Author Interview | Mindy McGinnis - Duration: 14:15.
[TRINA:] Hey guys! It's Trina and I'm here with one of my favorite authors.
[MINDY:] I'm Mindy McGinnis! I'm one of Trina's favorite authors!
[Trina laughing]
[MINDY:] That's the best introduction ever! Perfect!
[TRINA:] I didn't know you're going to say that!
[MINDY:] I'm one of Trina's favorite authors! [Trina laughing]
[TRINA:] Well, she is. This is Mindy McGinnis and I'm going to
interview her about her books and
especially her upcoming book. So, you have -
your newest release is Given To The Sea,
which comes out in April 2017 and would
you tell us in your own words what it is about?
[MINDY:] Sure, um, I'm really excited
about it because it's my first fantasy and
it's about a island country, like island
continent, and the people that live on it
they believe it's the only land anywhere
and they find out that the sea levels
are rising and they're not going to stop
and there's basically four different
cultures and they all figure out right
around the same time that this is
happening and everybody is panicking and
thinking, 'okay we have to make sure we're the
ones that have control of the land so we live
the longest. Whether there's, you know, a
final cut off point for everyone or not
we want to make sure that we live the longest.'
And so basically the answer then is that they're all just going to kill each
other. And so that is, that is the plot. I
went from there not being enough water
in Not A Drop To Drink to there not being enough land.
[TRINA:] Oh my gosh, I didn't put that together but that's amazing!
[MINDY:] Yeah, yeah. In Given To The Sea. [TRINA:] I love that.
[MINDY:] I'm excited about it. [TRINA:] How did you come up with the
idea for a world like that?
[MINDY:] Well, I came up with the idea because,um, there's
specifically a character who - there's four
different POVs and two of them are
first person and two of them are third
and then in the sequel they flip. The
POVs, the first person and the third person
switch. And in Given To The Sea the main
character, the first voice you hear is
Khosa and she is what's called the Given
and one of the cultures, which is called
the land of Stille, and it's a very peaceful kind
of medieval type, you know, castle,
princess, king, stuff like that and they were
struck by a tidal wave, like time out of
mind, it's a legend to them and they
believe from this time on they have
sacrificed a maiden to the sea every
generation to keep the sea happy and
there's basically a girl born every
generation who has, um - she's the Given
because she has spasms. She dances, they
call it dancing, and she dances into the sea like the
sea is calling her and I got that idea
from a disease called Huntington's Chorea and it's
actually called 'the dancing sickness.' It's what
Woody Guthrie died of. And I just ended up reading
about this and I was fascinated by it
because apparently it's a highly genetic
disease and a bunch of New England
families are actually stricken with it
and basically you have a 50-50 chance of
passing it to your children and it
doesn't manifest until you're in your
20s, so you don't know if you have it - before
genetic testing - you didn't know that you
had until you started having spasms. And
I read a book called The Woman Who
Walked Into The Sea. If I'm remembering
correctly, there's a woman who had lived into
her 30s or her 40s possibly, like she had lived
longer than normal and she thought she
was safe and she started to have the spasms, and
this is a true story, and so she was like,
'nope,' and walked into the sea and drowned
herself rather than have this
Huntington's disease. And the whole idea with
Huntington's is that you can't control
your muscles. You can't, you're not in
control of your body anymore. I couldn't
help but think, what if she didn't walk
into the sea? What if she didn't mean to?
What if her limbs just took her there
and inside she was thinking, 'please don't
do this, don't do this, someone help me,'
but her body was making that decision
for her and that's what's going on with
the Given in these books and so that's
where the idea of the Given came from and
I'm like well what would a culture do
with someone who does this? And then I thought, oh
this is what they would do and then it
just goes from there. That's how my brain works.
[TRINA:] Yeah. You mentioned that there would be a sequel where the points of view
switch, is it going to be just two books or will there be more?
[MINDY:] It's just two right now. The
sequel's called Given To The Earth. It'll be
out in April of 2018, out "supposedly."
And the POVs will switch so that the two
voices in Given To The Sea that are
third person will be first person in
Given To The Earth and then there's
actually two more POVs added. I think
there's six POVs in Given To The Earth. That was fun.
[TRINA:] Well you mentioned they both come out in April and April's my birthday month.
[MINDY:] Oh! Well see, that was intentional. [TRINA:] Given To The Sea comes out the day after my
birthday. I was like 'yes!' [MINDY:] Well see, I did that on purpose.
