South Korea's duty-free stores are feeling the heat from China's apparant economic retaliation

against the deployment to South Korea of a U.S. missile defense system.

According to industry sources on Tuesday,... sales at Lotte Duty Free dropped 25 percent

during this past weekend from a year ago.

It's in stark contrast to the 20 percent increase it has seen so far this year.

The sharp decline comes after China ordered its travel agencies to stop selling tour packages

to South Korea beginning March 15th.

This is worrisome as Chinese tourists make up about 70 to 80 percent of sales at duty-free

stores.

Shilla Duty Free also saw sales fall 20 percent during the same period,... while Galleria

also saw sales tumble 30 percent on-year since the 15th.

Industry officials fear the impact will be greater in April,... as there are still Chinese

tourists that made their reservations prior to the travel tour ban.

livestream tutorial today we are going

to be drawing hecka poo from star star

versus the forces of evil let's write

the creator of the dimensional scissors

so as you can see i saw i already got

started with the pose you get a rough

draft i used a reference for this pose

you can find several of like because

hecka poo has like a dress or a gown or

something like that reference images for

women and gowns or dresses just posing

or whatever so I so I found a nice pose

and decided to redraw that I'm having

one arm just gently like it's on her

shoulder once or whatever

so i'm having like one leg gonna slowly

start curving out the hips hang some

roundness to the hips I'm having one

hand resting on the side of her hip or

waist

gonna gently curve or shoulder of little

goods she's got a little spikes or arms

I'm not it's kind of unsure because like

all of her skin is pure white so who

knows she's wearing gloves or she

actually has like or she's some sort of

like creature that only seems I have

like spikes on the side of their arm she

could be like a weird cross of like a

porcupine person because obviously she

looks human-like but she's still like a

magical creature

hang some chest

I have some muscles here and there the

collarbone adding the collar because

that's always good and slowly adding the

dress over this area now her dress only

seems to cover just leaves the the top

just me why would what am I saying it

down you know the the jit the check

would be little excuse me okay so her

form of dress has you know I don't know

what do you call it call these have to

dress you know it's like a you know open

shoulder type of dress with a dress only

covers like the loop not the shoulders I

don't know how it even hangs but it just

happens to freakin magic with these

women's dresses how it hangs and not

fall off is it's a real Wonder but

gown is going to add a bunch of wrinkles

here and there so she's got a big poufy

gown I'm going to be hat leaving bits

bits of the bottom half here exposed so

that we get to see her feet I'll leave a

couple of wrinkles here and there so you

get you might see how the dress wraps

around the body figure here because

these lines that I drew earlier getting

the pose or hips or whatever would not

be used later on once I start drawing

the rest of the dress here now hiding

out her rid of booths

maybe I'll give her little uh boot

strings here and there just a little

detail here okay and I'll work on her

face as you can see I made a circle and

then added a plus here this is how I

generally figure out where the eyes nose

and mouth will be i'll do a work on her

cheekbones i'm having her face us okay

so she has little elf-like ears

okay I'm gonna have one you know half

her face covered here add a little

breaks in the hair here I'm not gonna

add her eyes

and remember to always place ears just

below where the eye level is what is the

bottom of like the eye I'd like on the

guideline that I use before right at the

bottom of that line that I did the plus

on this is where I place the ear now

we're adding the eyelashes get an

eyebrow here

okay we got the mouth on but we're also

gonna be adding little little tiny

little fangs here I'll give me a sec

okay nevermind that was the mailman okay

now that we have that we'll be adding on

the bat the back of her hair before we

add on her horse even though I've

already have them placed her here her

here is um how do I describe it she has

she basically has more hair than she

knows what to deal with like my goodness

like the design of it looks amazing just

like you know just like but how does she

maintain it like okay so it's really big

and poufy but it's also being held by

like this enormous scrunchie that also

seems to have spikes a scrunchie yes

scrunchies crunch when I know why I'm

saying it weird but you get to be a

scrunchie it also has spikes and then

the rest of her hair goes as far down

like my goodness look how big this is

pretty much goes almost to it almost

touches the ground pretty much or it

might be touching the ground

maybe we just have it might make it end

a little earlier okay and then we're

going to add her horns coming out from

the side of her head you got two little

spikes

okay and then we're going to add a

little crown here following the path

that I already made from like wear her

hair was

and I'm just going to add through a

little spice here and then I add her

little flame and that's its leg over oh

lucky just got a little detail here

there's like a second shade of color and

then she has like um what do you call it

it's sort of like it's similar to have a

back braces but back brace or girdle or

something else it's like it's device

that some women like to use to make

themselves look gum thinner so she's got

one of those

okay I just thought of something to talk

about since businesses nothing much is

going on so I guess nobody's commented

so i guess i'll talk about you know a

relative theory i think a fellow other

fans who have also done at this as well

like some people say say that you know

I've just after Marco spend all that

time with hecka poo like they develop

feelings for her or was it like

admiration and respect I know a youtube

channel called the roundtable did review

on on the episode and I rather enjoyed

their theory about you know if Marco you

know how Marco glue is a character and

update today today growing as a

character and how we almost almost or

could have you know gone out a separate

roads routes

I've seen a lot of fan on right there

off like Marco and hecka poo I think

those are really awesome

ok

I'm going out a bit of like hair detail

here

oh yeah during the third season when the

third season of star vs butterfly comes

out I really hope they hecka pool gets

more screen time and possibly more

character development you know just look

like the cool character totally learn

more about you know I feel like the

episode of running with scissors could

have been longer because there's so much

that could have been explored in that

episode like sure Marco explained you

know his experience over like the

several years they took for him to track

her down like that could have been great

like Margot wish we could have

disappeared for a couple of episodes

okay I'm gonna add a bit of toning here

to the dress

like this version of toning involves

using three to four lines and I'm having

them curve and I'm only doing it at the

center of like each fold of the dress

but then I have little spaces in between

then my i loo little son had little full

on toes here I might need to cross hatch

it so that so so that doesn't get

confused with these other lines here

that are being used all around the tress

smokey adding the little details on her

boots here

alright she okay so she has like this

little detail on her dress that's Warren

okay so what I will do for these

sections here and here and possibly on

the Bluths i'll be using dots as a form

of toning

you know there's probably a machine that

does this you just hold like you know a

special pen out there like a mechanical

pen or no not mechanical what you call

it electric pen it just does dots for

you

if you're wondering if I ever get cramps

yes I do a lot at least whenever I'm

doing like this type of toning that

involves like pointillism or whatever

always gotta like stretch out your hand

every once in a while oh goodness like

only whenever I use pointillism for

longer than I don't know like five

minutes does uh does my hand really

start to cramp up right am I not much

longer I'm just gonna do three more rows

like you really got to applaud those

special artists out there who who doe

entire portraits for people entirely

using entirely pointillism to do that

that is that is that is something really

amazing there you know just think about

the amount of time that it would take to

just you know to do each dot like there

are video there are youtube videos out

there are people who have who used

pointillism and they're drawing but they

do it a some people do it slow I don't

know too many people who do it fast but

I guess you do it fast your hand gets

tired a lot faster too ok last one mr.
