Jetzt wurde der Account von Tereza Kačerová gesperrt. Grund dafür soll ihre Reaktion auf die Hater-Kommentare gewesen sein

Denn in der wurde das tschechische Model selbst beleidigend (TAG24 berichtete). Nun zog Instagram offenbar die Reißleine und deaktivierte ihr Profil.Kačerová schrieb dazu auf Twitter: "Mein Instagram-Account wurde gelöscht, nachdem ich meine Angreifer in einem Brief zurück attackiert habe

@Instagram, bitte überprüft meine Sperrung und stellt meinen Account wieder her, ich werde mich nicht weiter mit denen auseinandersetzen."Bisher wurde ihr Ruf, den sie mit dem Hashtag #bringbackterezakacerova versah, nicht erhöht

Die Instagram-Seite des Models ist weiterhin nicht erreichbar.Einige Follower unterstützten Kačerová in dem Vorhaben, auf Instagram zurückzukehren

"Es ist schrecklich, dass du suspendiert wurdest, weil du dich gegen eine Welle des Hasses gewehrt hast", schreibt ein User und findet viel Zustimmung.Viele können nicht verstehen, warum Kačerová gesperrt wurde, obwohl sie doch diejenige war, die zuerst angegriffen wurde

Don: I was fortunate that she was ready to give up her career as a nurse and take on the career of a

college university presidential spouse. We were a team from the beginning.

Nancy: When we moved here, there were in January of 1969, there were about 1,800 students,

something like that, and I said what have we done? Don had the vision that this

needed to be here and we needed to be here for the residents of West Michigan.

We made it work.

Don: Bringing Grand Valley downtown from Allendale was a major

change in the university and so many people were afraid what's gonna happen

to Allendale and I said to them you just watch,

Allendale is going to thrive.

We innovated a lot,

if you don't seize opportunities, they pass by and you don't even know you've

missed them.

What we always tried to do was make Grand Valley a community.

Nancy: I think to do

that you both have to have a genuine interest

in people. The whole Grand Valley family in the community of Grand Valley

continues on today.

Don: And as I look back on 41 years of doing that, most of the

people who gave significant gifts to the University, we're friends by the time

they gave those gifts.

Nancy: Not just somebody who's part of the university or someone

that who's just a friend at the University, they're my personal friends

now too.

Don: And that's one of Grand Valley's great advantages to be located in

Western Michigan with such a supportive community.

Don: We should all be enablers of others success. I came to understand that that

was my underlying philosophy of life.

Nancy: I think our history here more than 32

years has made that foundation that has set a tone of how people are treated,

what our values are as a university.

Don: Whatever we have done will not

necessarily be remembered, it's that what we did will still be there and will have

affected and we hope positively what Grand Valley continues to be.

2015-2017 F150 Spectre Performance Cold Air Intake - Polished 3.5L EcoBoost Review & Install - Duration: 13:10.

At the $150 price point, the Spectre Performance cold air intake system is gonna be the most

affordable way to slap an aftermarket system onto your EcoBoost powered rig while keeping

things extremely simple by design.

Now, this no-tune required intake is CARB certified, making it appealing to truck owners

in all 50 states and will be an extremely easy installation, giving a one out of three

wrenches on the difficulty meter from me but with more detail to come later on.

So in my opinion, guys, the Spectre cold air is gonna be for the '15 and newer EcoBoost

owners out there who are more concerned with maybe saving a few bucks as opposed to going

with some big flashy elaborate brand-name intake that might give you a more fancy airbox

design, maybe a little bit more in the way of piping or maybe a different filter overall.

Now, the Spectre on the other hand as you guys can see is essentially as bare bones

as it gets in the world of aftermarket intake systems.

Yes, you are getting the smallest bit of polished aluminum intake tube, as you can see very

small, of course, in addition to the high flow filter and the upper portion of the airbox.

Now, the entire kit is actually gonna tap into the lower portion of your factory airbox.

And this is a design that I personally really like to see because it will still incorporate

the factory cold air ducting helping to pull that nice fresh cool air from the front of

the truck and it will seal to the underside of your hood, thanks to that hood weather

stripping help kind of block out any of that hot engine bay air.

Now, even though you aren't receiving the intake tubes and the other stuff that you

typically see in the aftermarket for the cold air intake category, you still are receiving

the centerpiece of any cold air kit, the reusable high flow filter.

Now, this guy can obviously be washed, reoiled, and reused over time, saving you some money

as opposed to buying a new paper element filter every year or so.

You're also getting that airbox portion that we talked about a little bit earlier.

So, yes, even though you're not getting the full enchilada here, if you will, you still

are gonna be looking forward to some benefits.

