the City pack,

and how we'll be having a special crystal fund for the event,

which will be growing by 20 thousand crystals

with every Tanki in the City pack purchased.

will show you how to use overdrive effectively in battle.

Hey everyone!

This is Tou and the VLOG helpers team.

Here are some simple and useful tips for using Overdrive effectively in Tanki Online.

Let's start with the basics using Overdrive to the maximum.

Don't use Overdrive when you've got full health or supplies activated,

because this will give you a smaller advantage.

Overdrive in DM battles

gives you the chance to get a lot of kills in a short period of time.

And in CTF it makes it easier to deliver the flag.

In team battles, it's important to use overdrive for maximum team benefit.

Only press the Shift button

when you have at least one teammate close by.

If everyone in your team follows this rule,

your team will have a better chance of winning

than if everyone tries to play Rambo and hog all the glory.

It's a very good idea

to play with your friends as a trio using voice communication.

If you play as a unit,

you will always support your partners with a full set of supplies,

and they will do the same for you.

Of course, this tactic only makes sense on big maps,

because a single trio on Sandbox isn't a good idea.

Here's an example of how to use such a group.

You break into the enemy base, grab the flag,

and activate Overdrive on your way out.

This will leave 3 mines between you and your enemies,

which will give you a better chance of successfully making your escape

and delivering the flag.

Overdrive can also be used very efficiently in defensive tactics.

For example, you could agree with your team to get together before an attack

and press the Shift button.

As a result, your base will be full of mines

and everyone will have a full set of supplies,

and all this for free and with only one use of Overdrive.

And of course Overdrive has a beautiful effect.

Tankers are now using it to enhance a rank up visual effect,

and in parkour to emphasize the coolness of the trick.

This time, your task is to keep a tank in the air for as long as you can.

The battle timer must be visible in the video at all times.

You must use the Red paint.

The map must be Kungur (NO SPACE MODE).

The maximum number of participants is 5, and that includes the "flyer"

The prize is 250 thousand crystals for the winning team.

I always feel so much heat on my face

if not, I sometimes get skin trouble

I need this time.. time to pamper myself

I feel so healthy and confident whenever I workout

I think it's really important to feel proud of myself when I am engaged to something

workout is a great way to pamper myself and raise confidence

when I was a kid, I considered myself a really ugly, intimidated girl

I used to get fat so easily when I was a kid so I always got disappointed to myself

and I had a lot of pretty friends around me, so other girls used to make fun of me in front of them

I looked up to them, pretty popular girls that everyone love and admire.

I thought I would never be like them.

and girls sometimes made jokes when I was with my friends like, "don't stand with your friend, you look huge"

my face used to look bigger than this because I gained a lot of weight

so my faceline would look like like this

and people around me would've thought those jokes were funny, but it hurt.

and someone even made jokes to their friends looking at me, "Do my legs look that thick like hers?"

I feel like a lot of people have similar experiences

but the real reason why I started my diet is

not because people hurt me.

it was because I hurt myself. I realized I didn't love myself.

even when someone respected me, I couln't take it well, I was really vulnerable and lack of self-love.

I wanted to try the best to be happy and confident

on my first diet after highschool, I lost 9kgs

at that time to be honest, I didn't do a healthy diet.

and after moving to U.S, I gained back after few months.

I was devestated.

I was so sad and disappointed that I got back in such a short time.

so I started workout. it was not easy at first, but I became to realize how healthy I become

I learned to love myself from it

as I showed you in the beginning of this video, I started to take pilates expert classes

it's vital to learn how our bodies work so I am taking human anatomy and pilates theory.

I mean... I am overwhelmed by this. hehe

this basically teach me how muscles work when I do a movement, and the connection between bones, muscles, and nerves.

my teachers are so good, I mean too good. lol

I feel embarassed when they teach me so well and I still don't get it lol

next is Pilates theory

basically this class is for future pilates teachers / experts

after passing all the classes and exams, I will be able to teach pilates professionally.

