Youtube daily report Aug 26 2018

Most people understandably want nothing to do with the dark web, but for those who are

curious, there's a way to order anonymous mystery boxes.

What's inside some of these boxes can be potentially dangerous or even incriminating

at times, so if you still want to order one, don't say I didn't warn you.

10.

joseph widner opens his dark web mystery box and immediately comes face to face with two

creepy dolls.

Inside of a grey plastic bag he also finds an old beat-up hammer.

It looks well-used, though for what I can't tell – hopefully not on people.

But, then worst of all, in another grey plastic bag, joseph finds a sharp instrument that

has almost certainly seen foul play one way or another.

The screwdriver is covered in hair and wet with an off-color liquid.

It may or may not have been staged, but I personally think that joseph should have contacted

the police just to be on the safe side.

Let me know if you agree.

9.

A YouTuber named qbanguy receives a deep web mystery box with a pile of old electronics

inside.

He notices an outdated cassette player with headphones, so he puts them on and hears a

woman saying the same thing over and over again in a different language.

Listen to this part and let me know if you can translate.

Something about the woman's tone sounds menacing to me, almost as if she is making

a twisted prediction.

If you speak the language, please let me know if I am right.

8.

ThatGuyAaron has a hundred dollars to blow so he orders a deep web mystery box to see

what he can find.

Inside the box is a typed note suggesting that he made a mistake ordering this box,

and things just get weirder from there.

Aaron slowly begins pulling out items that, when put together, recreate the scene of a

horrible atrocity.

Duct tape, surgical gloves, zip-tie cuffs, and an old hand-turned screw that people would

use instead of an electric drill are all found inside.

Then there's this quick old videoclip of a female stranger.

Something about this short video feels very dark and sinister.

Could the girl seen here also be the same person who these instruments were later used

on?

I guess that staging all of this would not be that hard.

7.

Alex Meiner pops off the top of his dark web mystery and receives a handwritten warning.

To paraphrase, it says that life is a dirty mystery and you never know what you are touching.

As for the weird drawing beneath it, your guess is as good as mine.

Alex finds an old compact disc and quietly sets it aside.

Then he finds this weird leaky bag full of white powder.

If you have any idea what this is, let me know.

The next object almost certainly confirms my suspicions.

Covered in the mysterious white powder is this weird tool marked "biohazard".

Later, when Alex plays the CD, this is what he hears.

Listen to this and tell me if you can hear a voice say something like "I see you".

And leave me a best guess as to what this all means.

6.

Ali H claims to have bought this mystery box for a thousand dollars.

The bottom of the box is covered with paper towels so he can't see what's underneath.

He absentmindedly reaches straight into the box without a second thought, a decision he

soon regrets.

Ali H is pricked by a strange needle that's tangled in tufts of foreign hair.

The rest of the items appear to be weird chemicals that Ali H can't identify.

By the end of the video his finger is throbbing and he knows he needs medical attention quick.

I didn't see any actual liquids inside of the syringe, which is good, but I guess there

could still be some sort of contagion on the tip of needle itself.

I was thinking he should have washed his hands immediately, but be sure to let me know if

there are some extra steps Ali H could have taken to save his health.

Ali H made this video in August of 2018, and at the moment, no update has been provided.

5.

A YouTuber named TAIJAEI & CO. is sifting through a deep web box when she comes across

what appears to be some sort of surgical instrument with strange markings, though I don't know

what they could mean, if anything at all.

I also don't know what they were used for, only that they leave a greenish stain on TAIJAEI's

gloves which I hope is nothing toxic.

She changes gloves and moves on to the next object, an icepick covered in red at the tip.

I'm hoping that it's just rust and not what I think it is.

Let me know what you think.

My only question, besides what this could be, is who put it in the box and why.

4.

ROBERT REDDICK has been waiting two weeks for this day to come, but now the deep web

box has finally arrived, and he is incredibly nervous.

He contemplates not opening the box at all at first, then Robert calls over some friends

and the three of them dive in.

