Fort Minor - Remember The Name (Afterfab Remix) [Lyrics Video] - Duration: 4:12.Yeah, for those of you that wanna know what we're all about
It's like this y'all (c'mon)
He doesn't need his name up in lights
He just wants to be heard whether it's the beat or the mic
He feels so unlike everybody else, alone
In spite of the fact that some people still think that they know him
But fuck 'em, he knows the code, it's not about the salary
It's about reality and making some noise
Making a story, making sure his clique stays up
That means when he puts it down, Tak's pickin' it up
Who the hell is he anyway, he never really talks much
Never concerned with status but still leavin' them star struck
Humbled through opportunities given despite the fact
That many misjudge him because he makes a livin' from writing raps
Put it together himself, now the picture connects
Never asking for someone's help, or to get some respect
He's only focused on what he wrote; his will is beyond reach
And now it all unfolds, the skill of an artist
This is ten percent luck
Twenty percent skill
Fifteen percent concentrated power of will
Five percent pleasure
Fifty percent pain
And a hundred percent reason to remember the name
This is twenty percent skill, eighty percent beer
Be a hundred percent clear 'cause Ryu is ill
Who would've thought that he'd be the one to set the west in flames
Then heard him wreckin' with The Crystal Method, Name Of The Game
Came back, dropped Megadef, took 'em to church
I like bleach, man, Ryu had the stupidest verse
This dude is the truth, now everybody be givin' him guest spots
His stock's through the roof; I heard he fuckin' with S-Dot
They call him Ryu he's sick, and he's spittin' fire and Mike
Got him out the dryer he's hot, found him in Fort Minor with Tak
What a fuckin' nihilist porcupine; he's a prick; he's a cock
The type women want to be with and rappers hope he get shot
Eight years in the makin' patiently waitin' to blow
Now the record with Shinoda's takin' over the globe
He's got a partner in crime; his shit is equally dope
You won't believe the kind of shit that comes out of this kid's throat
This is ten percent luck
Twenty percent skill

Tesla stock recovers a bit as company pushes to hit Model 3 target - Duration: 4:19.SAN FRANCISCO — Tesla shares rose on Thursday ahead of the expected release next week of
the company's quarterly auto production data, while a senior executive urged workers at
the automaker to hit a weekly production target of 2,500 Model 3 sedans by the end of March.
Quickly ramping up Model 3 production is crucial for the Silicon Valley electric vehicle maker.
The company's profitability depends on delivering the new sedans to customers on a waiting list
that Tesla has said now numbers about 500,000 advance reservation holders.
Tesla shares recovered to $266.13, up 3 percent, Thursday after a sell-off prompted by a Moody's
debt downgrade and news that safety regulators are investigating a Model X-involved fatality.
That's down from $304 a share on Tuesday.
A downgrade of the company by ratings agency Moody's, together with a fatality involving
a Model X that is currently being investigated by safety regulators, sent shares down 12
percent for the week, even after Thursday's rebound.
That made it Tesla's worst week in nine months.
The markets will be closed today for Good Friday.
In an email to employees viewed by Reuters and first reported by Bloomberg News, Tesla
Senior Vice President of Engineering Doug Fields wrote that production of Tesla vehicles
is "well into the 200's on every single line."
Field gave reasons why Tesla needs to get to 2,500 vehicles a week, including: "There
are an incredible number of people who 'short' Tesla stock, which means they profit when
we fail.
And lately the story is the same: 'Tesla can't do high-volume production'.
I find that personally insulting, and you should too.
Let's make them regret ever betting against us."
Tesla must "quickly break through the 300 cars/day barrier, and keep going," the email
continued.
Tesla did not immediately comment on the email.
Doubts that Tesla could meet its production targets and concerns about cash reserves were
behind Moody's downgrade of Tesla last week.
The ratings agency cited the likelihood of a new capital raise, which it estimated at
over $2 billion, in part to cover approximately $1.2 billion in convertible bonds coming due
by March 2019.Tesla shares are still above the $255.73 level, the price when Tesla last
announced a capital raise in March last year to raise $1.15 billion.
Moody's and other analysts have predicted Tesla will soon have to sell more shares to
replenish cash reserves and pay for expansion of Model 3 production and new vehicles such
as the Tesla Semi electric commercial truck and a compact sport utility vehicle.
As of Dec. 31, Tesla had $3.4 billion in cash and securities.
Moody's estimated approximately $500 million in cash was needed for normal operations and
forecast cash burn this year of about $2 billion.
Beyond the $2 billion that Moody's predicted Tesla would seek in the near-term, it said
the company would likely need to raise additional capital during the second half of 2019.
Chief Executive Elon Musk has promised to build 10,000 Model 3s per week by some point
in 2018 after meeting a 5,000-per week target by the end of the second quarter.
Tesla built only 2,425 Model 3s in its fourth quarter.
Barclays analyst Brian Johnson warned in a note to investors on Thursday that Tesla could
engage in a Model 3 "burst rate" of production that could send shares up, but would not be
sustainable.

