Youtube daily report Sep 28 2018

South Dakota has the 14th highest suicide rate in the U.S.,

and, during this last year, suicide as a cause of death,

has grown faster here in South Dakota than most places.

Two South Dakota counties rank in the top one percent in the nation.

I have heard that, in general, the highest risk individual

for suicide is the widower, the elderly male who recently lost his wife,

but the South Dakota public health department tells us that suicide rates

are higher here in younger people than in most other states.

For example, men aged 19 to 21-years-old, are at the highest suicide risk.

In addition, American Indians are at 1.8 times higher risk than other South Dakotans.

Risk factors for suicide include: a family history of suicide;

a history of abuse, be it the abused or the abuser;

previous suicide attempts or a history of mental disorders (particularly depression)

and especially if the individual has difficulty

accessing mental health treatment when needed;

a prior experience of alcohol and substance abuse;

feelings of hopelessness and loneliness especially with isolation;

recent loss (whether it be the death of a family member,

a friend that moves, a divorce, or a large financial loss);

any new and significant physical illness; and access to lethal methods.

Also there is a higher risk is for anyone during local

epidemics of suicide especially where cultural beliefs suggest

that suicide is noble.

All this multiplies when the person is reluctant to seek help

because of the stigma attached to mental health disorders.

The challenging concern is that suicide remains extremely hard to predict.

Even when we've identified who is at risk, suicide can be difficult to prevent.

We know that "talking about it" is probably our most important means

to help someone who is planning suicide.

Although we should all try to guide these "people at risk"

to talk about their feelings with a professional,

the most important preventer of suicide is, in many cases,

not the doctor or the care provider, but the kindly neighbor

who can give that person an ear, offer true friendship

and call for help when red flags are flying.

You may never know it, but you might save a life

by listening and just being a friend.

Lil Duval STOPS T.I.'s Employee From Living Their BEST LIFE | The Grand Hustle - Duration: 2:19.

Can we focus, Lil Duval?

All right, hold up. One of my hoes hit me up.

No, we ain't got time for the hoes right now.

No, that's what you do all this for.

'Cause it's due today.

We need to make sure... What happens if I don't do it?

If it doesn't happen...

of course it's gonna be on my head.

My mission was to still get him on tape saying this script.

But he can't focus for nothin'.

And so that is frustrating.

Look at this black family just running and jogging.

That is it beautiful. Okay, ready?

How y'all doing?

(Grace) Hi.

Livin' they life.

(sighs)

Simple things.

All right.

(T.I.) Such a nice person.

But she has to deal with difficult artists.

She has to find a way to talk to 'em about it.

Yeah.

And action.

I still have the same dream, and it keeps-- keeps me up.

Describe the dream.

Yeah, I'm standing on the sidewalk,

waiting to get on the bus.

I see this person, I think to myself,

"Wow, that's a great-looking. She got a...

That is a great-looking moustache."

Oh, hell no. I'm not saying that.

Hell. Hell, no. (laughing) Hold on...

I'm not-- why would I say somebody got a great moustache?

If it's lined up, it looks-- it's clean.

This-- this role ain't for me, mm-mm.

It's a clean moustache. You can't deny it.

It ain't for me. Give credit when it's due.

Nuh-- Nah.

Well, I don't know what they want me to do then.

(T.I.) She had to say, "Look,

"I know you probably not feeling this,

but let's talk about it."

You can't just not do it and break down.

(phone jingling)

Hello?

What have you got going on

that y'all get the lines done?

We're reading through the lines,

and he's having a hard time connecting to the role,

so we're aiding him in connecting to the role

to make sure that he can bring that--

Wait, wait, wait, wait.

Just read the lines, that's all I ask him to do.

Yes, sir. We're doing it.

Your only job is to put him on camera.

We're doing that, sir. We'll get it done.

Clay's getting kind of mad and frustrated at me.

I get it, but we had to get stuff done,

and he wasn't focusing!

Let's go through the rest of it.

If you don't feel that you connect--

I'm gonna do the last page, and that is all.

We gotta-- I'm doing the last page.

We-- you better edit it.

Lindsey Graham Gives His Immediate Thoughts After Ford's Hearing and Absolutely NAILS IT(VIDEO)!!! - Duration: 13:36.

