removing the external layers is just the first step.

We have been trained to hide our flaws to feel accepted.

It's time to redefine beautiful.

I'm learning to love who I am as a woman.

Umm.

Because sometimes

I feel ashamed of the women in our family

because I see their weaknesses

and I think that I have to be strong.

I was a sex worker for about 3 years

and I thought it was fun

it took me on a very dark

path of manipulation and

greed

power.

I was sexually molested by an Uncle and a neighbor when I was 10 years old

one of the

things that I struggle with is my body

since that experience I feel like part of me was

taken.

My belly is one area where I avoid looking altogether.

I have yet to bear children and

I've been considering if I struggle loving it the way

it is right now how then will I be able to fully love it when

there's a child growing inside and it is large

and after that child passes through when it is loose and

even flabbier

than it is right now.

I subconsciously try to cover and overprotect myself as best I can.

So I've had a few miscarriages and

there is a piece of me that I feel as though it's missing

somehow because I know that I would be an amazing mother.

I am so certain that I would be such an amazing mother.

I have hair on my face and hair on my chin.

Hair like a little mustache and at a young age just wanted to shave everything off

somehow society ended up making that okay.

Making that something I should do because right when I did my eyebrows and threaded

my face and I went into school I was no longer invisible.

I was stripping my soul away.

No substance, just makeup

just eyelashes.

Being naked has been a struggle

to be open and say this is me.

To be loved for me

and that's all that I think I want but I think

that's all that anybody wants wants.

I got cellulite and shapes and lines and it's beautiful.

And it's a daily process to accept that that is okay.

And I'm learning to look at that experience

and the trauma that it has come with as a

sense of strength

I can surprise anything, beauty has been now more so, a recognition

of my essence.

Versus my outer appearance.

I am a beautiful mess.

When and why did someone tell me to straighten my beauty?

skinny hard and flat and tight set

together and put together do trees

grow natural and perfect parallel, linear rings?

Do vines wind

and unwind in symmetric oval cyclical coil?

Do skies rebirth the same puff of cumulus clouds each

day?

why should I not then embrace

my chaos?

now make sure that you really practice

doing it because it can sound offbeat

like I just did right there but Im just having fun

THAAD radar to be deployed to S. Korea this month - Duration: 0:39.

Seoul and Washington are starting to pick up the pace of deploying THAAD to the peninsula.

A South Korean military official said Wednesday the system's X-band radar would arrive in

in the country this month, on top of the two launch pads that arrived Monday.

The official added two to three hundred specialists are also scheduled to be deployed from Fort

Bliss in Texas and the base in Guam.

The U.S. anti-missile system is designed to intercept mid-range missiles, including North

Korea's Scud and Rodong missiles, which fly at an altitude of 40 to 150 kilometers.

The X-band radar has a range of two-thousand kilometers and will be able to detect all

missiles that are fired from the communist state.

China has a proposal for North Korea, South Korea and the U.S.

Foreign minister Wang Yi believes it will lead to a resumption of negotiations between

them.

He also continued to voice opposition against deployment of the THAAD missile defense system

in the Korean peninsula.

Connie Kim shares with us the top diplomat's ideas.

China has called on North Korea to halt its missile and nuclear tests and for the U.S.

and South Korea to stop their ongoing military drills in a bid to ease tensions in the region.

Speaking on the sidelines of China's annual parliamentary meeting, Chinese Foreign Minister

Wang Yi described Washington and Pyongyang as "two accelerating trains coming toward

each other, with neither side willing to give way."

"As a first step, North Korea could suspend its nuclear and missile activities, in exchange

for a halt of the large-scale U.S.-South Korea exercises.

This suspension-for-suspension can help us break out of the security dilemma and bring

the parties back to the negotiating table."

The foreign minister went on to say the dual suspension would bring all sides closer to

both denuclearizing the peninsula and establishing peace.

Wang said China hopes to continue its cooperative relationship with South Korea this year marking

their 25th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic ties,... but reiterated the country's opposition

to the U.S. missile defense system THAAD,... saying it is the biggest obstacle to the development

of relations between Seoul and Beijing.

"It's common knowledge that the monitoring and early warning radius of THAAD reaches

far beyond the Korean peninsula and undermines China's strategic security.

So clearly deploying THAAD is a wrong choice."

Wang also implied that there would be no trilateral summit between South Korea, China and Japan

unless the THAAD row were resolved.