I wish I could share more accurate and helpful tips to you

I dream of your workout friend, more like unni!

VLOGust Day 21 - Total Eclipse of 2017 - Duration: 13:34.

that's the Green light yep. What a process, good lord, we're recording now? we're recording now. yes we

are recording now Kuren is trying to figure out how to drive

we made it to The Dalles, Oregon and we're going to head south from

here the Sun is rising, sun is rising sun is rising I'm supposed to point at the

Sun I can see we've got another two hours of driving and less traffic and

6:30 so we should have a spare hour hour and a half okay we're gonna do it

somebody would great the there we go

we think it's Mt Hood

people have made these Invent-a-spot parking lots to watch the Eclipse

we're we're so far into the zone that these people will see the Eclipse for a

minute and a couple of seconds we're going to try to get down to where we can

see it for two minutes near the center

it's 7:30 so we still have two two and a half hours before the eclipse itself happens

okay we made it, we're at a a place that gives us a minute and 47 seconds and there's a

whole bunch of cars around

7:46 we got lots of time

we've made it we're ready the show should start here in about an hour

so in this parking lot there's this one guy it has this gigantic telescope so

let's go take a look see if he can explain it. That's huge! Hi. Is this your beast?

that's impressive

twenty years ago when I built that [Wow] all I had in the garage was in 3/4 inch

plywood that's pretty heavy so it wants to ... Thanks. That's impressive

I want one of those. okay so this is our setup we have this box that I made which

is a pinhole box and some reading glasses to magnify the pinholes you can

see those two Sun dots yep that's good, hot glued some coroplast

to put in the smartphone and I have the 12 X zoom lens the clip-on zoom lens

there we go I can video and take pictures of the Sun

and cut the GoPro on top of the camp on top of the car doing a circular

time-lapse and I'll get our chairs and our cooler and we're all set up just

waiting for the beginning

people are still driving in and see let's take a look at the box so you can

see in the lower right a corner of each of the two dots the moon is starting to

come in. 12x zoom plus the cell phones 12x digital zoom, trying to hold it as

steady as I can

oh I don't have a view screen on this one I'll just have to trust

maybe I'll just circle around a little bit yeah there's a little go procession

okay we got 45 minutes till until the Eclipse but here you can clearly see the

moon coming in. temperature's cooler maybe in the 70s which i think it's 18

Canadian and we still got like two 20 minutes I think

there it is just a sliver left it's dark around and wind is picking up a little

bit, pretty cool, people looking everywhere

this mountain in the background over here is Mount Hood and then there's this

other mountain over here that has the peak is Mount Jefferson and it's gonna

be in totality and so it should turn dark and black right before we get it

can I put this over there yeah

and you can see that it's completely black look at the horizon it's like a

sunrise all around

shadow bands, yeah, do see any snakes? I don't see any shadow bands look at the

shadow, shadows, it's super sharp, the shadows are already starting to look

more normal

I did like really that the tailgating aspect of the event and walking around

and seeing people setups and where they're from and and it was just amazing

to see it for myself going there and seeing it was nothing

like all the photos I've ever seen before it was just a phenomenon of

nature that was just amazing I keep saying "just" but it was something I think

if you haven't seen one you have to go see it! the next one is in Chile and I'm

gonna try my best to get there and it's in two years certainly going to see the

one in 2024 as it goes across Texas and up north and east there should be as

much as four minutes if you get to some of the central parts of the path and we

saw one minute and 47 seconds which was just amazing but four minutes is going

to be just incredible I can't wait to for 2024

the Eclipse that way it was very helpful to practice and and be ready that way

The match continued, with Mysterio Jr. checking on the unmoving Aguayo, bringing it to the

referee's attention.

The match continued, while other wrestlers ringside attempted to figure out what was

wrong with Aguayo.

When the match was over, a group of people went to Aguayo, believing he was just unconscious

and in need of medical assistance.

