hearing aid no and that one does like a

hearing aid in this this is all right

that was all right so we'll just work on

the left where you have some wax

blocking it yeah laughing man okay let's

see if we can get that out just with a

curette so this oftentimes will do the

job and we'll see what we get here it

comes out like that so we got a little

bit of it there you some other that's a

little bit well we'll get a little more

aggressive as we go are you in the clan

so we're able to very very gently get

some wax out which is always a favorite

way to do it just going straight

irrigation can be bad if a patient has a

ruptured eardrum for example and you

don't know and they don't know so we're

going to get a little bit more that out

because I can see it so well you seeing

that canal and see that wax yeah look at

that can oh good see there is wax in

there alright so with that well let's

take another quick look here and see so

this gives us light in there it

electrically get some more wow this is

such an easy curettage what can your

making an easy for me it's usually a lot

harder than this I'm sorry let's let's

get a little bit more

I'm just trying to get more and I pull

it out even more look at that do you

have any use for this other like think

maybe now is that a place where we can

look in there a little bit more of those

little piece right there but ok so now

we'll take a look in there with the

light this goes inside of your ear

inside of the left ear thank you for

money inside of the left ear it's still

quite quite impacted with wax even after

taking that out yeah we're going to

although I do believe I see the eardrum

way in there I think I'm seeing it let's

see how much more we can get with this

oh they may have helped let's get all

that awesome a curette maybe those nice

folks at bionics will give me some more

curette

now it may be at the limit of what i can

get a curette because it's pretty deep

oh look at that another one oh this is

going well all right I didn't expect you

can get that I can see some right here

just a little flake I'm going to hold it

here there's peace like a deal all right

let's go again we get that up there do

you feel that can yeah up at the top ok

you gentle in the top

I'm making it that well there we go

every time I think I can't get it comes

out oh I hear you hearing ain't going

there is it if you're hearing any better

yet no not yet okay it's still in there

why it's small amounts but it comes out

I was deep in there

oh my where did that come from here that

another big piece why ok now after now

let's let's see I just get surprised at

how it just keeps coming more and more

and more towards it ok this mean time to

check with the camera in the ear here we

go again we're going to take a look and

really look in there and see thank you

and he'll live in a wax there but to

really go into the left ear and see

there's quite a bit way deep in there

and well actually that might be just a

little accumulation on the eardrum at

this point we may not get a lot more out

but if you say you're hearing still

isn't back to normal there you can tell

already it's better yeah now have you

ever had a hole in that ear drum or head

on operation on it we'll take a look

inside again this is left ear and that

it looks like a big rock kind of stuck

way in there so we're going to go ahead

and irrigate let's see who has the

hearing aid do you have it can I have

you hold the hearing aid differently

it's making a noise there we go that

works thanks oh alright can if you're

ready we'll start it's going to be loud

ok

yeah alright let's take this away it

looks like it cleaned out some you can

see how some got in there little bit

little bit not too impressive looks a

little different on the left year after

the first Eurasian not not in focus but

yeah it's moving around nicely fact I

might be able to grab that let me see

that's pretty deep in there let's do

that well let's try it let's see if

maybe that is just close enough yeah it

did with something more in view oh like

that just got on it okay yeah that was

an easy one and i can see another part

of it along the top there

more and more and more all right now I'm

looking way deep in there these are the

magnifier of the curette I'm gonna go

look closer clear

and something have that light all the

way in there like that let's take a look

with this again this is after a little

bit of curettage after just one washing

with the Waterpik and they're still wax

in there here we go

what did you say it hurt did you say it

hurts go ahead ok this is that better

yeah that sounds like I'm done you can

see there's a lot of flakes coming out

in ok so after the second lavage after

the second lavage we'll stick the camp

oh look at that it's just it's wanting

to come out so let's get the curette and

help it along

whoa you see that one yeah they're

coming aren't they can have you ever had

this done before no never needed it

before huh any idea why it happened this

time had you been sticking anything in

there like a q-tip or a lot of q-tips in

