In many instances, it can be helpful.

But, when it starts to get overly negative, it may be time for us to intervene.

Maybe your inner voice is telling you that you are not a good enough singer to audition

for a certain role, that your voice is not strong enough for a solo in your choir or

that you don't have enough experience to sign up for a talent show.

This is when you need to keep your inner voice in check.

Your inner voice will put up a fight, don't be surprised.

It will try to protect you.

But it can be retrained.

Look at the situation with an open mind and without bias.

If you decide that your inner voice is overly protective, step up to the plate and take

charge.

The latest is the WRX STI Series Gray. As its spelling suggests, this is for America, and it was unveiled at Subaru Tecnica International Boxerfest in Washinton D

C. at the weekend. Yep, not only does the US continue to get STIs, it also has an event called Boxerfest

Our jealousy is off the scale. Subaru is making ,000 Series Grays, with 750 of them normal WRXs, the remaining 250 being full WRX STIs

They all get 'Cool Gray Khaki' paint, but you want the STI for its 305bhp (up 37bhp on the WRX), inch-bigger 9in wheels, Brembo brakes and newly upgraded Bilstein suspension

As well as the significantly larger rear wing so synonymous with fast Imprezas and WRXs

The WRX Series Gray costs $32,595, while the WRX STI Series Gray is $39,695. Or a deeply reasonable £30,000

Yep, we're still jealous.

Robert Mueller Is On Thin Ice - Duration: 12:18.

Robert Mueller Is On Thin Ice After This Bombshell Report Surfaced

A bombshell report about Robert Mueller's investigation rocked Washington.

Pundits and insiders were floored.

And now Mueller is on thin ice because no one could believe what he uncovered.

Mueller met with Trump's lawyers to try and hash out an agreement for the special

counsel's team to interview the President.

The special counsel revealed that they would like the interview so they can wrap up a report

about possible obstruction of justice and would release their findings in stages.

The Washington Post reports:

"Mueller's investigators have indicated to the president's legal team that they

are considering writing reports on their findings in stages — with the first report focused

on the obstruction issue, according to two people briefed on the discussions.

Under special counsel regulations, Mueller is required to report his conclusions confidentially

to Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein, who has the authority to decide whether to

release the information publicly.

"They've said they want to write a report on this — to answer the public's questions

— and they need the president's interview as the last step," one person familiar with

the discussions said of Mueller's team.

Trump's attorneys expect the president would also face questions about what he knew about

any contacts by his associates with Russians officials and emissaries in 2016, several

White House advisers said.

The president's allies believe a second report detailing the special counsel's findings

on Russia's interference would be issued later."

Mueller also informed Trump's attorneys that the President was a subject and not a

target of their investigation.

This means that after a nearly year-long fishing expedition, Mueller has not uncovered any

evidence to charge the President with a crime.

Instead of sitting for an interview, Trump should demand Mueller wrap up his probe and

clear him.

The only purpose of an interview is to catch Trump in a "perjury trap."

That means if in the course of an interview Trump misremembers who attended a meeting

or what was discussed, Mueller can claim he lied to investigators and present that to

Congress as grounds for impeachment.

Mueller was put into place to bring down the President.

And the establishment will not be satisfied with him coming up empty.

PB & Whey | Killer Whey's Chocolate and Peanut Butter Keto Ice Cream - Duration: 9:09.

Time for the fourth and final flavor in the line of keto ice creams from Killer

Whey. This one is called PB & Whey, and I'm gonna review it right now. Hey, guys!

Welcome to A.D. Keto. My name is Aaron. This is the channel where you can watch a

weird dad work his way through the ketogenic diet. I do some keto food vlogs,

I do some keto product reviews, and I do the occasional keto recipe. If this is

flavor from Killer Whey. It's PB &Whey. And you know what? Mere moments ago,

I realized that PB & Whey is a play on PB&J. I was struggling. Like, "What is PB & Whey

about? I don't get that." But PB&J. Hee hee. I have done reviews of the

other three ice creams in the keto line of ice creams the Killer Whey puts out.