Officials later brought Aguayo out of the ring.

When paramedics arrived, Aguayo was taken to the local hospital, where he was pronounced

bed at around 1:00am on March 21st, 2015.

The pro-wrestler was 35 years of age.

The cause of breath was later announced as cardiac arrest, due to a cervical stroke caused

by three manufractured vertebrae.

Dropsy results later revealed that Aguayo Jr. broke three vertebrae, due to the dropkick

by Mysterio Jr.

An autopsy revealed that Hughes was puffering from undiagnosed and advanced arteriosclerosis.

One of his coronary arteries was 75% blocked.

To this date, he is the only NFL Player to lie on the field during a game.

He was 28 years old.

Number 3: Reggie Lewis When Boston Celtics Player Reggie Lewis faced

an off-season practice on July 27th, 1993, he was one of the most valuable players in

the NBA, with a relatively short career, Lewis had scored a total of 7,902 points.

Lewis had shown symptoms of heart problems in the previous months, which included perhaps

thing during the opening game of the Celtics' first-round playoff series with the Charlotte

I was lucky enough to work in a school in Ivory Coast

I took four of them, guided and coached them in psychology

Here are some simple and useful tips for using Overdrive effectively in Tanki Online.

Let's start with the basics using Overdrive to the maximum.

Don't use Overdrive when you've got full health or supplies activated,

because this will give you a smaller advantage.

Overdrive in DM battles

gives you the chance to get a lot of kills in a short period of time.

And in CTF it makes it easier to deliver the flag.

In team battles, it's important to use overdrive for maximum team benefit.

Only press the Shift button

when you have at least one teammate close by.

If everyone in your team follows this rule,

your team will have a better chance of winning

than if everyone tries to play Rambo and hog all the glory.

It's a very good idea

to play with your friends as a trio using voice communication.

If you play as a unit,

you will always support your partners with a full set of supplies,

and they will do the same for you.

Of course, this tactic only makes sense on big maps,

because a single trio on Sandbox isn't a good idea.

Here's an example of how to use such a group.

You break into the enemy base, grab the flag,

and activate Overdrive on your way out.

This will leave 3 mines between you and your enemies,

online we don't want to really ruin anybody's reputation so we kind of

whisper in the inbox or on the phone about our bad experiences but we really

a lot of times we don't talk about them out loud so I know a lot of you know

that you need a business coach guys to get you to the next level but you're

afraid to make that decision because you don't know whether or not you can trust

this person enough to give them this money that they're asking for you don't

know whether or not you can trust them enough hey lovely welcome back it's so

good to see you girl so you don't know whether or not you can trust this person

enough to pay them you're not really sure okay you're a girl you showing up

twice I've been missing you though but I know you've been busy girl with your

summer thing and all of us hands it's just it's a hard month to catch up with

everybody so um you don't know whether or not you can trust this coach that

you're thinking about going with okay so the first thing guys is why do you even

need a coach why do you even need a mentor okay yeah

in business if there's a plethora there's a darn buffet

okay a free information out there on YouTube when I can just sit and watch

YouTube videos all day I can just google it wide you might need a coach well a

coach guys can make the difference between you're getting to the next level

and you sing where you are a coach can save you years of time we're trying to

gather all the right the and the key is the right information at the right time

in order for you to move to the next level and a lot of us we don't have the

kind of time to sit up and be doing research when the work has already been

done right exactly and also and that's right you need someone that can hold you

accountable as well to help you to get to the next level so theta so I have

kids I have a family I'm just a mom printer of 2017 and I'm multitasking and

I'm doing all of these things if I was X would you rather go out there and dig up

