Kawasaki Zx10r 2017 - Duration: 2:55.

La Kawasaki Zx10r nueva del 2017! Voy a poner algo de informacion aqui: The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is a motorcycle in the Ninja sport bike series from the Japanese manufacturer Kawasaki,[1] the successor to the Ninja ZX-9R. It was originally released in 2004 with minor revisions in 2005. It combines an ultra-narrow chassis, low weight, and radial brakes. In 2004 and 2005 the ZX-10R won Best Superbike from Cycle World magazine, and the international Masterbike competition. Engine[edit] Kawasaki engineers used a stacked design for a liquid-cooled, 998 cc (60.9 cu in) inline four-cylinder engine. The crankshaft axis, input shaft and output shaft of the Ninja ZX-10R engine are positioned in a triangular layout to reduce engine length, while the high-speed generator is placed behind the cylinder bank to reduce engine width. With a bore and stroke of 76 mm × 55 mm (3.0 in × 2.2 in), the ZX-10R engine's one-piece cylinder and crankcase assembly reduces weight and increases rigidity. The DOHC are machined from chromoly steel built for strength, four valves per cylinder improve high-rpm breathing, and the forged, lightweight pistons offer high heat resistance to further enhance the bike's power-to-weight ratio. Cooling system[edit] In addition to liquid cooling, the ZX-10R engine has an oil cooler adjacent to the oil filter to reduce oil temperatures. Slosh analysis was also used to design the internal structure of the oil pan, thereby reducing windage losses and helping to maintain low oil temperatures. Clutch A multi-plate wet slipper clutch transfers power to a six-speed, close-ratio transmission ideal for closed-course competition. The back-torque limiter automatically disengages the clutch (partially) under hard downshifting at high engine speeds to prevent rear wheel hop during corner entry. Wheels A new six spoke wheel design is claimed to be almost as light as special purpose race wheels. Since the 2006 model the sidewall profile of the rear tire has been increased from 190/50/ZR17 to 190/55/ZR17. 2011–2015 The 2011 ZX-10R underwent major overhaul both mechanically and visually. Most notably, Kawasaki introduced their Sport Kawasaki Traction Control (S-KTRC) system as standard. It predicts when traction will be lost and adapts accordingly. Also new are an ABS option called Kawasaki Intelligent Braking System (KIBS), a completely new design, adjustable foot-pegs, larger throttle bodies, a horizontal rear suspension, lighter three-spoke wheels, Showa Big Piston Fork (BPF)[3] front suspension, and an LCD panel dashboard. The 2012 model is identical to the 2011 with the only exception being the slightly different paint schemes offered. In 2013 the models went under another small revision where the colors offered changed again and the front dampener was replaced with an Ohlins electronic front steering dampener. In 2014 the only changes were different colors. In 2015 the only color offered was black, alongside a 30th anniversary edition (in EU, a green color is also offered). Tom Sykes in 2013 became the first Superbike World Champion for Kawasaki since Scott Russell and the first on a ZX-10R. Stuart Easton won the 2014 Macau Grand Prix. Jonathan Rea won the 2015 Superbike World Championship season. Jeremy Toye holds the Heavyweight (Open) lap record at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. 2016 Ninja ZX-10R The 2016 ZX-10R received a major update. With a claimed 210 hp with ram-air intake at 13,000 rpm.[5] The electronics now use a Bosch five-axis Internal Measurement Unit (IMU). A sixth degree is calculated by proprietary Kawasaki software. The S-KTRC updated with a added launch control mode a quickshifter and engine brake control. Also optional smarter KIBS cornering ABS. Because of its predictive as opposed to reactive nature, Kawasaki touts this system of S-KTRC as the most advanced of all current traction control systems. Some of the changes mechanically that are now lighter are the slipper clutch, balancer, crankshaft as well as pistons. A less restrictive air filter and larger air box as well as a lighter less restrictive exhaust system. A new transmission that is cassette style is vertically stacked. The previous petal rotors that have been in use since 2004 are now replaced with circular rotors. They are now also larger from 310 mm (12.2 in) to now 330 mm (13.0 in). The calipers are now Brembo M50 Monoblock and the master cylinder is a radial Brembo. The brake lines are now braided stainless-steel. A first for production sport bikes a 43 mm Showa Balance Free Fork derived from WSBK. Kawasaki also offers Race Kit parts for chassis and engine. 2017 Kawasaki releases a homologation special the ZX-10RR with modified cylinder head, race kit parts can be ordered such as high lift cams, DLC coated valve train, a beefed up crank cases, Marchesini seven-spoke rims, also a bi-directional quickshifter, and a single seat this model will be a limited run of 500 units.

SWEN 256 Video Group 4 - Duration: 5:55.

Computers have changed and grown over the years

and so have our ways of working with them.

Gone are the days of using punchcards to write programs

or communicating over teletype interfaces

We can now communicate with people across the world almost instantly

through emails, voice chat, or instant messaging, but face-to-face communication

is still the most effective and efficient method when working on a team.