[TRINA:] Yeah, I know, obviously. You had to! [laughs] [MINDY:] Happy birthday to you.(?)
[TRINA:] This is your first time writing a fantasy novel. Was
it difficult to transition into the genre?
[MINDY:] It was the hardest thing I've ever written, and I
include A Madness So Discreet in that,
which I researched for 18 months before I
wrote. Writing fantasy is really hard and
the reason why is because when you are
writing like say, The Female of the Species, or you're writing something that's a
contemporary, if I say to you that my
character goes to Harvard and drives a mini Cooper,
you can assume 30 things about that person
already. If I tell you that someone is
the last of the Indiri tribe, that
means nothing to you. You have no idea what
that means and so I have to tell you and
I have to make it interesting while I'm
telling you and I have to keep
everything without giving you an
information dump or bullet points to
explain this to you. I got to work all that
into the narrative and that is really
stinking hard, and so writing a fantasy
was the hardest thing I've ever done. For sure.
[TRINA:] I'm not a writer but I don't
know how people do it. Y'all are amazing! [MINDY:] I'm not sure how I did it.
Like, we'll have to see. [laughs]
[TRINA:] Well, what I love a lot about your books is that you're very
versatile. You have written across many
genres. You've got the post-apocalyptic
duology, a historical book, a contemporary,
this one is a fantasy, and then I know
This Darkness Mine, coming out this fall is like paranormal.
[MINDY:] Well, it's a psychological thriller. [TRINA:] Oh okay, I got that wrong.
[MINDY:] Yeah. The um, well it originally it kind of has
like an edge to it where there is
something going on. This Darkness Mine
comes out October 10 and the whole
idea is that there is a girl who's very
type A, like she's a good girl, perfect, etc.
Well, she tries to be "perfect" and
she's always been right and good and
then her senior year she starts to have
what she calls like bad impulses. She
wants to like drink, she wants to have
sex, she wants to smoke a cigarette, and she's
attracted to the "bad guy," right? And so
she just like, 'what the hell is this? This
isn't who I am.' And she learns that she
was a twin but she's never known this and so
she believes that in the womb she
absorbed her twin and her twin was the
"bad twin" and that she has her heart and
that is why she's suddenly having all
these impulses and she starts to communicate
with this twin, and so then it becomes a
question of is she right or is she crazy? [TRINA:] Right.
[MINDY:] So it does have like I mean a paranormal angle.
[TRINA:] I remember that kind of twist. [MINDY:] Yeah yeah yeah yeah.
[TRINA:] Like was it really paranormal or like in her head? [MINDY:] Yes. Right, right. Exactly.
And it's like you don't know. You don't know until the very
end. You don't know until the last line.
[TRINA:] Well, still thriller is a different - [MINDY:] I didn't know. I didn't know. I was like, we'll see.
[TRINA:] That's really interesting! [MINDY:] Oh I never know. Yeah.
[TRINA:] Has any of the genres been
like your favorite one to write in?
Or, I know you said fantasy was more challenging. [MINDY:] Contemporary is probably my
favorite because it is - you can make so
many assumptions. I can tell you two or
three things and you already have the groundwork laid, you know.
[TRINA:] Yeah. [MINDY:] It's easiest for me to write. Yeah.
[TRINA:] Is there a certain genre
that you would want to tackle in the
future or one that you know you never want to touch?
[MINDY:] I never want to write romance. I mean, I would be bad at it, come on.
[TRINA:] I think you would be great at it. [MINDY:] Ohhhh, yeah. We'll see.
[TRINA:] You would completely subvert it. [MINDY:] We'll see, we'll see, we'll see,
I don't know, I don't have any ideas for romance because... [sigh] it's just not my thing.
[TRINA:] [laughs] I do. [MINDY:] Yeah. Well okay.
[TRINA:] Lynn and the guy from [laughing] In A Handful Of Dust.
[MINDY:] Oh the - yeah, what his name? [TRINA:] [laughing] I don't remember!
[MINDY:] Was it Cooper? No, it's not Cooper. Fletcher! [TRINA:] Fletcher! Yes.
[MINDY:] His name was Cooper in the original. [TRINA:] Oh.
[MINDY:] Yeah, it changed to Fletcher. Um, well they totally get together! Like in my head.
[TRINA:] Head canon. [MINDY:] She's on her way home and then he's like
totally hanging out, waiting for her to show up and they
go back to Ohio together and get married and
have babies. They probably don't get married but they
cohabitate and then have babies. [TRINA:] I want that sequel.