You can find a playlist right up here that will contain all four of them,

including this video. And if you have not seen any of those, Killer Whey is a

company out of Boise, Idaho that produces ice cream for people on the ketogenic

diet. Very low carbs, pretty high fats, moderate protein. So I am going to review

today this ice cream. It's PB & Whey. As always, I split my ice cream reviews into

How's it feel coming out of the

container? How's it feel in the mouth? Is it crumbly? Is it smooth? And this has

been out of my freezer... this particular pint has been sitting on the counter for

65 minutes. So an hour and five minutes of room temperature. We'll see how that

impacts the texture. Next part of the review is the taste. Do I like the way it

tastes? I saved this one for last, because I was very hopeful that it would be... you

know, peanut butter and chocolate. I don't know if it is chocolate, though, because I

was confused by the 'PB & Whey". We'll see what it tastes like. Peanut butter, at the

very least, is one of my favorite things. The third part of the review is the

carbs, and that is where all of these ice creams

in the keto line of ice creams from Killer Whey really shine. Very, very low

carbs. So let's get into it, and open it up. Oh! I got a little bit of a situation here

on the top. I'll just take care of this - take of this.

There's the texture. Looking pretty good. I'm gonna dig right into this, as I

destroy my table, and dig right into this thing. Oh boy.

Pretty smooth. I mean, it's been sitting out for over an hour, so that might be a

little... that top layer might be a little too melty, but I'm still... wow. I'm still

getting parts that have... sort of these shards, which is not a deal breaker for

me. Probably comes with the territory of having an ice cream that doesn't have a

whole lot of sugar in it. That's... that's a big bit. It's going in.

I don't know that I've hit any huge pockets of peanut butter yet,

because this tastes a lot like the Coco You Know.

Yeah, I'm having trouble picking up any peanut butter in here. Here is a bite

that has some peanut butter in it. You can see, there's like a stripe right down

the center, there. So I'm trying to focus on that.

Okay, now there's a... there's a kind of a... a faint hint again...it's getting toward being

able to taste it.

Yeah, the peanut butter is not too strong in this this. It almost.... almost tastes the

same as the Coco You Know. Yeah, I mean there's a hint of peanut butter. The

peanut butter taste is not very strong. So a little bit of a letdown with this. I

was hoping for a little bit more peanut butter flavor. It is there, it's just not

as much as I personally want. It's very heavy on the chocolate flavor, which is

itself not super-strong. It's... it's kind of like I said, the Coco You Know flavor,

with, you know, a hint of peanut butter in it. Here's what they say about PB & Whey

on their website. It says, "Grab a shovel, you'll need it. Our chocolate peanut

butter ice cream is a keto-friendly rendition of a family favorite. Our

decadent ribbon of peanut butter only contains two grams of sugar per serving*.

It feels and tastes like an old-fashioned ice cream without the

consequences of high amounts of sugar." The asterisk is: "You'll notice our

chocolate peanut butter ice cream has 2 grams of sugar per serving on its

nutrition facts. One gram is from our dairy ingredients. Milk sugars (lactose)

are rated 45 on the glycemic index. Our peanut butter only contains one gram of

sugar per serving." So that's what they're saying about it.

I will read you the nutrition information. Nutrition facts: 1/2 cup.

Servings per container: Four. Calories: 180.

Wow. There's 720 calories in this pint, so...

just... just so's ya knows. Calories from fat: 150. Total fat: 16 grams. Saturated fat: 9.

Zero trans fats. Cholesterol: 55 milligrams. Sodium: 45 milligrams. Total carbohydrate:

13 grams. Dietary fiber: 3. Sugar alcohols: 8. So that's 2 grams of net carbs per serving.

8 grams of net carbs per pint. So there you have it. That's Killer Whey's PB & Whey.

I'm gonna try one more time to get some peanut butter flavor. Yeah, that's just...

It's still...It's still...This is an hour and five minutes after coming out of the

freezer. Crazy. I'll try this little bite here.

That one, that bite that was mostly ribbon, I could kind of taste a little

peanut butter. So I I don't know that I would get this flavor myself. It's very

similar to their chocolate. So if I had to rank these flavors, how would i rank

them? I would probably rank... I think number four, down at the bottom, is gonna

be this guy. PB & Whey, just because the peanut butter was not doing it for me on

this one. Iould have loved a little bit more in there.

Number three is Coco You Know, their chocolate flavor.

Again, almost exactly the same, to me, as...as this, minus the hint of peanut butter.