Lindsey Graham Gives His Immediate Thoughts After Ford's Hearing and Absolutely NAILS IT

you see towards the end miss Mitchell should be questioning the political

motives of dr. Ford's attorneys here's what he said she was I'm really upset

that they knew about this in August and never told anybody I'm really upset that

Diane Feinstein believed this was a credible allegation that you wouldn't do

mr. judge Cavanaugh of the service of saying I've got this what's your side of

the story turn it over the committee so we could

have something not this close to the midterms when they say that she wasn't

sure we were willing to go out there that's a bunch of bull I don't know what

they told miss Ford but we were willing to go to California we were told she

couldn't fly all I can say is it were 40 something days away from the election in

there go not miss Ford's goal is to lay this past the midterms so they can win

the Senate and never allow Trump to fill the seat I believe that now more than

ever I don't know who paid for a polygraph but somebody did and here's

what I'm I'm more convinced of the friends on the other side set it up to

be just the way it is I feel ambushed as the majority we're

going to hear from mr. Kavanagh judge Cavanaugh and I've been a judge a

prosecutor and the defense attorney and here's what I'll tell you when it comes

to where it happened I still don't know I don't know when it happened she said

she's a hundred percent certain it did happen I bet you judge Kavanagh say I'm

a hundred percent sure I didn't do it the people name say they don't know what

miss Ford's talking about she can't tell us how she got home and how she got

there and that's the facts I'm left with a nice lady who has come forward to tell

a hard story that son corroborated and this is enough god help anybody else

that gets nominated based on what I heard today you could not get a search

warrant or an arrest warrant because you don't know the location you don't know

the time you don't have any corroboration as to

miss Mitchell that's what I hope she would do I heard a bunch of speeches

from a bunch of politicians will politicize this from day one who've been

lying awake for a political purpose not miss Ford but certainly them making a

bunch of speeches and miss Mitchell methodically went through the facts of

what happened that day leading up to that day and how we find ourselves here

so from my point of view I'm pleased with what else a prosecutor did you

sitting up there fine dr. Ford to be credible I didn't find her allegations

to be corroborated against mr. Cavanaugh I don't doubt something happen to her

but she is saying it's Brett Kavanaugh but she can't tell me the house she

contented city she can't tell me the month of the year he's saying I didn't

do it so here's what you do when you have a emotional accusation and an

emotional denial use the rule of law the presumption of innocence attaches to the

person accused you have to give them notice in times of time and location you

ask is there anybody to verify this and when you give names all them go the

other way having said that would I think about

miss Ford very competent accomplished lady

something happened I don't know what but you're asking me to say it was Brett

Kavanaugh and I don't know when it happened where it happened he said it

didn't happen similar but I would say this I thought it was a good suggestion

for her to go talk somebody to work through this

not all an argument over a board fulsome investigation if you really believe we

needed an investigation of this why didn't you tell us

in August the FBI is gonna tell us what what house are they going to go to what

city are they going to go to who they're going to talk to because they can't tell

us the month barely the year so this is all delay here's where they going mr.

judge he says I didn't do it I don't know what she's talking about they want

to bring him in trash him out and call 25 people well they say that he's an

abuser and guess what we'll be past the midterm

I'm not going to reward people for playing a political game I think with

her life she is just a much of victim as this as I think Brett Kavanaugh because

somebody betrayed her trust and we know who she gave the letter to and the

people have betrayed her trust they owe her an apology

joining us now South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham Lindsey

senator could you thank you known you a long time yeah 20 years as it was

happening I was live on my radio show and what I had my next break I don't

think you ever had a more powerful moment in your career and I've known you

a long time thank you well I just told the truth this is not about finding the

truth between dr. Ford and Brett Kavanaugh

it's about delaying the hearing until get past the midterms hope they pick up

the Senate and denying this seat to be filled by Donald Trump it's not about

the FBI if you really wanted to know what the FBI thought about this you were

to come forward when you first know about it it's certainly not about

protecting dr. Ford the one thing I learned beyond any doubt today any doubt

is this they never intended to protect dr. Ford and everything I believed I

knew about Brett Kavanaugh I am now more convinced than ever that he didn't do it