[MINDY:] Yeah, well I'll probably never write it because
I write for teens and so you know, Lynn's an adult -
[TRINA:] They're adult characters. [MINDY:] - and so I'll probably never write that but if
I do ever write in that world again I would write a prequel
and I would write Stebbs and Mother as teenagers.
[TRINA:] Oh my gosh. [MINDY:] Yeah, like right when the shortage is
happening and all the shit's hitting the fan. [TRINA:] I would read any book set in that world.
[MINDY:] Yeah! I would like to go back there, like we'll see, yeah. If there's room for it.
Um I haven't written a sci-fi. I don't know that I'm
equipped for that. I don't know. Like, that's a good
question. I - I have a book that I want to
get published someday and, um, it's like a
urban fantasy. It's like humor, urban
fantasy and so it would be like if Buffy
meets the X Files. It'll be like those
episodes of The X Files that are
just quirky as hell, you know? And I would
like to get that published someday. That would be fun.
[TRINA:] Out of all the books that you have written, do
you have one that stands out as your favorite?
Or a favorite character you've written? [MINDY:] I think that A Madness So Discreet
is probably... has the most craft in it, you know?
Um... a favorite character? I don't know. Actually, you
know what? Stebbs is my favorite character. And he's
not a main character but he's my favorite character I've
ever written. I love that man. He's amazing. [TRINA:] I love Stebbs.
[MINDY:] I want to marry him. [TRINA:] He's a prominent character.
[MINDY:] Oh, I LOVE him! He's amazing. He's my hero.
[TRINA:] I know that in the panel that I - in your last panel that I just went to- [MINDY:] Yes.
[TRINA:] -you said that you don't plot. So what does your writing process look like?
[MINDY:] It looks like chaos. Um...
I write beginning to end. Like I start at the beginning, I
write chapter one, and then usually I know the
first line, and then I just go and I see
what happens and I just let the story grow
organically, and Beth Revis said that she's like, 'no I
can't do it, that's a bad idea.' And for her,
you know, that doesn't work because like
for her it grows organically like as
a tumor. It's a mass, it doesn't work. And
for me it does come out linearly and I
I'm very lucky in that, and I realize
that, but um yeah I just write from
beginning to end and I usually don't know
what's going to happen. I usually don't
know who's going to die, and who's going to live,
and how people are going to die. Like
it just happens. Sometimes I'm even surprised. I'll
be writing and I'm like [gasp!] 'Oh my gosh!' You know?
And so it's like, it's fun! It makes it more fun for me if I don't plot.
[TRINA:] What is the best writing advice that you've ever received?
I had a friend who actually read that
book that I was telling you about, the urban fantasy.
Her name's MarcyKate Connolly, she wrote
Monstrous and Ravenous, they're really good.
And she had read that book a million
times, like seriously a million, this book
has been like simmering in my brain pan
for 15 years. Humor is really hard
to write. When you're in front of people it's
like you can use voice inflection, and
you can use movements, and you can use your face and
it's like you can have all these different ways you can make a left but when your
stripped down to text it's very difficult
to make people laugh. You can make someone
cry before you can make someone laugh. So humor I
think would be the hardest thing to write.
And I just digressed. Anyway, MarcyKate has
read that book that has quite a humorous
edge to it and she - it was written in
first person past and she told me, she was
like 'Mindy, Mindy, you need to make this
present because that is just more
fitting and it's more - it just brings
your audience into the moment and also
because the narrator is in danger, her
life is in danger that's part of the
plot. It's past tense so we know she
survived it.' So she's like you're really
eliminating some tension here by not
making it present and I didn't want to
make it present because everybody was
doing first-person present then because
of The Hunger Games, and I was like no I'm not going to do that because everyone else
is doing it. And she said try it, and I
did, and it was better. The book was
better for being in present. So I think just try
it, try it. Try everything. Like that is
the best advice I've ever had was try it. See what happens.
[TRINA:] I follow you on Goodreads so I know that you are frequently
like updating your status that you're
reading some kind of current YA or some upcoming releases.
[MINDY:] Yes. [TRINA:] What is the best book that you have read this year so far?
[MINDY:] The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas. [TRINA:] Oh yeah, I'm reading that right now!
[MINDY:] Ooooh! It's awesome! [TRINA:] Yeah, it's amazing.