The first thing they notice is a weird stain on the inside of the box, followed by an impossibly

pungent smell that nearly bowls them over.

They put on some gloves and keep going.

Tucked beneath some bubble wrap are two handwritten letters that say "I'm sorry" repeatedly.

A third letter says a single word, "shinigami",which I looked up the meaning of.

This is the name for ancient supernatural creatures who were thought to shepherd humans

to the afterlife in Japan mythology.

There's a lot of weird stuff left to pick through, like a fishbowl that's filled with

a bunch of thumbtacks and a single red lighter.

There's also a fourth note waiting inside.

I'm skipping past some items here, but eventually they come across a blank letter at the bottom

of the box with a rather creepy hidden message.

They do not heed the warning and eventually happen upon a large plastic bag with something

decomposing inside.

It's hard to say whether these are just props or a true deep web mystery waiting to

be unraveled.

I think the three friends appear very creeped out by the end of the video, so it's probably

real, but I'd like to know what you think of their reactions.

3.

This YouTuber isn't sure if deep web mystery boxes are real or not, so he buys as many

of them as he can as an experiment of sorts.

Sure enough, some of them don't have anything weird inside at all, while others look as

though they were packaged by a complete psycho.

Take this dirty stuffed animal that's been stuffed with even dirtier stuffed animals,

for instance.

In the very last one is a pill container, presumably for smuggling purposes.

The creepiest package of all is full of abused dolls.

It looks like it was made by someone with serious problems.

You can see how they cut off the doll's fingers one by one here.

Then they made this children's pop-up book filled with occult symbology.

They are about to throw the whole box away when suddenly a yellow Teletubby doll with

a burnt face grabs their attention.

Listen to the sound it makes and tell me how this noise is even possible.

At this point he's seen enough and decides not to open any more boxes.

The only problem is at least several more are heading to his address in the mail . . .

2.

Jaskinho and a friend decide to open a deep web box in a public place just in case they

need to quickly get help.

Inside they find a tiny clown with a creepy melody.

A short while later they find this religious necklace, almost as if it was placed there

to ward off evil.

Next is a series of old photographs with x's over them.

It's like they've been hunted or something and then crossed out one by one.

I'm curious as to what this device is used for.

It looks similar to something I've seen people in other videos use to communicate

with spirits.

Then again, it kind of looks like it could even be used to measure radiation.

Jammed inside of a glass bottle is a baby doll that's covered in all red.

Its head is busted open and inside of the red gelatinous substance is a key for a box.

If this box is real, then I think whoever sent it has a real penchant for children's

belongings.

Perhaps everything in the box was taken from the sender's own personal collection.

Before we get to number 1, my name is Chills and I hope you're enjoying my narration.

1.

Bayz TV orders a mystery box off the dark web and eagerly opens it, never expecting

to find a huge blade and evidence that someone's life was taken.

He then finds this SD card and decides to watch a video.

Bayz TV doesn't know what to do next and decides to end the video.

The next night, a man in black shows up at his door.

He eventually answers the door and is actually arrested for his purchase.

I'm not sure what happened next, if this is even real, or if Bayz TV is even legally

allowed to give an update while under investigation.

Analyzing MEKA Squad's New Hero Potential (Overwatch New Hero Candidate Analysis) - Duration: 10:56.

What's up everybody this is Master Ian Gamer and today I wanted to take a closer look at

some of the new characters we were introduced to in the new Shooting Star animated short,

and consider their potential to be more than just side characters. Now, literally anyone

can look at characters like this and cry "new hero", which is why I want to try and go

at least one step further and actually analyze them to see if they have real potential. Do

they meet the playable hero criterias, what roles would they satisfy, are these roles

even something that fits the game? There's a lot to consider beyond just whether a character

looks cool or not, so I'm going to seek out whatever realistic potential these characters

may have to see if they really could one day join the hero roster. If you end up enjoying

this video than be sure to leave a Like and Subscribe for more, and without further ado

let's jump right on in.