Though perhaps not as crucial as it was when the Manifesto was first proposed,

face-to-face communication ensures that team members are aware of any changes

and are able to contribute their thoughts and ideas towards development.

It also ensures that clarifications can be readily offered by the customer,

and that they can be effectively kept in touch with the progress of the project.

Here are three examples of how poor or nonexistent in-person communication can cause problems for a team.

<loud air horn noises>

MANAGER: What is going on here?

EMPLOYEE #1: That's the new air horn.

MANAGER: Air horn? What air horn?

EMPLOYEE #1: For the code commits.

MANAGER: Why are we using an air horn for code commits?

EMPLOYEE #1: What else would you use it for? Didn't you get the email?

MANAGER: I most certainly did not! Why would you go out and buy an air horn?

EMPLOYEE #1: Well, you never said we couldn't.

MANAGER: I shouldn't have to! Use some common sense, for -

<more air horns>

EMPLOYEE #1: That's not very professional!

NARRATOR: There has to be a better way. Indeed,

this awkward situation could have been avoided entirely if the employees and the manager had talked about this change face-to-face.

Had they done so, everyone would have known what was going on

and they could have avoided what later would become known as "The Air Horn Incident".

<intense typing>

EMPLOYEE #2: What...

EMPLOYEE #2: Aw sh-

<air horn blares>

EMPLOYEE #2: Better send Ben an email about this.

<typing email>

<door opens>

MANAGER: Alright everyone, how's the team meeting going?

EMPLOYEE #3: Uh, yeah, everything seems fine with the code; it's running pretty well.

EMPLOYEE #3: It seems to pass all the tests we have.

EMPLOYEE #2: Wait, wait, wait...

EMPLOYEE #2: I'm actually experiencing some issues with local modules.

EMPLOYEE #2: Like, it keeps throwing this weird error, and I can't figure out how to fix it.

EMPLOYEE #3: Why didn't you tell any of us about that?

EMPLOYEE #2: I did -- I sent you an email about it.

EMPLOYEE #3: When?

<checks email>

EMPLOYEE #3: ... Oh, yeah, I didn't really read that.

EMPLOYEE #2: Why?

EMPLOYEE #3: It was vague, and it really didn't sound all that serious, and you ended with "kthxbye".

EMPLOYEE #2: <mumbling>...I was in a hurry.

MANAGER: Okay, the two of you should probably go and work out that error here. Meeting adjourned.

NARRATOR: And again here, better prior communication between the team members could have avoided this issue before the meeting.

The employees clearly weren't on the same page until they were face-to-face.

Now let's see if these two employees can solve the problem now that they are face-to-face.

EMPLOYEE #3: So what's going on? What's the problem?

EMPLOYEE #2: <sighs> I don't know, I don't really understand…

EMPLOYEE #2: I think something went wrong when I was trying to design the new login page for the mail client we're working on.

EMPLOYEE #2: Like, it keeps throwing this weird error whenever I try to open the page in Chrome, like - watch -

EMPLOYEE #3: Ok, ok.... Have you tried connecting to something other then teapot?

EMPLOYEE #2: Well, yeah, and everything works alright then.

EMPLOYEE #3: Alright, in that case the problem might be with the way the protocol handles teapots.

EMPLOYEE #3: Brewing errors tend to be caused by requesting an additional pot while the pot was out...

EMPLOYEE #3: So let's make sure the pot is full on sugar and milk.

EMPLOYEE #3: Go ahead and do that.

EMPLOYEE #3: It's right there.

<typing noises>

EMPLOYEE #2: Oh...

EMPLOYEE #2: Well that doesn't seem to work.

EMPLOYEE #3: Alright...

EMPLOYEE #3: Um....

EMPLOYEE #3: Alright, so that's a 406 error, I suppose, which isn't what we're getting.

EMPLOYEE #2: You know, I just thought of something...

EMPLOYEE #2: Can teapots even brew coffee?

EMPLOYEE #2: That might explain this particular error.

EMPLOYEE #3: Ok, good point. Let's try changing our server target to the coffee pot instead of the teapot.

EMPLOYEE #2: Ok.

EMPLOYEE #2: <typing> Remove all of this...

EMPLOYEE #3 Just that last part, yeah.

<typing continues>

EMPLOYEE #2: Then...

<hits Enter>

EMPLOYEE #2: Wait...

EMPLOYEE #2: That seemed like that worked!

EMPLOYEE #3: Awesome!

EMPLOYEE #2: Excellent!

EMPLOYEE #3: Nice job! Let's go!

<victory music from FFV plays>

EMPLOYEE #2: YEAH!

EMPLOYEE #3: Woo!

NICOLE GUERRIERO x ANASTASIA GLOWKIT on Dark Skin - Duration: 4:42.

Hello, everybody it's Madison Bentley from Nosidam Style, and today I'm here to bring

you all a review of the new Anastasia Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit.

