More gold for S. Korea in cycling and archery - Duration: 2:12.

Archery is still proving to be an Asian Games gold mine for South Korea.

In multiple events we're seeing a podium finish.

National team athletes continue to test their mettle in other sporting disciplines as well...

some coming out on top, other still in hot pursuit of greatness.

Seo Bo-bin has the highlights from Indonesia.

South Korea won a gold medal Tuesday, beating China on the cycling track in the women's

team pursuit.

For South Korean cyclist Na Ah-reum, this was her third gold medal at this year's Asian

Games.

Her other two came from the individual road race and the time trial.

More gold medals came from South Korea's archery team.

In the men's compound archery... they beat India in a tie-breaking shootoff.

There were high hopes for Korea's archers, who missed out on gold when compound archery

was added to the Asian Games four years ago.

The South Korean women, as defending champions, also won gold in compound archery.

Again, a win over India, 231-to-228.

In the individual events, South Korean archer Kim Woo-jin won gold in the recurve archery

event over his teammate Lee Woo-seok.

The number-one ranked Kim beat Lee 6 sets to 4.

As for the women's recurve archery, Kang Chae-young won bronze, beating her opponent from Chinese

Taipei 6 sets to 4.

In women's table tennis team event, South Korea had to settle for a bronze medal.

They couldn't get past China and lost 3 sets to 0.

But it was their first medal in women's team table tennis at the Asian Games in 8 years.

More events are lined up later in the day with the men's 110-meter hurdles final at

8:35 PM, Korea time,... and the women's synchronized 10-meter platform diving at 8:35.

Meet Nevin S. White, DO, Family Medicine | Ascension Oklahoma - Duration: 1:39.

I'm Dr. Nevin White.

I work at 81st Memorial, St. John Clinic.

One area that I'm interested in is teaching.

I was the academic chief resident when I was in residency, and in charge of teaching.

I like to go back and teach, and subsequently, I like to teach my patients.

And with teaching comes listening, right, and so I like to listen to them and work through

things.

I like to take the mind, body, spirit approach.

Not just focus on the medical problems, but everything's interconnected, and focus on

the spiritual as well, and I find that comes very helpful with anxiety, depression, things

from the psychiatric background.

What gets me excited within medicine is working with patients.

Helping them, taking them from point A to point B. Not just giving medicine, but listening,

and helping them get to that next step.

I like to spend time with my wife who's also a physician.

I like to spend time with our two Labrador Retrievers.

They're a lot of fun, but they're a lot of work.

And we like to go to church and read, and stay active, work out.

[E cc] 💎Get Ready With Me 💎Daily Make-up 데일리 메이크업 (말많음주의) #GRWM in LA - Duration: 24:04.

So hot

Good morning guys

Today is August 13th, Monday

and it's 10 in the morning

Today we have a separate One Million workshop in downtown

I have a class tomorrow

so I'm planning to film a short vlog at day time

and I'll be doing a 'get ready with me' with you guys

I've got no strength

I'll do it comfortably

I'll put on some moisturizing cream

The weather here is very dry compared to Korea

so I feel like my makeup quickly gets cakey

Who is it this morning?

