Hey guys, it's Annika. Welcome to my channika.

So today, I'm going to be doing a lip declutter video.

First, before we get started into anything,

I just want to preface this by saying

I'm really sorry, because in the video,

I was just doing a really sh-- job of

knowing where my camera was, I guess.

So I just wasn't holding anything

in front of the camera. But, it's okay.

I hope you enjoy the video, anyways.

I feel like I made some really good progress,

and . . . Yeah.

Okay. So, sorry for the kind of sh--y lighting over here.

I'm about to move over there in a quick sec.

But this is what my lip drawer looks like.

As you can see, it's kind of a disaster.

I have some lip glosses, bullets, stuff that wouldn't fit.

And I'm not really the kind of person that wears lip gloss

so I'm kind of shook that I have this much.

So I think what I'm gonna do is

I'm gonna lay them all out, organize them by color,

and then figure it out. So I'll be right back.

Okay. So, I've made five different piles.

I have a pile of red, random funky colors,

a pile of purples, a pile of pinks, and a pile of nudes.

And I'm surprised that my pile of pinks

is larger than my pile of nudes.

I love all my nudes. So . . .

We're gonna start with the pink ones.

I just kind of . . . I need better lighting.

Does this help or make it worse?

Okay. So there are some of these

that I can just tell you right now, I don't need.

This Revlon one, I don't need.

I don't even think I've used it.

Same with this Revlon one.

Sam Marcel sent me a bunch of their lipsticks.

I don't think I need that.

It is pretty, but it's shiny.

And so, I don't think I would use a lipstick with a sheen.

I don't know. It's kind of annoying.

This Sigma Lip Eclipse? It's a lip gloss.

So like . . . I guess I don't really have . . .

What if I, one day . . .

I'm gonna keep it. Because what if one day,

I need a lip gloss?

This Stila one, I love. In "Patina."

The Urban Decay "Vice" Liquid Lipstick is like

the same exact thing. Yeah.

So I don't think I need that.

I definitely do not need the Milani lipstick

in "Flirty Fuschia."

This is one of my first lipsticks, I think.

It smells like watermelon. Still does!

Damn. I've had this for years!

Same with these three lipsticks.

Wait. One of these is newer.

This lipstick used to be my sh--.

I used to be obsessive . . . I'm never gonna wear that!

Also, Maybelline isn't cruelty free,

so I might as well just get rid of it.

And then, there's also this L'Oreal one.

I hoard makeup.

I literally still have my first makeup product.

Really gross.

Also this Rimmel one in "Berry Rose."

They're all metallic. I don't know what I was doing.

I got this Revlon lipstick in "Peony Pink."

I literally have not used it. So I might keep it,

and throw it in a giveaway. Because it's pristine.

She's a virgin. She's never been touched.

She still has the "L'Oreal" engraved.

So I might give that away.

My piles are completely messed up.

Okay. Too Faced Sweet Peach Lip Glosses.

I don't think I need this mini one,

but I think I'm gonna keep the large one

in the shade "Peachsicle"

Definitely gonna keep this Cailyn Liquid Lipstick.

I got this in my Ipsy, and I love Cailyn liquid lipsticks,

because they stay on for so f-ing long.

Definitely gonna keep this Essence Lipgloss.

Actually, wait. These two are kind of similar.

Same with this one.

We have Huda Beauty, Essence, and Revlon.

I'm gonna get rid of the Revlon one.

And I think I'm gonna keep both of these,

because I feel like this one's a little bit more warm tone,

this one's a little bit more cool tone. What can I say?

Okay. But we're doing well.

We've kept six and decluttered twelve.

Okay. MAC "Velvet Teddy."

I know MAC is so bad, but I'm gonna have to keep it,

because . . . you know what? What if I . . . I don't know.

This Maybelline one, "Orchid Ecstasy."

That's a purple. I didn't even bother to check.

But I'll just declutter it now, anyway.

e.l.f. one? Pretty. But I'm probably not going to use it.

This Catrice Volumizing Lip Booster?

I love! It plumps your lips a little bit,

I mean, obviously. It's not gonna, because it's Catrice.

It does a little bit, but it doesn't hurt as much

as the Too Faced. And it looks good.

It has some pigment to it. So I'm gonna keep that.

I think I'm gonna get rid of

the Liquid Catsuit Liquid Lipstick in "Nudist Peach."

I just don't like the color on my face.

It's a little bit too peach for me.

This mini? I'm gonna keep this,

just because it's cute. It's really adorable.

Really f-ing cute.

I got it as a birthday gift a few years ago. From Sephora.

Okay. I have two of these Baby Lips Lip Glosses.

I literally have no attachment to either of these,

so I'm just gonna get rid of them.

A more matte lip cream.

I'm gonna keep this, just because it's

a drugstore liquid lipstick and . . .

Okay. Then we have this Pretty Vulgar one

that I got in my BoxyCharm.

I just . . . I'm not a huge fan of the metallic . . .

I never really got the metallic liquid lipstick thing.

But at the same time, I feel like I should keep it,

because . . . Ugh.

It's really pretty.

Do you see how reflective that is?

Even in my sh--y lighting?

That would be gorgeous as an eyeshadow.

Ughhhh. Okay.

I'm gonna get rid of it.

And then, I think I'm gonna keep both of these.

This is the Sephora

Lip Stain, and this Revlon lip gloss,

just because I do really like both of these.

I don't use them on camera

because they're not cruelty free. But . . .

Okay. So now, we're gonna move on to the nude pile.

My pile of nudes, which is my second biggest pile.

First, we have the Anastasia Beverly Hills lipstick

in "Lovely." This should have been in the pink section,

but I'm definitely gonna keep this.

I love Anastasia liquid lipstick.

Like I said, I'm gonna keep my Cailyn liquid lipsticks,

I had a few of those. Okay, one of them is over there.

I have the shades 32 and 5 right here.

I'm gonna keep both of those.

I'm gonna get rid of this. Oh wait,

I didn't even know I had this.

Oh. This is brand new, too.

Okay. I have two brand new L'Oreal lipsticks

that I'm probably just gonna throw in a giveaway,

because . . . if they're brand f-king new.