Still a decent chocolate flavor, but wasn't super-super chocolaty. Number two

would be No Judge Mint. I thought that was very, very good. Probably one of the

better mint ice creams I've had. And then number one for me would be Chilla in

Vanilla. That's how I would rank them. I was really surprised by Chilla in Vanilla.

It tasted like actual vanilla. That's how I'd rank them. So if you guys

2-Point Perspective for Artists - Very Simple and Easy - Duration: 9:40.

Hello my friends and welcome to another Tuesday of tutorial!

I am Leonardo Pereznieto and today I will explain you very simply

the two-point perspective.

First we will determine if we will use one-point, or two-point perspective.

If the object is facing us…

like this

or like this,

straight or parallel,

then we will use one-point perspective.

But if it is at an angle toward us like this or like this, then we will use two-point perspective.

Let´s do a quick review of the one-point perspective.

We draw a horizon line and on it we will have a vanishing point

where all the lines will meet.

The horizon line is at the eye-level of the viewer,

and the vanishing point is in front of him of her, or it [laughter].

If we draw an object, in this case a simple rectangle,

we just need to pull lines from each corner to the vanishing point

to get the basic perspective.

Like so.

Good!

Let´s draw also the back end.

We are doing this as if the object was transparent or made of wire.

Now with a marker I will go over the lines that we would see

if the object was solid,

so as to make it more easy to understand.

Good!

It doesn´t need to be right in front of you for this simple perspective to work.

It can be on this side, let´s make an example.

We draw a square, up here into the side but is directly facing us, and then we do

the same

we pull all the lines to the vanishing point.

And we draw the back and the bottom.

Notice that if the figure is high, it is above the horizon line,

and therefore above our above eye level,

we will look at it from below.

While the other one, which is below the horizon line,

we are looking at it from above.

And I´m correcting my crocked lines. What happened is that since the camera

is straight on the paper, if I try to get into

a comfortable position

I would be right in front of the camera blocking all the view.

So I am all the way down and to this side which is not ideal.

Leonardo, quite giving excuses, you are making crocked lines, admit it.

Yes, I´m drawing some crooked lines today.

It´s true.

And I´m sketching a second cube which is farther away,

…and as we know the farther away the smaller it gets.

This technique is not only for simple subjects.

Let´s draw a more complicated one.

A strange shape.

Like this.

It will pull lines from all the angles to the vanishing point,

we will get a nice perspective.

Very easily.

If you would like to have more information about

one-point perspective, watch my video on the subject.

And let´s mark where we want the object to end.

Very good!

Now let´s go over the two-point perspective.

We draw the horizon line, and this time we start drawing the object by

the edge that is pointed toward us.

The figure is going to be rotated, as we mention at the beginning.

The object side edges are converging at two vanishing points,

one on the left and one on the right.

These vanishing points are on the horizon line, of course.

They can be far away even off the paper or close by.

The closer together they are, the more extreme the perspective

will look.

We draw all the vertical lines of the cube, vertical, without any tilt.

And we also pull the other edges as if it were transparent.

I could be doing this with a ruler which would be

a lot easier and more precise, but this tutorial is for artistic drawing

as if you go out with your sketchbook, and in that case this is the way you

would do it.

Good!

Let´s do another figure way up here.

We begin with the edge and pull the ends toward the vanishing points.

The higher and further away of the horizon it is, the more we will see

the bottom side of it.

Let´s pull the other corners … like this, and we draw the back edge.

And the remaining line to complete the side.

Very good!

This is really fun!

Let´s go over it with a pen, so that is easier to see.

Good!

Let´s do one more horizon line,

and place the vanishing points to draw a last figure, which will be something

similar to the strange object that we drew at the beginning.

But this time in a two-point perspective

and let´s plant it on the ground

as if it were a house

or a building.

We began with the edge that is pointing toward us,

but this time it crosses the horizon

and then we pull lines from both ends toward the vanishing points.

Oops I bang the camera, sorry

which as I told you, is totally on my way.

And we draw a line from the bottom end of the edge, to the vanishing point.

Good!

I will mark the sides for now with straight lines

so as to make it easier.

And then, about at this height, it will have a recess, that can be a terrace

or a balcony or something like that.

And we go toward both vanishing points.

Over here let´s draw a door, or an entrance.

The top should go actually to the vanishing point on the right.