So I apply once more

Shusshh

Pat a lot so your skin can absorb moisture as much as it can

And then sunscreen... isn't here

Lazy

I'll be right back

This is Banana Boat for kids

Coco recommended it to me so I got it when we went shopping together

It has a thin consistency

and it's mild and gentle

As you can see I have a lot of freckles

so sunscreen is a must

I look like a ghost

but it's okay

It's not made for base facial makeup

It doesn't get too white if you let it absorb

I think most sunscreens

cover your naked face

My makeup puff is not here with me

My eyebrow palette was also outside of course

I'm a newbie beauty YouTuber, Nana

My voice is back

I have 2 kinds of foundation

Ink foundation from The Face Shop

and Mac waterproof which I use everyday

Yesterday I used Mac waterproof

because I thought I'd sweat a lot from the workshop

But it's too heavy for everyday makeup

I'll be using Ink foundation for today

After getting a tan

I felt like my face was whiter than my body

So I purchased something else from CVS

It's L'oreal

True Match Lumi

I'm not sure if I am a cool tone or a warm tone

But I can go either way

and suit both of them

So I got a natural tone for now

This is N4

N is for natural tone

and it's probably level 4

I'll be mixing them up today

I didn't know when I got it

but thankfully it has a thin consistency, not thick

It works well with this one

As you probably know, this one is very thin

And now the other one on top

around half the amount

Just like this

and I'll be mixing these up

Just mix and mix and mix

I always spray mist onto my puff

and then use it

because it lets the foundation stick and blend very well with my skin

Spray mist on the puff

The more you pat, better lasting makeup you get

I tried applying with my hands,

with a brush,

with a puff and all

I like the puff the most

I like using a brush as well

It's also nice to apply with a brush and then finish off with a puff

But I do not have much time right now

This is from Missha

Water in Mushroom Sponge

This one is cheap and it's good

I washed this twice or thrice

Most of the others break off easily when washing and cleansing

but this one does not break off too easily

and let's you have a very natural looking skin

Apply on your neck but only the center

Your neck will look too white if you apply it all over

so just in the center~er~er~er~er

If you just set it like this

you can see a consistent skin tone

I have two foundations mixed and applied

but you can see that my face is one tone brighter than my body

So for the next step

after a slight tone up

I'll apply this once more

Just a little bit

on to my shading regions

I'm done my base makeup

Actually I still have a concealer left

but I usually leave that for the last

Eye makeup first

These are the brushes I use

There's not too much to it

I get it from Olive Young

or whenever I spot any

I also have a Missha

You can easily spot these ones at Olive Young

This is from ELF

This one I don't know where it's from

and.. that's it

I've been using this Too Cool For School brow palette for 2 years

Glamrock Brow Express

Is this still out there?

I've started using this since 2 years ago

The last colour here, the darkest colour

I'll start by drawing the outline

I'll use this

Like this

I'm filling out by following my shape

For my eyebrows...

If there is a brow shape that I want to do

I often change my brow shape

Right now

I have it sharpened thinly

But when the straight brows were a thing

I shaped my brows straightly

Check if they are balanced well

I think they are

I still got to do the inner parts

I personally think they are the most important part when drawing brows

Eyebrow shapes change the impression of people

I'll be using a soft brush

This is probably from Missha

I'll use this lighter colour in the middle

Grab the inner part of the brush like this

and rub it gently

towards the outer brow

I haven't told you my makeup theme

I am going to do my daily makeup that I always do

Use the spoolie now

You can see a difference

whether the front brows are filled in or not

I personally like a angled front than a rounded front

Looks more defined

but then

when doing a lovely makeup

I had it rounded nowadays

Looking good~

I'll be moving onto eyeshadows

This I got from Missha

Brush cleaner

When opened,

there is a sponge like this

With a used brush, swishswishswish

gently

Why is this popping out

This actually has this round thing

but I've used it all so I turned it upside down

When tested on your hand, there is nothing coming out

The brush is from Missha that looks something like this

This is one of my favourites these days

Nature Republic Pro Touch Colour Master Shadow Palette

I looooveee this

I really like this a lot

The colour comes out really nicely

The colour comes out very well even I use a little bit

There's not much dusting and smudging

I think most eye shadows work the same for under eye smudging so...

Eddie gave me this for a gift

Thank you Eddie~

I've been using it ever since

Makeup shop artists also use this

Mix this beige colour that I often use and the one under with pearls

and apply as a base

For the next colour, I'm thinking of mixing these two

This and that

Mix it slightly

All the colours here get prettier when mixed

Start from the outer hole and bring it in forward

A bit wider

I'll do my under lid slightly as well

using the same brush

like this

My face length from here to here is actually long

My face is a bit long

But

There's a huge difference when filling the under and not

When filled out, my face balances better

My eye looks bigger as well

When I don't have it filled in

something looks off

I'll now mix these two

and apply it on my double eyelid line

gently towards the outside

spreading it out like this

Lastly, with the dark brown here

you first have to take a bit off on your hand

because it may smudge easily

I usually don't connect these two parts together

because it makes me look too agressive

Fill it in like this

and with the remainder I'm going to work on my underlid once more

Don't do it too horizontally

but think of it as opening your eye

and gently apply

Then you can express it very naturally

Just half of the eye

It's easy to become a panda if you do it all the way

so just apply it at the ends

I curl my eye lashes before putting eyeliner on

My makeup teacher told me that I have eyes that's hard to curl lashes

I'm not too sure if that's the reason why

but when I do my eyeliner before curling my lases

my liner cracks off

So I curl my eyelashes before

This is from Shiseido

You probably know

Tadaa~

It's curled

I actually do not have too much lashes

So it stresses me out

I can hardly see them

Now I'll be drawing my eyeliner

Kill Black

I got it from Olive Young last time

It's by Clio, Clio Black

I start from the outer edge

I get my wing ready first

then towards the inner eye

and then fill in the gaps

Now the front

I got it on at once today!