[MINDY:] I love it! It is as good as everyone says.
I love that book. It was stunning. I was really fortunate. I got an ARC.
[TRINA:] Yeah. [MINDY:] And I was very excited to read it. Mm hmm.
[TRINA:] Nice. And then what is an anticipated release
for the rest of the year that you're looking forward to the most?
[MINDY:] Um, it just came out. Ibi Zoboi, I think
is how you pronounce her name. It's called American Street.
[TRINA:] Oh yeah. [MINDY:] Yeah, and it's like, um, like Haitian and I really
want to read that one and I've met Ibi and she was
really cool and I really want to read the book and I haven't. I don't actually
own it yet and I need to make sure that happens. I'm really excited for that book.
[TRINA:] That's all my questions. [MINDY:] I want to tell you, um,
I'm excited about the book that I'll
have coming out in the fall of 2018.
I need to start writing it. Right now it's
titled North Country and it kind of
returns to Not A Drop To Drink and In A
Handful Of Dust, that kind of setting
even though it's a contemporary, and it's
about a girl who is out with a group of friends and
they are just spending the night in the woods and then she
gets in a fight with her boyfriend and she's drunk and she's pissed and she wanders off
away from the camp. And she is an accomplished backpacker and everyone thinks
she just went home. She didn't. She's
drunk, she wanders off trail, she passes out,
she wakes up, everybody's gone, she's off
trail in the Appalachians and the entire
book is her lost, and so I'm calling it
drunk Hatchet with a girl. So imagine
like you're drunk, you pass out and your wake up and you're in the woods.
[TRINA:] This is why she's my favorite author. [both laughing]
[Trina:] Like, I love survival stories! [MINDY:] Oh and I got the idea because I was with my
boyfriend and we were in, um, Elk
National Park or Elk State Forest.
Boyfriend is a wonderful person and I
trust his instincts but he's not very
good at like judging distances. [Trina laughing] So we
were in the middle of nowhere and we take a,
you know we were hiking and then there
was a loop, there was an extra loop. And we get
get to the map and it doesn't have
distances on it. He was like I want to do
this loop. I said I don't think we have
time and he's like no, you know, we
do, it's not that bad. And I'm just
comparing the loop to how far we've
already come and the light we have left
and I was like [sucks in breath]. But I'm working on being nicer
and so I was like okay cool we can do it.
We got out of there at ten o'clock at night.
It was pitch black and we're talking
it's a state forest, it's not a state park.
Like this is not wide trails, this is
blazes on trees, you know? There's hardly
a path and we both had our phones and
we're holding them up to see if we can
see the blazes so that we can - and both of
our batteries were dying and I was like [sigh].
We didn't have anything on us, like we weren't backpacking,
we were just hiking and I was like we're going
to end up sleeping out in the woods. And it
was like, I'm okay with that. Like I can
deal but then I was immediately like oh
man, what if? You know? And so that's where
that whole idea. And so we got out and
he's a wonderful man and so he immediately
turned to me and he's like, 'I was wrong. I'm
sorry.' I was like, you know what? It's fine because
I got an idea for a book. [both laughing]
So it was interesting. It was cool. It was a great
experience and, you know, I lived so it was fun.
[TRINA:] You lived. [MINDY:] Yeah, I lived.
[TRINA:] I think all your characters could say they've lived.
[MINDY:] Yeah. Well, no becuase I kill a lot of them. [both laughing]
[TRINA:] Well, before they die they have lived some great adventures or had weird stories. [MINDY:] Right! "I lived."
Yeah, aboslutely. Absolutely. [TRINA:] Well thank you so
much for talking to me about your books. [MINDY:] Absolutely.
[TRINA:] And you guys don't forget to
check out her new release, Given To The Sea,
which comes out April 11 2017.
Thank you guys for watching and I'll see
you in the comments. Bye!

REDMI NOTE 4 ★COMBO DEAL★ Tempered Glass Installation & ADVICE, Back Cover Cases to Avoid!! - Duration: 2:47.
Whtizup guyz!
In this Video letz checkout the installation of the Combo Tempered Glass & two cases you
should stay away from!
Also I will discuss something important about the tempered glass situation of the Redmi
Note 4
First lets have a look at the 2 cases then we'll move on to the tempered glass.
This one is the FitBest Carbon Fiber TPU Case.
The design is kind of unique & different compared to other cases.
But here comes the issue!