Like so.

And let´s not forget the chimney!

Like this.

The balcony is not going to be all around,

it will only be on one side and it will end here.

I think it is beginning to look like a building.

All right and we should pull this toward

the vanishing point on the right.

And now the height of the door, let´s pull it to this side, to see where

should be the height of the garage entrance.

And we will go over all of this, with the marker.

The two-point perspective technique is very handy because it applies in most cases.

When drawing it is good to first simplify the object to a basic geometrical

figure like a square a cylinder, et cetera

and then add the detail.

With these 2 vanishing points we can sketch several objects

in the same drawing as long as they´re all parallel.

If not, if they are rotated to each other, then we need a new set of 2 vanishing

points, for each of these objects.

As you see I´m shading all the surfaces that are facing it toward the left,

as I´m considering that the light, is coming from the right.

We should also shade the entrances.

All right!

We are done with this one!

But I want to show you just one more thing.

The one and two-point perspectives

are not only used when drawing one object but also can be very helpful

to find the sizes of other objects

as they get further away.

For example, here we have a person

kind of [laughter]… and here we will place the vanishing point.

If we need to know the right size of a person that is at specific point far away,

we can simply do it like this.

If the person is here, will measure this much.

But what about if we need to have a person which is not on the same line,

but is all the way over here for example.

In between the other two but out of line. In this case we mark the place where

he´s standing, from that spot we make a horizontal line to meet the other one,

we pull it up to know the height,

and back to the right.

And now we can draw to the correct size and the proportion, our person with style.

[Laughter] He is looking at you [laughter].

We are done with this one.

I'll get my hair, makeup and my nails done

so it's like an idol total makeover

I know I can't look like them

My entire hair's a big mess. I really think it's hard to change my hair color....

Kindle publishing versus cryptocurrency we're gonna talk about a come on hey

guys it's K-Ninja here coming to you from Japan and before we get into it

if you're into self publishing in any way shape or form

so you get notifications because self publishing is all this channel talks

about for those of you who don't know me my name is Kay ninja and I run an

underground Kindle publishing channel very different from those other

mainstream Kindle publishing channels the underground dirt that you're gonna

get here is the real deal and one of that fake stuff anyway straight into a

Kindle publishing versus cryptocurrency which should you get into or should you

get into both and the reason I bring up this topic is because the other day one

of my friends gave me a call and he was like hey ninja I need to change my job I

can't take it anymore I need to do something else I know all these people

who are making money and cryptocurrency I'm gonna go into cryptocurrency I'm

gonna buy Bitcoin and make a lot of money and then I won't need to work

anymore and I told them you should get in the Kindle publishing and I also told

them what I really think about crypto currencies and this is what I think

about them yes you can make a lot of money in them

if you day trade them meaning you constantly watch the price you buy when

it goes low and you sell when it goes high but there's no guarantees because

if you buy or sell at the wrong time once for example if you sell and it

keeps going up so you can't buy it again or if you buy and it keeps going down so