So before I get into analyzing them, I want you to first leave a comment down below saying

which of these four you think could be future heroes, and preferably, also explain why.

After this video, I want you to go back to that comment and add to it if anything I say

here changes your opinion.

Now real quick, I want to clarify the criteria I'm going to be using to evaluate them.

First is their visual similarity to D.Va. While all the mechs are clearly from the same

unit and share many design characteristics, different heroes in Overwatch must all have

easily distinguishable silhouettes in order to make identification easier during a match.

Second, the mechs need to have a discernible role and abilities. Given that they're already

battle mechs, they're all going to be able to satisfy this at least a little. But, this

second criteria is checked by the third criteria, which is whether the mech's role and abilities

are something that is either needed or at the very least would work in the actual game.

If the mech's designed to shuck corn, sorry, but that's not gonna get you onto the hero

roster.

And also to clarify, I'm going to refer to each of the pilots by their call sign,

since that will be easier than me butchering their actual names. And while I know that

every mech also has its own name, too, I'm just going to refer to them by the pilot's

name in order to simplify things.

So, let's start on the left and work our way across. First up is Casino. Judging by

the design of his mech, I could almost see him possibly being a DPS, and likely being

quite speedy due to its sleek shape. Outside of this though, the mech itself looks unique

enough that I don't think there would be much issue with misidentifying his vs D.Va's

during a match, especially since it seems to be a bit bigger physically. However, his

mech also doesn't seem to have anything characteristically unique from the others.

All four of the other mechs seem to each have a unique ability, which are an energy shield

for D.Mon, Defense Matrix for D.Va, some kind of rocket pods for King, and drones for Overlord.

I'll touch on each of these more individually once I get to each respective pilot, but none

of the images or the mech's design seem to indicate any kind of unique ability for

Casino. Perhaps this was intentionally left ambiguous for the time being, maybe in anticipation

of him being designed into a full on hero later down the line, but I think that's

a bit of a stretch. At the time being we have nothing to indicate that his mech is functionally

any different from D.Va's, which to me isn't very promising. Aside from its sleek design,

which would likely indicate speed, nothing about it feels outstanding. And I don't

know about you guys, but a more mobile version of D.Va does not sound like something Overwatch

particularly needs. So, for the time being I have to give him an unsatisfactory "Maybe".

Moving on now to the next pilot, we have D.Mon. D.Mon's mech would definitely be a tank,

and while it does have a strong visual similarity to D.Va's mech, the sheer size and bulk

alone would be enough to give it a unique outline on the field of battle, although that

actually presents its own issues. Currently, Reinhardt and D.Va are about tied as being

the largest heroes, with each standing roughly 7 ½ feet tall when in armor and mech. And,

as we can see here, D.Mon's mech is nearly twice that size, standing at least 12 feet

tall, if not more. Not only would this be a direct problem when it comes to navigating

doorways on nearly every map, but it would make her a massive, easy to hit target. To

compensate for her size, she would need to possess a ton of health and armor, but even

then she would basically become a bullet sponge, and likely be a huge ult charge battery for

the enemy. While it's possible that she would have strong abilities to compensate

for this, such as whatever this energy shield is we see her using here, I'm just having

a really hard time seeing her fit into any of the maps we have currently. I'm all for

finding new and clever ways to utilize and work around map layouts, but when your physically

too big to fit out the spawn room door, I think you've hit a hard limit. Maybe Blizzard

could come up with a kit that would make use of D.Mon's immense size, but it just feels

fundamentally problematic. And so, despite how cool D.Mon's mech is, it horribly fails

the third criteria and therefore I have to give it a big fat "Nope".