that he's the right guy to be on the court that miss Ford has got a problem

and destroying judge Cavanaugh's life won't fix her problem and if we

legitimize this god help us all because both sides can do this to my

friends on the other side I would never have done this to one of

your nominees you should be ashamed you voted for people that I know you know

not share their judicial philosophy picked used to be if you're a qualified

elections matter here's what the big picture is elections don't matter to

them they only matter when they win now when we win when Donald Trump wins there

are no rules there are no boundaries President Trump today I hope you

understand why pick Brett Kavanaugh not only is the incredibly qualified judge a

incredibly decent man he and his wife are the parents of the year if they're

going to give an award for parenting I'd give it to Ashley and Brett based on

what their girl that his daughter said about who to pray for so I'm honored to

help him if I helped him today is one of the highlights of my career in to my

Republican colleagues if this guy goes down and then we don't deserve to stay

in power because it's not about power to me it is about the process it is about

honoring elections to my Democratic Prince Joe Manchin I like him a lot Joe

you can't figure this out Trump went about 40 points do you really believe

that Brett Kavanaugh is a serial rapist do you believe any of this garbage you

know I'm sorry that dr. Ford went through this she shouldn't have had to

go through it but I am convinced beyond any shadow of a doubt there Brett

Kavanaugh is not the man that they're trying to make him and this is all

political so Joe I'll appeal step up Heidi I like you a lot

joe donnelly great guy why can't you talk about whether or not we've met the

burden here if you if he had to prove he was innocent he did it for me but he

doesn't have to may I ask you Republicans met in

conference tonight in the Senate bring us inside the meeting as much as you are

able to share I went well I think everybody was blown away Barbara can you

imagine doing what he did today no your life has been ripped apart you had a

32-hour hearing you meet with every senator they've known about this for

weeks and they spring you spring it on you at the end then it goes to where

avenatti comes out and says you're serial rapist you drug women gang rape

gang raping winding the halls and and your whole life is just absolutely

destroyed I think Republicans today felt like Brett Kavanaugh not only met the

test passed the test that this is political and I will be brokenhearted if

the Senate rejects this good man bob corker said yes Jeff good for Bob Jeff

Flake off-camera said this is a tough one

Wow just say yeah I would just say Jeff it is tough because I I don't know what

happened to dr. Ford but I've been a lawyer role model I used to do this

stuff for a living Jeff you couldn't get a warrant she

can't tell you where it happened when it happened it's not he said she said it's

that she said and they said all people named said it didn't have four and you

can't give the date and the time and my god he he went through a calendar of

1982 this is the most squared away guy I've ever met in my life

I was just honored to be in his presence if again I've never seen anybody command

a room like he did I never seen anybody more sincere and I've never seen anybody

more used and abused than dr. Ford was by the Democrats let me ask you then it

seems Jeff Flake Susan Collins Lisa Murkowski and I I've actually been

quoting Susan Collins because she's the one that rightly pointed out from the

beginning this has been unfair to both sides here and she's right she's been

right about that yeah well what I would tell Susan is it if you're the way they

say Brett is you wouldn't have the life brett has lived you wouldn't have 65

women coming forward you wouldn't have six FBI investigations that found

nothing and you wouldn't be in this profile of a job he's been in the

highest levels of government a target for 26 years you find out about it after

the hearings over they knew about it they said on it there's no corroboration

and the avenatti thing tells you all they need to know about where they're

headed with him if we delay this there'll be more coming and he doesn't

deserve it it is time to vote the Senate Judiciary Committee will meet tomorrow

morning yes and walk us through the process the full Senate with what we

expect what Tuesday yeah we will vote tomorrow in committee I will go through

why I believe he's qualified and capable well I will tell you without any

hesitation what I think's happened here in the confirmation process if this is

the new norm god help us all I think he will get reported out of

committee a longer party line vote I hope Jeff can get there I would just

stress again that this man has led an incredible life everything they're

saying about him is made up and it comes out of the left field and it's not

corroborated please don't take away everything he's done he's number one in

his class ever ever since he's you know done anything and I think we're going to

getting confirmed and if we go to the floor of the Senate we're gonna pick up

some Democrats let me put let me tell you this if you

live in these Trump states and you can't figure this out and good luck to you let

me ask you one last question as you look at the emotion of today and all that

happened I I I'd like one of my best friend from third grade his name is John

Gomez and John called me yesterday as Hannity you always say every two four

years and Republicans have racist sexist my whole list as he calls it and he goes