Wait. Where . . . Guys, I'm losing all my sh--.

Okay. Yeah. So we have "Peony Pink" and "Sugarplum,"

which I'm gonna throw in a giveaway.

Okay. I have the "Aquarius" lip gloss from ColourPop,

which is their KathleenLights collab.

Definitely gonna keep that. Such a f-ing nut.

"Nudie Patootie" Liquid Catsuit Liquid Lipstick.

Also gonna declutter. Just don't really like the shade.

I have a few OFRA Liquid Lipsticks,

but, to be quite honest, two of them are

the metallic finishes, and I don't really love them.

I think these ones are from the . . .

Oh, no. This is "Aruba," and then the other one is "Coven"

from the NikkieTutorials collection.

I just . . . I don't get the foil liquid lipstick thing.

I might actually keep the foil brown,

because I did actually use that one time,

and I think that that might be cool.

So I'm gonna keep the brown one.

I'm gonna get rid of "Aruba."

Then we have two Kylie lipsticks. I think.

Wasn't there a third one?

Okay, yeah. The third one's over there.

We have Dolce K and Posie K.

Definitely gonna keep these . . . just for the clout.

Okay. I have a bunch of these Essence lipsticks.

Where's the other one?

I think I'm just gonna declutter all of these,

because I got them in a dumpster a really long time ago.

Not really into that.

This is a gloss. Eck.

I got this in a dumpster, too.

I used to dumpster dive, because I'm trash.

But I don't really anymore.

I feel like I should start getting back into it,

but it's kind of f-ing gross.

Oh, this one I got in my Korean makeup haul.

I'm gonna keep this. It's a really pretty color.

Okay. OFRA "Nude Potion,"

also in the NikkieTutorials collab.

I think I'm gonna declutter this, as well.

It's a little bit too nude for my liking.

Urban Decay "Backtalk" Comfort Matte.

I can live without her. Adios chica!

Okay. We have a few more Revlon lip glosses. Only two.

I think I'm gonna keep this shimmery one.

Wait. Actually,

I did keep another shimmery one by them.

So which one . . . they're different.

They're totally different.

One of them is lighter. One of them is dark.

I have to keep both of them.

Okay. Sam Marcel Liquid Lipstick.

I'm gonna keep this, because that's a really pretty color,

and I really want to try out Sam Marcel's liquid lipstick.

Unfortunately, I'm just not super into the bullet lipsticks,

which they sent me a lot of.

Actually, do I like that color?

Yeah. That's a pretty color.

I'm gonna keep that one in . . . "Omber"? Ombre?

It's not spelled like ombre, though.

It's spelled like Omber . . . Amber. But it's switched.

Oh, that one's cute, too.

"Angeline." Did I say, "That one's cute?"

Actually, no. That's a little bit too nude.

Gonna declutter that.

Definitely gonna keep Wet n Wild "Velvet Teddy,"

because it's very similar to the MAC one.

Victoria's Secret Velvet Matte.

I don't even need that.

Stila "Citrine," of course.

I have this Burberry lip gloss

that I got from Nordstrom Rack that I never use.

A NARS lip gloss in "Soleil de Orient."

Uh . . . I think I got this at an outlet mall.

Oh, that's really pretty.

It would be prettier as a highlighter, though,

so I think I'm gonna declutter it.

I'm gonna keep the Milani "Matte Beauty" . . .

Yeah, "Matte Beauty" lipstick. Such a gorgeous color.

I'm gonna keep this NYX lip plumper.

I didn't know where to put this,

because it was clear.

But I love this. I love lip plumpers, honestly.

This mini Tarte one, which I think I'm gonna give away

just because I don't think I need it.

I'm gonna keep this Baby Lips, actually,

because I do actually really like this color.

And I'm gonna keep this

soft matte lip cream in "London."

Guys, we're making so much progress.

I am so proud of myself!

Okay. Now we're gonna move on to reds,

which, to be honest, I didn't have a lot of

up until a couple of months ago.

I've just recently realized that I was in lack of

a bunch of red lipsticks, and I needed some.

So I just got a bunch.

I'd say that my favorite one

is the Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick by Too Faced

in the shade "Lady Balls."

I also love the Fenty one and the Lime Crime.

Those ones are my favorite.

I don't really love the Revlon one,

just because it doesn't dry down completely matte.

I love this Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick, too.

This is . . . Actually, I haven't really tried this.

I think I probably should,

because I have this Clarins one that I really like,

and I want to see if this is similar.

Okay. This Colourpop lip gloss, they sent me

because my order was late or something.

So they were like, "Oh, sorry it took so long."

It's just, I hate red glosses. I just don't get it.

It's a Hello Kitty collab. It's in the shade "Trinkets."

Then I have two of these Sam Marcel lipsticks.

They look exactly the same, but they're different.

I think I like the shade "Rouge"

more than the shade "Roux."

So, I'm gonna keep "Rouge."

Sam Marcel lip.

Oh, this is a dark shade, in the shade "Coco."

Um . . . I don't need that. I'll declutter.

Oh, an e.l.f. "Ruby Red." That's really pretty.

I'm gonna keep that.

I have this Clinique one, which I don't really need.

I have this one by Sigma,

which I think I want to keep, just for reference.

Actually, I don't really love that color.

Oh wait. The formula is really good, though.

I'm going to keep it,

just because I haven't tried it out yet.

Okay. Then I have three more.

I have this one by Cailyn that I'm definitely gonna keep.

Colourpop x KathleenLights Dream Street

in the shade "Revere." I f-king love this.

It's more of an orange, but it's gorgeous.

And . . . Should I keep?

I don't think I have any colors

this deep in a liquid lipstick.

Oh, no. That's gorgeous.

I'm gonna keep this Sam Marcel in "Colette."

It's really pretty. "I'm really pretty."

Okay. Purple. Second-to-last category.

Oh my god. This has only been 14 minutes!

Okay I've had this for way too long,

and it is trash. It always has been trash,

and it always will be trash.

I don't think they even sell Nic . . . "Nic"?

NYC anymore, but . . .

Okay. I have a bunch of bright purple lipsticks

that I just don't wear.

Like this Sam Marcel one in "Gillette."