This palette was retailed for $40, and it early released February 26, on the Sephora

app exclusively to all people who only have the app downloaded so you could purchase it

early.

The actual release date was March 3rd.

I ordered mines on that Sunday early because I was so anxious and excited to get this glow

kit.

Every time Anastasia releases glow kits I have to purchase them because I love, love,

love every last one of their highlighters because you're always getting quality.

The color palette is beautiful.

It's pigmented, easy to blend, and it's not that chalky, glittery like I've seen with

other highlighters.

Every time I purchase from them I'm never let down.

I know exactly what I'm getting, and when I tell you this palette did not disappoint,

it did not disappoint at all.

It was definitely up to par just like any of the Anastasia products, and I was very

excited because these shades are beautiful.

Now, this palette features six shades.

These shades are beautiful.

Mind you, this palette features a shade for every skin tone.

That's definitely why I definitely wanted to purchase it.

Those unique colors I had never seen, and I wanted to see if they would be fitting on

my skin complexion.

That was a another main reason why I purchased it.

When I say the colors did [pal 00:02:08], it did [pal 00:02:09].

Now, today I'm wearing Daydream, which is this orange color right here, and 143, which

is a bronze goldish-like color.

That's where I'm wearing right here, right here, right here, and a little bit on my lip,

and I'm in love.

I want to wear this palette more.

I actually want to test out all the colors to see how they look.

I haven't tried out every single color, but the colors that I did I absolutely love.

This was definitely a must buy.

If you got your hands on it, then you're lucky, but if you haven't, then you need to as soon

as possible.

I'm not sure if this palette is limited edition, but it's something that you definitely need

to have in your collection.

If you love highlighters and some good quality highlighters, then this was definitely worth

it.

Now, one thing I must note that in this palette it is a little bit smaller compared to all

the other glow kits.

You are getting a wider color variation because you're getting six colors, but they are smaller

compared to the Ultimate Glow Kit.

I did a side-by-side comparison, and the highlighters were just a little bit bigger but not too

much.

It's not like they finessed or got over by giving you less product, but this is a limited

edition palette, so don't use it all up, okay, because you might not be able to get it again.

Who knows, unless they keep this permanently, but I doubt it because it's like a collaboration,

but who knows.

All in all, this palette was a love.

It's going to be one of my favorites coming up.

I'm looking forward to trying all the colors and use a little more on my face, for my full

face.

In order, we have 143, Kitty Kat, Forever Young, Daydream, Forever Lit, and Glo Getter.

Thank you for watching.

I hope you enjoyed this review and swatch.

Make sure you like, subscribe, and comment and tell me your opinions about this palette

if you purchased it and what you thought about it.

I want to know.

I'm curious to know.

Walmart & Dinner in the Rainforest | US Adventures 2017 - Duration: 18:34.

Morning folks! It's about 8.40am just now.

I've been awake for a couple of hours, I've been trying to pack up a little bit and...

watching movies, I watched "Sydney White" today which I've never seen before, with Amanda Bynes in.

Burns, Bines? I don't know

But yeah that kind of kept me going for a while so that's another movie I can tick off.

And yeah I'm just getting ready to um, to go somewhere, I'm not really too sure where.

As you can see my hair is wet, I've had a shower

and because there's a lot of Swifties traveling today and getting to Houston,

I've got a 13 on my hand. That's not something I'd usually do but um

it's really good for finding other Swifties so I decided to do that today.

Okay and as you can see my hair is now dry, I've got some makeup on.

Basically what happened was I used my cleanser

and my cleanser is only really meant for at night time

because it makes my skin look very oily afterwards.

So I decided since I was gonna have to put foundation on,

I might as well do the rest of my face!

So it became kind of like a trial run for tomorrow night,

although tomorrow night I'll maybe do gold eyes.

But it took me forever to try and do something that resembled a good cat eye.

It's not perfect but, you know, it's passable.

And I chose my outfit before I done my makeup

but it kinda goes quite well together, I don't know if you can see that.

Like the kind of red and then the red here.

it's like I put it together on purpose but I really didn't.

So anyways I'm going to kinda go for a wander around the hotel

it's still only about twenty to ten so what I'm going to do

is I'm gonna go down to the tech center and check my emails and do everything that I need to do.

Because I am using my mobile data to check my emails at the moment and it's not really too good so

since they do have computers downstairs I'm going to go and use them.

I'll also maybe go down to the front desk to buy some toothpaste.

And... I don't think I'm gonna need to do laundry here,

but I am intrigued as to why there's a laundromat on the second floor

so I might go and check out that as well but I probably won't bring you with me for that cause...

they're all just kind of personal errands, they're not gonna be that interesting

but I'll see you later, I'll meet you back here.

Okay folks so I went down to the foyer to try and buy some toothpaste

and the toothpaste was gonna be $2.50 for quite a small one

and I was like "Well no, I'm trying to save money.

I'm gonna go across the road to CVS and I'll find one that,

if it's not cheaper, it's least gonna be better value."