Concealer time

Too Cool For School's Artclass Intonaco Master #2 in beige

Cheeks

Mid forehead

Nasolabial folds

Chin

Spread it out horizontally

Like this on the T-zone

I usually don't focus on this part but my forehead and my chin

I have some pimples here right now

so once more over here

Twice and then apply with your finger tip

I had this before coming back to Korea and it's still here

Too Cool For School's Art Class by Rodin Shading

You probably know because it's really famous

Use a big fluffy brush

gently apply on the brush then shake it off

and apply on the shading regions

Round and round

and this line gently

Use the middle colour with this brush

but I'm almost done with this colour

so I mix these two colours nowadays

I'll start with the inner region of my eye

I'm only going to do a slight contour today

So just apply it lightly

My nose is on the long side

so this is a way to make my nose look shorter

Apply the bottom like this

and apply under the nose with the remaining shadow

Then my nose looks shorter

Under the lips

when you shade the part

you will be able to get fuller lips

I now have a contoured face

For blush, I'll use

"saemmul single blusher Be02 flash beige" by The Same

It is a beige color that has a little bit of highlighter in it

When I apply this, my face looks glossy

glossy? I don't know how to word it but

It gives a sexy look

because beige is a color that can be sexy

so this blush can also give a healthy look to your face

I also think it looks good with a gold makeup look

Even if I didn't do special eye makeup,

only with this blush, I can give a sexy look

For mascara, I use a yellow one from maybelline

I like maybelline because comparing it to the price, it works very well

It does not smudge so I like it

Oh it is the purple one not the yellow one

It stays on for a long time and

It also removes well

So I think it is not bad

I am done with the mascara

I bought a clear makeup bag from Victoria's Secret

because I had hard times finding my makeup products

I like it because I am able to see where the products are

Last but not least,

This is from Stila

Coco gave this to me

There are a lot of makeup products that Coco gave me

Mostly the products that she bought but didn't like

But those products looked good on me

I apply this on the starting point of my eyes

If I apply this slightly,

I can have a bling bling look on my eyes

But this product kind of hurts my eye

Last but not least, lipstick!

This is my lipstick pouch

What lipstick should I wear today?

Today's makeup look will look good with any color

This is my favorite lip product from Nars

I have two of them

I love YSL

I have 3 of the guiter addition

I got 3 of them from YSL

But it was when I didn't do youtube

So I didn't have a chance to show you guys

I showed it once in my Instagram live

For today,

I will wear this one

It is the YSL guitar addition

in #12

I will also use #7 together with #12

First,

I will use #12 which is slightly darker

I line my lips with a lip gloss as well

Just like this

The colour is really pretty

Was this always this pretty?

It is pretty right?

And then,

I will apply this once again

Makeup is done!

Now I will do my hair!

I am done getting ready!

I wore a black shirt today

How did you like my daily makeup?

I did what I normally do all the time

I have more fun events planned in L.A.

so stay tuned and see you in my next video~

Adding Detail To D.I.Y. Model Kits | Video Workbench: The Scale Model Show - Duration: 13:10.

- I show you easy steps to make your own armor plating

for any type of military vehicle

or any other type of vehicle

that you may want armor plating on.

Such as, maybe a model of a plane,

a model of a car.

Just depending on what you are looking for

as in terms of wanting rusty armor plating

on your vehicles.

So, why don't we get to the video.

(upbeat rock music)

I decided to make this video to show everybody

how to achieve that rusty armor plating

seen on some of those heavy modern equipment pieces,

like the M1074 Transport seen in Iraq.

With the insurgency that's been occurring in Iraq,

US military personnel were forced to protect themselves,

using methods deemed necessary to avoid being easy targets

for surprise road attacks on their vehicles.

I'm sure there are many ways

to get the results we're working to achieve here,

but this is just one of them.

Items I used to get the job done:

any old pair of scissors, apple cider vinegar,

one to three millimeter thick,

non-rust free metal plate.

Remember the thicker the plate the more difficult

it will be to cut with a normal scissors.

A sharp blade or knife, only if needed.

A small bowl that will fit

the pieces needed for the required project.

A spray bottle with water.

I'm sure there are many ways of achieving this effect

but this is my own.

Others may have a much easier or better method

but like everything else, it's up to the individual modeler

to find out what works best for them.

I will now try and take you through a couple of short,

easy steps using my methods.

The first thing to do is to decide

on the design of the armor plating

by making a sketch of if on a piece of paper.

When done, cut it out according

to the scale you want it to be.

Now take the sheet of metal and cut out a piece

that you will need for the required project.

Take the pattern that you have made

and place it on the sheet of metal.

Now using one hand to hold the pattern and the metal plate,

take a pair of scissors and cut the metal

according to the paper pattern you had just made.

When done, the results should be similar

to the paper pattern you made.

When you are satisfied with your design pattern,

then you are ready to age your armor plating.

Pour a reasonable amount of apple cider vinegar in a bowl,

so that when you put the metal in it,

it will submerge covering the entire surface of the metal.

Now leave the metal piece submerged

in the apple cider vinegar for about 30 minutes.

When the 30 minutes are up,

remove the metal and place it on it's side to dry

so that the rusting process can begin.

Now you will have to help the process along

by spraying water in between drying intervals.

This way, the rust will build up layers

as the effect gets stronger.

It takes a while but the results are worth it.

You can also lay the metal piece flat,

and spray a couple squirts of water

to get the rust build up to settle in one area.

