Michelle Keegan flaunted her svelte figure today as she ran errands in Essex wearing figure hugging gym gear.

The former Coronation Street actress was snapped looking fresh-faced and beautiful as she enjoyed the sunshine on Monday while engrossed in her mobile phone.

Michelle, 29, teamed blue camouflage leggings with a black tank top and pristine white trainers, finishing her sports chic look with sunglasses and a black handbag.

The star admitted earlier this month she's not been to the gym that much lately but is slowly getting back into her usual fitness regime ahead of filming the new series of BBC drama Our Girl.

"I haven't gone to the gym because I've been working so much at the minute, so I am trying to get back into that now," she told Daily Star .

Michelle will soon reprise her role as army medic Georgie Lane in the new series of Our Girl,

which means she'll need to get ready for long days of filming carrying heavy equipment in the hot sunshine of South Africa, where the show films.

So, Today! tadaa I 've got here in front of my 7 of 'CoCo Ichi's' popular curries

these are the 7 top curries listed on this website that I found

and I'll tell you where they stand on the ranking as I eat these ~well... I kinda already lined them up in order already~

itadakimasu

the 7th is Cheese Curry to be honest its 8th....

the one that was ranked higher was chicken that was listed twice so I bumped it off the list

so its really truly 8th but its cheese curry in 7th now

cheese is so popular the cheese looks delish

this mild tasting cheese flavors this whole dish I just can't get enough

oh and by the way I ordered all of these curries as medium hot/spicy and a dash of sweet sauce

I love having a bit of sweetness in my hot sauces

this blend of curries is so good its very delish

all done despite being ordering the medium hot curry its still got a kick

but I feel its a perfect level of spice for a curry 6th place goes to...

tadaa! 'paripari' chicken the real name of this is chicken katsu (cutlet)

there were 2 of these chicken dishes so I picked the cheese underneath it to replace it

chicken is always so great

the breading is so crisp and when mixed with the curry becomes just the right amount of tender

the meat is my fav.... with high fat content I do like 'paripari' chicken quite a lot

all done 5th place goes to

beef curry its got beef in it!

the beef flavor is nicely integrated into this curry sauce its so delish

all done 4th place goes to

tadaa sirloin katsu curry sirloin cutlets are so delish. I do prefer katsu made from this cut

this katsu alone tastes so great and to take that and add this curry... its the ultimate flavor combination

all done 3rd is....

veggie curry with potatoes, carrots and asparagus

huge bits of potato

so soft and delish also some onion in here as well

# 2 pork curry

one of Coco ichi best curries its a decent price as well

number 1 is.....

stewed chicken curry look at this its so packed full of chicken

chicken is so tender you can really taste the umami from this

last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita Coco ichi's curries were so delish

the top 7 truly lived up to their hype ~ actually it was 8 ~

they were all very delish to recap the top (8)

1-Stewed chicken, 2-Pork, 3-Veggie, 4-Loin Katsu, 5-Beef 6-Paripari chicken, 7-Chicken Katsu, 8-cheese

the top 3 were very simple dishes

I liked the paripari chicken and the katsu curry as well

cheese was also delish I kind of want to top all them with cheese

curries really have that 'filling' quality to eat a belly full of curry makes you feel real content

Coco Ichi's curries were so delish won't you all give them a try?

Bug Out Bag for Pets - Duration: 3:21.

hi it's alaskagranny do you have an

emergency plan and bug out bag for your pets

did you know that if you need to

evacuate because it isn't safe it's not

safe for your pet to be there either so

with a little planning you can know what

to do because many times shelters will

not allow you to bring your pet so talk to

your veterinarian find out where is a

safe haven where are pet foster homes or

shelters or hotels that allow pets and

make a plan with some of your friends

who live in maybe a different area than

you do in case that's where you would be

going that if you were coming to their

house you could bring your pet or if you

had to go to a shelter they could watch

your pet get a blanket

pack a blanket if you have a large pet

you probably want a larger blanket and I

have two dishes that I put together one

is for water and one has some food I

also have a bottle of water to go and

that is for the pets because they need

water too so then you can take the

dishes apart put water in one open the

food for the other and then put it away

I also have a little flashlight a leash

and a harness and the reason I didn't get

just a collar for my pet's Bug Out Bag was in an emergency you

don't want your pet to slip out of their

collar and get away because think how

devastated you would be and how alarmed

your pet would be if you became

separated found a keychain that could go

on the collar or harness and I was able to put on the

emergency contact information and attach it to the harness or collar

so right away this is ready if I am separated from my pet it can help me find the pet and the pet be returned to me we also

included some zip ties it for any reason

the buckles would break on the harness collar or leash that this would

hold it so that the pet could not escape

I got some little bags for poop and a

bright bandana to help me see and find my pet

and that in case you want to put it on

your pet and then you can find your pet I also

made a card with emergency contact information about the pet the veterinarian and

the safe haven information and a picture

of the pet also I got a little pan and

some kitty litter to go in it so the pet can

relieve itself and I found a bag it

all of the pet bug out gear will fit in here so put together

an emergency bug-out bag for your pet

and put it with your gear so that you

are prepared everything will fit inside

it will be all ready to go in an emergency if you need to bug out and take your pet evacuate and take your pet

there's even room for more things in the pet bug out bag if she

needs to there's room to shove in your pet you have in

your pet grab your pet grab your pet's

bug out bag and off you go to evacuate or bug out in an emergency situation make a plan for

your pet so they will be safe in any situation leave a comment below of