But it's actually the only one of this shade,

so should I keep it? Or should I keep the one in "Chloe"?

Swatch them next to each other.

Oh girl. I'm gonna have some fun

taking off all these swatches.

I definitely think I like the one in "Chloe" more.

It's a little bit darker, a little bit more grey,

a little bit more wearable. So I'm gonna keep that one,

and give away the "Juliette" one.

Oh, then we have another one in "Bijou."

I don't need it. I'm just gonna . . .

Okay. Copenhagen Soft Matte Lip Cream.

Don't really need it.

It's a little bit patchy. I'm not gonna lie.

"Pandamonium" Urban Decay lipstick.

She has seen some better days. I don't even . . .

I think I got this in a dumpster.

That's why it's so worn down.

I was like, "What the f--?"

Oh. I've got this OFRA Liquid Lipstick set,

which I am actually gonna keep,

just because I want to buy more OFRA stuff,

and I haven't really given those the proper shot.

Kylie Posie K. Definitely gonna keep.

Okay. Anastasia "Craft." It wasn't that good.

I got it at Macy's, and it feels like a different formula

than the other one that I have.

So I think I'm gonna get rid of it.

This OFRA "Ipsy Unzipped" Lipstick?

I can't use it in videos, so I don't think I'm gonna keep it.

Because I don't really wear lipstick, other than in videos,

and I think it would be kind of obnoxious

for me to use a lipstick that you can't get.

MAC "Stone." This was my first MAC lipstick.

I would just never wear that color. Okay, yeah. Bye.

"Angelique." Eh. I'm not gonna wear that.

Okay, this is so . . . I don't get it.

I don't get why people wear dark colors in glosses.

I just don't understand the appeal. So no.

And no to this Tarteist one

in "Birthday Suit," I'm pretty sure.

Yeah. Oh my god! We have such big piles!

I'm so proud of myself!

Okay. Last little pile. We have my bright colors.

I think I'm gonna keep my orange, my gray, and my blue.

And everything else, I don't really feel an attachment to.

So . . . Hasta la vista!

Okay. So I'm gonna bring out the piles

and I'm going to show you.

Okay. So this is the pile of sh-- that I am decluttering.

I'll put the number on the screen

of how many were in this pile.

And then, this is the pile that I'm keeping.

As you can see, that is significantly smaller.

And all together, that was way too much lipstick

for somebody that never wears lipstick.

And I'm so happy, because now I think

that it might fit into my drawers.

The thing is, I don't really know what to do,

because I can't sell these.

So I think I'll just have to donate them,

and give them to friends and stuff.

But that's fine. That's lit.

So yeah.

I ended up giving a bunch of the lipsticks to Rhianna

and my other friends. And I donated some as well,

so I think that they went to good homes.

The past few months I've been working on some Five Nights at Freddy's Drawings,

but I'm not sure what to do with them .~.

So I decided why not show them on YouTube?

A lot of other youtubers have been doing this

but they kind of all quit so I thought I would bring this back

so ya

Starting with the drawing from the latest game Scott made FNAF 6 Pizzeria Simulator

This is a Lefty holding, um this girl's arm and

I don't know who this is, just some random girl who came to the pizzeria

Lefty turned out pretty good. Cuz like

blended like

Black and gray, so it wasn't completely

Dark black so I could show some shading

And so yeah, I think it turned out pretty good

The background doesn't really fully colored in as you can see

Yeah, just turned out pretty good

This is Funtime Freddy with Bon Bon

from sister location

Funtime Freddy turned out pretty good. Bon Bon was really hard to do because he has so many details in this small space

Yeah, it's like each of these drawings

There's something good and unique that none of the other drawings have and theres also something crappy that ruins it so yeah

I'm still working on getting better. I'm still progressing don't worry cuz I'm still learning stuff

Overall this turned out pretty good the body's a little small, but yeah

This is what I imagine the kitchen would look like cuz if you go to the camera in FNAF1 to the kitchen

And it's all black um

This is what I thought it would look like I always thought um

Golden freddy would be like locked up in there

Which is why the doors are barricaded because like Golden Freddy's really dangerous and stuff OoOoOo

Okay, the tile flooring really messed up like I don't even know what happened here, so yeah

Well this was like one of the first ones that I made

I thought Old Bonnie would turn out like trash and Toy Bonnie would be perfect. That's a little bit like the opposite

Old Bonnie turned out really good and Toy Bonnie is trash.

Toy Bonnie's blue coloring is like a lot darker than it should be

Also his bow is huge

And his snout is kind of off

Oh Old Bonnie turned out pretty good. I think especially the shading I thought the

Ears really a little small though

But I cannot get his body right like I can get his head really good

I can't get his body, so I just you the human body so kid um wearing a foxy mask

This is toy Bonnie. I tried to draw shadow Bonnie, but it just failed so I just drew all over it um

Toy Bonnie is like I think his coloring is really good like in the shading, but um

I've been starting to draw um anime style

This is what it looks like I've only started an anime. I'm still learning how to draw it

It's not really so it's probably not the best anime

I think it turned out pretty good like I gave him foxy features like the hook and the rip in his torso and

the eyepatch

foxy doesn't have a tail I think but um I just gave him the tail because I thought it would look pretty good I

Know so yeah, cuz the ears. I don't know what happened with his ears

Like why is one right here, and why is one right here, so yeah

That's that so um I hope you like these drawings some of them are trashy and some of them are good

So yeah, I'm not sure if I'm going to get a lot of

respect or hate

Because like there's a lot of youtubers that are a lot better than me, but um yeah

Top 10 Miss Martian Surprising Facts - Duration: 4:27.

I think it's fair to say that Miss Martian is an underrated character in the DC Universe.

While she has been fairly prominent in the Young Justice animated series, and now in

the Supergirl live action CW show despite deviating significantly in age, Miss Martian

is a character that is full of potential that we'd love to see more of in the comics.

So, today, we're taking a look at this interesting character with our top 10 Miss Martian Surprising

Facts list.

Let's jump in.

10 Age According to Young Justice, Miss Martian's

age in the 2010 run was 48 - 48 in earth years, that is.

The human biological equivalent to that though is much more fitting of what we see physically

- 16 years old.