Even though it is mentioned in the Product Title that it is for the 2017 Indian version,
it's actually not.
The eXtra hole on the Top proves that it is really meant for the Mediatek version.
And as you can see it slightly covers the camera, LED flash & the fingerprint scanner.
Also the material feels slippery in hand with a flimsy finish!
The same can be said about this Combo Case which is also made for the Mediatek version.
Combo in the sense that it can be bought along with the tempered Glass if you want!
Again the Product Title here is misleading & says it is for the Indian variant!
There is that extra hole on top though the cutout for the camera & fingerprint scanner
is ok.
But I would avoid this case as the finishing is very below average!
There are quite many good quality cases available online with 4 to 5 star ratings which you
can go for.
Or you can go for either of the two cases I had reviewed earlier!
(Links are in the description) Now lets have a look the installation of this
ok quality tempered glass & talk about what you should do regarding tempered glasses at
this time!
The thing to understand here is that due to the curve all around the display in phones
having 2.5D displays, it is next to impossible to cover the whole screen with tempered glass.
The curve won't allow the glass to sit perfectly resulting in air pockets, that is why the
tempered glass has to be much smaller than the display to sit perfectly.
The tempered glass makers have to take this into consideration & make it smaller!
Unfortunately the makers have not yet got it right for the Redmi Note 4, obviously from
the fact that I have had problems with 5 glasses till now.
This glass you are seeing also has a thin strip of bubble at the sides specially prominent
at the left, but it is definitely usable & the glass seems strong!
My suggestion would be to install the imperfect glass, so that at least your screen is protected.
Because the display on the Redmi Note 4 is prone to scratches if you are not careful.
Xiaomi is silent on the type of glass protection used on the RN4 & it certainly is not Gorilla
Glass.
You can always change to a better glass as and when the makers get it right for the Redmi
Note 4.
As you can see in my Mi 5s Plus 2.5D Display, the glass is much smaller than the display
and there are no bubbles!
So, you have to wait it out for the RN4!

MAGIC CARPET SEEDS: 45 DAYS AFTER - Duration: 2:15.
hello to everyone as you just saw this video was an upgrade to 45 days from dry start
in these 45 days, the situation was rather stable
although unfortunately it was inevitable the development of some algae and cyanobacteria
but this is mainly due to the absence of carbon dioxide as well as the presence of a not mature filter and to the use of a little suitable bulb
it is a small LED light bulb 8 watt and 2700 degrees Kelvin
I have had to adapt with this light bulb, because I still have not reached what I ordered on the internet
however it was very very functional because the plants are green and breathing well
To shoot this video used a white light now but I'll see how it shows the aquarium with light at 2700 Kelvin
Many people have told me that these were not good seeds
or were not of aquatic plants... but after 45 days these plants are in the water and are still alive and well
the project has proved a real success I can keep it for another 45 days in short, tell me in the comments
thank you for everything and see you to the next video

Author Interview with Heather Ezell & Dinner with Friends | Seattle Vlog - Duration: 10:14.
*music*
Hi guys! We're in Seattle today. We're as
in me,
Lily, and my friend Heather. We're meeting
in person for the first time today, but we are
twitter friends. Heather has a book coming
out in spring of 2018 from Razorbill? Heather: Yes.
Lily: And it is called NOTHING LEFT TO BURN
and she's gonna tell you more about it.
Heather: It's my first time talking to a
camera about my book, so I have my phone
here so I don't spoil it.
NOTHING LEFT TO BURN, basically it
does follow Audrey, who is my protagonist,
the day after she loses her virginity
and also the day that she was evacuated
for a wildfire. Also, throughout that
day in flashbacks, it's told in nonlinear
not chronologically--I don't know how to say that word. *laughter* Lily: No! You're doing really good!
H: I have a speech disorder. I will be saying this in
every interview ever. Um, it also
follows her journey and looking back at
the early days of her relationship with Brooks, who
is a volunteer firefighter, extremely
charismatic, yet also very scarred and
he is out in the fire that she was
evacuated for. His first fire, which he's
extremely excited about and it's all
about passion, obsession, first love,
and sexuality and fire. Lots and lots of fire.
Lily: Sexuality and fire.
That should be your tagline. That is so good. *laughter*
H: Just right there, that should be on the book cover.
Lily: That sounds so great! You did such a good job!
And we're back! !e definitely did not take a
break
to figure out what to vlog about next.
H: Also for me to drink both coffee and water, big gulps of both.
