CZ_ 3 způsoby, jak opravit chybějící soubor DLL MSVCP120 Windows chybová zpráva - Duration: 1:44.

Hi, I'm Sami, from Fawzi academy. In this video, I will talk about. When launching un application on a Windows system,

you may get the following Windows Error Message, Missing MSVCP120.dll File.

I would like you to know that. msvcp120.dll is a part of Microsoft Visual C++. and is often required for running programs

developed with Visual C++. Some games or applications may need the file, in the game or application installation folder.

Copying it from Windows system folder to, the install folder of the game or application should fix that problem.

Make sure to use the 32 bit dll file for 32-bit software, and 64 bit dll file for 64 bit software. If it for some reason doesn't work by just

replacing the file, you might need to re-install the Microsoft visual C++ Redistributable package which can be found in

Microsoft website. if using a 64 bit Windows, install both versions. I will provide you with the link in video description area.

Also You can try to repair Microsoft Visual C++. through control panel, install program, change, repair.

Thank you, for watching Fawzi academy. Please, like. Subscribe, share, this video, and visit, our website, fawziacademy.com.

Triphasic Training for ELITE Athletic Performance - Duration: 6:02.

hi this is Adam from performance ground and today I'm going to be talking about

triphasic training for athletes so the whole idea of triphasic training is

obviously there's three phases to a movement so we've got the eccentric the

isometric and the concentric so an eccentric is when the muscle is active

then it's lengthening so if you see here controlling that rep on the way down

would be my bicep lengthening but also contracting under control then isometric

would be where the muscle is still contracting but doesn't change length so

if I was to pause it here for example I'm still active with my bicep but it's

not changing length then the concentric is when a muscle gets shorter as its

contracting so that would be on the way up on this rep as you'll see the bicep

gets shorter so those are the three phases and what triphasic training does

is it takes each three of those phases and trains them separately in order to

produce a better athlete this graph perfectly explains the whole concept

behind triphasic training we've got power and then time and we've got a

comparison between an advanced athlete and an elite athlete so the whole idea

is this portion here on eccentric is about absorbing as much force as

possible so you're absorbing kinetic energy absorbing force in order to

translate that into power in your concept trick movement so the downward

portion of the of this V is known as the eccentric so the shorter amount of time

that we can spend on this eccentric portion here the steeper the concentric

could be on that V which means that I can apply more force into the ground as

fast as possible which in essence will make me a better athlete in terms of

eccentric just to explain a little bit behind the reason for it is first of all

there's a thing called stretch reflex so in a simple set sense what happens is

you have in your muscles thing called muscle spindles not the most important

thing to focus on but what you have to think is these muscle spindles when you

perform an exercise they become active and they start to fire they start to

fire off potential in order for you to contract your muscle in order to return

back to its normal state so if you think about in this position here

it wants to return back to its normal state here so it's going to try and

produce it and as much force as possible in order for it to get there and then

also there's another thing called Golgi tendon organs what they do he considers

that consider them like an overprotective mother because once they

get to a certain range so for example on a back squat if I was squatting down

they'll get to a range where they're trying to protect your muscle from harm

so they'll stop your stretch going as far so the hub portion of an eccentric

is to make sure that the Golgi tendon organs kind of become inactive in a

sense and tell them to switch off like thing about telling your mum to relax a

little bit like let me go out let me do this whereas the muscle spindles we want

them to be as active as possible so it's about inhibiting the Golgi tendon organs