Martians age approximately three times slower than humans do.

9 Alias Just like the majority of superheroes, Miss

Martian's alias isn't her real name.

It's M'gann M'orzz, which, when human-washed is Megan Morse.

She also operated under the alias Star-Spangled Kid, a mantle several heroes have taken up

over the years, but in her case, during Terror Titans #1, she had shape shifted into a young

male to compete for the Dark Side Club.

She wins their tournament, reveals herself and frees the other combatants.

8 Martian Manhunter While some unfamiliar with the character may

be under the assumption that Miss Martian is the daughter of J'onn J'onzz, aka Martian

Manhunter.

Not the case.

But the two are still relatives.

She's his niece.

Which is treated differently in Young Justice and the comics - in the comics, he treats

her as family, despite the two not being biologically related.

And in Young Justice, Miss Martian is a product of his sister's and a white martian's relationship.

7 Beast Boy In Young Justice, Miss Martian is actually

the one who created Beast Boy.

Or rather his powers.

Garfield Logan was severely injured after an explosion, and received a blood transfusion

from Miss Martian, who used her shape shifting abilities to change her blood type to O-negative

to match his.

This saved his life, and it's why he considers her his blood sister.

6 Fire Like most other martians, M'gann has pyrophobia.

Which means she has a fear of fire.

So how can an entire race share the same phobia?

Well, its actually due to a psychosomatic effect that was placed into the brains of

Martians by the Guardians of the Universe in order to curb their previous aggressive

state and the desire for interstellar conquest.

5 Loves Australia After a rough encounter with Ravager that

left her in tears, M'gann left the Teen Titans and ended up in Australia.

Specifically Sydney Australia.

This is because the landscape there reminded her of Mars.

While it seems that she doesn't have any sort of operational base out there, the character

has noted how much she adored the outback, mainly because of its resemblance to her home.

4 New 52 Miss Martian doesn't really make much of an

appearance in The New 52, but in Teen Titans #1, she appears in photographs that Lex Luthor

shows off during a presentation about alien life on Earth.

3 Creation After the events of Infinite Crisis, many

of DC's series were revamped, including Teen Titans.

This is when Miss Martian was created and brought into the fold.

Created by Geoff Johns and Tony S Daniel, it was reported that her character was in

response to Geoff Johns being told he couldn't use Supergirl as part of them team, since

she was already a member of the legion of super-heroes at the time.

2 Shes a White Martian Miss Martian is actually a white martian and

not a green one.

Why is this a big deal?

Well, the history between the green martians and the white martians is not a pretty one.

Its filled with violence and prejudice, with the green martians almost being brought to

extinction because of it.

Feeling ashamed for the actions of her race, and out of the desire to show respect for

Green Martians and their positive attributes, she shape shifted and lied about her identity.

When Martian Manhunter found out, it was jarring, but since he has come to accept her and appreciate

her desire to appear green over white.

1 She Killed Herself Sort of.

Her future self, that is.

M'gann actually decapitates her future self in the Titans of Tomorrow arc, which sort

of acted as a way for her to deal with her ancestry as a white martian - she's manipulated

by her future self, who at first seems swell but later reveals that she's pretty awful,

not letting M'gann aid her friends.

So she briefly turns into her white martian self to defeat herself in battle, which many

saw as a part of her own redemption with her struggle about her true roots.

The Complex Bond Between Hoarders and Their Stuff - Duration: 6:04.

[♪ INTRO ]

Most of us struggle with clutter.

Your friend calls to say they're coming over, and suddenly you're scrambling to

put things away and make your place at least a little bit presentable.

But when people take this to the extreme, it can be a little mystifying.

Like, you definitely do not need all your junk mail going back to 1997.

It's easy to make hoarding a punchline -- it's managed to sustain at least 9 seasons of reality

TV.

But the thing is, hoarding is a real problem, and it's not as rare as you might think.

It's thought that about 2-6% of people have what's called hoarding disorder.

And while we still have a lot to learn about it, neuroscientists think something quite

distinct is happening in the brains of those who have it.

People with hoarding disorder accumulate stuff, even things others would say are worthless,

because it's hard for them to part with their possessions.

It often pains them to throw things out -- there's an intense feeling of loss if they do.

And they may not want to get rid of stuff in case they might need it later.

Many also seek out new objects, whether they're freebies or purchases.

This is different from collecting because even if you're collecting something hardly

anyone else wants, like hotel key cards, collectors usually focus on one thing, and they keep

everything organized.

That's not what happens with hoarders.

Stuff builds up, and when it starts to take over, sometimes people can't use their kitchens

anymore to make food.

Or, they find that half of their bed is coated in stuff, making it hard for them to sleep.

In short, clutter is no longer just clutter — it's interfering with their lives.

In severe cases, hoarding can become dangerous, because people can't move through their

homes easily, and the space can become unsanitary and a fire hazard.

Those extreme cases are what they usually show on TV.

But it's a lot easier to see what's happening in someone's home than it is to see inside

their head.

Back in the 1990s, psychologists thought hoarding was a subtype of obsessive compulsive disorder,

or OCD, a disorder where people can become fixated on things, or do certain behaviors

repetitively.

This idea made sense: hoarding was one symptom used to diagnose OCD, and anywhere from 20-40%

of people with OCD do some hoarding.

Plus, it's easy to see how hoarding could be related to an obsessive fear of being wasteful

or getting rid of important items.

But 80% of hoarders, beyond their accumulation of stuff, have no other symptoms of OCD.

And there are some telltale differences between how people with OCD usually feel about their

compulsions and the feelings that come with hoarding.

People with OCD tend to be bothered by their compulsions, whereas hoarders usually aren't

— beyond embarrassment if someone comes into their house.

And unlike with OCD compulsions, hoarders aren't generally thinking about hoarding

all the time.

Neuroscientists have also noticed that the activity patterns in the brains of people

who hoard look different from those in people with OCD.

In one 2012 study of 107 volunteers, which included hoarders, people with OCD, and controls,

researchers imaged people's brains while they decided whether they should keep or shred

newspapers and pieces of mail.

As you'd expect, hoarders struggled with the task, and were more anxious and indecisive.