Moving onto the third MEKA pilot, we have King. For the first criteria check, he unfortunately

gets the worst characteristics from both the previous, in that, like Casino, the overall

shape and design appears dangerously close to D.Va's mech, maybe not so much that this

alone would prevent it from working, but also like D.Mon it's physically larger than both

D.Va and Reinhardt. It's not nearly as monstrous as D.Mon, but it's still quite tall specifically,

which I find to be rather concerning. Again, if it can't fit through a spawn room door,

it can't work as a hero. That could almost be a criteria in and of itself. In terms of

its unique abilities, the only thing that stands out on it seem to be the dual rocket

pods which open up to reveal a number of projectiles. Again, this seems like a bit of an overlap

with D.Va's own micro missiles, and while there are certainly things Blizzard could

do to differentiate these rockets from other projectiles in the game, at first glance it's

hard to see them as being unique. Perhaps they would be homing rockets? I have a hard

time believing that an ability like that would go over well in the community, although maybe

it could work as being an ultimate. Like Casino, there could very well be more to the mech

that isn't shown in the few images we have of it, but that factor isn't very promising

when it comes to trying to find legitimate reasons to be added as a hero.

In short, his mech seems to suffer from a culmination of what's working against the

chances of the previous two pilots, but unlike Casino who I think scrapes by with just enough

plausibility, King doesn't quite make it. His mech height would offer similar problems

to those listed for D.Mon, particularly the inability to fit through doorways, and he

just doesn't have any unique enough design elements or discernable abilities to compensate.

And so, like D.Mon, I'm going to have to give him a big fat "Nope".

Now this brings us to the fourth and final new MEKA pilot, which is Overlord. And this

is where things start to really get interesting. Considering the visual similarity criteria,

his mech is roughly the same size as D.Va's, but by far the most unique looking out of

the entire squad, as it's the only one to seemingly not possess any legs. While we see

that all five of the mechs are capable of flight, Overlord's seems to be exclusively

airborne, as indicated by how it's hovering when seen being stored in the MEKA base. If

this mech were to be added into the game, this aspect might be a problem. Perhaps he

would only be slightly airborne, similar to how Zenyatta levitates. Or, maybe his flight

would be limited, like that of Pharah's. Or, perhaps he'd have true, limitless flight,

like Mercy has during her ultimate. This last one might sound absurd, but then again, who

would have ever thought a hero with the rolling mechanics of Wrecking Ball could work before

his reveal? I'm not saying it's necessarily likely, but unlike the size issue of D.Mon's

mech, infinite flight is something that would mechanically work, and only be problematic

when it comes to balance.

Now beyond this, though, the other major thing to point out about Overlord's mech is its

apparent special ability, which is drones. You may have missed it at first glance, but

we can clearly see what appears to be a tiny drone thing flying behind him, and it appears

to be one of four which are situated on the rear wing of the mech. Of all the "special

abilities" we can discern from each of the four new mechs shown in the short, this drone

ability, at least to me, seems to by far be the most intriguing. A drone controlling hero

or someone whose abilities revolve around the use of some kind of AI or partially controlled

companion is something that the community has speculated about quite a bit, so it's

certainly interesting to have a character like this introduced to the story.

Like the ability to fly, drones are something that would likely be able to work mechanically

in Overwatch, but could possibly be a challenge to balance. The closest things we have to

drones currently would probably be Symmetra's turrets, although they aren't nearly as

mobile or autonomous as we might expect Overlord's drone to be. Perhaps they would work more

similarly to Zenyatta's Harmony and Discord orbs, where you simply task them to an ally

or enemy and then they work their magic from there. Also, would the drones heal, deal damage,

scout out enemies? To be honest, I could probably make a whole video delving into the possibilities

of a drone controller hero, and it seems possible that Overlord could fit as one.

Another interesting thing to note is that canonically, Overlord's drones shouldn't be

able to work. According to D.Va's backstory, MEKA themselves originally used drones to

fight until the omnics started jamming their signals, thus forcing them to switch to human

pilots. So why do Overlord's drones work when MEKA's didn't? This could perhaps be chalked

up as a design oversight, or maybe even be written off as "something something future

technology". Either way, I feel like Blizzard possibly had a good, specific reason to design

it like this. I'm not saying this was for sure in anticipation of adding Overlord as

a future hero, but he's the one new MEKA character that I honestly see as having a

lot of real potential based on the little we know. Assuming Blizzard can find a way

to balance a permanently airborne, drone deploying hero, I think he could really give Wrecking

ball a run for his money when it comes to unconventional, yet functional hero design.