the ear yeah I think they kind of

blocked a pact attend rather than

cleaning it out sometimes that can

happen Thanks so after a kir tahj after

the second lavage we look in and we see

an eardrum yay a little bit of wax

around it but I'd be hesitant to get any

more aggressive on this because

certainly not with the curette can you

hear any better yeah there was a little

of wax back there against part of the

eardrum and I can wash that out with

another tool to not like the way that it

can hear someone is it as good as it was

before I got blocked yes it's better

than good better than was before the

before I did this but as good as it was

before it got blocked yeah yeah okay so

if it's back to its baseline design as

much as you know it is now yeah okay if

it's as good as it gets we won't do

anything more to it if you wanted us to

try to get that little bit look out that

still in there I can I can set up

another system to wash it out but I

don't expect you're going to hear any

better leave it like okay we'll do that

then okay you go hey thanks for joining

it if you enjoy videos like this make

3 STUNNING STRETCHING FOR FREEDIVING - Duration: 8:41.

Hi this is Chris, welcome to my Youtube channel.

So today, I am back to Dominica island,

located between Guadeloupe and Martinique

I came back here for a month

to train and teach freediving courses.

Today I am gonna show you 3 new stunning stretching.

3 new stretching

for your rig cage.

Before starting, I just want tell you that I have now a Snapchat account,

Here is the username /totoffbreizh, snapchat dedicated in french,

with my travel, training, stretching, advices…

you can also follow me on my Instagram with great pictures, short videos…

Feel free to check it out.

Today, as I said I am gonna show you 3 new stretching,

I have ben doing those stretchings for a while now,

and I think its really interesting for freediving,

many benefits for your freediving preparation.

So let me show you.

So, to do so you need a mat (yoga mat for instance)

or you can do it without mat

and seat on the floor :) , up to you.

Moreover you will need a small ball for the last stretch,

a fitness ball,

You can find it on Amazon for instance,

You will find the Amazon link in description,

if you want to have a look and buy it.

Of couse you can find it somewhere else, such as a fitness store.

For now on, we don't need the ball, for the 1st one

So for the 1st one, we are gonna work on your intercostal muscles,

like a twist.

A nice twist, more powerful than the previous videos.

Seat this way,

bend your knees, and you legs on the right side like that,

Go on the right side of your mat, as you are gonna lay on the left side.

So, knees and legs on your right,

Inhale,

Straight your right arms above your head,

Exhale, lean to the left side and twist

drop your elbow on the mat,

then maybe your head, your forehead,

Take deep breath here through the nose,

from your right side,

Deep breath, open your right side,

Stay here and breathe deeply.

If you want a bit more stretch,

turn a bit more towards the back,

so increase the angle

Inhale, Exhale and so on.

Step by step, you can slowly increase your twist

I am not gonna stay there too long,

I just want to show you here.

To exit the stretch, use your hands,

and come back slowly to the original position.

Of course, you can hold the pose as long as you want

It is just to show you here how to do.

Take your time on this stretch, step by step,

increase the angle,

you'll see it is a great exercice

to open and stretch your intercostal muscles.

Do it on the other side too,

I ll show you,

So seat on the left side of your mat,

your legs on the left side, Inhale left arm above your head,

and exhale lean on your right side,

You can increase the angle, don't forget to breathe deeply.

And slowly come back to center

ok? For the 2nd stretch,

you will work on your sternum flexibility,

and the upper part of your rib cage, which is usually quite stiff.

So 2 different exercices for you.

First of all without the balloon,

Come into this position,

your legs in front of you, slightly bent,

Full exhale,

hold the breath and come back to center,

Roll you shoulder forward,

and your back goes backward,

you will feel

your sternum going inward

Same here, go slowly, take it easy

It might be new for you, so no rush, step by step.

let me show you

do it regularly,

maybe few times per week,

but go slowly on this one.

step by step

I ll show you a 2nd time,

ok? really good exercice to work on your sternum flexibility and the upper rib cage.

As you know, as you go down underwater, thanks to the pressure,

your rib cage, you lungs get smaller,

so it is really important to stretch the whole rib cage.

Last but not least,

for the 3rd stretch, we will work on the same part of your body,

your sternum and the upper part,

but this time with a balloon.

small ballon, 25cm diameter I think,

You can use a smaller one, I think 18cm is probably better actually

I think I am gonna buy a smaller one,

Anyway, it works fine with this one too.