So I went across the road and I got my toothpaste and I saved myself money.

Wait no I didn't, that's not what I did at all!

Because I bought a ton of other stuff at CVS

and it's all stuff that I feel I need, but

everybody else in the world probably doesn't agree with me, so let me show you what I got.

Okay so for those of you who are fans of Taylor Swift and have been fans a while,

you'll maybe know that she had a greeting card line in about 2010.

Like 2010, 2011? It was Speak Now era which is quite a long time ago

and I cannot believe it, but they still had some of the cards on display

So my first card says, "Awesome, amazing, incredible. You're all of it.

And me - well, only one word really comes to mind...

Lucky! Happy Birthday"

Just to clarify I'm not going to be sending them to anybody, they're for me.

Ok next one, "I'll never forget the day I met you.

There I am having a regular day in a regular life,

feet planted firmly on the ground and then you come by....

And I'm floating towards the sky." Aww, that's a cute one, "Happy Birthday".

The next couple are singing ones, this one will have been Red era for obvious reasons,

"Don't you dream impossible things?" I think all the Swifties are singing along by now.

[SINGING] "Oh my...." I won't play the whole of that but yeah,

it's "Starlight" from the Red album that's playing there.

And finally, "You are the best thing..." Any Swifties want to hazard a guess

which song this will be? [SINGING] "Do you remember we..."

Yeah I won't play the whole of that as well.

I also bought the biggest pack of pretzel M&Ms I've ever seen.

We don't actually have pretzel M&MS in the UK

so I suppose technically this is "the biggest pack of pretzel M&Ms I've ever seen" by default

but it's also a really big bag.

I've never tried these before but I've heard they're really good so I'll be trying them later

and finally for my favorite Dad... Jolly Ranchers!

He's obsessed with these, he loves them and I kinda love them too so I hope he gives me some.

Right and I'm back into the Testing Zone for another American treat.

These are pretzel M&Ms. I've never tried these before

but I have friends who swear by them, they say they're the best things ever.

Okay, here we go.

They kind of remind me of the crispy M&Ms only it feels like the inside tastes like it shouldn't.

It looks like that on the inside.

Which is very appealing, it's like Grandad's teeth.

Okay I can kinda see the appeal now, it's kinda like sweet and salty at the same time.

I'm still not a massive fan though. I do really like M&Ms,

but I'm not entirely sold by this pretzel flavor.

4 out of 5 because they're M&Ms, but I wouldn't buy these again.

I'd buy a regular bag of M&Ms.

Well it's time to say goodbye to my lovely hotel room.

I'm really gonna miss this one, I was really enjoying it.

So I've already checked out via the TV

who knew could happen?!

But yeah I'm checked out and they've just said, "leave the card in the room".

And they'll get it when the cleaners come round I assume.

So I'm gonna head downstairs and have a word with the concierge

and see what the best way to get to Memorial Park is.

And then I'll maybe go there for the afternoon. Seems like a plan.

Alternatively I don't really know what I might come up with otherwise.

You know what I'm like, I say one thing and then something else totally different happens.

Walmart!

One of my friends described going to Walmart as "an experience".

So hopefully it's a good one.

In case you're wondering, my eyes are watering because I'm walking into the wind.

It's not such a touching moment that I've felt the need to start crying.

Okay so the store has been pretty standard at the moment,

it is bigger than the ones I'm used to,

but I've just found the area where they sell fish.

And I'm not meaning like fish to eat, I'm meaning pet fish.

I had no idea they sold pets here, that's crazy.

If I could get one of these home in one piece, I would totally buy it.

Little Eevee piggy bank. And there's a Pikachu one.

Okay so I'm in Mcdonalds now and the menu is so different from at home.

Let me just tell you what I have.

So these are hot cakes. I would've called that a pancake.

And sausage, we definitely don't have that at home.

And Sweet Tea.

I actually prefer their menu because the breakfast menu's available all day, which is really cool

and this is also connected to Walmart which is quite unusual in the UK.

And it's looking really good.

Okay so since I last saw you I got the bus back

and I've been in the Galleria for about an hour and a half

and I got some cool t-shirts, I'll maybe show you them later.

And now I'm just heading over to my friend's hotel.

The reason I keep saying "my friend" is because I'm not sure how much he wants to share with the vlog.

Maybe he wants to be on camera, tell everybody his name, tell everybody his life story and that's okay.

Maybe he just wants to keep private and leave it to me to vlog and that's okay as well.

Anyway I'm just heading to his hotel, it's kinda nearby the one I was staying at until recently

and later tonight I'll be heading to my new hotel.

Right so I've made it to the hotel

and I was saying that it's weird that there's so many plants in the foyer here.

And then my friend pointed out that there's two swans

right down in the bottom there.

That just takes it to a whole new level of crazy.

Hi folks! We are in the Rainforest Cafe, which is just like my dream.

I've always loved stuffed animals and things like that

and there's things moving, there's like animatronic stuff everywhere.