you can't sell it then you're kind of stuck like that it's not a passive

income it's not gonna keep paying you monthly not like Kindle publishing also

I don't really believe in crypto currencies I don't believe in the whole

crypto currency model it's really just buying a piece of digital nothing with a

name on it and that name could be Bitcoin that

could be aetherium it could be like coin but yeah if a lot of people buy it then

the price rockets up so then they all sell and then the price

Crash's and it's backed by nothing so it could go to zero but if you own dollars

or any normal currency backed by a government you're still dealing with

fluctuating price moves but no matter how much inflation there is the dollar

will never go to zero the dollar will always be worth a dollar sure if there's

a lot of inflation you might need to spend more dollars to buy a coffee but

still your dollar will always be worth a dollar and since it's backed by the

government you'll always be able to pay taxes with those dollars I'm veering way

off topic here we're talking about Kindle publishing versus cryptocurrency

and we Kindle publishing we're basically talking about the business of books and

it doesn't only have to be ebooks we're also talking about paperback and yes

even audiobooks now not everyone I know has purchased crypto currencies but I'll

tell you I don't know a single person who has never purchased a book in their

entire life fact of the matter is books are always selling and always will sell

because there's a demand for books in every country in the world there is a

demand for books unless you live in one of those countries that has outlaw at

all ebooks and burn them all and if you live there then I would understand why

you might not agree with my assessment but yeah when you're creating ebooks

you're creating a product whether that product is digital like an e-book or

print on demand like a paperback or just a file like an audiobook it's a product

so currencies or crypto currencies can fluctuate up and down up and down but

the value of a book is kind of always gonna be the value of a book it might be

a dollar it might be $6.99 it might be $20.00 it kind of depends on what kind

of book we're talking about like what's in the book like what's it about as well

as the format that the book is in obviously paperbacks are gonna be more

expensive than ebooks because a paperback is a big block of material now

some people they're only in the paperbacks they won't even touch ebooks

and that's fine because we have print on demand services which can basically take

any book in digital format and print it up for someone who's

willing to pay for it of course you do have to format it for print but anyway

my point is books will always have value and books will always be in demand and

if you disagree with that let's imagine that you were sentenced for a crime to

solitary confinement and you were in a Cell and not allowed anything no TV no

internet no cell phone no nothing and yeah of course no books no one to talk

to and they give you a food three times a day that would get pushed in on a tray

through a slit in the door after just 36 hours of that you'd start going nuts it

doesn't take much time in solitary before permanent brain damage starts to

occur and if you were in that situation no one to talk to nothing to look at

just you and your mind what would you give for just one book what would the

value of that be to just be able to have one book something to read something to

stimulate your mind with it's basically priceless if you have the money you'd

pay a hundred bucks you'd pay a thousand dollars you'd pay ten thousand dollars

if they'd let you have just one book because you'd be going insane with

nothing anyway when I say Kindle publishing

I mean creating many books many assets digital assets basically it could be

argued whether print-on-demand is the digital asset or not but since it's

basically created digitally I call it a digital asset because it doesn't become

physical until someone orders it but yeah if you own many of those digital

assets in those digital assets or in an area where there's demand well then you

have a business because if there's demand it means people will buy them

which means you make money the price of cryptocurrency could go to zero I don't

know how fast new crypto currencies are coming out but it seems like almost

every day someone is releasing a new cryptocurrency and my prediction is that

all these crypto currencies are going to go to zero because I see the value of

cryptocurrency as zero I just don't see the banking system allowing

cryptocurrency to dominate as long as the banking industry exists

currency will always be king and as long as humans exist books will always be in

demand ask for cryptocurrency well you do what you want with your money but I

just don't see it going anywhere but yeah of course I'm gonna be biased

because I'm a publisher I published full-time my full-time income comes from

publishing yeah I do create courses as well and you can find a link to my

publishing course below in the description what kind of books do I

publish fiction or nonfiction I do both and I teach both at the moment I really

like publishing fiction though and I've got many reasons as to why I think

publishing fiction is a better deal than publishing nonfiction and if you'd like

just click the little card right there but yeah Kindle publishing it's a

business like any business it could fail but you have control over whether it

succeeds or fails much unlike cryptocurrency where you have no control

over what it does so if you're debating whether they get into Kindle publishing

or whether they get into cryptocurrency in my mind there's no question because

I'm in Kindle publishing 100% and I won't even touch cryptocurrency but yeah

you can do whatever you want on that you don't have to listen to me

you do your own research and make up your own mind on it Kindle publishing

forever in any case if you're at all in the self-publishing then you'd better

Stop buying avocados grow Your own avocado tree at home

This little green fruit has been added to meals in almost every restaurant and home

recipe possible.

The 'avocado trend' is no bad thing for your body, as the fruit contains potassium,

vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E. As well as possessing heart-healthy

fats and a high fiber content.

The one downside of the trend is that over the past year the average price of avocados

has gone up by over 25% as grocery stores.

To save yourself some money and be able to eat fresh, organic avocados growing your own

avocado tree is a must.

So get your gardening gloves at the ready…

How To Grow An Avocado Tree From Seed Sprout

Carefully clean the avocado seed and ensure you know which end is top and which is the

bottom.

Stick four toothpicks into the seed at equal distances apart about halfway down.

From there get a glass of water and set your seed in it, the toothpicks should keep it

soaking in an inch of water.

The seed should be placed out of direct sunlight but in a warm place until the stem has grown

to six inches and the roots are visible.

This growth should take between two to six weeks, at which point the stem should be cut

back to three inches.