a bunch of information in your free time or would you rather have a coach who's

already been there done that they've already connected the dots for

me who can show me the way which one would I prefer to do well me personally

I would rather save my time okay and hire my coach who's already been there

done that and they've already made some mistakes that I can avoid because of

what they've been through okay so coaches can save you years of

agony okay and time and coaches can be that push and encouragement to help you

to get to the next level so that's why they aren't important now one thing I do

want to tell you is that coaches can help you to get focused

but not if you have five or six coaches not if you had three or four coaches not

if you have a million coaches it's almost impossible guys that's right

Lynette to be a focus win you've got a million coaches guys it's not gonna be

helpful to you when your focus is split up to about five or six people so I

would suggest that you have no more than about two coaches you're pushing it if

you have three have two people that can coach you maybe in two different areas

you're looking for that you look up to and you admire and you mirror them you

walk in their footsteps and you pattern yourself after them for an extended

period of time okay and tell you master your craft

okay so gain some focus so just to tell you guys a little story I want to tell

you guys a little backstory about my experience with hiring a coach now I've

had more than one coach but I want to tell you about some of my experiences

and what I've been through hiring a coach so as you guys know you're looking

at probably about almost nine ten years of online selling right here looking you

in the face okay nine years worth for the experience of the good bad and the

ugly and I'm still learning every day okay looking you right here in the face

so if you guys are coming in live but you're new say hello to your girl you're

on the replay holla at your girl I want to say hello to you girl who you tellin

look at to me more than two is just too much you like that more than two is too

much guys okay and that's just my opinion because it can just it's too

much to have to focus on a lot okay at once right so try to narrow it down and

then once you master that you can start to add on okay so my own experience

right hang on and that out is that I that's at a point in my business guys

where in order for me to get to the next level in order for me to go to the

heights I needed to I knew I needed a coach I knew this I needed that push I

needed someone who had more experience me to Train me into culture because

honestly I was afraid to get into people in front of people like this so I

wouldn't be able to get in front of you right now if I never hired myself a

coach I wouldn't I had fear of live video I had fear of speaking in front of

people I was terrified okay I was like and I and I would say oh I'm a private

person I don't put my business out there like that

I'm not putting my face on camera I don't want to get in out there like that

I'm not doing it okay and that was where I was at but if you want to grow your

business online right and you need people in order for your business to

grow and you're an introvert and you're not really going out and getting clients

and you want to get your clients online how do you spell for people to like know

and trust you if they've never really had a conversation with you and because

me and you were sitting here and although it's virtual I'm talking to you

you can see my face I really look the way that I say I do in

all the pictures that I really show up for my business right oh and then I'm so

glad you're back okay so listen you wouldn't how can I

say it you wouldn't trust me nine times out of ten if I just posted a bunch of

pictures I could be anybody I could be anybody I could be saying that I'm

anybody but because I'm here with you and I'm face board there's no faking

this I lost my voice it's barely there I have a cold I'm a real person

you know how I look you know you know when I look rough you know when I

haven't had one and I'm just winging it guys you know me because I visit and I

talk to you face-to-face and that's why many of you have trusted me enough to

actually buy for me and to support my business right because I show it for

myself and I'm not afraid to get in front of you okay so

um welcome sand guys oh my god I lost my train of thought so anyway I knew I

needed a coach to get me to the next level that's what I started sorta dating

people and I saw in boxing people and I started talking to people and I inbox

this one guy I was like hey you know what is it that you offer and you know

do you offer this and you offer that and what are your prices and he was just

like you know five thousand dollars you know um when you're ready to pay let me

know very sure no hello um how are you no

thank you for contacting me nothing just we can talk about it after you pay