Now, one of those big benefits is definitely gonna be hearing this thing in action a little

bit more than you were before with the factory airbox in place, even more so if you still

have the stock exhaust on your truck or maybe even a mild aftermarket catback exhaust.

The increase in sound is gonna be directly related to the open element style filter from

the Spectre here, meaning it's not gonna be in a sealed enclosure like your factory airbox.

So because of this, a little bit more engine noise, maybe a little bit more turbo noise,

things like that.

And I think a lot of owners will actually look forward to hearing that, and that's something

they typically point out in the customer reviews.

However, if you're not one of those owners who likes hearing this extra noise, I'd probably

recommend sticking with a sealed enclosure instead.

You can find a few on the site from companies like AIRAID and AFV [SP].

And, of course, another benefit truck owners look forward to when adding something like

this is picking up a little bit of extra power.

Listen, guys, I'm gonna be pretty frank when discussing the topic because there are gonna

be a lot of manufacturers out there that are gonna throw different horsepower and torque

claims at you with their products, and typically, they can be all over the place.

I'm here to tell you that it's been my experience to see high single digit, low double-digit

gains when using an aftermarket intake without a tune.

Again, that's just my experience.

Maybe you guys have something different.

But ultimately, yes, running a tune with an added intake will certainly boost those numbers

especially on these EcoBoost power plants, where tunes really wake these things up.

However, when just adding an intake by itself, look forward to some games sure, but don't

expect to set the world on fire when it comes to one modification by itself.

And at the end of the day, if you're a little apprehensive about this particular intake

because of its low price point, I would highly encourage you guys to read up on some of the

customer reviews because the general feedback that I'm seeing with the Spectre is very positive

overall.

Reports of a little bit more power, little bit better fuel economy, and, of course, that

sound we talked about earlier are kind of the reoccurring theme I'm seeing with this

thing.

And for the mid $100 price point, it will again be your most affordable option in the

category and by a pretty wide margin.

Let's switch gears and quickly talk about the installation.

And I'm happy to say if you have a basic set of hand tools laying around and the slightest

bit of mechanical know-how, you should be able to get the Spectre installed onto your

EcoBoost in about 30 minutes or so.

And that's why I'm gonna give it a one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter.

Definitely an easy mod for anybody to tackle at home.

All right.

So this install is very simple.

All we have to do is remove the top portion of the factory airbox.

And to do that, we're gonna go ahead and loosen up the clamp holding it to our intake tube

and we're gonna go ahead and hit these two little plastic retaining clips.

Just push those off with your thumb.

All right.

So now that our factory airbox is out of our truck, we're gonna go ahead and set up our

new intake.

Nice part about this intake is we can actually fully assemble it outside of the vehicle before

we install it.

I'm gonna go ahead and start with the heat shield here.

Gonna use your provided hardware.

You're gonna mate this plate with the rest of the provided airbox.

All right.

Now that our airbox is set up with our hardware, we're gonna go ahead and tighten everything

down.

You're gonna go ahead and use a five-sixteenths-inch socket and an Allen key.

All right.

So now our airbox is all tightened down and set up, we can go ahead and install our weather

stripping.

Now, this stuff might require some trimming.

So go ahead and grab yourself a pair of snips.

All right.

With your top weather stripping installed, it's time to do the two bottom pieces.

Gonna go ahead and flip your airbox over.

Grab the two weather strips and install them on either side.

And again, you might have to trim these a little bit.

Okay, so our airbox is ready to go.

The next step is installing the actual filter and air tube assembly.

You're gonna take your filter and you're gonna take this plastic adapter and fit it inside

like so.

Make sure it's nice and snug.

Then you're gonna grab the largest band clamp that comes inside the kit.

You're gonna slide it over the end of the air filter like this.

All right.

Now our air filter is all assembled.

We're gonna go ahead and slide it through the hole inside the airbox and then we can

install our clamps, rubber coupler, and the actual intake tube itself.

So go ahead and hold the filter itself and let the airbox rest on the filter.

Grab your rubber coupler.

Slide it over the intake tube portion on the air filter and grab one of your clamps.

Make sure the fastener is facing up that way you can attack it with your tools once it's

slid on.

Make sure everything's nice and flush and then you can go ahead and tighten that fastener

down.

All right.

So we only have to do one more thing before we can actually install our new Spectre intake

into our truck.

We're gonna go ahead and install our nice polished intake tube onto the rougher coupler

with our last clamp.

Go ahead and throw this over like so.

Again, make sure your fastener is facing up so you can tighten it down.

Grab the skinny end of the tube and slide it inside nice and tight and then go ahead

and

tighten this down.

All right.

Now, we're ready to install our new Spectre intake.