And when the items came from their own homes, they had much higher activity in two parts

of their brains than people in the other groups.

These regions, the anterior cingulate cortex and the insula, are important for decision-making

and emotion.

Researchers think this abnormal brain activity makes it hard for hoarders to respond appropriately

to objects — basically because they overvalue them, so it's hard for them to throw things

out.

Since those responses aren't seen in people with OCD, it doesn't seem like the disorders

are really all that similar, even though there can be some overlap.

In 2013, the authors of the fifth and latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical

Manual of Mental Disorders, or DSM, agreed, and officially recognized hoarding disorder

as its own thing — although it's still in the same category as OCD.

Now, even though we have some idea as to what's going on in the brains of hoarders, we don't

really understand why the disorder starts in certain people and not in others.

We do know that there are some risk factors.

First, hoarding disorder often runs in families, and some twin studies suggest that at least

part of it is genetic.

And about 75% of hoarders also have some other mental health problem, like depression, anxiety,

or ADHD.

Many people with the disorder have also experienced traumatic events or had traumatic childhoods.

For example, an abusive relationship or the death of someone the person is close to can

make hoarding worse or sometimes even trigger it.

It's not clear why this is, but some psychologists think that after traumatic events, people

may feel safer attaching themselves to objects rather than people, who might hurt or abandon

them.

It's like the clutter gives them comfort.

We also know that middle-aged or older adults are more likely to be affected, possibly because

the disorder gets worse over time.

So, even though hoarding symptoms usually start early, like in the person's teens,

it might take a few decades or more for things to really get out of hand.

There's no full-on cure for hoarding disorder, but cognitive behavioral therapy, or CBT,

can help treat it.

Therapists help the patient question why they want to acquire more things, or why they can't

get rid of something.

They come up with a set of questions to make it easier to tell whether an object is worth

buying or keeping, like, 'Do I really need this right now?' or, 'What's the worst

thing that can happen if I get rid of this box of old toys?'

By learning to recognize the hoarding behaviors, and by talking through their feelings with

someone as they practice sorting and throwing things out, people can begin to change.

Successfully treating hoarding is not easy.

It involves reshaping a fundamental part of how you perceive the world and live your life.

But understanding more about where your thoughts and behaviors come from can go a long way

toward giving you agency over them — even if change seems impossible or scary at first.

That's what psychology is all about.

Hey everyone, welcome to #SpinaBifida

Now I've done a lot of hospital clothing related videos in the past.

I have one with MRIs and wearing comfy clothing

to that and I do have an older video talking about

like what to pack in a hospital bag.

But I wanted to give you some clothing ideas

for if you're staying in the hospital

whether you just had surgery or you're waiting

to get surgery and they're trying other treatments.

For majority of my surgeries I've always

just been in a hospital gown.

It's been the easiest thing.

But I did have one moment when I was in the hospital

that I didn't have surgery right away so

I was able to wear my clothes from home.

And it was amazing.

So these are some great clothing ideas

if you wanna take them to the hospital.

Having clothes that you wear from home

that are comfy makes the hosptial

a little more enjoyable and more comfortable.

So I hope you like this.

So this outfit, is one of my favorite outfits.

Because it's just sweatpants and a really loose shirt.

And I like this shirt because the collar area is

is easy for any cords that they will stick onto your chest.

You can also pair it with this nice sweater because

let's be real, hospitals get pretty cold.

And so you wanna feel comfy but this sweater is good

because you can take your arm out with ease

so they can do your blood pressure or IVs.

All those fun stuff.

The next outfit is good if you have to have a

catheter taped to your leg.

Dresses are just so much easier

and I like this dress because it's not only

flow-ey but it gives a lot of space for your chest.

For those heart monitors.

And the sleeves go up too very easily

for again blood pressures and IVs.

So this dress is absolutely perfect.

The last outfit is my favorite outfit.

We're wearing colorful sweatpants, again.

And my girl Annie's the future is accessible t-shirt.

to make everything more accessible for us.

These are two dear friends of the David Lynch foundation, dear friends of mine

and great human beings and they practice Transcendental Meditation,

Ray for over 45 years, 40 years and Marty since 2008.

Yes, every day, every day, twice a day, as much as I can, twice a day.

The thing about it is that there's a kind of a peacefulness that,

I don't think I've ever achieved before, really. And, I must say it, you know,

it has made a major difference because, particularly in the morning, particularly morning, because

the amount of things that have to be done

and things you have to worry about. Suddenly, it just comes together, you stop.

I find that I can't do without it, that way, literally.

I started in 1968 or 69 and it changed my life because

I was a very ordinary or sub ordinary student and it brought me a clarity

and it through, made me independent, made me free-flowing. It just gave me lots of gifts.

I remember doing a film called Hugo which was a film was shot in three dimensions

and it took about an hour to get there, to the studio.

But in the morning, I would get up maybe 45 minutes earlier to do meditation,

before I was able to face that set with children actors that can only work for like a minute,

a dog that wasn't listening,

Sacha Baron Cohen was improvising everything and everything in 3d

and over schedule and over budget so you know, god, there's only one thing you could do

is calm it down and get into it and deal with the realities.

If there is something on my mind, if there is something I'm really worried about

in terms of a character development or, particularly, a thematic issue.

Or, just trying to get a shot done, literally. Sometimes we can't do that, we don't have a hallway.

It's got to be a track down a hallway, we have no hall.

Now what? What is it about? It's about his face, all right.

And so you just forget it and you're going to meditation

and somehow something came out. I said damn it.

That's exactly what it's like.

That's like that's exactly what it's like, right?

Because you go into that place and actually the physiology of the brain

is because that comes from the sub-conscious.

That's where your inventiveness, creativity, inspiration, come from.

So you just go in there and somehow you come out with the answer.

That's it, that really is.

Through brain imaging, they show that there are two big effects. The first is that your amygdala,

the part that is causing you the stress, calms down and your prefrontal cortex lights up.

And, so that brings you an equanimity.

If I don't do it, I tend to waste the time, the energy, the franticness.

And things can be very, very frantic

and that 20-25 minutes, whatever that is, is a godsend.