Wait for more leaves to grow and for the stem to reach six inches again before planting.

Plant Get yourself a large plant pot approximately

ten inches in diameter, with a small hole in the bottom for drainage.

Fill the pot with nutrient rich soil, leaving a small hole in the top of the compost for

your seed to go in.

Place the seed in the hole ensuring that it isn't too deep and that half of the seed

is exposed above the soil.

Care Once the avocado tree is planted, move it

into a sunny area of your home.

Water the tree generously and regularly, ensuring that the water remains moist but not saturated.

If the leaves begin to turn brown and dry, it is a clear sign that the plant isn't

getting enough water.

To solve the issue put the pot in your sink, turn the tap on and allow the water to run

through the soil for a few moments, ensuring that you drain any excess water before taking

the plant out of the sink.

If the leaves begin to turn yellow and droop, you are over watering the plant.

To rectify the situation, don't water the plant for a few days and lower the amount

of water you give it in future.

Enjoy!

Keep up regular and caring maintenance of your tree in order for it to flourish.

You may well have to wait a couple of years before it first begins to bear fruit but when

it does you'll be enjoying your very own fresh and delicious avocados.

Kindle publishing reviews we're gonna talk about it come on hey guys it's K-Ninja here

and today we're going to be talking about Kindle publishing reviews

as in how do you get reviews now I want to first of all say that getting reviews

is one of the biggest problems that publishers have when they're trying to

rank their books because most publishers don't know what they're doing as far as

getting reviews now there are multiple ways to get reviews and some ways are

definitely better than other ways and one of the biggest lies being

perpetuated amongst authors who self-published their own books is that

the best way to get reviews is to get reviews organically and if you ask them

what that means getting reviews organically they'll tell you your book

has to be a quality book and if the book is quality the reviews will just

magically come somehow and I'm sorry to say it but your book could be the best

book in the world but if you launch the thing without any kind of review

strategy you can't expect that a bunch of reviews

will just magically appear on the thing now I'm not going to tell you that

reviews are the only factor that matters when you're launching a book there are

other factors like your keywords your description your book cover because you

could have gathered thousands of reviews on your book but if no one can find your

book because you're not using the best keywords then you can't expect it to

sell just based on the fact that you have a lot of reviews though I will say

if you have a lot of reviews and you've launched your book under good keywords

then the quality of your book cover or description tend to matter a lot less

though that doesn't mean that your book wouldn't stand to benefit from having a

better cover and a better book description every book can

from having a better cover and a better description that goes without saying and

having your keywords right should also go without saying now if you have a good

book cover a good description and your keywords are right but your book doesn't

have reviews then that's the missing component and I don't care if you're a

self-published author or you're a publisher who outsources your books to

be written by others you've got to have some kind of method for gathering your

reviews now just hoping that because your book is a good quality book that

reviews will magically appear is a pipe dream that's not going to happen though

I will say there are some rare exceptions and those rare exceptions are

launching your book under some keyword that has extremely low competition or

launching your book in an area where people are ashamed to leave reviews such

as smut and those are the rare exceptions but in the vast majority of

cases gathering reviews during your launch matters now there are some gurus

out there who will tell you that the only way that you should be gathering

reviews is through review swapping and the wild review swapping may seem to

produce results in the short term as a long term strategy it's actually the

worst way that you can utilize to be gathering reviews the way I gather

reviews I don't use review swapping at all and some may say what's wrong with

review swapping the first problem with review swapping is that Amazon doesn't

like it if you engage in review swapping you can expect to receive a manipulation