I think I understand a little more now why you always do it because when you

say these horrible things and now we've gotten used to it we expect it you know

it's like my father was killed all over again elect Republicans and black

churches will burn our crosses are going to burn or Republicans don't want to

count african-americans in the census how war said this has to stop senator

those are political arguments that we can handle and people obviously don't

know this is destroying somebody yeah I would hope and pray that I never get

this desperate as a political person to destroy somebody this was a wholesale

effort to take a good man and ruin his life and it backfired on them this is

not about political arguments this is not about what they will do what we will

do this is about the fact that they were willing to set a man up and destroy his

life and it was hard to watch this that it was really hard to watch and when he

talked about his daughter you know let's let's let's pray for the lady too this

is a good man please vote for him you know senator I think the reason your

moment was so powerful is it was raw and real and unplanned it was

totally and I totally real I think you reflected defending many Americans you

know what got me was why won't you agree to the FBI investigation what do you got

to hide these are the same people that said on the information that made it

impossible for us to do an investigation because they wouldn't help us knew it

for weeks planned what they're doing intentionally I am convinced out of dr.

Ford for the political moment that we saw today

and it blew up in their face and I hope America understands that if this is the

new way of doing business we're going in the wrong direction and we've got a

chance to turn it around beginning tomorrow at 9:30 and in 40 days the

American people get their chance senator thank you so much we appreciate it thank

you god bless you and God bless america

you

How to Make Pumpkin Spice (Pumpkin Pie Spice)! - Duration: 2:26.

Hey everybody! Sam here from Sugar Spun Run and today I'll be showing you how to make homemade pumpkin spice.

It's finally fall and that means pumpkin spice everything, as you probably already know.

I have a bunch of pumpkin recipes coming up for you.

I've already shared my pumpkin cheesecake recipe, and

one thing most of these recipes use that you might not already have on hand is pumpkin pie spice.

While you can buy pumpkin pie spice pre-made at the store today,

I want to show you how to make it at home. The nice thing about this is you probably already have the spices in your

cabinet, and it's also so much cheaper to make pumpkin spice at home rather than to buy it from the store.

You're only going to need four spices for today's recipe.

So let's go ahead and get started. The very first thing you're going to need is a tablespoon of ground cinnamon.

We'll pour this into a small bowl and

next we'll need some ground ginger. This recipe uses 1 and 3/4 TSP of ground ginger.

So add that in with your cinnamon a teaspoon of nutmeg, and a teaspoon of allspice.

Now these are the only spices that I use to make pumpkin pie spice, and anytime I've ever bought it from the store,

these are usually the four spices that are included in the mix. Now, if you want you can add a pinch of cloves.

I know that some pumpkin pie spice recipes call for cloves.

I found that it kind of makes the taste border a little bit own more of a gingerbread taste rather than on a pumpkin pie taste.

So I don't love using cloves and that's why I leave them out of this recipe.

Once you have all your spices together in your bowl, you can use a whisk or a spoon to stir them together.

And make sure they're really well combined.

My pumpkin spice recipe makes about two tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice,

which I found is usually more than enough for your average pumpkin recipe.

The nice thing is that any extra will store well in an airtight container and I also often like to double this recipe or even triple the recipe,

Because it'll keep well all fall long and then I'll already have pre-made pumpkin spice waiting for me whenever I need it.

I've actually already made a few batches of pumpkin pie spice that I've been using.

So I'm just going to add this new batch to that.

And hopefully this is enough to get me through this season.

I hope you guys enjoyed this super simple recipe for making your own pumpkin spice at home.

If you try it out, please let me know what you think.

I guarantee you are going to love it in all of your favorite pumpkin recipes.

Thank you so much for watching and I'll see you next time.

Dragon Age Vampires - Fan Story Concept - Duration: 4:08.

Hello everyone!

I'm Cole from The Kingdom and today we're talking about my ideas for vampires appearing

in Dragon Age.

This isn't an idea made entirely from scratch.

Vampirism DOES exist in Thedas.