me I didn't know him I had never had a full conversation with him I was trying

to figure out whether I wanted to hire him or not and he was so very short with

me and just wanted for me to pay blindly close my eyes and pay him right without

that's right Marlene you hear me when I he just wanted me to blindly pay him

without okay even having a single inbox conversation with me

I wasn't even asking him to pick up the phone I was just asking him to take five

minutes to list what was included with the

coaching do you offer payment plans things like that he couldn't find the

time to answer me guys even if he had referred me to his assistant to answer

my questions but at least had given me a Hello I would have been grateful but it

was just very short so I ended up going to his mentor to his mentor I ended up

finding his mentor who had mentored him who had mentored a lot of other people I

knew and I ended up going with him guys and when I let me tell you the

difference I sent him the same and Mike's message hello I'm interested in

finding a mentor what's your prices and what do you offer for your prices and he

was like hey how are you what do you do nice to meet you you know what let's get

on the phone and let's talk I'd like to get to know

you to see if you're a good fan so we got on the phone guys and we hit it off

he was very flexible with his payment plan with me and he was a wonderful

coach guys who helped to birth me into where I am today right so he's an

awesome awesome awesome coach so that's my own personal story I know it's very

short but I heard through the grapevine that that other guy has scammed many

people that I know the first guy and I feel like if that's the same response

you got when you reached out to him in the first place why did you pay him your

money listen guys don't beg people to take your money if they don't want it

take it elsewhere don't beg businesses coaches to take your money if they don't

want your money guys take your money elsewhere

I won't go into any business and not be greeted and not be treated with respect

and and still give them my money if you don't want my money I'm not gonna force

you to take it I'm gonna leave and go to a business and support a business that

welcomes me there who wants to receive my cash right so that's the same way

that you should treat a mentor if you're a mentor their assistant or their team

that's right Lynette run quick girl if they can at least reach you with a hello

take your business and run don't give them your business because it's not a

smart financial move guys okay let me take another sip of water really quickly

so I want to give you guys three things to look for so that you can find

story is customer service customer service when you invite them

where you email their business are they rude are they short are they nasty okay

your first encounter with him I promise you will tell you everything about them

in about how your second your third your fourth and your fifth a counter

encounter is going to be yes Lynette a hundred percent customer service I don't

care how rich you are I don't care what your income shots look like I don't care

if you claim that you're a millionaire I don't give a heck okay your customer

service needs to be Rockstar it needs to knock people off of their feet you need

to be warm and friendly because you're asking for people's money and if you

can't be friendly in the process of taking someone's money my god

oh my god I don't even want to hold my breath or stick around and see how

you're gonna be after you get my money so when someone is in the process of

getting money from you from making the sale if they can't at least be nice at

first in the first five minutes of your encountering them and they can't say a

basic hello good day how are you nice to meet you it doesn't even have to be all

that let's just start with hello how are you if they can't be courteous

personally for me I don't want to give my money to that person if their team is

not courteous I don't want to give my money to that person if I email that

person and they take 50 days to get back to me I don't want to give my money to

that person because you know what that is guys it's called red flags if you see

red flags you just need to simply run get out of town go seek yourself another

coach because later on when you get burnt guys it's gonna be your fault

because you did not read the signs in the first place the same people the

people some of my friends and peers who head

same half conversation with the first guy went to guys the same people paid

him paid him they got no results whatsoever from the

first conversation they had with him they still gave him their five thousand

dollars and he's won the scam list right now on the Internet

in there like what happened well you tell me what happened

you knew that he had no customer service but yet you still gave him your money

