ทั้งยีนส์ ลำลอง เลคกิ้ง และใส่ทำงาน ได้ค่ะ
จริงๆแล้ว ชุดคนท้อง ไม่จำเป็นต้องเป็นแบบชุดกระโปรงคลุมท้องตัวใหญ่ๆแบบเมื่อก่อนแล้วค่ะ
เพราะเดี๋ยวนี้มีแบบกางเกงให้ใส่ จะได้คล่องตัว และใส่ไปทำงานได้ด้วยค่ะ
มาดูกางเกงกันค่ะ
ความต่างจากกางเกงปกติคือ มีส่วนขยายต่อข้างบนเพื่อโอบอุ้มท้องไว้ ส่วนข้างล่างจะเหมือนกางเกงปกติ

mon nom est kim namjoon
aussi connu comme RM
le leader du groupe BTS
c'est un grand honneur d'être invité
à une occasion ayant tant d'importance pour la jeune génération d'aujourd'hui
au mois de novembre dernier, BTS a lancé la campagne LOVE MYSELF avec UNICEF
se fondant sur notre croyance que le vrai amour commence par s'aimer soi-même
nous avons fait un partenariat avec le programme end violence de UNICEF
afin de protéger les enfants et les jeunes personnes du monde entier de la violence
et nos fans sont devenus une grande partie de cette campagne
avec leur action et leur enthousiasme
nous avons vraiment les meilleurs fans au monde
et j'aimerais commencer en parlant de moi
je suis né à ilsan une ville près de Séoul,
en Corée du Sud
c'est un très bel endroit
avec un lac, des collines
et même un festival de fleurs annuel
j'y ai vécu une enfance heureuse
et j'étais juste un garçon ordinaire
j'avais l'habitude de regarde le ciel de nuit en me questionnant
et je rêvais les rêves d'un jeune garçon
je m'imaginais être un super-héros pouvant sauver le monde
et dans l'intro d'un de nos premiers albums
il y a une ligne qui dit
"mon cœur s'est arrêté lorsque j'avais peut-être..."
"..9 ou 10 ans"
en y repensant
je crois que c'est à ce moment que j'ai commencé a m'inquiéter du regard des autres
et que j'ai commencé à me voir avec leurs yeux
j'ai arrêté de regarder les ciels de nuit,
les étoiles
j'ai arrêter de rêvasser pendant le jour
à la place,
j'ai juste essayer de rester dans les moules
que les autres personnes ont créés
bientôt
j'ai commencé à taire ma propre voix
et j'ai plutôt écouté celles des autres
personne n'a appelé mon nom
et moi non plus
mon cœur s'est arrêté
et mes yeux se sont fermés
donc
comme ça
j'ai,
nous,
avons perdu nos noms
nous sommes devenus des fantômes
mais j'avais un sanctuaire
et c'était la musique
il y avait une voix en moi qui a dit
"réveille-toi mec.."
"et écoute-toi"
mais ça m'a pris un moment avant d'entendre
la musique appeler mon vrai nom
même après avoir décidé de joindre BTS
il y a eu beaucoup de difficultés
plusieurs n'y croiront peut-être pas mais
la plupart des gens nous croyaient sans espoir
et parfois je voulait juste quitter
mais je pense que j'ai été très chanceux de ne pas abandonner
et je suis sûr que je
et nous
allons trébucher et tomber encore longtemps
BTS est devenu un groupe d'artistes performant dans ces grands stadiums
et vendant plusieurs millions d'albums maintenant
mais je suis toujours un homme ordinaire âgé
de 24 ans
si j'ai réussi quoique ce soit
c'était seulement possible
que j'ai les membres de BTS à mes côtés
et à cause de l'amour et du support de nos fans ARMY partout dans le monde
et peut-être
ai-je fait une erreur hier
mais le moi d'hier
est toujours moi
aujourd'hui
je suis qui je suis
avec toutes mes fautes et mes erreurs
demain
je serai peut-être plus sage
et ce serait moi aussi
ces fautes et ces erreurs sont qui je suis
créant les plus claires étoiles de la constellation
de ma vie
j'arrive à m'aimer pour qui je suis
pour qui j'étais
et pour qui j'aimerais devenir
j'aimerais dire la dernière chose
après la sortie des albums LOVE YOURSELF
et après le lancement de la campagne LOVE MYSELF
nous avons commencé à entendre des histoires remarquables
venant de nos fans partout dans le monde
comment notre message les a aidé à vaincre
leurs problèmes dans la vie
et à s'aimer eux-mêmes
ces histoires nous rappellent constamment de notre responsabilité
donc
faisons tous un autre pas
nous avons appris à s'aimer
alors maintenant

in this video I will show you a small lick on the diminished arpeggio
it's a tresillo
with a repeating pattern, it's rather nice
when played on a seventh chord
if you don't know what a diminished chord is
you can read the article by clicking on the 'i' for info in the top right corner
I wrote an entire article in which I talk about diminished chords
and I explain the link between diminished chords
and seventh chords
in this video I will show you a lick built on a diminished chord
that you can play on a diminished chord
and on a seventh chord
and in this case, you will be able to play it on an E7
First, I will play the lick
and then I'll explain how it's built
and how to place it rhythmically
so, here is the lick
I'm playing the lick on an E7
and at this end I resolve on an A
if you have a chord chart going like E7, Am or E7, A
you will be able to play this lick and it will resolve on the next chord
with this lick we have a diagram on the diminished arpeggio
8th fret, A string
11th fret A string
9th fret, D string
7th fret, G string
10th fret G string
so here we have a diminished arpeggio, then from this note
9th fret, D string, 12th fret, D string 12 fret, G string
9th fret, B string, 12th fret, B string
and then we go back from there
it's the exact same diagram shifted by 4 frets
and then we arrive here
13th fret, G string
16th fret, G string
15th fret, B string, 13th fret, E string
16th fret E string, and 17th fret, E string
and the lick is done
rhythmically it sounds like that
if I do with the metronome so you can hear it better
I'll put it on 75bpm
if you have an E7 like this
Am
you can do this lick
I will do it more slowly
at 60bpm
so that's a tresillo
based on the diminished chord
and once you've mastered it
we are on a diminished F
but it would work on a diminished D
a diminished B
or a diminished Ab or a G#
to understand that you can take a look on the article on diminished chords
in this case
it's on a diminished F, so it'd work on a E7
but you could transpose this lick on a D7
by starting on this Eb
and you can reuse this pattern
to do it differently
I start here
I play a diminished arpeggio
it's always the same pattern shifting by 4 frets
3rd fret, D string
6th fret D string
4th fret G string
3rd fret, B string
6th fret, B string
that's a small lick that you can use in many contexts on diminished chords
you just have to understand the rhythmic pattern and the fingering
and then you can move it around
it's a lick that you can do at different spots on the neck
in different keys
work on it however you want, and try to find how you can adapt it to the way you play
and try to use it in improvisation