and really trying to get as much activation from the muscle spindles as

possible so that's the overall focus of an eccentric action but just to

demonstrate what a rep would look like on a knee centric I'd be demonstrating

on a back squat you're aiming for roughly five to six seconds on the way

down and then exploding up as fast as you physically can so I'll set up for my

back squat there sort myself out and I'll spend one two three four five stand

up strong so the second part of the isometric contraction that we're trying

to focus on is the rate of coding so what happens here is you're looking at

the rate of which these motor units fire so we're trying to get them firing at a

faster rate in that kind of blinking fashion if they were coming off at this

kind of speed here their rate would be pretty slow we want to get them firing

as quickly and as fast as possible in order to continue produce force so

isometric rep what that would look like is you'd get to the bottom of a back

squat pause still maintain control of the

weight so you don't to relax in that bottom position and switch those muscles

off you want to keep them fire you want to keep them active just to get those

two things that I spoke about previously so how that would work

I get to the bottom of a back squat with control so I'm not going super slow on

the way down get to the bottom pause for two five seconds explode up strong so

the last thing that we're trying to focus on now is the concentric portion

so we've absorbed all that force we've then trying to turn it over and now it's

how steep can we get that V on the way back

so trying to produce as much force as possible so the thing that we're aiming

for here as part of concentric action is it's called intramuscular coordination

so all of the things that I previously spoke about it's about getting things

like that happening in chord in the coordinated motion getting everything

firing at the right time and the right pattern to produce as much force as

possible on the way up so thinking about how quickly can I stand up on a back

squat how quickly can I change direction it's always about that initial loading

and then producing all that force so to show you what that would look like you

get onto your back squat no slow eccentric no pause at the bottom to the

bottom explode up fast explode up first that's the whole goal

get everything firing at the fastest rate possible so before you go into

doing this is probably important to note that you shouldn't spend too long on

each phase so particularly two to three weeks should be spent on each phase

focusing on eccentric movements isometric and in concentric and also

making sure that you only do this really on compound lifts like your back squats

your bench presses your shoulder presses things that involve a lot of muscles

rather than just like a bog-standard bicep curl on large compound lifts more

information will be in the blog post in regards to into a percentage loading

number of reps number of times time spent under tension things like that but

if you have any automotive emendations or if you liked the video leave a

comment hit the like button and thank you very much for watching

The 15-year-old Mexican diving phenomenon | The Game Changers - Duration: 5:17.

My name is Randal Willars Valdez.

I'm 15 years old and I'm from Mexico.

And I practice diving.

My greatest dream is becoming an Olympic champion

and being part of diving history.

When he was just 9 years old,

he already knew exactly what he wanted.

He said "Mom, you always tell me to follow my dreams."

"I know exactly what I want, and that is...

to be the best in the world."

I've been doing diving for 9 years.

Since I was 6 years old. And I'm 15 now.

Diving is a judged sport, it is very aesthetic.

And it involves jumping into the water

and twist and turn in the air.

Then diving in and trying to splash as little as possible.

My favorite thing about this sport is

the feeling of flying, of being in the air.

The adrenaline you feel while you're diving in.

When you jump and know that once you're in the air,

you have to fall, no matter what.

Because there is no coming back.

The Mexican phenotype is ideal for diving.

That has helped Mexicans stand out.

I remember Carlos Girona, in the 80's.

From then on, I keep seeing Mexicans win at diving.

Platas, Paola Espinosa, Rommel Pacheco.

When I got here to Mexico, I had to share my room

with Randal, a 9 year old kid who left his parents behind.

And who had taken that decision by himself.

To get to Mexico City to train with the Chinese team.

I thought that if I wanted to be the best,

I needed to train with the best.

And that's when I said "I want to stay in Mexico,

here's where I want to be".

He's left so many things behind for the sake of diving.

His friends, the piano... and then even his home.

It was tough, and yes, my heart was broken,

because I knew that... he wasn't coming back.

I don't regret it, honestly. It's what I love the most.

And I'll keep on doing until my body can do it no more.

This kid is like three steps ahead of the rest at his level.

Being just 15 years,

he's already competing in the major leagues,

at my very same level.

He scored 9th place worldwide at my level.

I've no doubt he can go for the Gold Medal

at the Youth Olympic Games.

And I'm sure we'll be in the same team

when we try for the medals at Tokyo 2020.

Before I dive in a competition I try to focus.

To be as cool as possible, to mimic the moves.

And once you're standing on the platform,

you disconnect yourself from everything else.

As I diver, once you fall, you already know whether

it went well or not.

When it goes wrong,

sometimes you don't even want to come out of the water.

You want to stay there forever.

When you do a perfect dive, you know it while falling.

You can feel it. And...

there's nothing better than doing a great dive,

coming out and having all of the people cheering,

recognizing your efforts and accomplishments.

The Olympic Games are the most important competition

that a diver can face.

My greatest dream is to go to the Olympic Games

and win a medal.

I'm giving my all to achieve my dream.

Every day I wake up and think about that.

I'll be there; and I can see myself

doing my last dive and winning that medal.

And I won't let...

I won't let that dream pass me by.

IS YAKULT THE BEST CULTURED MILK? | Taste Testers | EP 73 - Duration: 7:03.

Ah choo!

Look at the light.

Then it'll be gone.

Eh, why ah?

Hi guys!

Hi!

A: Hi! J: Hello!

Oh yes!

Oh my god yes!

As soon as it was out right, I straight away click.

The thing is she is Asian right, but her character is not defined by her Asian-ness.

Asian representation, what's up?

Beer?

Wait.

You buy some yogurt drink is it?

Korean yogurt smoothie.

Yakult!

Vitagen!

7-11 got the tall one.