I'm such a big kid right now it's brilliant. So we've already had some snacks today,

so I think I'm just gonna have like an appetizer or something.

Because my golden rule, "Always save room for dessert. Always."

That's the way it should be.

[TROPICAL THUNDERSTORM RAINFOREST SFX]

So this is my Tropical Getaway.

It's Pinnacle Tropical Punch vodka, tropical juices and grenadine, sounds very delicious.

There's my quesadillas!

I'm having my first ever root beer float, another American classic.

[ROAD NOISE]

Right folks, I've said goodnight to my friend for the night

and I'm now in my new hotel!

This room is a little bit different than the others

because at the Houston Medical Center there's people who are receiving treatment long term

so this room is kind of adapted to kind of help the people who have to stay longer term.

So because of that, I have a kitchen.

We've got a kind of stove there, a tap, microwave

fridge, washer and kitchen cupboards...

But no freebies for Kate. Oh there's a bin.

We've got a desk over here with a phone on it.

This is the sofa. All the luggage is provided by me.

This is the bed.

The view here is mostly of a car park.

But I can see a Cancer Center over the road there

there's a swimming pool over there...

So mostly it's just like industrial buildings and things.

And over here is the kind of bathroom area.

This is like a kind of makeshift wardrobe.

Again they've tried to make it as versatile as possible for the people who are staying here longer.

This is the mirror

and the sink.

The towels, the cupboards,

Toilet, more towels, the shower and the bath.

So while the amenities as such feel quite basic,

it also feels very well prepared and such a versatile place

for the people who need to stay here longer.

Anyways I'm also going to show you what I got at Walmart

because my dad is gonna freak when he sees this.

Okay so the first thing that I got is a clear bag that's about 11.5" by 11.5".

and the reason that I got that is that bags of this size, as long as they're clear,

are okay in terms of security for Superbowl events

such as the one that we're going to tomorrow with Taylor Swift.

So they had tons of them on sale and I picked one up because I'm really struggling to find a smaller bag

that fits the 5" by 7" that goes for the non-clear bags. So there we go.

Also for tomorrow I got a pack of Chips Ahoy.

From what I hear there's 22 cookies in this pack

so the way that I see it I can find up to 21 friends who like cookies as much as me

and would like to eat one while we're hanging out in the car park

and waiting to be cleared by security to go to the pre-show party.

And my final item I was so excited to find.

To give a background on this, my dad is obsessed with Jolly Ranchers, he absolutely loves them.

When I went to San Francisco last year he was like, "Can you get me some Jolly Ranchers?" "Of course"

I said I'd bring him some back this trip as well,

but he's expecting a regular sized bag of Jolly Ranchers he is not expecting this at all he is gonna flip.

He is gonna be so amazed by these. This is the biggest bag that I could find.

This is a two-ounce bag of Jolly Ranchers

or 1.7 kilograms for those of you who use kilograms, I certainly do.

I've never seen a bag of Jolly Ranchers this big

and I certainly think that's going to last him a while.

I did buy Jolly Ranchers this morning as well

but think that's maybe going to be my personal bag now

and I'll let him have this massive bag.

It's honestly so heavy, I've been carrying it all day

but it's not really bothered me too much because I know it's gonna make my dad happy.

I know he's going to really enjoy them.

So if you're watching Dad,

I hope you're eating a Jolly Rancher and thinking about how wonderful your daughter is!

So when I was looking around the Galleria, I went to BoxLunch

which is like a really really cool place for...

I want to say "nerdy merchandise" but it's not necessarily nerdy.

It's the sort of place where if you're passionate about certain TV shows about certain popular culture,

you're gonna find t-shirts that express your love.

So I bought 2 t-shirts this were honoring the aliens in Toy Story

and if you know anything about me then you maybe know that I absolutely love the aliens in Toy Story.

I have so much merchandise relating to them

like whenever I see something with the aliens from Toy Story on it's hard for me to resist buying it.

So the first t-shirt has like the Pizza Planet logo on it

It has four of the aliens kind of on the front there, one of them is being dragged by The Claw...

It's just so cool. And then the second one

has like a quote relating to The Claw, which is really cool as well.

That black one's a lot more girly and I feel like it's a lot more discreet as well.

People aren't gonna maybe look at it and realize that it's a Toy Story

so yeah, that's really cool.

So it's about 9.30 just now which is quite late compared to the times I've been staying up to recently,

but it's not gonna be that late compared to tomorrow.

Tomorrow the pre-show party will be finishing at around about this time.

It still hasn't really hit me that I'm going to see a Taylor Swift concert tomorrow.

I'm in total disbelief that all of this is happening and I am so so lucky.

I can't wait to see everybody,

I can't wait to see Taylor again. Like it seems...

It's been like a year and a half since I've last seen Taylor

like just over a year and a half and that's exciting and seeing who else is going is exciting

Being in another country for a show means that I'm getting to meet people that I wouldn't usually see

and that's really exciting to me and I can't wait to see everybody.