The thing it conveys is also how it compounds

so that it keeps getting better whatever amount that you're meditating,

next year will be better and the year after that will be better.

So, I meditate 20 minutes a day except if I've got a busy day then, I meditate 40 minutes.

So, experience it yourself. I mean, how much convincing do you need?

Diaper Bag Review | NEW DIAPER BAG | Babymel George Backpack - Duration: 5:39.

Hey guys, this is Jana from The Baby Cubby and today we're super excited to do a review

of a new backpack styled diaper bag.

This is the George by Babymel.

Babymel aims to create super functional diaper bags that don't sacrifice on style and the

George definitely meets both of those criteria.

It has wipe clean polyester with faux leather trim and the inside is a really cute heart

embossed pattern.

So this diaper bag comes with a padded changing pad, as well as having integrated stroller

straps, which I love.

You don't have to fiddle with adding those on afterwards.

They're already attached.

It's also super lightweight.

It's 1.54 lbs and it comes in this neutral black and grey option as well as this really

cute oatmeal and blue for those of us who like a little bit more color.

Both are still totally unisex which is something we absolutely love about this bag.

So this bag features a really easy quick grab handle and it can also be warn as a backpack.

The straps are padded so they are pretty comfortable to wear.

So one thing we love about this bag is it does have a ton of pockets.

It obviously has the large zippered interior pocket and here you're going to find two elasticise

bottle pockets that are insulated so that will keep milk hot or cold for 4-6 hours it

also has two elastic pockets that you can stuff diapers, snacks, whatever you need to

in there.

And it does have a large padded tech pocket that will fit a 13" lap top.

On the outside we have a bottle pocket as well.

This one will fit pretty standard sized baby bottles and it will also fit a larger como

tomo bottle as well, it's a little bit of a tight squeeze but you can get it in there.

We also have this front flap where you can access the zippered pocket that will have

your changing pad and there also is an elasticized pocket here that you can stick diapers or

anything else that you need.

One thing that's really cool about this pocket here is that the magnetic flaps, now they're

not really necessary for the function of the bag.

It's just for aesthetics but we really like that that magnets find each other really easily.

On some bags that we've played with you have to actually guide the magnet to the other

magnet to attach it.

But this one it will just snap close really easily and you don't really have to fuss with

it.

Then over here we have this really cool easy wipes dispenser.

So you just stick your wipes in there and you can just lift the flap and pull out.

And you're ready to go for quick and easy diaper changes.

One thing to note though is this will fit those really small individual travel wipes

better then something like this that has like the hard plastic cover so if you can purchase

the smaller travel wipes that would work better with this bag.

My favorite feature of this bag is that it actually has this hidden security pocket back

here.

When I pack a backpack style bag I don't like putting my phone or keys or wallet on any

of the outer pockets because, maybe this is paranoid of me but anybody could just sneak

in and rob me.

Which would not be cool.

But then if you have it in the interior pockets it's kind of a pain because if you're wearing

a backpack.

You have to take it off and turn it around and go inside and get your stuff.

Where as with this cool little security pocket, all of your stuff you want to keep secure

is against your back, so no one can grab it from you easily, but then it's really easy

for you to just swing your backpack off of your shoulder and access whats inside.

Zip up and then put it back on.

So super cool feature that I wish more diaper bags had!

We mentioned the stroller straps are integrated.

So that's really nice you don't have to attach anything additional, or store anything additional,

and possibly lose anything additional.

The velcro is a little bit loud but it does attach to the stroller really easily.

We also love that this diaper bag is wipe clean.

The outside is going to be wipe clean, the interior is going to be wipe clean as well

and the changing pad is machine washable and air dry.

So that's easy to take care of as well.

Overall we really love this diaper bag.

It's super easy to keep organized with all of the pockets.

The only draw back that we see is that it might be a little small if you have multiple

children and need to pack necessities for all of those kids plus yourself.

Unless you're really good at militaristic diaper bag packing, which I am not!

I am definitely an over packer.

So if that's you too, you might want to consider a bag that's a little bit bigger, but this

one is going to be easy to keep organized and pack a decent amount of stuff.

So if you're in the market for a budget friendly diaper bag, this is definitely one to consider

because at $90 bucks you really can't beat this diaper bag.

One thing to note, I did mention that in order to use this wipes case effectively you might

want to buy something that doesn't have this little plastic cover, those thinner travel

wipes would be a lot easier to use in here.

However if you don't anticipate using the wipes case feature of this diaper bag you

can still totally use this as just a regular bottle pocket and then stash your wipes in

here with your diapers instead.

So customize it to how you would like to use the bag.

Oh my god. My camera is really high up.

Hey guys, it's Annika. Welcome to my channika.

So today, I'm going to be doing a lip declutter video.

First, before we get started into anything,

I just want to preface this by saying

I'm really sorry, because in the video,

I was just doing a really sh-- job of

knowing where my camera was, I guess.

So I just wasn't holding anything

in front of the camera. But, it's okay.

I hope you enjoy the video, anyways.

I feel like I made some really good progress,

and . . . Yeah.

Okay. So, sorry for the kind of sh--y lighting over here.

I'm about to move over there in a quick sec.

But this is what my lip drawer looks like.

As you can see, it's kind of a disaster.

I have some lip glosses, bullets, stuff that wouldn't fit.

And I'm not really the kind of person that wears lip gloss

so I'm kind of shook that I have this much.

So I think what I'm gonna do is

I'm gonna lay them all out, organize them by color,

and then figure it out. So I'll be right back.

Okay. So, I've made five different piles.

I have a pile of red, random funky colors,

a pile of purples, a pile of pinks, and a pile of nudes.

And I'm surprised that my pile of pinks

is larger than my pile of nudes.

I love all my nudes. So . . .

We're gonna start with the pink ones.

I just kind of . . . I need better lighting.

Does this help or make it worse?

Okay. So there are some of these

that I can just tell you right now, I don't need.

This Revlon one, I don't need.

I don't even think I've used it.

Same with this Revlon one.

Sam Marcel sent me a bunch of their lipsticks.

I don't think I need that.

It is pretty, but it's shiny.

And so, I don't think I would use a lipstick with a sheen.

I don't know. It's kind of annoying.