Just spray, and let it dry.

Remember, spray in intervals.

This way the first layer

will have time to develop and settle.

The pictures show the results between five

and 10 minute intervals of spraying,

after it was removed from the bowl three hours ago.

You'll notice that as long as you leave

the metal submerged in the liquid,

the metal will remain in its original state

and therefore will not rust.

If you want more rust effect,

just spray some water on it.

You can see how long it takes the plate

to reach a more desirable effect than normal.

The idea is to build the rust up in layers.

When the metal has rusted

and you are satisfied with the look,

then it is time for a bit of weathering.

Where the metal had extremely settled,

I take a sharp knife or hobby blade,

and scrap away at some of the rust

at various areas of the metal.

Again, this method is only required

if the rust has settled hard on the metal plate.

Otherwise, this method is not required.

Usually, this is when the plate has been left sitting

for days after being taken from the bowl,

and had been sprayed between intervals;

which by then the rust had hardened.

Personally, I like the plates fairly rusty,

so to get different shades of rust at different levels.

By scraping away at certain areas around the metal plate

I get different shades of colorization,

that gives me a livelier look,

than it being just one plain shade.

Of course, this is totally up to you.

As everyone has a preference,

and therefore I will leave it up to you

to decide the outcome of the end results.

This last procedure is not a must,

but does blend everything in with the rest of the model.

I use three shades of powder pigments,

black, gray and burnt umber.

Brushing on a little of each, tends to work for me.

It may not work for you,

again, it's a preference thing.

I say use what you are comfortable with to get the job done.

In the end, it's your model

and you must be the one to decide if it works

and looks good for you.

Well I hope that you enjoyed

how to make rusty armor plating.

It's actually a pretty easy way of doing it

and it takes a little bit of time

depending on upon the type of rust look

that you want for your model kit.

This video demonstrates one example

of how you can make your own scale model

canvases and tarps with facial tissue;

for use with any model kit or diorama.

So, without further ado,

why don't we get to the video?

Here are the materials that you will need for this project:

scissors, fascial tissue;

toilet paper usually proves too porous

in appearance for most scales,

and does not hold up as well as fascial tissue when wet.

White glue, Elmer's is perfect.

A soft paint brush that is disposable

and a small container of water.

Begin by cutting the fascial tissue

into the desired shape and size,

fitting it as required.

Once you are satisfied with the shape and size,

place it in the desired location.

Mixing a small amount of white glue

and water together, in a 50/50 mix,

apply the mixture gently to the tissue;

taking care to retain the proper positioning.

Only mix as much as you will need,

one coat at a time and apply gently.

I use an inexpensive, soft, craft-type paint brush

to apply the glue water mix.

And as I said before, apply gently;

the facial tissue will tear once wet.

During the initial coating,

be sure to keep the tissue in the desired location,

gently fitting it, folding it

and otherwise setting it into it's perminent place.

Once completely dry, normally taking about 10 minutes,

apply another light coat of fresh mix.

Then when the coat is dry, apply a third and final coat.

I usually mix the second and third coats a little stiffer.

Instead of a 50/50 glue water mix,

I generally go 60, 65% glue

to 30, 40% water.

Once the last coat is dry on the model,

I pre-fit all photo-etched parts

before permanently attaching them.

Allow the tissue canvas

to completely cure overnight before painting it.

Be extra cautious if using washes to weather

or shade around the tissue canvas while it's drying,

as tearing or damage can still occur

during the drying process.

If not completely cured,

your canvas will rehydrate and rip if you are not careful.

The canvas cover on this model is now ready for some paint,

followed by weathering and shading.

With a little time and effort,

using a simple technique like this,

can give you more detail to any model kit.

Weathering can greatly enhance any military vehicle model.

One of the easiest weathering effects

you can recreate, is mud.

There are several subtle mediums that can be used

to recreate mud: such as plaster, resins and epoxies.

But I prefer the use of paper mache,

for it's workability and coloring and application.

As well as providing a slower drying time;

allowing for last minute corrections.

I usually add some scale foliage pieces

to simulate muddy turf to make the effect more believable.

So, without further ado,

why don't we get to the video?

When simulating mud, particularly on AFVs,

I have found that Celluclay is a good medium to use.

Celluclay is a name brand paper mache product

found mainly in the US.

It's available as a dry powder,

you simply add water to get the consistency you desire.

Just apply it and let dry.

Here's how I use it to simulate mud

so it can be applied to scale models and dioramas.

I start out with the following materials:

Celluclay brand paper mache,

water based PVA glue,

Elmer's white or any carpenter's glue,

any type of water based acrylic paints,

resealable glass or plastic container.

The first step is to mix the water and Celluclay

until the consistency is that of

partly thawed, frozen cookie dough.

To your cookie dough, add in your colors.

As seen here, I use craft store hobby acrylics.