That's why I've brought cookies as well because I want to speak to

like as many people as I can dare myself to speak to.

Because it's not just Taylor that makes these events wonderful, it's the other fans as well definitely.

So anyways I'm going to get to bed now,

thank you very very much for watching and goodnight!

Okay and as you can see my hair is dry, I've got some makeup on - [BLOWS INTO CAMERA]

It's going to be a very very long day tomorrow -

Oh, the air-conditioning's turned itself off again.

So if I comes out this path it's gonna...

suddenly feel like it's very blast... - argh.

This is an editing nightmare.

2015-2017 F-150 Curt Manufacturing Front Mount Hitch Review & Install - Duration: 6:05.

Hey everybody, this is Justin with americanmuscle.com, and this is gonna be my quick breakdown and

install of the Curt Manufacturing Front Mount Hitch, available for your 2015 and newer F-150.

So in this brief overview, I plan on talking about a few basic topics here with the Curt

Manufacturing Hitch, basically why you might wanna consider adding one of these guys to

your F-150, we'll talk about what the Curt option is gonna bring to the table as far

as materials and construction, and then last but not least, we'll do a brief little overview

of the installation process.

And due to the design of the Curt option here, there will be the slightest amount of trimming

needed for some of the surrounding plastic on the front of your truck, really not that

big of a deal.

And if you do planning on using this for a plow duty, then you will need to do some drilling

as well, but only if you're gonna use this for a plow duty.

With that being said, guys, I'm gonna go middle of the road, two out of three wrenches on

the difficulty meter with some more detail later on.

So who should be interested in the Curt Manufacturing Front Mount Hitch?

Well, guys, there are a lot of reasons why you might wanna consider this thing, but it

really just boils down to basically adding a lot more functionality to the front end

of your truck.

And this could mean a number of different things.

We're talking winch mounts, snow plows, baskets, tire carriers, and more available from Curt.

You can even take this a step further, throw a ball hitch up front and easily move trailers

around in a pinch as well.

Ultimately, guys, this is going to be the most affordable way to do this and still maintain

your tow hooks of course, without having to switch to a more expensive steel aftermarket

bumper.

But let's really throttle down on that functionality, because that's basically what this part is

all about, guys.

You're not looking at an appearance part, obviously, or a performance part.

This thing is 100% functional.

So let's talk about that.

You're looking at a gross trailer weight capacity of 5,000 pounds here, using the front hitch

from Curt, and a tongue weight of 500 pounds.

So you do have some options for what you do wanna throw up here.

Again, I think the two biggest uses are gonna be the winch mounts or the snow plows, but

for owners like myself who do a lotta surf fishing, this is just gonna make throwing

a rod rack up front or a surf basket just a much easier task.

And taking that functionality a step further, I did talk about throwing a ball hitch up

front as well, which can mean a number of different things for you and your F-150.

But I think this is just gonna make moving trailers around the farm a lot easier, whether

you go camping and have, like, an ATV trailer, that's something to consider as well, or even

if you're just toying around or moving around a full-blown boat trailer, as long as everything

doesn't exceed 5,000 pounds fully loaded.

A lotta you guys might be watching this and go, "Well, what the hell, dude?

I have one of these things in the rear of my truck.

Why would I need one up front?"

Well believe it or not, it does make moving trailers around in tight spots a much easier

process, thanks to the improved visibility.

And a lotta people might just think you have a little bit more control when doing this

from the front.

Your opinion might differ from mine, but it is worth pointing out.

Now with that ball hitch up front, does that mean you can essentially flat tow your F-150

whenever or wherever?

Well, I mean, I guess you could, but I really wouldn't recommend that unless it's for a

very short trip and you get a little jammed up.

Now, if you're are really serious about flat towing a big truck like the F-150, do yourself

a favor and look at some of the tow bar options available in the aftermarket, definitely gonna

be the right tool for the job.

But moving away from those functionality benefits, let's talk a little bit more about the construction.

And believe when I tell you, this thing is as solid as it looks.

Very thick steel plating throughout here, guys, finished off in a gloss black powder

coat, with a little bit of what's called Bonderite mixed in.

This is just a rust-resisting coating, and it's just gonna help keep the hitch looking

good for years to come, even though a lot of it will be tucked away kinda behind in

or underneath the truck.

This thing is gonna weigh in at around 41 pounds, and it is made right here in the USA.

As far as pricing is concerned, the Curt Manufacturing option is super affordable at just over the

$100 price point, guys.

Obviously adding those aftermarket accessories like your winch mounts, your plow mounts,

things like that will, of course, add to the price in the long run, but for just the base

alone, that price is super easy to swallow for most owners out there, especially when

you compare this to those aftermarket steel bumper options.

As far as the install is concerned, well, we talked about that earlier, guys, there

is a little bit of work involved here.

You're working kind of in a tight spot, there is some light trimming involved with some

of the surrounding plastic, and if you do plan on using the Curt option here for a plow

application, there will be the smallest amount of drilling, so just a couple things to keep

in mind.