The last time the three leaders met was in 2015, breaking a three-year hiatus due to

political and historical disputes.

Knitting Help - Casting-On Without a Slip Knot - Duration: 4:25.

In this video, I'm gonna demonstrate how to cast-on without a slip knot, and I guess the

reason I'm making the distinction here is because in all of my videos, I always start

with a slip knot.

It's the way that I've done it for over 40 years and so it's kind of sticking with what

you know.

But you don't have to use a slip knot to cast-on, whether you're doing...I'm gonna demonstrate

it for the long tail cast-on.

Whether you do the cast-on like I do or the sling shot method, I'm gonna demonstrate both.

Let's go and take a look at the difference in the appearance of your work.

Okay, this is...I've tried to use the yarn that would just exaggerate this the most,

right?

This is a slip knot, and you can see you end up with a little chunk of a knot there at

the end.

And this is no slip knot and it just kind of curves in to nothing.

This is unblocked so I could make these look a little bit different if I was to block them

out.

Actually, I could make this look much different.

But I could square out this a little bit with blocking.

And you can see, this looks pretty good.

I actually prefer the squareness of the slip knot and how it gives you that absolute right

angle, that's why I do it.

But I can definitely see that there'd be some work that I would do where I wouldn't want

that knot in there or I'd want this rounded corner.

I'm gonna try to square it out a little bit.

You're not going to end up getting quite the right angle edge there.

Gosh, it's knitting, I think they're both beautiful.

How about I not be biased.

So I'm going to cast-on with a double-pointed needle just for demonstration purposes, you

certainly don't have to use a double-pointed needle.

And the first way I'm gonna show you is the slingshot way.

Excuse me.

I'm going to get myself set up.

Normally I would tie a slip knot and then get myself set up in the slingshot method,

but I'm just going to run the yarn across my hands.

I'm kind of assuming you already know how to do this cast-on.

If you don't, click the little "i" in the upper right-hand corner, I'll take you to

my slow video demonstrating this.

So I put my needle under that yarn and hold it with my first finger and then get myself

going with the cast-on.

And when I cast-on that first stitch, I end up with two stitches because that bit I was

holding actually becomes a stitch.

Let me show you again.

Hold on to that with your first finger and then just start casting on, and you'll have

two stitches after you do your first stitch.

Now let me show you the way that I cast-on...because I use the thumb.

I don't know that there's a name for the way that I do the long tail cast-on.

Put the yarn over the needle and hold on to it again.

Put your thumb on the yarn.

Again, I'm assuming that you already know how to do this cast-on.

If you don't, click the little "i" in the upper right-hand corner to go to the video

on this cast-on.

So my thumb's on the yarn, flip it, put the needle into that loop, and then this is what

was over the needle that I was holding on to.

Yarn over with that and you have two stitches.

Let me show that again.

It's a little less clear with this way.

The yarn is over the needle, hold onto it with my first finger, get myself set up with

the cast-on...two stitches.

And again, doing it this way will give you this nice rounded corner.

So you have two options, either a square slip knot edge or a rounded edge with kind of...that

just grows out of nothing.

World marks International Women's Day - Duration: 2:32.

March 8th marks International Women's Day.

Celebrated around the world as the day to bring attention to the struggle for women's

rights, and honor women's cultural and social achievements.

Lee Unshin turns the spotlight to how it was observed here in Korea.

Thousands of women filled Gwanghwamun Square in downtown Seoul... to mark a day that celebrates

women's social, economic, and political achievements.

March 8th is International Women's Day, an observance rooted in the struggle that women

around the world have undertaken over the decades to win their political rights and

end discrimination.

The United Nations began commemorating it in 1975 and two years later, the U.N. General

Assembly proclaimed it as U.N. Day for Women's Rights and World Peace.

But its significance goes beyond commemoration and celebration.

In the U.K., thousands demonstrated on the streets of London to draw attention to the

challenges faced by female refugees.

"There's the mother with the family unit, either in a refugee camp or trying to make

some terrible journey to a safer haven.

And the figure is that we have more refugees now than ever before."

Meanwhile in Bangladesh, a fashion show was held to challenge conventional standards of

beauty under the name "Beauty Redefined."

These ladies are the brave survivors of acid attacks, a brutal hate crime that targets

mostly women and children and is still a big problem in Bangladesh, where 44 incidents

were reported just last year alone.

"We need to act, we need to take measures, and we need to secure our girls, our women,

and we cannot accept such heinous crimes."