This Sigma Lip Eclipse? It's a lip gloss.

So like . . . I guess I don't really have . . .

What if I, one day . . .

I'm gonna keep it. Because what if one day,

I need a lip gloss?

This Stila one, I love. In "Patina."

The Urban Decay "Vice" Liquid Lipstick is like

the same exact thing. Yeah.

So I don't think I need that.

I definitely do not need the Milani lipstick

in "Flirty Fuschia."

This is one of my first lipsticks, I think.

It smells like watermelon. Still does!

Damn. I've had this for years!

Same with these three lipsticks.

Wait. One of these is newer.

This lipstick used to be my sh--.

I used to be obsessive . . . I'm never gonna wear that!

Also, Maybelline isn't cruelty free,

so I might as well just get rid of it.

And then, there's also this L'Oreal one.

I hoard makeup.

I literally still have my first makeup product.

Really gross.

Also this Rimmel one in "Berry Rose."

They're all metallic. I don't know what I was doing.

I got this Revlon lipstick in "Peony Pink."

I literally have not used it. So I might keep it,

and throw it in a giveaway. Because it's pristine.

She's a virgin. She's never been touched.

She still has the "L'Oreal" engraved.

So I might give that away.

My piles are completely messed up.

Okay. Too Faced Sweet Peach Lip Glosses.

I don't think I need this mini one,

but I think I'm gonna keep the large one

in the shade "Peachsicle"

Definitely gonna keep this Cailyn Liquid Lipstick.

I got this in my Ipsy, and I love Cailyn liquid lipsticks,

because they stay on for so f-ing long.

Definitely gonna keep this Essence Lipgloss.

Actually, wait. These two are kind of similar.

Same with this one.

We have Huda Beauty, Essence, and Revlon.

I'm gonna get rid of the Revlon one.

And I think I'm gonna keep both of these,

because I feel like this one's a little bit more warm tone,

this one's a little bit more cool tone. What can I say?

Okay. But we're doing well.

We've kept six and decluttered twelve.

Okay. MAC "Velvet Teddy."

I know MAC is so bad, but I'm gonna have to keep it,

because . . . you know what? What if I . . . I don't know.

This Maybelline one, "Orchid Ecstasy."

That's a purple. I didn't even bother to check.

But I'll just declutter it now, anyway.

e.l.f. one? Pretty. But I'm probably not going to use it.

This Catrice Volumizing Lip Booster?

I love! It plumps your lips a little bit,

I mean, obviously. It's not gonna, because it's Catrice.

It does a little bit, but it doesn't hurt as much

as the Too Faced. And it looks good.

It has some pigment to it. So I'm gonna keep that.

I think I'm gonna get rid of

the Liquid Catsuit Liquid Lipstick in "Nudist Peach."

I just don't like the color on my face.

It's a little bit too peach for me.

This mini? I'm gonna keep this,

just because it's cute. It's really adorable.

Really f-ing cute.

I got it as a birthday gift a few years ago. From Sephora.

Okay. I have two of these Baby Lips Lip Glosses.

I literally have no attachment to either of these,

so I'm just gonna get rid of them.

A more matte lip cream.

I'm gonna keep this, just because it's

a drugstore liquid lipstick and . . .

Okay. Then we have this Pretty Vulgar one

that I got in my BoxyCharm.

I just . . . I'm not a huge fan of the metallic . . .

I never really got the metallic liquid lipstick thing.

But at the same time, I feel like I should keep it,

because . . . Ugh.

It's really pretty.

Do you see how reflective that is?

Even in my sh--y lighting?

That would be gorgeous as an eyeshadow.

Ughhhh. Okay.

I'm gonna get rid of it.

And then, I think I'm gonna keep both of these.

This is the Sephora

Lip Stain, and this Revlon lip gloss,

just because I do really like both of these.

I don't use them on camera

because they're not cruelty free. But . . .

Okay. So now, we're gonna move on to the nude pile.

My pile of nudes, which is my second biggest pile.

First, we have the Anastasia Beverly Hills lipstick

in "Lovely." This should have been in the pink section,

but I'm definitely gonna keep this.

I love Anastasia liquid lipstick.

Like I said, I'm gonna keep my Cailyn liquid lipsticks,

I had a few of those. Okay, one of them is over there.

I have the shades 32 and 5 right here.

I'm gonna keep both of those.

I'm gonna get rid of this. Oh wait,

I didn't even know I had this.

Oh. This is brand new, too.

Okay. I have two brand new L'Oreal lipsticks

that I'm probably just gonna throw in a giveaway,

because . . . if they're brand f-king new.

Wait. Where . . . Guys, I'm losing all my sh--.

Okay. Yeah. So we have "Peony Pink" and "Sugarplum,"

which I'm gonna throw in a giveaway.

Okay. I have the "Aquarius" lip gloss from ColourPop,

which is their KathleenLights collab.

Also gonna declutter. Just don't really like the shade.

I have a few OFRA Liquid Lipsticks,

but, to be quite honest, two of them are

the metallic finishes, and I don't really love them.

I just . . . I don't get the foil liquid lipstick thing.

I might actually keep the foil brown,

because I did actually use that one time,

and I think that that might be cool.

that I got from Nordstrom Rack that I never use.

It would be prettier as a highlighter, though,

so I think I'm gonna declutter it.

I'm gonna keep the Milani "Matte Beauty" . . .

Yeah, "Matte Beauty" lipstick. Such a gorgeous color.

I'm gonna keep this NYX lip plumper.

I didn't know where to put this,

because it was clear.

But I love this. I love lip plumpers, honestly.

This mini Tarte one, which I think I'm gonna give away

just because I don't think I need it.

I'm gonna keep this Baby Lips, actually,

because I do actually really like this color.

soft matte lip cream in "London."

Okay. Now we're gonna move on to reds,

which, to be honest, I didn't have a lot of

up until a couple of months ago.

I've just recently realized that I was in lack of

a bunch of red lipsticks, and I needed some.

So I just got a bunch.

I'd say that my favorite one

is the Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick by Too Faced

in the shade "Lady Balls."

I also love the Fenty one and the Lime Crime.

Those ones are my favorite.