You're gonna wanna go ahead and take all these little nibs on the airbox and line it up with

the plastic housing here on the airbox.

That way the entire airbox will sit nicely on the bottom portion of the factory airbox.

All right.

With your airbox in place, the last step is just sliding the factory tube over the polished

portion of our new intake tube.

And then once you have everything slid over each other and everything's nice and tight,

go ahead and take your screwdriver and tighten down this band clamp.

All right.

Now that our new Spectre intake is connected to our factory intake tube, the last step

is securing the new heat shield to the bottom force from the factory airbox.

You're gonna go ahead and do so with the two original plastic clips that you removed during

your uninstall.

All right.

So, with that last clip done, that actually wraps up our review and install of the Spectre

Performance cold air intake fitting your EcoBoost F-150.

Gifts For Your Photography Clients - Duration: 5:42.

We're going to be chatting today about client gifts for your photography business.

Why you should be giving gifts, what you should be giving, how you should be giving them,

when you should be giving them.

We're going to be chatting about all of the details right in this video, so keep watching.

First up, why should we give gifts?

Well, nobody raves about a business that did exactly what was promised.

They might say, "Yeah, she did a good job," but they're not going to rave about you.

We always have to under-promise and over-deliver.

Gifts are a way that I do that in my business.

Throughout the planning process, I provide my clients with two different gifts, some

years three ... Hopefully, none of my clients are watching this video, that are out of the

blue and a surprise to my clients.

It reminds them they made a great choice in hiring me, it gives them greater confidence

in their decision to hire me, and it also puts me in the top of their mind, so maybe

that's the week that they're talking to somebody at work that got engaged.

We all have busy weeks and busy lives, but instead they're thinking, "Oh, I just got

the nicest card from my wedding photographer.

You need to hire her."

So, you never know what your investment in gifts will bring to your business.

In my business, after a client books, I send them a little welcome package.

I include my personalized client magazine that leads them through the process of the

engagement session to the wedding day, and albums, and after the wedding.

I also include two of me and my husband's favorite marriage and relationship books.

I just think this is a nice way to start off their engagement planning process, thinking

about not only the wedding but also the marriage that follows.

So it's a nice little welcome gift.

I package it up nice and pretty, and that's dropped in their mailbox about a week or two

after they sign their contract.

I love, love, love this part of this gift planning process, and I think it's honestly

the most important because they have just sent you maybe a couple thousand dollars as

a retainer fee, potentially before even meeting you as their photographer.

Right away, even if they had any doubt, you're setting that at ease and you're reminding

them, "Hey, I think you made the right choice."

I think another great time to give your clients some gifts are halfway through the planning

process of working with you.

My average booking is maybe about nine to 10 months before the wedding day, so that's

quite a few months from booking to wedding day.

I might see them, of course, for their engagement session, but that could be two months after

booking or two months before their wedding.

There will still be this amount of time of about six months that there's really no ways

in for us to interact much.

I don't want that to be the story of their experience with me, so by kind of plopping

a gift ... plopping is such an unsophisticated word ... by putting a gift right in the middle

of that planning stretch, it's reminding them again of me, it's just saying, "Hey, I hope

the wedding planning is going great.

I hope you're finding time to relax and things are stressing you out too much."

So for this gift, I give two personalized mugs, if I can find them.

Sometimes Anthropologie is out of the letters I need, and it's not very fun.

Then, I just give them two pretty mugs and also a candle from a local company.

I package it up nice and pretty, and again, it goes in the mailbox.

Currently in my business, I budget about 3%-5% of the total wedding package in client gifts.

Say you're booking $2,000.00 weddings, 5% of that would be $100.00 in client gifts.

I think I'm doing that math right.

It may sound like a lot to you, especially if you're not naturally maybe a gift-giver,

but what's so amazing about this is we are marketing essentially by giving these gifts

and upping the client experience to a very specific kind of person who is engaged, getting

married, already hired us, and she is the best source of referrals for us in the future.

I'm not kidding when I say that I have couples who were referred to me by their friend who

got married seven, eight, nine years ago.

The referrals never truly stop until their entire friend circle, and their friends' kids'

circles stop getting married.

So it's an extremely long-term investment and one of the best investments on your money

you could possibly do, even if you spend a $100.00 a client.

Say you shoot 20 weddings a year.

That's $2,000.00 you're spending on client gifts.

Not only are ... what am I trying to say?

It's impossible to lose because even if those gifts bring you zero referrals, you've still

"wasted" your money by giving amazing gifts to these clients that you love.

It's so much better than just spending $2,000.00 on ads and wondering if it's going to work.

But I promise you, it won't be a waste because not only will you be able to give amazing

gifts to your clients, it will bring at least one wedding your way and then you've paid

for the client gifts that way.