Put the ballon on your mat,

then you are gonna lay down on your stomach on your mat,

your ballon will come

at the sternum level,

upper rib cage level.

Deep breathing here,

let the weight of you body on the balloon,

and keep breathing.

Don't push it, go at your own pace,

Practice few times per week,

maybe you can move, roll the ball on your rib cage, up and down,

and work on a nice sternum flexibility.

You can also do a full exhale first and do the same,

That's it for today,

I hope that will be useful fo you,

really interesting stretch I think

It is a bit more advanced not for beginner, better start with my previous video,

to gently stretch the whole rib cage,

and then you add those stretching in your routine.

Don't forget to leave a Thumb up if you liked it, it will be nice

and it will help me to see if you like my video and if i keep on doing videos for you.

Share it with your friends,

and feel free to leave me a comment.

Any video ideas?

Leave me a comment too.

alright? and don't forget : Dream your life and live your dream!!!! Ciao

In the Studio: Postwar Abstract Painting (Teaser) - Duration: 1:07.

We all think about these explosive moments of painting—and you just witnessed some—but

really, de Kooning alternated those with some very long periods of careful looking at his

painting.

What we're really playing with is tension between all of that conceptual perfection

and the manual imprecision that we have because, well, you're a human and you make lots of

mistakes.

Kusama typically—not always, but almost always—worked on primed canvases.

There's not one way that Kusama made an Infinity Net painting.

There's not one way that Martin made a gridded composition, so we're just exploring one

approach here.

Feel free to experiment quite wildly from this.

If you can hear that sound, that's what a de Kooning painting sounds like.

Pizza, E-Sport, KonoSuba | VLOG [PL/ENG] - Duration: 13:31.

Oh man, what a storm just passed here

It just flashed suddenly

It went dark, started hailing and raining

The whole canal in here is filled

Now these dark clouds go there

It looks fantastic

Well, maybe not with this recorder

But that was completely sudden

'Cause I was just sitting in the kitchen

Hm, there are some other clouds...

Naah, the quality is so poor...

Alright, I need to take the pizza out!

Man, I'm so hungry

Ah, hoooot!

I've done so much today

Cleaned, washed the dishes, vacuumed everywhere

Worked a bit, done some editing

But, well

I need a drink

Well, this is how it is when you want to be a good husband

Ok, ok, now please sit down comfortably

Because I'm gonna tell how it exactly was

And, actually, IS

With this whole e-sport issue

It all started with me

A few years ago

Having this idea in a private school where I work

To have some meetings, lectures

For parents

And also for the children, but it happened later

Mostly for the parents

About the games, the Internet

About the gaming in general

About addictions

And how it all changes the world around us

How it ifluences the family relations

And generally the bring up and education

Because... You can't ignore that

Children these days have some completely different interests

Than twenty or thirty years ago

In the times, when quite a major part

How to say it

Teaching staff

Was studying, training

And, well, that was the idea

Soo, I had these lectures

And everybody really liked them

So much that

They propagated this idea

In their schools

The schools their children attend

For which I'm deeply thankful to all these parents

Because that is why today I'm here, in this exact place

And, well, I got some requests

To have such a lecture in a school A, school B

Or maybe that I have a version for the children

Yeah, 'cause this version I came up with later

<txt on screen: WHEN THE BATTERY IS RUNNING OUT, THE RECORDER STARTS "RATTLING". WHAT AN IDIOCY...">

The battery ran out, I had to plug it

So, where did I finish?