Mix in what ever colors best suit your specific application;

tans for desert, browns for ETO, reds for clay and so on.

The next step is to pull out the amount of mud

required for the job and put it into a separate container.

Set aside the main portion of the mud

for your diorama groundwork that will cover the base.

At this point, I mix in some vegetation,

giving that chewed up sod effect.

A little goes a long way, so not too much.

Add in whatever vegetation materials you have:

sea foam, static grass, natural herbs,

broken small sticks, et cetera.

Anything that may fall on the ground

and get stuck in your muddy situation.

Once thoroughly mixed, keep covered between applications.

The next step is the application.

I use a variety of tools to apply the mud.

There is no standard tool,

whatever feels right is what I use.

Various tools may be:

toothpicks, dental picks and hobby knives.

Go lightly with you application;

it is often easier to add to than to remove from.

Gently press the mud onto each surface,

ensuring proper adhesion.

One of the great things about this medium

is the slower drying time, allowing for touch ups

and the addition of scale turf:

weeds, sticks, et cetera.

Once applied and slightly dried,

the mud can be shaded, washed

and highlighted at your discretion.

You can also apply darker tones over the lighter colors

to simulate fresh mud over older mud.

My preferred mixture normally surface dries

in about six hours and cures completely

after about 24 hours.

Then next series of photos show how,

with a little strategic placement,

you can make any type of vehicle model kit

look like it's been through the mud.

CHER~IF I COULD TURN BACK TIME~LIVE cover w/ LYRICS - Duration: 2:49.

If i could turn back time If i could find a way

I'd take back those words that hurt you and you'd stay

I don't know why i did the things i did, i don't know why i said the things i said

Love's like a knife it can cut deep inside, words are like weapons, they wound sometimes

I didn't really mean to hurt you, i didn't want to see you go

I know i made you cry but baby

If i could turn back time if i could find the way

I'd take back those words that hurt you and you'd stay

If i could reach the stars, i give them all to you and you love me love me like I use to do if i could turn back time

My world was shattered i was torn apart like someone took a knife and drove it deep in my heart

You walk out that door i swore that i didn't care but i lost everything darling then and there

Too strong to tell you i was sorry Too proud to tell you i was wrong i know that i was blind and darling

If i could turn back time if i could find a way I'd take back those words that hurt you and you'd stay

If i could reach the stars i'd give them all to you then you'd love me love me like you used to do

If i could turn back time, if i could turn back time, if i could turn back time oh baby

Adam M. Reitzel, Ph.D. - Collaboration and the Reitzel Lab - Duration: 1:43.

I'm Adam Reitzel; Associate Professor in the Department of Biological Sciences at UNC Charlotte.

[INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC]

Our research is really geared towards understanding how marine organisms, jellyfish, sea anemones

and sea urchins - how is it they respond to their changing environment.

My general approach for mentoring in the lab is this is a team we collaborate on projects

we share ideas.

We tend to do collaborative projects with research from other universities but we also

do collaboration through outreach through joint education ventures for example with

Mitchell Community College where we've developed laboratories with them.

The partnership with Discovery Place has really opened a whole new avenue to what we're doing.

They have beautiful facilities.

Now we can do research with them.

It also gives us a direct way to access the public by showing data but also showing the

animals to give them immediate look at what the research looks like.

This year we're working with Charlotte Teachers Institute.

The program is built around having 12 teachers in Charlotte Mecklenburg School System.

We're working together to understand the impact of social and environmental experience primarily

from a human perspective and how that impacts the way your DNA works.

The most energizing part of my work is working with other people. That's hands down every

single day.

That idea that you can learn something new and you can share that information.

When buying a home, The mounting costs - Duration: 5:07.

- Oh my gosh, Mom,

did you know I have to pay to sign these papers?

- It's Take a Tip Tuesday!

Do you know what these hidden costs are

when you're buying a home?

(upbeat music)

Hi, my name is Kristina Smallhorn,

Your Real Estate Whisperer for Ascension Parish.

And when you're buying a home,

there's many costs that you have to consider.

There's many that people overlook.

So these are the five things that you should think about

when you're purchasing your next home.

And I also threw in a bonus tip at the end,

so make sure you stay all the way to the very very end.

- Oh Jimmy, before you go outside,

go ahead and make sure you pay that home inspector.

I've already gotten four phone calls from him, hon,

you gotta mail out that check.

- Yeah, Mom, I've got it taken care of, I'm not a baby!

- You're such a deadbeat, Jimmy.

- A home inspection certainly isn't a hidden cost,

but many buyers become confused

when they get a closing cost from the seller.

They think that the closing cost must cover

the appraisal and the home inspection.

This isn't the case, so you're always going to

have to keep that money off to the side.

It is not covered under your closing costs.

- I can't wait to get that deposit back for the house.

- I don't think you get the deposit back, babe.

- Are you kidding me?