Yakult is this size right?

But 7-11 got the like that one.

Then got like purple colour, got like blue colour, got like orange colour.

Five?!

Got so many ah?

It's like a off-white kind of colour.

You want to see the colour?

Vitagen!

I know the smell when I smell it.

Okay but this is a bit orange to be Vitagen.

I remember Vitagen being very white.

Actually smells very sweet.

Wah it smells damn sweet man.

It doesn't taste as sweet as it smells.

Not Vitagen.

Is confirm not Yakult right?

I feel like it may be Meiji eh.

It's a lot more sour than Yakult.

I expected it to like [explosion].

But then, it's actually not as sweet leh.

At first it goes in and then it's like pretty sweet la, it's not very sweet.

But then at the end when you're about to swallow it right, it's actually a bit sourish.

If you give a kid to drink this right, they probably won't like it.

Vitagen!

Wah this one look like fresh milk eh!

Okay it's a lot whiter than the previous one.

Oh!

Farm Fresh!

It smells exactly like if I go to a cow then I press the udders.

The thing come out right, then I leave it out for a few days then I [smell].

It smells more sour than the previous one.

Okay actually it's a little bit sweet.

It tastes like spoilt milk.

Is it me or is there like a licorice taste?

No actually after a while, it's quite nice eh!

It has a bit of vanilla aftertaste to it.

It feels like it's low sugar.

Ya it looks healthy and it tastes healthy.

I feel like this brand is a brand I've never tried.

Wow!

J: Okay this looks... A: Wow!

It's very cultured milk colour scale.

J: Across the scale, this one is in the middle. A: White to pink.

It's quite off white so in the middle of the first one and the second one.

Suspect is Yakult.

I think this is Yoyi C.

Really ah?

Just cause I have never smelt this before.

I feel like the smell quite familiar leh.

The consistency is a lot thinner.

And the smell also damn strong.

It smells very sweet actually.

The smell is a lot more appetising compared to the previous one.

Wah sweet ah!

It's quite nice!

This is like the only one that's like sweet.

Okay I think this one is Yakult.

Cause Yakult is very sweet,

and this is like super super super sweet.

You know when you drink Yakult right

A: When you drink it N: A bit like

Siap siap!

It's like, on your tongue got this [feeling].

Just now when you compare to the other brands that we tried right,

this is very very sweet leh.

Makes you wonder how much artificial flavouring and how much sugar they put inside.

Wah dead, I cannot even differentiate the colour anymore.

Oh this one also the colour quite on point.

Nice and off white.

I thought the previous one was Yakult, maybe this one is Yakult eh.

It smells like frozen yogurt when frozen yogurt melts.

Wah this one even sweeter sia.

A: I think... N: But got siap siap!

I think it's Meiji.

This is like sour then after that when you swallow, it's sweet.

Ya it's very sour but it smells very sweet.

Actually taste-wise and flavour-wise, I think that it's also very similar.

But compared to the previous one right,

which we think is Yakult,

this is the only one that comes close.

It's not bad la, I think children will like it.

Oh, this is full-on white.

This one is like,

just now I say got one scale right,

A: this one is the most white side. J: Most white!

This looks exactly like milk!

Farm Fresh!

No it's the same colour as the table.

A: Smells like yogurt eh! J: This is milk right?

I always eat Marigold low fat natural yogurt right,

it smells exactly like this.

This is milk!

This is confirm milk.

Wah the smell is so much nicer than the taste man.

It's like you drinking chalk eh.

This tastes damn healthy,

and not flavoured at all.

Like the taste is not very concentrated or strong,

A: It's just like a very mild taste. J: It's just there.

You eat froyo Yolé right, then it melts and become like that.

It probably has 0 flavouring, 0 sugar, like pure natural.

It tastes like a milk that you make from baby powder.

Then the baby forgot to drink for like two weeks.

Then you discover the milk, then you're like "maybe still okay."

Then you try a bit, then it's this.

Meiji.

Stop it!

You say again.

Meiji!

I think I can get all correct.

What if you don't?

Want bet or not, Qing?!

Okay come.

Eh if you wrong right, you must finish the last one.

Okay!

Now you have to finish.

I thought you drink Yakult and Vitagen!

Ya I drink!

Then how come you don't know?

But this one looks like Yakult.

Yakult.

Yakult.

It's the taste of my childhood.

Yakult!

Meiji.

Even though I only got Yakult correct right,

I felt like it was the one that I needed to get.

It was the only one that truly mattered in our hearts.

Maybe I drink too much Yakult man.

Then I always imagine that all cultured milks are like Yakult right.