*laughter* Lily: No, but now we are talking about
Heather's journey.
Heather: I wrote my my first book when I was 13/14
and I did my first big revision
around when I was 14 and 15.
I think I send out my first official
query while I was revising, which is a
major no-no, so throughout my teenage
years that was like my main passion.
My focus was querying and also visiting
Colorado, which is a little side note.
I got a lot of close calls, a lot of full
requests, part of me like Why? That book was
terrible.
I think all those calls made me be
like really "Okay, I got that close
second. I can do this."
Ten years later, at 24, that is
when I sold my book but--uh, when did I get my agent?
In 2014. December 2014. I've never told this
story. Again this is my first time on camera,
it's really exciting. It was at literally
a 10-year journey in the query trenches.
I did write another book
between that time and it's worth
mentioning that my debut NOTHING LEFT TO BURN.
It is a rewrite/alternate
version for my main characters of the
first book I wrote so just when I was about to
completely trash it... when I was 21,
I suddenly had the idea of bringing in fire and
making Brooks, her boyfriend, a
firefighter. Completely kind of
overhauling the entire story.
I trashed it for the fourth time and
truly this time had really started from
zero and not try to just rewrite the
same story. Which I think is kind of fun and it's
really strange because the one thing
that has remained the same is Audrey and
one other side character named Hayden.
My editors really love Hayden and I really
love Hayden and I hope you love Hayden, too.
I hope you also love Brooks.
It's a balance. Lily: I love the fire. Heather: And I hope you love
the fire most of all.
And Grace, Audrey, and Maya, her sister--
who was originally named Jill and was
originally one-year-old and is
now 13. She's awesome.
Oh and there's also ballet, so that's fun.
Yeah, there's a lot of cool things.
Fire and ballet, the perfect combination!
Yeah, that was a long querying journey.
I did take about two years off to do my
undergrad. Don't do your undergrad work
in two-and-a-half years. That was
exhausting. And I went back to it so I
think taking a break,
whether it was a few months or a year
long, was important. Also, just coming back
to it and remembering that I wasn't
writing for publication. That was just a
kinda side thing that I would perhaps get.
I was writing for me and I feel
like a better person when I'm writing.
I'm much more tolerable to be and I
don't feel like I'm getting trapped, so
that helps. I mean if people ask me for
advice,
that's my biggest thing. Remember why
you're writing and getting published is
really just like a bonus. It's this
really fantastic bonus. I'm still kind of
comprehending that as my reality. Lily: 100 percent.
Heather: It's a crazy world. It's a crazy industry.
Lily: Yes, definitely. Number one rule if you
want to be a writer:
You need to learn to love writing, not
publishing, because publishing...
Heather: Yeah, and sometimes relearn how to love it,
because sometimes I hated it.
Lily: You definitely need to relearn. *laughter*
Everytime I'm writing I'm like "Why do I do this?
Why do I do this?"
Heather: Yeah, one of the benefits of--oh did you stop? Lily: Nope! We're still going.
Heather: One the benefits of my having started
writing as a teenager when I was 14 I had
no idea
what anything in like publishing entailed.
Writing was so, so for me and by 17
I was getting a bit jaded, getting a bit "This is
too much. This is not gonna work." And then
in my early twenties the final pitfall.
I was just I really did fall out of
out of love with writing, even when NOTHING LEFT TO
BURN went out on submission last spring,
by that point when I was dying in
acquisitions and barely gonna sell and it
looked like there was no hope and hope came in...
Even after selling NOTHING LEFT TO BURN
I had to fall back in love with writing and
that happened this past year and it was the best thing!
I'm finally actually writing stuff and
have different work-in-progress and
it's important. If you fall out of love with
writing, go back to it. Take a break, maybe?
Lily: Take a break and read her book!
Heather: Read so many books! Read my book.
It's a fast read. It's just one day. Really fast read.
It's less than one day.
It's what, I don't know, 15 hours? I'm not sure.
I need to do the math because I keep saying 24 hours.
Lily: I'll link her info in the description below.
One thing I really love about
coming to the bookstore and going down
the young adult aisle is pointing out all of my
friends on the shelves.
I just feel at home walking amongst
my friend's books.
*music*
Bookstore employee: Hello there! Can I ask what you're taking pictures for?
*music*
Sasha: It's so cool here. This is so cool!
Lily: I know, right?!
Even the music, like... *imitates the beat*
*music*