- You're so stupid, Jimmy.

- God, Tiffany, shut up!

- When a buyer makes a deposit on a home,

many times that money is used towards either

the purchase price of the house, or for closing costs.

If you are unaware of this,

you may want to check with your lender first.

Sometimes they will give it back to you,

but if you were counting on that money,

and it went towards the purchase price,

that might be a hidden fee to you.

- Mom, I'm looking over this closing settlements statement.

I don't think I wanna be getting

that stupid title insurance.

What a waste of money!

If they're doing their job right,

they'll get it right the first time.

I'll just sue them if they mess up.

- Oh Jim, I don't think that's a good idea.

- Oh.

- There always seems to be some kind of confusion

when it comes to title insurance.

On your closing settlement statement,

you'll see that the lender has carried out a title policy,

but this will not cover you

if there's any title issues with the home.

You also know that if you do not get coverage,

and you have a problem in the future,

you will have to pay for all your legal fees.

- Hey Mom, do you think I could borrow some money?

I didn't know that it was gonna cost me

to turn on water and electricity and all that other stuff.

- Well I don't know, Jim.

I mean, now that you're just a big boy

and go ahead and buying a house, why don't you just

go ahead and go on that twitchy thingy

and do your games where they'll give you those tips?

- You can borrow some money from me, Jimmy.

I have 10% interest. (coins clanging)

- Go ahead and pick those up, Jim.

(laughing)

- Before you move into your new home,

you're gonna have to set up utilities.

And those utilities are gonna ask for deposits.

Not only for water, you're gonna have gas,

you're gonna have cable, you're gonna have internet,

and all of these require deposits.

Make sure you have that money set aside

so that's not a hidden cost for you.

- Oh my gosh, Mom, did you know

I have to pay to sign these papers?

- Oh Jim, I wish somebody would've made a video for you

about all these hidden costs.

- I'm gonna have to launch in a lot of Fortnite on Twitch

in order to cover these costs.

- I know you would've watched that

if it was on that you know,

tube thingy, that red tube, or whatever.

- Why don't you read a book sometime, Jimmy?

- Shut up, Tiffany!

- As a buyer, you might have negotiated for

the seller to pay first and closing costs.

This may not cover all your title fees.

You may wanna call around to different title companies

and find out what their fees are.

Always take the advice of

your friends, family, and your realtor

to find the one that best suits your needs.

- Hey Tiffany, I know that

we didn't always get along and stuff,

but I was wondering if I could use your boxes

from your American Girl dolls for my games.

I ran out of money for boxes.

- Seriously, Jimmy?

You put gum in my baby doll's hair.

- God, Tiffany, you're such a pain.

- And your bonus tip, what about those moving fees?

A lot of people forget about that

when they get so excited about purchasing a home,

that there's all sorts of things you're gonna have to do

to actually pack up your home.

Like you got your boxes, and your tape,

and the moving company, and the storage unit.

If you'd like some more tips on moving,

you can always click the video right here.

That's just one more hidden fee

that you may have forgotten about.

- Oh Jim, I don't know what you think

you're doing over there, young man.

- What do you mean, I can't take it?

This is how I make my money with Fortnite and PUBG.

- No, you're not taking that.

No, that's my computer.

- Yeah Mom, don't let him take it.

I have to edit my makeup tutorial videos.

(Mom gasps)

- Don't worry, sweetie,

you're gonna go ahead and keep your computer

so you can try to get your face looking right.

Don't you worry.

- I hope you found this video useful

about the hidden fees when buying a home.

DO I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND / BOYFRIEND? Q&A #1 | DYLAN KOSTER - Duration: 10:26.

People ask me a lot: "Do you have a girlfriend?" And, uuuhmmm.

Thank you so much for checking out my channel. Nasilsin. My name is Dylan I usually ask a

lot about you in my videos but I thought it was about time that you also get to

know me a little bit. Because I do get a lot of questions on my videos, so I've

received a lot of questions thank you so much.

A lot of interesting ones and also a lot of basics. But I thought it would be fun

to start off with some basic questions. I hope you enjoyed the video, if you do

don't forget to share it with your friends, hit that like button, hit

subscribe for more videos and also follow me on Instagram. Yeah, let's just

start. First question: "Are you from the Netherlands?" Yes, I

am from the Netherlands. Some people also ask "Where do you live in the Netherlands?"

I live in Amsterdam. So it's the capital of the Netherlands. It's a great place to

live it's a very vibrant city, also with a lot of cultures a lot of tourists. And

you can just do whatever you want to do 24/7.

There's always something fun to do, which I really really love.