I was surprised at this, we thought it's Meiji.

Oh ya!

We thought it tasted more similar to Yakult.

Ya!

So I was like wow.

That.

It doesn't really taste like cultured milk,

it just tastes like fresh milk.

This one all got flavour but this one is just like...

Fresh milk flavour!

Ya.

Actually I thought everything would be quite similar,

but it turns out that it wasn't.

Only the Yoyi C and Yakult was similar.

The rest quite distinct.

Wah they taste very different eh.

Very super different!

Actually until now I still don't know eh.

But I know you're just drinking bacteria.

But it's supposed to be good bacteria.

It's more of like, you like it so you drink it.

It's that kind of thing you don't know if it's good for you or what, but you just drink.

You know what I mean?

3, 2, 1, go!

No, you cannot think, you cannot think!

Good job.

CRAZY CURVE - testing hydro dipped boots! - Duration: 3:30.

Hey everyone and welcome to a new video!

Last time I hydro dipped my boots

I told you I'd test these if the video would get 2000 likes

I've never gotten 2000 likes that quickly, so here I am.

If you haven't seen that video yet, check it out before watching this.

I guess the hydrographic film will rip off quite a lot, but you never know. We'll find out soon!

I've been shooting and juggling for about 30 minutes now

You can already see that the film has started to rip off.

So the film clearly isn't permanent.

I don't recommend doing it to some new boots that you're still using.

I'll try to film some more shots. The wind is annoying me so much, but I'll do my best.

I decided not to battle against the wind anymore today.

It just ruins my day to play here. Right when you're about to kick, the wind puts the ball rolling.

You know the rest.

Now it's looking better. I can continue at this indoor pitch.

Could be better.

Could be even better.

I've been testing the boots for about two hours now.

The right boot looks quite bad already

I've also scrubbed the upper with my hands to see how well the film sticks.

But the left boot is in an okay condition. I haven't really kicked with it.

So if you only use these for running and walking instead of touching the ball, they might last a bit longer.

Then you might get an angry look from your coach, so I don't recommend that either.

As I said, this film isn't permanent. It's a cool thing to do to some old boots, if you want to personalise them.

Then I'd recommend to do it. I had fun doing it.

That's that. This was what you wanted to see. I asked for 2000 likes and it was easy for you.

Hope you enjoyed. See you next time, bye!

'Mouch Normal' : balade au Bardo - Duration: 10:55.

You're already here?

Hello and welcome

to this new episode of 'Mouch Normal'!

Today I will be talking about

an amazing museum I just visited:

the National Bardo Museum.

The Bardo Museum

is a huge archeological museum.

It is said that it owns

the most important Roman mosaics collection

in the world. But it also tells stories about

Carthaginians, the Tunisia of the emirs,

ancient Berbers, the Ottoman era…

This museum was created in 1885

in a former palace of the Beys

(former rulers of Tunisia)

It was widened and entirely renovated ten years ago.

The result is truly… 'mouch normal'!

The visit of this museum is kind of like

a journey through space and time.

It begins by going up the stairs

in front of the entrance, next to the giant mosaic.

You'll reach a room dedicated to

the first great civilization of Tunisia:

the Carthaginians.

This statue with the lion head

represents a goddess.

Some say that it is the great goddess Tanit,

and that the lion head symbolizes Africa.

And this god sitting on a throne,

is the god Baal. The greatest god of Carthage…

even though he is small here!

When Tunisia was conquered by the Romans,

its inhabitants continued worshipping these gods,

as well as ancient African gods…

Splendid sculptures and marble statues

will be there along your visit…

I would like to tell you about the story of a rich Roman

who really wasn't lucky at all.

He had ordered a whole shipment of art pieces

made in Greece. But the ship carrying them

was sunk off the coast of Mahdia.

It's the famous 'Mahdia shipwreck'

which lied at the bottom of the sea

for two thousand years.

Today, this treasure is exhibited in the Bardo Museum:

statues, sculpted capitals, furniture…

The Mahdia shipwreck was discovered by chance

by sponge fishermen. Several underwater campaigns

were necessary to salvage the shipment!

One of them was shown in a movie

by Captain Jacques Cousteau:

'Carnet de plongée' (diving logbook).

But if the Bardo Museum is worldwide famous,

it's mainly thanks to its impressive collection

of Roman mosaics.

There are so many that it would take hours

to admire them one by one!

Mosaics represent mythological beings…

or daily life scenes…

often with very sophisticated ornaments and settings.

Tunisian mosaic-crafters were really talented!

Their craftsmanship was particularly renowned.