Just to be safe though, I am going with a soft two out of three wrenches on my overall

scale of difficulty and maybe an hour or two from start to finish to get this puppy installed.

Basic tool list here, guys, will...again, socket set will be doing most of your heavy

lifting for this install.

If you are gonna use this for that plow application, again, just factor in a drill along with a

17/30 seconds drill bit, and last but not least, some body saw, Dremel, maybe even a

burly pair of shears is really all you need to trim some of the plastic on the front fascia.

Now you will be using a technique called "fish wiring" here to run your carriage bolt and

the spacers into the frame rail, because that's where this guy will actually mount to.

Now this will be the most tedious part of the job, in my opinion, because it is a little

bit of a tight area, especially if you have some big mitts on you, but once everything

is in place, raise the hitch into place, secure it using the half inch flange knots, torque

those poppies down to 110-foot pounds, trim that front fascia as we already talked about

in order to fit everything, and you really should be good to go.

Wrapping things up here, guys, the Curt Manufacturing Front Hitch is, again, a great way to add

a boatload of functionality to the front end of your F-150 for those winch mounts, plows,

baskets, tire carriers, or whatever.

Or, as we discussed, toss a ball hitch up front and you're moving some trailers around

the yard much easier.

This thing will be a great and low-key option, and most importantly, much more affordable

compared to those aftermarket steel bumpers you'll find on the site.

So, guys, that is my review of the Curt Manufacturing Front Hitch, which you can grab right here

at americanmuscle.com.

2015-2017 Mustang Raxiom by JL Audio Subwoofer Upgrade Kit Review - Duration: 9:03.

Hey, everybody, I'm Justin with americanmuscle.com, and in this video, I'm gonna be taking a closer

look at the Raxiom by JL Subwoofer Upgrade Kit for all 2015 and newer Fastback Mustangs,

equipped with a factory subwoofer.

Now, in my detailed breakdown, I plan on talking about why prospective buyers might wanna upgrade

their factory sub in their Mustang with a 12-inch option here from JL.

We'll talk about what's included with the kit along with some of the specs, and then

finally, we'll cover a brief, little overview of the installation process.

I'm gonna go solid two out of three wrenches here on the difficulty meter due to the light

wiring of course, but we will have some more detail on that later on.

Now, the JL kit that we have in this video, again, will appeal to those 2015 and newer

Fastback owners who have the Shaker Pro Audio System with the 12 speakers in the factory

subwoofer, but feel like the factory sub just tends to fall a little short in regards to

overall output or quality.

Now, by going with this turnkey system here from JL, you're gonna be replacing that 8-inch

factory subwoofer and the 100 watt factory amplifier with one of JL's 12-inch subwoofers

and corresponding 500 watt amps.

So, in turn, you're gonna be getting a much bigger bass response overall, a lower frequency

range, and just a lot more thump, while still essentially maintaining the same amount of

usable space in the trunk.

And with all that said, I do feel like the biggest appeal with this kit here from Raxiom

and JL is the fact that it is a turnkey system, essentially ready to rock and roll right out

of the box.

Now, could you piece together a different system using different components maybe save

a couple of bucks?

Sure, but this is a convenience factor, guys, you're getting everything you need from soup

to nuts right out of the package.

Yes, you gonna be spending a little bit more money for that, but you are getting quality

components in return, and again, this thing is ready to install the moment you unbox it.

So, Ford has been using their patented Shaker system for pretty much as long as I can remember,

and for the most part those higher end Shaker offerings do produce enough sound and enough

bass response to satisfy most owners.

However, like anything in the aftermarket, some people just aren't satisfied with that

and are looking for ways to improve with what the factory gave them.

And that's pretty much what this kit will appeal to.

Now, I can personally attest those factory Ford subwoofers do leave a lot to be desired,

especially if you like a more bass heavy listening style.

Now, the problem is outfitting or upgrading the subwoofers without totally dominating

the trunk space like those old bandpass boxes back in the day, but still at the same time

providing you with enough low end response or bass to round out the other 11 speakers

in the 401A Shaker Pro package.

So, Raxiom JL, they put their heads together, came up with a solution for that problem and

that's what we're looking at here today.

But, let's break down the individual components here of the upgrade kit from JL and Raxiom,

and the star of this kit, at least in my opinion, is no doubt gonna be the JL 12 TW3 subwoofer,

which is just a massive upgrade over that 8-inch factory paper cone woofer in every

single way.

Now, what makes the TW3 really special is that it produces a fantastic bass response,

but it's still very shallow or very thin.

In fact, this speaker itself is only 3.5 inches deep.

So, that makes it very appealing to throw in tight spot like this because, as you can

see, it really doesn't need a massive enclosure to sound really good.

So, how did JL accomplish this with their TW3 line up?

Well, they basically took a traditional woofer and just turned it inside out.