that seems like your fault now I'm not being insensitive because I

know that we get scammed some people get scammed every day I mean some really

good people get scammed but it is crazy it is some really good people get

scammed guys well what I'm saying is don't let it be your fault

sometimes it happens to you and there were no signs and it still happens okay

so I know that there's exceptions to every rule in every situation but in

this situation if your first encounter with somebody was just bad it was just

bad or they promised you something and they didn't deliver and they didn't even

try to fix it you know that this is not a good person for you to work with okay

so that's number one is customer service don't close your eyes and be blind to

facts and what's already there so that you can make a reasonable decision guys

number two is reviews go on to the person's Facebook fan page website look

for reviews look for word of mouth look for other people who have actually

worked with them who can vouch for them you know under my live videos you see

Lynette I've worked with Lynette you see her saying oh gosh she's the truth or

you see other people underneath of some of my stuff personally who can vouch for

me even when I don't ask them to it's because I deliver it's because I deliver

what I say I will deliver and I actually care about the people that I'm in

contact with yes honey definitely look up reviews

social media is a great place to find reviews online website wherever but make

sure that there's some kind of buzz going around this person that is good

and listen to it because let me tell you something thanks Lynette if more people

if it's more people saying something bad than it is saying something good so you

might have a couple people you heard my to said something bad about me and

that's fine okay ever I'm not perfect in some people don't like me and that's

fine so you you might hear a bad review every now and then but if everybody's

saying I'm bad you need to believe them if everybody is saying that somebody is

bad I know you want to give people a chance and I know that you want to have

faith in people but when it comes to your green when it comes to your money

dies take a back seat if everybody is saying somebody's bad it's because they

are bad don't waste your money listen to word-of-mouth listen to reviews

everybody will get a bad review every now and then okay everybody will let

some money down every now and then I know I'm not perfect but if everybody

has had a bad experience that is a bad sign so pay attention guys number three

is consistency results do they show up are they consistent do they produce

results and do they show up if you have someone who always says that they're

gonna be somewhere and they're never ever there they never show up

they're always letting people down exactly so some people claim to have

success they claim that they do what they teach and they do not they do not

so you want to look for results does this person actually and all you have to

really do is scroll scroll I don't post results all the time some of my students

do and I do post results every now and then maybe like quarterly just to

motivate people and say I do work okay and I do actually do this so you can

scroll and you can find some paper trails of what I've done and what I

doing now okay inconsistency does this person show up if they're showing for

you now especially with free content if somebody shows up consistently to give

you free nuggets imagine what value they're gonna drop with the paid nuggets

I don't want for any of you at any time to hesitate paying me for anything if I

say that this course is gonna be good I want you to pay me I want you to join

the course no hesitation that it's gonna be bad because I haven't given you any

indication that I'm not gonna deliver what I say I will I'm gonna trip over my

feet backwards to deliver what I say I will and it is for you but it's not just

for you it's for myself because I'm actually passionate about and I take

pride in everything that I put my hands to so it means a lot to me to keep my

track record clean because this is my business and this is my passion I take

pride in it do you see the difference and just showing up to just collect

money and showing that because this is what you do and you live them you live

and breathe this you love this I don't plan on ever retiring from my passion

okay so this is something that I love to do so those are three tips guys okay I

don't want you to ignore the signs in cumshots guys are not enough if you see

somebody constantly posting income shots but I'm in saying oh I'm a 50k I'm eight

don't believe it income shot is Photoshop is very easy you can very

easily put those together or you can just snag somebody else that's my god

I've had students just take my income shots and reuse them and they were mine

they were my work okay so it's very easy to do and to put your name all over them