"What is your horoscope?" I am a cancer. I was born on the 23rd of June in 1992. So I'm

26 years old right now. "What is your job?" My job... I work as a editor, so I write

articles and social media for a Dutch radio station, 3FM, and it's really

fun to do and I really love it. I go to a lot of festivals. There's just a lot of

times in the year that we do a lot of fun stuff. "Do you like your job?" Yes, I

like my job like I just said. And: "Have you cried for no reason at all?" I think I

have in the in the past. Lately, the last few years

no not for no reason. "Can you please share to your days like,

your literal days in like vlogs?" because she's curious about my life.

I don't really know. I don't think it's that interesting, but I do want to

make more videos to connect with you. So if you really would like me to do more

videos on getting to know you getting to know me...

Please drop that in a comment section! "When will you come to Turkey, we will

will we see you?" Thank you for that question, I get asked that a lot.

I do want to visit Turkey and I hope to visit this year. But, I'm not really sure

if I can make that work with work right now. So I'll probably go next year in the

summer and maybe I'll go to like Bodrum or Antalya, Istanbul. I don't really know.

Please let me know about cities I should check out. And I'm not

really that familiar with Turkish cities.

"Do you know any Turkish actors?" I don't.

so again if you have any Turkish actors or films or series that I should check

out, let me know as well. I thought this one was very interesting. Someone asked

"Why do you want to start YouTube? For

money or just for entertainment?" I actually don't make money of my videos

since I do a lot of music reactions. So YouTube will copyright those videos that

means I don't make any money off of any views. So, there are some music videos that

like share income. But other than that I usually don't make any money of

advertising at all. So I'm in it for fun and I really want to learn more about

cultures, music and yeah... I think it's such a fun way to do that. Okay, here are

a lot of questions "Do you like to eat?" I like to eat a lot. I really

like Asian food. I'm not really sure what Turkish food I should check out. "Did you

eat Turkish food?" More like snacks.. Like Turkish Delight, baklava. But not really

dishes. So if there's any dishes you think I would really really enjoy. Please let

me know. Maybe I will make like a video and try to cook it myself. Which will

probably fail. But I think that it's a very fun challenge for me. Thank you for your

questions. "What's your best favorite Turkish music song?" I think at the moment it's

Yalan by Edis. I think about that song a lot and I listen to it a lot.

So that's probably one of my favorites. But I also like Afitap from Sila.

"Do you think you should try Turkish food?" Like I just said: yes! I really really like to

try it. "What would you like to be when you were a child?"

Well, it's pretty funny because I read like one of those

friend journals. I don't know if that's the same in Turkey or where you

from. We had like these little books which you

would fill in: what you would like to be when you grow up, what you really like to

eat... like stuff like that. And in one of those books I actually wrote I would

like to be a squirrel. Like... a squirrel. But I didn't really know what I wanted

to be when I grew up. And I still don't know. So... "What are the things that you

value?" I really think like having fun with friends. family. I just get really

happy of that. If you follow me on instagram you can see in my stories

that I really like to hang out with my friends, have a bite to eat. I just really

like this social stuff. "What are the things you enjoy doing?" Eating.. Going

out to eat catching a movie, having a great time at a party. But also just

relax when I get home sometimes and just watch Netflix. And I really like to

travel. I've been to Japan, Portugal, Spain Gran Canaria, America, Belgium, Germany

France.. "What is your biggest dream?"

I don't... it's a hard question I don't really know. "In the meantime I love you

very much." Thank you so much, love back! I really love all the the lovely

comments you guys leave on my videos. "Why did you start making

videos about Turkish music?" I actually already was interested in Turkish music.

I also listened to a lot of Romanian music, so I also got in touch with

Sila, like I said. Hadise, Sertab is one of the first Turkish singers I've

known because of Eurovision of course. People started to request Turkish songs

and that's why I started to react to it. and you really seem to like it. I like the

songs, so yeah... that's that. "Do you have a sibling?" I do, I have one brother. He is

two years older than me so he's 28, and he's a Leo. if you're wondering. He's born

in July. "Your hair yellow or black originally?" I think you mean if I'm

blonde or if I i've dark hair. I got this

question a few times and I don't really know why. Because, when you see my

eyelashes and stuff I... Yeah I just have dark hair naturally.

This is a very interesting one. Someone asked me if why I'm interested

in Turkish culture and music despite the fact that there's a big prejudice in

the Netherlands and ignorance against Turkish people and traditions.

Do you support Geert Wilders and his interesting opinions? I do not

support Geert Wilders and his interesting opinions. I think it's insane

how many followers he has in the Netherlands. I was raised with a lot of

different cultures. Also when I went to primary school. So when I was just a

little child, I had a lot of Turkish Moroccan, African people in my

classroom. And I think that's why I'm I'm really open to any culture, or any

beliefs. I think people should treat each other with respect, and let them believe

or do what they want to do. If they don't hurt anyone. And Turkey... yeah I know that

people are also talking about the government in Turkey. But I think there's

more to Turkey than... Like the government in Turkey is disrespecting its people. I

just focus on the positive things. like the Turkish people themselves.