And what I mean by that is, if you can envision a speaker, if you ever seen one outside of

an enclosure, you know you have the cone and then the skeleton or frame, then hanging off

the back of the speaker itself you have what is called the motor structure basically containing

your magnet and all that other good stuff, looks like a big hockey puck basically hanging

off the back of the speaker, and that's typically what is gonna add the most depth.

Now, JL with a TW3 basically took that and put it inside the skeleton or frame of the

speaker, thus cutting the depth of the speaker in half.

Also loaded in the TW3 have some of JL's patented tech first of up, you have this concentric

tube design and there's a lot of techie stuff at play here, but basically, this means the

speaker itself will be more linear and essentially just sound better at any volume, especially

when it's really cranked up.

But let's break down the construction of the speaker and talk about why it is such a massive

upgrade over that factory woofer.

Now, on the surface, you're looking at an injection-molded mica-filled polypropylene

cone -- yes, that's a mouthful -- a rubber surround, alloy frame, and the aluminum dust

cap that does cover up that concentric tube design we just talked about.

Compare that to the paper element factory cone, the foam surround, again, just not a

very nice construction with the factory piece, and as such, this bad boy is gonna be a huge

upgrade.

On top of that, everything is assembled in built right here in the USA.

The 12-inch sub from JL does feature a dual voice coil design, operating at 4 ohms, but

can be wired to a 2-ohm impedance if you like.

And on top of that, will handle 400 watts of continuous power.

Now, that leads me to the next part of our upgrade kit here, the JL JX500/1D Monoblock

Amplifier.

The JL amp is a Class D single channel amp that is designed to push a subwoofer, can

handle 300 watts RMS at 4 ohm, 500 watts RMS at 2 ohm at 14 volts.

Expect those numbers to drop a little bit more at 12.5 volts.

The JX500 does feature an operating range from 50 to 200 hertz along with a 12 decimal

boost level if needed.

Just an FYI here, guys, JL recommend starting at around 80 hertz for your sub tuning pleasure,

and just kind of working off of that.

You're also looking at both high and low level inputs along with a low pass filter which

is kind of par for the course when you're talking about a dedicated sub amp like the

JX500.

Now, one thing that JL tosses in with this amp and something that I'm a huge fan of is

this RBC dash one knob here that plugs into the amp and essentially gives you, the driver,

the ability to control the volume of the subwoofer itself or muted completely depending on what

you're after.

Now, that's something that's not always easy to do with a factory integrated system like

this, but the fact that they throw that in is a small but very worthy upgrade to the

system.

All right, so we've talked about the sub, we've talked about the amp, let's break down

what else you are getting here from JL with their kit.

Now, we talked about the TW3's ability to boom in small places, and of course, that

is the case here as you are also receiving one of JL's patented stealth box enclosures.

Now, this enclosure will be replacing your factory sub and enclosure as well, and one

of the big draws with the Stealth Fox technology from JL is that you're really not giving up

any extra trunk real estate and that certainly is the case here again with this particular

kit.

The box itself is made from fiberglass, it is a sealed enclosure and it has been finished

off in this charcoal carpet which does match nicely with your other trunk material.

In addition to the sub box, amp, all that good stuff, JL does throw in everything and

I mean everything you need to get this thing up and running including your power wire here,

3 feet of ground wire, a remote cord or cable, speaker wire, RCA cables, and also a fuse

block as well.

They even go as far as throwing in some zip ties and a little rubber grommet to be used

whenever you drill your firewall to run that power wire into the engine bay and back to

the trunk.

So again, very, very complete and definitely takes all of the guesswork out of this kit

for you.

And this seems like a great time to transition into the installation here, guys.

Really not all that bad, again, especially if you tinkered around with car audio stuff

in the past.

I'm sticking with two out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter.

Maybe a few hours to a half a day in the shop or garage to get it knocked out.

Yes, there is some light wiring involved, but JL makes it very, very easy thanks to

everything that is included with the kit.

Again, very complete is a great word for it.

Yes, you will need to run that power wire into your engine bay, wire it up to your battery,

simple stuff there.

You're also gonna need to find a place for the JL amp to live, some guys might wanna

go in the trunk, others might wanna go underneath the seat to spring more stealthy install.

Whatever the case, you have to run the wire to that as well.

So, really not that bad, but overall, I am sticking with two out of three wrenches on

the difficulty meter.

If you're not terribly confident in car stereo stuff or wiring in general, you might wanna

have a local audio shop or even a buddy help you out with this install.

Either way, it should be very straightforward.

Wrapping things up here with the JL kit, guys, if you're a big fan of music and you love

that low end response from a subwoofer and been pretty disappointed with the factory

8-inch woofer, you're gonna love this kit.

It does include everything you need to get it up and running right out of the box.

Sure, you're paying a little bit extra for it, but folks who know JL are gonna appreciate

the quality of the components.

Listen, you're getting a huge upgrade in bass response from the 12-inch woofer to the 500

watt amp, you're really not gonna be disappointed here.