and say that you're yours so be careful of chasing income shots guys and is your

coach all over the place so am i teaching you how to paint houses today

and I know this is the extreme and on Tuesday I'm teaching you how to open a

daycare in Wednesday I'm teaching you how to fix your car in Thursday I'm

teaching you how to do with MLM business Friday I'm teaching you how to start

your own coaching business Saturday I'm teaching you how to start your YouTube

channel Sunday I'm teaching you something different in and I'm still the

EECOM cache queen be careful of those types because they want to sell you just

information they don't care what information it is they don't have a

niche they're all over the place and they can't possibly be producing results

in all of these different trades so be very careful with people that are all

over the place and they lack focus they lack focus because you know what's gonna

happen you're gonna buy their coaching you're gonna buy their program in

tomorrow they're gonna be doing something else and you're gonna be less

they're hanging holding the bag okay with no real delivery okay so watch out

for that and avoid bullies that's my last one avoid bullies guys have you

ever seen those people that get on and they cuss you out like I could literally

get on this laughter and say if you don't want a stinky mind and if you're

tired you know you know you're mining right

you need to get in my course you ain't nothing if I got on here and I talk to

you like that and I cussed you and I can't even really fake class because I

don't cost much but guys if I'm gonna bully you into if I have to tell you

what you're not if I have to put somebody down or if I have to drag

another coach or mentor through the mud in order to get you to purchase my

program guess what guys and security is the flag that I'm wearing across my

forehead I'm very very insecure so I have to drag everyone down in order to

see me in a good light and that's no way to do things either so I know a lot of

coaching that coaches I'm gonna do this no bullies that's right Marlene

do not follow bullies do not tolerate tolerate people talking to you less than

what you are they are not positive people you don't want that energy in

your life or your business and they aren't people that you should follow I

don't care who you are in the world if you want to serve your customers you

need to serve them with respect people will bully people into buying from them

are not the type of people I personally want to buy from I don't feel like they

want my money do you get what I'm saying guys now I know that that works for some

of you I know some of you like when people cuss at you and they tell you

what you're not and I know that works for some people so I'm not knocking you

if that works for you but a bully will literally rip your head off if you don't

buy from them and you feel guilty and you feel bad about yourself because you

didn't make the purchase you're never gonna get that in my opinion from a

really really good coach I love when you buy for me I love when you support my

sauce I love when you you know join my groups and I love when you buy my

courses or you buy my coaching awesome I love what my bank goes teaching but if

you don't by this time I get it fine I'm not gonna hate you tomorrow I'm not

gonna cuss you out I'm not gonna drag you through the mud I'm not gonna talk

about you badly because you didn't choose to come out your wallet this time

so be very careful with people who feel like they need to rip your head off in

order for them to make you feel like you need to make the purchase okay so those

Pretty pink-skin sharpclub.

Bright stones on short round end, and long sharp end shimmers like pond water.

I want, so I take.

Little hard-shelled pink-skins have come to my forest with sharpclubs before, long time

ago.

They smarter than others.

They know that they can't hit stronger, so they need to hit better.

I am going to use pretty sharpclub to hit stronger AND better.

I am looking forward to using sharpclub to hit.

I am not expecting sharpclub to hit me.

Sharpclub is alive.

Sharpclub is angry.

It does not want what I want, and so it hits me.

I have been hit before.

I am strong so I can take hits.

But it hits my mind, and I do not know how to hit back.

For the first time in long, long time...

I submit.

Sharpclub is strong.

Sharpclub makes rules now.

She is Moonslicer, made by pink-skin shamans for pink-skin warriors.

I understand this.

She was made to kill pink-skin enemies.

She does not kill me.

I do not understand this.

One day, while eating dinner, I ask Moonslicer.

"Why do you not kill me?"

"I don't understand your question," Moonslicer replies.

"You are pink-skin sharpclub," "Greatsword," Moonslicer interrupts.

"and you are made to fight pink-skin enemies."

"I was made to destroy evil," Moonslicer answers.

She always talks in strange riddles.

I have become used to this.

"Yes, evil.

I know this word.

It means pink-skin enemy.

I am pink-skin enemy.

I am evil.

Why do you not destroy me?"

Moonslicer does not answer for long time.

"You are... "pink-skin enemy", yes.

And most people would say you are evil... but I am not sure.

I expected you to fight me, but you didn't.

I expected you to resist when I told you to stop bullying the other creatures of the forest,

but you didn't."

"Moonslicer is stronger than Garg, so Moonslicer makes rules."

"All the same...

I think there might be some good in you, somewhere."

"...what is Good?"

I ask.

"Good is..."

Moonslicer stops talking.

I can feel she is confused.

"Good is... how to describe it?

She stops again.

She is quiet for a long time.

Next day, Moonslicer leads me to pink-skin home, in the middle of fields.

No pink-skins there right now.

She shows me broken walls.

Tells me to take stones and fix walls.

Then we leave.

I do not understand.

"Why do we fix walls?"

"Those walls protect the humans from harm," Moonslicer says.