I see on YouTube everybody's so nice, and I just see that as two separate things.

So I don't support Geerst Wilders. So I hope that answers your question.

The last two questions are pretty interesting, because people ask me a lot

of times: "Do you have a girlfriend?" AAAAND no I don't have a girlfriend. I have

a boyfriend. People in the Netherlands already know that I'm gay if I'm

talking to them. So it's pretty weird for me that people are asking if I have

a girlfriend. Because I think it's pretty obvious that I'm gay... I've had a

boyfriend for eight years now. Eight years is a long time... And when I was

younger it was still difficult even though I knew my parents were accepted

but coming out was still difficult if you're young and people are judgey

because people think in the Netherlands being gay is alright but when you're

young or even now you still go through stuff that makes it a bit hard I feel

like I'm very confident in my own skin and with who I am I'm happy with the

person I've become I'm kind I'm a good friend I'm someone

who listens very well like there are a lot of people who are insecure

with themselves who also are very insecure being gay I don't feel that way

I know a lot of people think differently about being gay but I'm happy and would

it be easier if you were straight I think so yes so that's the thing it's

not a choice and if it were a choice I think nobody would really choose to pk

to be honest mmm and someone also asked me what do you think about gays and

lesbians so I'm very supportive of the LGBT community I'm not really sure how

is that in Turkey how do Turkish people think about gay

and lesbian people I know friends of mine have gone to Turkey and they seem

very open in the in a bigger cities but I'm not really sure how it is in the

whole country and what the rights are of gay people in Turkey please let me know

in the comment section I hope this cleared a lot up for you I

think it's important to just put it out there so I hope this video was helpful

for you as well letting you know how I feel about stuff and please let me know

if you have any answers to questions I had regarding all these topics in this

video I will try to add Turkish subtitles but it will probably be

translated with google translate so it will probably not be correct hopefully

you can follow it a bit I'm just gonna leave it at that I hope you enjoyed the

video if you do please hit that like button hit subscribe share the video

with your friends and I hope to see you in a video very soon go to zoo room

"You want to lend me a hand? Come on, everyone! Let's go!"

"Hands off cocks on with socks! the treasure shall be ours."

"Yeah, nah okay, no one?."

Destination Fucked it is then!

Here is a classic slow-mo journey towards destination fucked!

I don't know why anyone would wanna book a trip to a thorn bush and there it is.

He is stuck.

This is gonna be one of those long never-ending holidays.

Oh, yeah. Here's a quick trip. Yep! Nah yeah, that is a very fuel-efficient journey!

Here's a bumpy ride to destination fucked with a dodgy landing!

His seat was definitely not in the upright position.

I feel like he might regret buying a cheap ticket on sale, but he got there.

To be fair he got there in one piece at the end of the day.

This Sheila is like "Here's a game We used to play when we were kids. Follow me!".

No one follows her! The modern kids are too smart for this game.

Some say that when you enter heaven you go through the pearly gates.

Well, when you enter destination fucked you go through these shithouse gates!!

Ahh, a rickety ladder and a few skinny children holding it.

While an overweight man tries to go for glory.

This may as well be the dictionary definition of destination fucked.

Three.

Two.

One.

There it is!! He's eaten concrete for lunch.

And he's washing it down with a refreshing glass of pool water.

Ohh! He's a big launch!!

And say goodbye to your teeth!!

The tooth fairy of destination fucked will be claiming those!

And she's not gonna leave you any money.

She's a fuckin tight-ass.

Here's a bit of rugby action.

Unfortunately, there is an innocent nut-sack being sent to destination fucked right there.

That's not good! The scrotum never did anything to that cranium.

It doesn't deserve this kind of treatment.

Hey-yah a big bloody beautiful fucking bastards. Here's me face.

Today's video is proudly sponsored by Nord VPN.

Which stands for Nordic Virtual Private Network.

If you're not using a VPN when browsing the web then I do recommend this company.

The link is in the post description below NordVPN. Com/ozzyman.

And use the code Ozzy man to get 77 percent off on a three year subscription.

I feel like we all know what a VPN is in this day and age.

Basically, if you're not using one then it's like going bareback on a one-night stand.

It's a bit. It's a bit risky is what I'm fucken saying.

I mainly use it when travelling like I had a layover in Guangzhou in China recently,

And I couldn't use me fucken Facebook.

I couldn't contact me family.

And I was like, well, I don't have a Weibo account.

I just bummed on me bloody Nord VPN.

And then I could get into messenger and I could tell the missus that I was having some satay chicken.

Or whatever you want to use it for.

But it's good when travelling! You just log in you can put it on your desktop or on your phone.

There's a whole map.

There's thousands of servers to choose from.

There's no data logging which is a big one.

And there's military-grade encryption!

So fucken give it a go NordVPN. Com/ozzyman.

Link is in the post description below use the code Ozzy man for a big fuck-off discount.