In the United States, some activists refused to go to work as part of a strike called "A

Day Without A Woman."

They wanted to raise awareness of women's reproductive rights, social liberties and

those suffering from domestic violence.

Most of the demonstrators were women, but the significance of International Women's

Day was not lost on many fathers, sons, and husbands.

"I'd like my daughter to grow up as a strong woman because I believe women carry so much

power and in every life, there should be a woman."

Cruelty Free Drugstore Beauty Makeup Haul at Ulta Beauty - Duration: 4:48.

Hey guys, welcome back.

Today I've got an Ulta haul for you.

You know I rarely do haul videos but this past weekend I went out shopping with Mickey

and I thought maybe it'd be fun to show you what I picked up.

He and I are apparently super jaded right now because we feel like there's not very

much that's really exciting that's in stores.

So anyway, without further ado.

The first thing I picked up was this Real Techniques brush cleansing gel, so I'm curious

to give this a try.

As you know, I clean my makeup brushes with Cinema Secrets after I use them every single

time, so I'm guessing this is sort of more of like a deep cleaning ... Yeah, it's for

deep cleaning, so I should probably do this once a month even though I still clean with

that daily.

I also picked up the Real Techniques Eye Smudge & Diffuse Duo, and it has a bonus sharpener

that comes with it.

This is a precision smudge brush, so basically you use it along the lash line or wherever

you want to smudge something out.

This is a larger version of the smudge brush.

I actually like this size for along my lower lid, like right at the lash line, this is

a great size for that.

And then the sharpener's pretty basic, it's just little and has the Real Techniques logo.

But wait, there's more.

I also picked up these Real Techniques ... I think they're Miracle Contour wedges.

So I happen to be a fan of using beauty blender and I do like some of the Real Technique sponges,

like I think this is a Real Techniques eye sponge, for blending.

So I thought, "Hey, might as well give these a try."

And these are actually much softer than some of the other sponges that I have.

It says it's perfect for on the go application, ideal for liquid, cream, or powder.

Replace these every one to three months and it's latex free.

So you have the pointed tip to apply, the domed sides to blend, and then the flat round

to buff.

So I'll be giving these a try sometime soon.

I picked up the ecoTools makeup brush wipes because I thought it'd be interesting to see

what they're like.

I've never used makeup brush wipes, I normally use makeup wipes to wipe off swatches or whatever

on my arms.

I rarely use makeup wipes on my face because I have sensitive skin and makeup wipes tend

to irritate my skin and cause me to break out.

I'm curious how these will actually work for brushes.

I picked up a staple that I like to keep around, these are makeup wedges and you can use these

wet or dry, they're good if you want to do like the baking thing where you put all the

powder along your cheek.

But you can use them for other things, too.

I actually like to use these for creating gradients when I do a nail gradient.

So they're just useful to have around.

I also picked up the Ulta brand bath bombs, they were buy two get one free.

I picked up Coconut and Almond Milk, which smells really good, and they only had two

of those, so I had to pick a third one and this one, which is Sea Mist and White flower,

was the one that I was like, "Well, maybe it'd be okay."

I really like things that are fruity or tropical.

I'm a gourmand scent person, so I wasn't really sure about this.

I don't like overly floral stuff, it's just gross to me, I don't like how it smells on

me, but I'm looking forward to trying these to see what I think of them.

I also picked up Not Your Mother's texturizing beach cream because I do like to have ... I

like it when my hair has a little bit of wave or something to it so that I just ... I feel

like the colors look better, I feel like it's easier to see all the colors.

So I thought this might be fun to give it a try, to see how it works in my hair.

I haven't ever heard anybody talk about this so who knows.

Maybe it'll suck, maybe it'll be awesome.

I also picked up some of the Yes to sheet masks.

I've never been a sheet mask person, I've never really tried them so I thought that

well, you know, I could try these because I like the Yes to Coconuts line.

I'm using the Yes to Coconuts micellar water right now, which is great because it has this

awesome pump top.

I thought, "Might as well give these a try, see if I like them."

I picked up two of the Makeup Revolution Lip Amplification.

I think the shade is called High Voltage.

High Voltage is my favorite sort of pink with purple undertones.

I love this color.

Conviction is a really dark vampy shade, reminds me a little bit of NARS Train Bleu.

Last but not least, I bought the Nyx Gloomy Days palette.