In this Codex entry, we read that hunger abominations usually end up becoming cannibals or vampires.

I believe this is the only mention of them, but it's enough to convince me they exist.

So from here on, it's all me.

Here's how a strain of vampirism starts: It happens when a powerful blood mage is possessed

by a powerful hunger demon.

If the blood mage isn't experienced or powerful enough, they'll end up just your standard abomination.

Which is still BAD, but not a vampire.

Likewise, if the hunger demon isn't powerful enough, same thing.

So a hunger demon can't just pick any random blood mage and become a vampire, and a blood

mage can't just pick any random hunger demon to become vampire.

They both have to be very powerful.

Add that to the fact that most people have enough sense to not become vampires, and you

can see why they're so rare.

But, when a sufficiently powerful blood mage DOES join with a sufficiently powerful hunger

demon, they create a vampire alpha.

Alpha vampires have powerful magic, as you'd expect, but they need A LOT of blood.

Most that are bitten by one will die from either blood loss, or the curse itself.

Those that don't die almost always become vampires themselves.

Regular vampires don't need nearly as much blood as alphas, and the curse isn't strong

enough at this point to infect their victims.

However, the longer they live, the curse grows, and the more likely it is that their victims will turn.

Although, the likelihood of death remains pretty much the same throughout the vampire's lifespan.

Vampires are not immortal, but they do live significantly longer than most others.

If not killed, they can survive around 350 years.

Vampires are also very strong and fast, and heal faster than normal;

all as a result of the curse.

Sunlight does sap this power, and it may hurt, but it won't kill them.

Also, these powers will dwindle if they don't feed.

In addition to dwindling powers, the vampire will suffer progressively worse fatigue and soreness.

Eventually, every slight movement will be agony.

And the worst part is that, as result of the curse, they won't die.

So they COULD choose not to feed, but most people won't have the mental fortitude to withstand this.

Also, feeding will become somewhat addictive due to the effects of withdraw.

It's like a huge relief.

I should also add that mage blood is tasteless to vampires.

As in, feeding from mages will not cure their hunger.

The reason I decided this was...I don't know.

I felt like they should have some sort of limitation as to who they can feed from.

The lore reason for this is that mages have that strong connection to the Fade.

The curse is magical by nature, but it's created from blood magic, which is independent from the Fade.

So feeding off mage blood is...superfluous.

Like pouring water on water to make it more wet.

Now, when it comes to vampirism in history, the most recent recorded epidemic was in Tevinter

after the Qunari conquered Seheron.

A magister became a vampire and hoped to turn all his slaves and soldiers into an army.

Though, Tevinter immediately sent people to stop him.

That's generally how vampires are treated in Thedas.

One exists, it needs to be killed immediately, no questions asked.

Typically, hunting vampires is a duty that would fall to the Seekers of Truth.

For a more immediate response, the local templars would be called.

The templars' ability to supress magic DOES work in weakening the curse somewhat.

So like, a 30% decrease to strength and speed.

Mind you, that means they're still pretty damn fast and strong.

If neither templars or Seekers are readily available, anyone with a sword will likely take action.

It's because of this unspoken protocol that there is no known cure for vampirism, and

study carries more stigma than studying demons.

Though without this protocol, vampirism may have destroyed the world sooner than the Blight.

And I think that's about it!

Thank you all so much for watching; I'll see you later!

Pay them some attention and I will get pissed

Your seed

Have your children be mine

Senpai cutie, just use me as you M-slave tonight

Rival girls I'll make them flee

Put them in the basement until they agree

I really am the best for you

It won't be long till you love me

Billy Slater was not suspended for an illegal tackle. Who is he, Makybe Diva? - Blog news - Duration: 8:24.