letter from Amazon at some point and if you get the letter consider yourself

lucky because the letter is kind of a warning for you and if you ignore the

letter or in some cases you won't even get a manipulation letter Amazon will

just outright ban your publishing account or sue you and there is another

publishing course out there were one of students was sued by Amazon for $100,000

for review swapping which is why I'm strongly against review swapping and I

don't recommend you engage in it the second thing wrong with review

swapping is that on top of it being a risky tactic you'll find somewhere of

upwards of 80% of your reviews disappearing now it's true that Amazon

has these regular review sweeps where they remove reviews and all reviews are

susceptible to being removed not just reviews that come out of review swapping

however the reviews that do come out of review swapping tend to get removed at a

much higher rate so let's say I'm up against another publisher and we each

have a book that's very similar and we both launch our books at the same time

the other publisher implements the review swapping method and he's doing

only swaps to get his reviews whereas I'm implementing other methods to get my

reviews and each of us gets about 50 reviews for our book since his method

was review swapping about 40 out of those 50 reviews will get removed now

that's not always the case but most of the time that's the case and even more

than 40 could get removed now with the way I'm gathering reviews it's more than

likely that about 10 out of the 50 reviews that I gathered will get removed

so at the end of the day about 40 of my reviews will stick and about 10 of his

reviews will stick in addition he'll most likely get a review manipulation

letter whereas I won't get a manipulation

letter at all any course that tells you to engage in review swapping it's giving

you a great solution if you only want to get into Kindle publishing on the short

term basis meaning if you want to start a Kindle publishing business launch a

lot of books fast get a lot of reviews fast and they get banned by Amazon then

by all means engage and review swap but if you want this to be a long-term

business for you if you want a passive income that's going to continue for

years then don't do review swabbing find other ways to get reviews because at the

end of the day Amazon regards review swapping as a review manipulation the

reviews are fake and technically they can sue you for broth for engaging in

review swapping they do ban people's publishing accounts for it and they do

sue people for it so don't do it now another mistaken way people try to

get reviews especially self-published authors is that they ask a bunch of

friends and family members to review their book and I'm sorry to say this but

Amazon doesn't want you doing that either

and if Amazon catches you you might get a manipulation letter for that and in

some cases you can even get your account banned for that so I don't recommend you

ask a bunch of friends and family members to review your books so that

begs the question how should you be getting reviews for your book truth of

the matter be told anyone who's got a method for getting reviews that works

they're not going to tell anyone about it or at least they're not going to give

away that kind of information for free and with good reason

because having a good method for gathering reviews equals having a

publishing business that will be successful long-term not short-term and

I'll say that there isn't only one way to gather reviews there's multiple ways

you can go about it what's important is that you go with a

method that works and the method that me and my students utilize to gather

reviews for our books it clean and simply works but you have to be willing

to put in the work if you're not willing to put in the work then you're just not

serious about having a long term publishing business because the reality

of the situation is that you're going to have to put in some work to gather

reviews reviews that will stick reviews that will allow your publishing business

to be able to prosper going forward into the long term of things

now I know people want fast results they want a magic pill and that's exactly why

publishing courses that teach review swapping exist because they offer the

illusion of a magic pill but the reality is what they're offering you is a

short-term solution to be successful in a short period of time and then get

banned or get sued and lose your publishing business entirely I'm sorry

to say this but review swapping will not allow you to run a publishing business

that prospers and succeeds going into the long term of things it's basically

the equivalent of committing an act of fraud to get some quick money and you

may or may not get caught that first time but if you continue to commit acts

of fraud in order to get quick money you'll eventually go down with review

swapping it's the same thing so if you want to get serious about running a long

term publishing business do not engage in review swapping it's just not a good

long-term strategy but if you want to make some quick bucks and lose your

publishing account sure you could try that I hope you can see the difference

between what's going to enable you to run a long term successful publishing

business and what's going to give you some quick results but will eventually

lead to your publishing business getting banned by Amazon or you being sued in

anyone telling you that review swapping is a good way to gather reviews is

someone who is deceiving you and does not care about the long-term prosperity

of your publishing business and if you don't believe me then go ahead go on and

do the review swapping thing see how many of your reviews get removed and see

how long it takes you for your account to get banned or for you to get sued and

once you get banned or sued you're basically done with publishing for life

so you may as well find some new way to make money or get a job in that case

though you don't have to go down this dark path of review swapping because

there is another way myself and my students are

successful and we don't engage in review swapping so what does that tell you it

tells you there is another way without doing any review swaps at all why don't

I do review swaps because I see it as a method that's going to hurt my

publishing business it's not going to help me to be successful long term what

it's gonna do is it's gonna cause Amazon to ban me or sue me I don't want to get

my publishing account banned and I certainly don't want to be sued so yeah

I don't engage in any review swaps I've got better methods for getting

reviews than your review swaps and that's what I do I mean you can run your

publishing business any way you want it's your publishing business you want

to implement some shady tactics that are probably going to get your account

banned then you go right ahead and implement those shady tactics and if