"They have been torn down by raiders over the years.

"Why do I make them safe?"

I ask.

"I am pink-skin enemy.

I do not want them to be strong."

"Patience, Garg," Moonslicer says.

"Have patience and faith.

You will understand eventually."

I do not believe her, but I say nothing.

This does not make sense.

This is pink-skin strangeness.

For the next two seasons, Moonslicer keeps sending me out to pink-skin lands.

Fixing walls.

Catching cows and taking them back to paddocks without eating them.

Sometimes she makes me scare humans on roads.

Sometimes she makes me hide from humans on roads.

She calls the ones I scare "bandits" and the ones I hide from "merchants".

I do not understand the difference.

"The merchants are weaker humans," Moonslicer says.

"The bandits are stronger, and want to take from the merchants.

You are driving them away from the roads so that they do not take from the merchants anymore."

"This makes sense" I say.

"They are stronger, they take what they want.

But why do you make me scare them so they cannot?"

"Because it is not good for the strong to take what they want from the weak."

"This Good does not make sense.

I will never understand" "You will understand" Moonslicer says.

"Have faith."

For many more seasons, Moonslicer makes me do many things I do not understand.

Eventually pink-skins... humans... start to see me.

At first they are afraid.

I understand this.

But they slowly become less afraid.

They no longer run when they see me.

I do not understand this.

I dig long ditches from the river to their farms.

I build walls along their roads.

I bring large sacks of food to their towns and leave them there.

One season, there is a great storm.

Moonslicer wakes me during the night, urges me to leave the cave and go to the human lands.

There is a town I have been near many times before.

The river that flows through the village is flooding.

The humans are splashing, shouting, drowning.

They are scared.

Moonslicer sends me through the flood to their homes.

I lift humans from the water and put them at the top of the homes.

I do this again, and again.

I am tired, but Moonslicer pushes me on.

I save more humans, I wade through the water that is up to my chest.

I save the male humans, the female humans, the young humans, the old humans.

I save all of them.

When the dawn comes and the water goes down, I am more tired than I have ever been.

I sink to my knees.

I know the humans will kill me while I am asleep but I am too tired to get away.

I fall asleep.

I wake up.

I am not wet, cold or tired.

I am warm, dry, resting on something soft and comfortable.

I recognize it as a human barn - I have brought escaped horses to these before.

I am covered in many skins.

I am lying in dried grass - the humans call it hay.

A male human comes in.

He sees I am awake.

He does not run or look scared.

Instead he smiles.

He brings a large bundle up to me.

The bundle has meat in it.

Good, cooked meat.

Better than I've ever tasted.

I watch him carefully, but I am hungry and I concentrate on eating.

Once I am done, he takes the bones and the bundle away.

The day goes by, and many humans come to the barn.

Some hide by the door and only stare at me.

Others come in.

I recognize many of them as the humans I saved last night.

I am still tired, so I lie in the barn.

I feel...

I do not know how to describe it.

The humans do not threaten me, but not because I am stronger.

Finally, in the evening, many humans come to the barn.

They bring Moonslicer with them.

"I have been negotiating with the humans on your behalf," she says.

"They are going to give you this barn to live in as a new home.

They will give you food, while you keep the roads safe from bandits and help them tend

their flocks and fix their buildings.

I will stay with you to guide you."

I am quiet for a long time.

"I do not understand."

I say.

"If I was strong, and I came to take these things, they would not give them to me.

They would run, or fight."

"But you didn't come to take them," Moonslicer replied.

"And that is what makes the difference.

You have made the humans' homes safe.

You have protected their merchants.

You have rescued their animals.

And now you have saved their lives.

And because you gave and gave and did not take, they now want to give to you, freely.

And as long as you do not wish to take, you will receive.

By serving them, you are now more free than you ever were in the forest.

Not because you are strong.

But because you are a friend.

They are your strength now, and you are theirs.

This is what Good is."