I don't really love the Revlon one,

just because it doesn't dry down completely matte.

I love this Melted Matte Liquid Lipstick, too.

This is . . . Actually, I haven't really tried this.

I think I probably should,

because I have this Clarins one that I really like,

and I want to see if this is similar.

Okay. This Colourpop lip gloss, they sent me

because my order was late or something.

So they were like, "Oh, sorry it took so long."

It's just, I hate red glosses. I just don't get it.

It's a Hello Kitty collab. It's in the shade "Trinkets."

Then I have two of these Sam Marcel lipsticks.

They look exactly the same, but they're different.

I think I like the shade "Rouge"

more than the shade "Roux."

So, I'm gonna keep "Rouge."

in the shade "Revere." I f-king love this.

It's more of an orange, but it's gorgeous.

I don't think I have any colors

this deep in a liquid lipstick.

I'm gonna keep this Sam Marcel in "Colette."

It's really pretty. "I'm really pretty."

Okay. Purple. Second-to-last category.

Oh my god. This has only been 14 minutes!

Okay I've had this for way too long,

and it is trash. It always has been trash,

and it always will be trash.

I don't think they even sell Nic . . . "Nic"?

NYC anymore, but . . .

Okay. I have a bunch of bright purple lipsticks

that I just don't wear.

Like this Sam Marcel one in "Gillette."

But it's actually the only one of this shade,

so should I keep it? Or should I keep the one in "Chloe"?

Swatch them next to each other.

Oh girl. I'm gonna have some fun

taking off all these swatches.

I definitely think I like the one in "Chloe" more.

It's a little bit darker, a little bit more grey,

a little bit more wearable. So I'm gonna keep that one,

and give away the "Juliette" one.

Oh, then we have another one in "Bijou."

I don't need it. I'm just gonna . . .

Okay. Copenhagen Soft Matte Lip Cream.

Don't really need it.

It's a little bit patchy. I'm not gonna lie.

"Pandamonium" Urban Decay lipstick.

She has seen some better days. I don't even . . .

I think I got this in a dumpster.

That's why it's so worn down.

I was like, "What the f--?"

Oh. I've got this OFRA Liquid Lipstick set,

which I am actually gonna keep,

just because I want to buy more OFRA stuff,

and I haven't really given those the proper shot.

Kylie Posie K. Definitely gonna keep.

Okay. Anastasia "Craft." It wasn't that good.

I got it at Macy's, and it feels like a different formula

than the other one that I have.

So I think I'm gonna get rid of it.

This OFRA "Ipsy Unzipped" Lipstick?

I can't use it in videos, so I don't think I'm gonna keep it.

Because I don't really wear lipstick, other than in videos,

and I think it would be kind of obnoxious

for me to use a lipstick that you can't get.

MAC "Stone." This was my first MAC lipstick.

I would just never wear that color. Okay, yeah. Bye.

"Angelique." Eh. I'm not gonna wear that.

Okay, this is so . . . I don't get it.

I don't get why people wear dark colors in glosses.

I just don't understand the appeal. So no.

And no to this Tarteist one

in "Birthday Suit," I'm pretty sure.

I'm so proud of myself!

Okay. Last little pile. We have my bright colors.

I think I'm gonna keep my orange, my gray, and my blue.

And everything else, I don't really feel an attachment to.

Okay. So this is the pile of sh-- that I am decluttering.

I'll put the number on the screen

of how many were in this pile.

And then, this is the pile that I'm keeping.

As you can see, that is significantly smaller.

And all together, that was way too much lipstick

for somebody that never wears lipstick.

And I'm so happy, because now I think

that it might fit into my drawers.

The thing is, I don't really know what to do,

because I can't sell these.

So I think I'll just have to donate them,

and give them to friends and stuff.

But that's fine. That's lit.

So yeah.

Lexus GS production and sales halted in Europe - Duration: 3:34.

We

last wrote about the Lexus GS one year ago to editorialize about the rumored death of

the luxury brand's sports sedan.

Now, Dutch outlet AutoRAI claims to have gotten confirmation from Lexus Europe that the automaker

stopped taking orders for the GS in March, and will cease production of the Euro-spec

model in April.

In keeping with last year's speculation, AutoRAI reports the next-generation, front-wheel-drive

ES will fill the role of the rear-wheel-drive GS there.

What this means for the GS in the States?

We sill don't know.

But we do know that the ES moved 51,398 units here last year, compared to GS sales of 7,773.

Those numbers represent double-digit declines compared to 2016, when the sold ES sold 51,398

units and the GS sold 14,878.

In August 2017, spy photographers caught the 2019 ES testing with the Audi A6 and Mercedes-Benz

E-Class, hinting the coming ES has grander aspirations than being a florid Toyota Avalon.

That still wouldn't make the ES a pure replacement for a sporty rear-drive sedan, but are there

enough GS buyers for Lexus to care?

Last October, Car and Driver reported that Toyota's Gazoo Racing brand was working on

a new GS F, but C/D couldn't tell if Gazoo meant a new model or the current one.

Last June, Lexus Australia head Peter McGregor refuted the death of the GS.

When asked if dealers were interested in both the ES and GS, McGregor responded, "I think

what dealers like is a full line-up... that meets the market requirement in every key

segment."

Making clear that he couldn't speak on future product, McGregor also commented, "I think

[a new GS] would still be a four-door sedan in terms of its application, but the exterior

styling may appear to be more liftback."

The third-gen GS struck a fastback profile, and you could see the new LS as a modern evolution

of that old GS design.

A member at the Lexus Enthusiast fan forum has found that the the next GS, internally

codenamed 300B, still shows up in industry databases alongside the date "SOP [Start of

Production] Q2 2019."

Throwing money at an updated GS F wouldn't make sense for a doomed sedan.

Could the GS reappear as a four-door coupe?

Certainly, if for no other reason than that Lexus needs something to fill the slot between

the $38,950 ES and the $75,000 LS.

Perhaps a new GS would go even further with the design language revealed in the LF-FC

concept; Toyota's head of advanced design told Automotive News last year, "At a certain

point of time, the traditional, square, three-box sedan will go away."

Clarity might be a while in coming, but we should know something by the end of the year.