I'm sorry.I know it's a great result for the grand final and for Billy Slater and for Melbourne Storm, and the greater vibe and the mojo and all that

And I know Slater deserved to play his last game in the grand final, and that he's a champion and a future Immortal, and the greatest fullback we've ever seen

I know all that. But I'm still sorry.Facebook Twitter Whatsapp Reddit Email Share Because it was a shoulder charge

And you're not allowed to do it.Look at it again. And again. And again. And it's a shoulder charge every time

He didn't deviate on his line to Sosaia Feki.He was going straight at him with one thing in mind – stop Feki scoring by bashing him into touch

And the best way to do that? The way to get Feki off the field and at the same time reduce the chance of harm on Slater? Bunch his shoulder and bash into him thus

And that's a shoulder charge is.That's what one is.If a forward did the same thing in the middle of they field, using the same angles, it's a shoulder charge

Advertisement Advertisement Forget all that east-west, north-south, front-on stuff

If Slater had hit Feki with the exact same shot in the exact middle of the park, it would be a shoulder charge, at least under the definition of the laws which say it's illegal to effect a tackle without using one's arms

Call it a collision.Call it whatever you want. But it says in the rule book you can't do it

And it's what Slater did.He didn't 'lead' with his hand. His hands were not at all involved in the tackle

It was shoulder on shoulder, and it was a cracking good hit and it saved a try in spectacular fashion

And it shouldn't even be deemed a shoulder charge, really. It's a pretty cool part of the game, when it doesn't hurt anyone's head

But it can.And that's why it's not allowed. And that's why Slater was penalised, and Cameron Smith didn't argue because smart kid like him knew it probably should've been a penalty try, and that had the referee thrown it up to the bunker it probably would have been, given they'd have slowed it down and seen what everyone could, and that was Billy Slater not using his arms to effect a tackle

Which is a thing that's not allowed. It says so in the rules.Yet the high-flying Slater came up on a high-flying private jet with his high-flying team of lawyers in tow

And there he somehow managed to convince the Three Blind Mice, sorry, I mean judiciary members Sean Garlick, Mal Cochrane and Bob Lindner that it was not a shoulder charge, or that he didn't mean it, or something… Advertisement Advertisement I don't know, it doesn't really matter now does it? Billy's been freed and rugby league has yet again showed it's not above brushing the rules in certain circumstances

Well – rugby league didn't do that.Rugby league – The National Rugby League – charged Slater with the crime

The NRL employed the referee who penalised Slater on the field. And the NRL setup the judicial hearing and all the stuff around it

But the men left to make the decision are three independent operators. And that's how it is

Perhaps not as it should be.Maybe they should get people who'll adjudicate according to, you know, the laws

It's a funny one.Because it's not a court of law.Slater didn't steal money from your grandma

In rugby league, as in life, it seems there's a place for sentiment.Especially when the $1000-an-hour lawyer can fly up in the million dollar jet to make an argument so good that three apparently sentient human beings can see something that walks like a duck and talks like a duck and decide that it's a Komodo Dragon

Advertisement Advertisement Or a ham sandwich.Or the six o'clock news.Or what have you

Who are these people? Normal people.Garlo makes pies.Bobby Lindner's an optometrist

Mal Cochrane's an old copper.A stickler for rules, according to Roy Masters who you'd suggest might know

But apparently, still, at heart, a sentimental bloke like the other two, men who've #FreedBilly because it's the right thing to do, not because it's the correct thing to do

If that makes sense.Not sure if it does.Don't care.Oh look I don't know.I suppose it doesn't matter

I suppose the right decision's been made, though anyone going up before the judiciary for a shoulder charge in 2019 will be able plead the Slater Clause, particularly if they get the same lawyer, who'll be quite the gun-for-hire

And yet, look at those tackles, and look at the Slater tackle, and if you don't use your arms it's – according to the rules – an illegal tackle

You can't see Slater's as otherwise.Whether it was worth the 200 points or 100 points, or 75 carry-over the decimal point points, or whatever, is a tale for another time

Advertisement Advertisement In this one Billy Slater ran straight at Feki with the express purpose of banging him into touch using his shoulder

It was super-fast because that's how Billy does things. It's what makes him a champion: he can see and calculate space and rip off these super-manoeuvres at tip-top pace

And he knew what he was doing. He knew it had to be done. And any argument otherwise has to be backed up with slow-motion footage, which can see things that aren't there

Because Slater's work on Feki in the corner is a duck.A golden duck. And Slater is a golden goose

He is Makybe Diva. Before the 2005 Melbourne Cup they were going to scratch the Diva unless they watered Flemington

So the AJC watered Flemington, at the behest of a horse. Not really a horse. The horse's people

And the Diva became a legend. And Billy Slater is playing in the grand final on Sunday because he is Billy Slater