I kept thinking I had this and I don't know if I do or if I loaned it to somebody but

I couldn't find it and I couldn't find any record of me swatching it so I thought, "Well,

I will go ahead and get this to try," because it looks like it has a lot of cool toned shades

that I think will look good on my skin tone.

So anyway, that was my Ulta haul.

I spent $91.50 at Ulta on all of what you see here.

since the 25th of february, the fourth part of the new digimon adventure tri series has been released.

digimon adventure tri 4: soushitsu

in this video I like to talk a little about the movie the story and how i found it!

the 4th part begins with a flashback.

there you can see the past of nishijima and himekawa.

it can be assumed

that these two were also part of a group like our 8 well-known digidestined!

it comes to a fight against the dark masters...

this fight probably cost himekawa's digimon "tapirmon" his life.

this also explains her gloomy behavior.

let's go back to tai & co!

arrived on the coast, they meet again their digimon's with one exception,

no one can remember about the past

the reason of course the "reboot"

only yokomon and sora didn't really find together.

yokomon usually avoids sora and seems very selfish.

Later,

the digimon digivolves on their rookie level

because they ate and slept something :3

the digimon emperor appears together with machinedramon to attack our digidestined!

now there was a hole in which they falls! It suddenly separated them.

in addition, the movie evolves to a "sora is sad + sentimental movie"...

i did not like it at all... mimi has already annoyed me at that time in season 1...

matt and tai want to cheer them up, but it does not work out ...

because tai speaks shit and matt has no courage for it. ._.

it also turns out that the digimon emperor is actually gennai, not our friendly gennai, a realy bad gennai! :D

then metalseadramon joined the fight!

the fight is on water ... of course...

gabumon attacks metalseadramon with his attack "blue blaster"

then matt and tai are pulled by metalseadramon into the water...

then they drown ... :o !!!

but then agumon and gabumon come and save the two beacuse they make a warp digivolve!! :D

wargreymon and metalgarurumon are strong enough to beat the metalseadramon.

which they also succeeded!

very spectacular as agumon and gabumon dive into the water to save tai and matt... xD

let go back to fight against machinedramon.

after biyomon is in danger, sora tries to save it and jumps on the arm of machinedramon.

at first she is pinched 3-4 times with full force against the wall,

a normal human would have realy pain..

but sora is such a strong person she does not notice anything... :D

now, all digimon digivolve to their mega level (biyomon, patamon + tentomon)

they digivolve´s to seraphimon, herculeskabuterimon and phoenixmon.

but not from rookie to mega!...

no, first from rookie level to champion level,

then from champion to ultra level

then from ultra to mega level ..

this takes so long,

then the movie is almost over ..

it takes a lot of few minutes!

why they dont make a warp digitation from the rookie level to mega like agumon?

and then its over...

now they could defeat machinedramon ...

meanwhile gennai took the chance to come to meiko! (yeah she is also in the digiworld...)

he provokes meicoomon,

that should be able to destroy world´s!

to provoke this he attacked meiko.

this succeeded and it changed again into the infected digimon.

after this the movie end´s! c:

my conclusion!

those many digivolves and the cyring and sentimental sora

i found it totally stupid and didnt were realy necessary...

i also hate meicomoon :)

it's sweet though but <3

"don´t need subtitles for this sentence... " xD

i also hope that we will see characters from the second season like davis etc...

otherwise, i am very disappointed..

we have waited several month then its something like this!?...

in the end we are not really further than before with the story ...

well…

that's it with the small conclusion..

more disappointed than satisfied

but also there were several people with the same opinion as me :)

and don´t really like this movie....

But with 14.752 P Def 9.152 M Def and CP+HP= 86.426 shouldn´t be a problem...

Now Dash skill... 10 seconds 100% speed. Ok that´s an extra skill if you have PA...

In case you get too many damages you can consider to use Disparition...

Cast Dissolve and then Celestial Protection, 10 seconds speed 100% and untouchble....

Arrived till here... If you die is not a problem if you have Salvation... Just wait that Disparition, Celestial Protection and Dissolve are again available

It´s not my case :P :P :P

Now Disparition and Party Return, and nobody touched me :D

The 3 steps of Exalted quest are so boring... :O

Everyone has 4 quests, so you need to do 12 boring quests before to get Exalted lvl 3 status

What I hated more was to enchant a knife +7 with normal enchant scroll R grade...

I can crystalize a weapon from +2 to +3 with a blessed enchant scroll.... =_=

But now is near to be only a bad memory....