Anyway

So, the parents

Who attended my lecture

Spread this idea in their schools

Thanks to which I've had the opportunity to have such lectures

In, ummm, the public institutions

Where the children of those parents attend

And I'm really grateful to those parents

For doing something like this

Because, firstly, that was very kind of them

And that is thanks to which

I'm where I am now

Well, speaking about gratitude

I also want to thank Arek

For it's also his fame

In commenting (casting), which he does very well

And deserves

His renown

He is, and was, for me, like

An impulse to

Start my little "channel" on YouTube

But, I need to mention, that my blog

Yeah, I have had my blog for longer, than Arek has been professionally commenting

So at least this, at least this

But, anyway, getting back to the point

After all this, it started going... "Suddenly"

Suddenly I got the news

That an e-sport class is being created

Suddenly I got an offer to lead

This class

Suddenly I had to prove that I know how to do it

Aaaand I know what I'm doing and what I ought to do

And when everything went perfectly

Also "suddenly", everything "suddenly" went perfectly

When suddenly

We got an approval from the Polish Ministry of Education

For having such class created

When suddenly the budget for the gaming computers was approved

By the City Hall

This is when I got hit by this feeling actually

How big that is and, and, and

Amazing

Because, you know, it's like

Amazing, to make a hobby

An interest from the youngest age

A passion

Make it into a profession

A profession on a "national" level, if you may call it this

Ok, but, yeah

Passion is a passion

Successes are successes

This is when I was hit

And I deliberately use the word "HIT"

With how big it is

And how little I am

How gigantic it all seems

And

I'm not going to negate it

Like everybody expecting something big

Anticipating

That person goes through a stage-fright

And a lot of stress

And I'm currently on this stage

That I'm simply

But, ok

One thing I can say for sure

Is that I'm gonna do my best

And, as this project is big

I will make sure it gets even greater

And let me repeat myself - I will do my best

At the beginning, we will definitely focus

On LoL and Overwatch

Depending on the preferences and availability

of the students

Because, as much as LoL is free and widely available

Well, with Overwatch you have this problem that you actually

Have to buy it

Furthermore

Yeah, Arek also promised to help a bit with LoL

I want to thak him once again, it can't be denied

That it is very kind of him

That he thinks about his older bro

However

Don't think, my dear

That the whole lessons will be dedicated to playing

Oh no, no, no, no, no, no

This is going to look completely different than this

Well, yeah, as much as we are going to play

And not once in a week

This isn't going to be only like this

We have a quick match, discuss things

And bye, cya

No, we're going to play

With a clearly stated goal to achieve

<Here I cut the clip badly, my bad>

Yeah, I know that

The longer you play a certain game

The more frequently, the better you know it

But, look at this from a different angle

Well, when I was... Young

When I was young

It was all just during the development

So I was growing up together with all this

Together with the PCs, games, Internet

And so on

And the biggest technological boom

And we were all "molded" by this

And I have this feeling nowadays that

The younger generations lack this approach

Because they are "grown-up" into it already developed

If you can call it this way

They lack the

Discipline, self-organisation,

And determination

There are going to be lessons about playing

Playing with a specified background

A goal to achieve

Which is obligatory this time

And all this is designed to serve the development of these children

Especially the self-development

There are also going to be lessons, it can't be denied

Regarding the topics from the fields e-sport-related

I plan on touching the topics like

The legal rights regarding the Twitch and YouTube

The etiquette of the Internet, the "Netiquette"

How to Make a Classic Mojito Cocktail // Pineapple and Coconut // LiveEatStyle - Duration: 1:42.

Hey guys! Christina here from Live Eat Style.

Today I'm going to show you how to make the perfect Mojito.

Start by rolling the lime. This loosens the oil in the skin.

Take the ends off and cut into fours.

Grab some mint leaves in your hand

and give it a quick spank.

Add a dessert spoon full of sugar in glass.

Grab a muddler but if you don't have one

any flat end of the kitchen tool would work.

Squash the ingredients about eight times

but don't go overboard.

Doing so can release the bitter extracts of the lime skin and mint leaves.

You want to add one shot of rum.

Now's the fun part.

Time to make crushed ice.

Grab a dish towel and something to smash the ice with.

I'm using a meat tenderizer but a rolling pin works fine too.

Add about three quarters of crushed ice.

Now top off your drink with soda water

and some pineapple bits.

Grab a spoon and gently fold everything together.

Top off the drink with more ice

a pineapple leaf, a slice of pineapple and

there you have it the perfect Mojito!

Okay that's a wrap! I hope you love this fresh cocktail.

Don't forget to like, subscribe and share.

Until next time cheers!