Do you know the legend of Ulysses and the Sirens?

Ulysses was a Greek hero who traveled

through the whole Mediterranean. And the Sirens

were creatures gifted with a bewitching chant

who lured travellers to make them die.

Ulysses, who was very clever,

took the precaution of plugging the ears of his men,

and then asked them to tie him up to the ship's flagpole

so that he wouldn't give in to the Sirens.

Here he is on this mosaic, and the Sirens on the right.

We can see that at that time,

Sirens had bird wings and legs…

While today they are half-woman half-fish creatures!

In the Bardo museum, there's also

a mosaic representing a star of that time:

the poet Virgil.

This poet wrote a book, 'The Aeneid',

which tells the legendary meeting of Dido and Aeneas:

Dido, founder and queen of Carthage,

and Aeneas, a hero who had the mission

of founding the city of Rome.

This book had a great success at a time

where Carthage was part of the Roman empire!

The book also describes the departure of Aeneas

for Italy, and Dido begging him to stay,

by making this heartbreaking wish:

'If only I had a child from him,

I wouldn't feel completely let down!'

At the Bardo museum, there are also

mosaics from the Christian era…

Christian mosaics were often used to cover graves,

or baptisteries.

We can even see Jewish mosaics from an ancient synagogue,

as well as this copy of the Torah.

As for the Muslim era,

while visiting the Bardo Museum, we cannot forget

that we are in a former palace.

One of the most ancient and beautiful parts

is the 'Petit Palais' (Little Palace),

that goes back to the 1830's.

You'd think you just entered

a beautiful house in Tunis' medina…

On the first floor,

even more ancient decoration pieces were found…

… While the great rooms are more recent

and influenced by the Italian style.

The Bardo museum also exhibits

Middle-Age Islamic art pieces…

You can admire these Ottoman era ceramic panels…

This museum is so rich that it would be impossible

to talk about everything in it!

You can see that each mosaic, each sculpture,

each art piece tells something different.

The Bardo museum is a place

full of stories and vestiges.

The other amazing thing is that

there are always temporary exhibitions.

But sometimes they can be…

a bit invasive…

The renovation has not yet been fully achieved.

For instance, there's a lack of information signs

to find your way in the different rooms.

But if you want a guide during your visit,

you will just have to go the 'Cultural mediators' counter,

it's free!

Then, dear friends who are watching from abroad,

you won't make the mistake now:

This museum is not the Prado museum of Madrid,

and not the Bardo museum in Algiers either:

It is the great Bardo National Museum of Tunis!

That is all for today, I hope I made you eager to visit

this 'mouch normal' museum. It really is worth it!

See you soon for another episode of 'Mouch Normal'!

Man Utd news: Jose Mourinho told to sign Lionel Messi and ditch Paul Pogba - Duration: 3:12.

That's according to former Red Devils winger Willie Morgan who wants his former club to get their house in order

Pogba was dropped for the United's EFL Cup defeat to Derby on Monday night. Mourinho has also stripped the France international of the vice captaincy

Yesterday, during training at Manchester United's Carrington complex, Pogba was seen glaring at his manager when he jogged onto the field

Mourinho appeared to rile Pogba which resulted in the midfielder giving his manager an icy stare

The pair were then seen exchanging words with Pogba looking far from impressed. Morgan - who played for United between 1968 - 1975 - has joked that Pogba needs to be sold and Messi snapped up instead

The 73-year-old is also desperate for Mourinho to get United playing attractive football once again

"Mourinho's buys have been diabolical and the way he wants them to play football, not just now, this is since he came, all that defensive football, hoping for a breakaway – that's not what I want to watch and it's not what Manchester United fans want to watch," he told Love Sport Radio

"If he was winning and he was getting away with it, you could say 'at least he's gone the right way'

"But he's not and it's the standard of player [that is the problem]. "I advocated Mourinho coming

"I thought he'd be great and I thought he'd come and say 'okay, this is Manchester United, this is how they play' and join in

"But he's reverted to probably why he got the sack at Chelsea and the sack at Real Madrid

"He's reverted to that. But you can't blame him completely. "He's brought in [players] who he thought would be alright, they're not

"It's not for lack of trying from the manager's point of view. "As a manager, if you're sat there, you're relying on your players

"It's soul-destroying if they're not doing it for you because at the end of the day, you're responsible

"The players that are there now would not be there under Pep Guardiola. "I think Pogba will go because you cannot have that festering behind the scenes

"There will be pockets with him, pockets against him… you just can't have it. "Something has got to give and I think he will go

"And hopefully, he'll buy Lionel Messi and then we might have a chance!"