Therefore, I have to give Overlord an outstanding "Viable". Again, I wouldn't necessarily

get your hopes up for him joining the roster anytime soon, but if you had to pick a pilot

to bet your money on, I'd have to recommend Overlord.

And there you go, this has been my analysis of the four newly introduced MEKA pilots.

Do you agree with the points I made, and how does it compare to your own initial predictions?

DRYING TIME FOR OIL AND ACRYLIC PAINT | Fanny Duhaime Artist Painter, L'ARTmoire - Duration: 5:07.

Today I'm talking to you about the drying time of your oil or acrylic painting.

Hi me it's Fanny Duhaime, I'm an artist painter and I gave myself as mission

to help you propel your career as an artist.

Drying times vary depending on the type of painting that you use, mediums

to which you will mix it and also several other factors we are going to talk about today.

Acrylic it's pretty simple, it's dry still fast and if you want to speed up

the drying of your painting, you can use a dryer.

It will work very well if you work in thin layers.

On the other hand if you like the impasto and that you mix with your painting a gel or other

medium to give it texture or the creaminess so depending on the thickness

that you put it can take 24, 48 hours and maybe even more.

Your painting must be hard to touch so that she lost the rubbery aspect,

the bounced look when you touch it means that it is not dry in depth.

If you are not expecting enough, you will come and seal your painting which is not dry yet

she will not be able to breathe anymore, which makes that it will crack or peel your painting

on your canvas.

Oil is different.

The oil does not dry, it hardens.

So you can not speed up the time drying your canvas,

you must be patient.

Yes, there are drying accelerators for oil painting, but personally

I did not like that.

Because what it does is that it reduces the time you have to work your oil

and me if I chose to work with oil, it's because I appreciate the fact

that I have time to work colors so as to use an accelerator

drying I will go to acrylic ...

If you use a medium like oil of lin, you will lengthen the drying time

of your painting and also, some colors take longer than others to dry.

For very bright colors, very strong in pigments it's longer, but it's also

the case with black or titanium white.

While the earth colors they, dry really faster.

The way you prepare your canvas, the company of your paint tubes, the temperature

where you paint, it's all things that can influence the drying time

of your oil.

A little thing that I use and that I can to share with you is that if on my web

I have a big area to do with a color who I know does not dry very quickly,

what I can do is go do a basecoat in acrylic of color

as close as possible to that, I'm going just need to work a layer

thin oil to make my gradients and my details over it.

For example, if you want to paint a red rose, of one, the red it does not cover so

opaque so you'll either be carried to in put thicker, or whatever you want

put more than one layer.

And two, it's one of the pigments that does not dry really not fast.

So to help you, you make them one, two, three thin layers in acrylic taking

a color that is as close as possible red that you will use with oil and

once your acrylic base is well uniform so you do not have any sections

less opaque than others, you can come to make your oil thin layer where we go

find all your gradients.

We often hear that it takes several months before we can varnish a painting

made with oil paint.

That's right, if you work in thick layers and you want to use a definitive varnish.

But, there is a way to paint well before that, it only takes this case that you use

a nail polish to retouch, you can look my capsule on varnishes where I tell you everything

what there is to know about the subject.

A little trick for your oil to dry a little faster is to put your canvas in

a place lit and warm but not directly under UV rays

Wet weather also tends to lengthen Drying times

Now you know a little more about drying time of these types of paint,

for sure there may be other factors who influence it, but at least today

we saw the whole base.

If you liked this video, you can click on the small thumbs up, it helps me to

to be able to help even more people like you.

And do not forget to subscribe if not not already done

to miss nothing of the next capsules.

Thank you very much for your listening, we see each other next week!