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO LOOK LIKE - Duration: 2:04.There's something I've realized : it is that we are never good enough.
Well; not exactly : people make us BELIEVE we are not good enough.
It seems like no matter what you do, it is never going to be enough.
And you, what do you do in life ?
I'm a student !
Oh, nice ! And, do you work on the side or... ?
Hm no you know my studies take me a lot of time already and I also have some personal projects.. !
Ohhh... I see ! ...
So then, you put a HELLA pressure on yourself to try to reach this "ideal" people want you to reach, but even this, people will find a way to blame you for it !
Ok so I am leaving, I have a class at noon, then I have a Crossfit class & then I'll do some extra hours at work. Bye !
Seriously don't you think Louise is exaggerating ??
But if it is the other way around, you can be sure that someone will tell you :
Seriously... How LAZY is Louise !!!
Anyway. it seriously looks like you have to tick certain boxes, like :
Determined but not too much : ok... Nice but not too much : ok... Funny but not too much : guess we need to work on that one !!
OH and not to mention physical expectations !!
- Louise why are you dress like a whore ?? - Hm because I like this outfit... ? - You CANNOT go out dressed like this !
- Omg but Louise what is happening to you ? Are you sick ?? - Hm no I'm just not wearing any make up I am just going to buy a sandwich - You CANNOT go out dressed like this !
So in the end, you just want to say fuck & leave in a castle and eat nuggets for the rest of your life.
Beware, it is to eat in modera...
SHUT UP
So you're left with 3 options :
The first one : NOT GIVE A F*CK about what people think
The second one : Do what you love because no matter what, someone is not going to like it
And the last one...
NOT GIVE A F*CK ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE THINK :)

KFC: Building Brand Love From The Inside Out - Duration: 9:42.Let's now look halfway around
the world to KFC Australia.
And I would like to welcome,
John D'Souza, People Capability Director at KFC.
John plays a key role in driving
brand purpose and engagement across KFC,
including connecting over 35,000
of KFC's team members across all of Australia.
So welcome, John.
Welcome.
>> Thank you.
So before I talk about engagement,
I want to share with you a little bit about
KFC Australia's goal and who we are.
Now our goal is to be a brand loved by all,
and that is our external customers but
also our 35,000 team members.
Who we are? We're always original.
Just like the colonel was.
He was real, he was authentic,
he did things the right
way even if that meant the hard way.
Now always original means many things to
our 35,000 team members,
which is actually what makes it so unique.
But there are two principles that are consistent in
every one of our 640 restaurants.
Our customer promise,
irresistible taste and memorable experience.
Now that's the experience,
the always original experience we give our customers.
Internally, our people promise,
be your best self,
make a difference and have fun.
That's the always original experience
we give our team members.
So today what I want to do is
talk to you about how we achieve
that brand love through the inside out,
through building engagement and
living our people promise.
Now research shows that consumers don't
necessarily trust what big brands have to say.
They want real stories,
real experiences from people inside the organization.
So in order for us to achieve
that goal of being a brand loved by all,
we needed to start from the inside out.
So a little bit about KFC Australia.
35,000 team members average age 17 years old.
A team member would generally start working
at KFC at the age of 15.
One in 700 Australians work at KFC.
One in 45 of our youth work at KFC.
So you can see that's an amazing opportunity for
us to build that brand love internally first.
Now, it is important for us to really
understand what engagement meant.
So, we partnered with a company called We Are Unity,
and We Are Unity went into our restaurants to understand
what it was that people really
loved about working at KFC.
What did engagement look like?
And two key things came out.
They wanted a voice,
and they wanted to feel connected,
regardless of whether you work in
Sydney or whether you work in Perth,
they felt part of one KFC family.
So it's because of this,
we identified Yammer as a tool to help us achieve that.
By using Yammer, it allowed us to not only
connect our teams all across Australia,
but it helped them give us the voice that they wanted.
Okay. So let's talk about our recipe for success.
Community management, someone to
drive momentum and engagement.
Brand content, not just brand
content from your head office,
but we go to our team members to
create their own brand content.
Having trust in your employees
and giving them a voice was critical.
Buy-in from leadership,
team member to team member engagement.
Why have someone in head office
to create engaging content?
Allow your team members to engage with each other.
And, guys, most importantly, have some fun.
So community manager, now look,
we didn't think this was critical to the success of
Yammer but given our younger demographic,
we did feel that it played
a huge part in our own success.
We did think about having an agency help us
moderate Yammer but from a team member's perspective,
it kept the ideas fresh and relative.
So this is Emily. Emily is in a role,
it's a 12 months of Carment role.
Emily gets the benefit of
getting experience in head office,
and we get the benefit of having the right tone of voice,
which is just fantastic for our younger demographic.
Some examples of some of the things that go on Yammer,
at KFC, we have a huge recognition culture.
Now the impact of
P2P recognition in real time is just amazing.
An example here of an external initiative where
we slightly tweaked internally first.
So, we're big sponsors of the cricket in Australia,
and our fans in Australia liked to
call themselves the Buckethead Army.
So we all put buckets on our heads and go to the cricket.
And this is an example where we slightly tweaked
an initiative before going
external and we go to our team members,
we tweaked it and we got them to do
a few different challenges
as we launched the cricket season.
Something so simple yet so effective.
Walking the talk.
This is our CEO Nikki Lawson.
Nikki is in the top 10 active users on Yammer.
Now picture this, if you're a team member,
you have your CEO walk into
your restaurant not only do they recognize
you but then share it with 25,000 of your peers.
Having a voice, here's a picture of Rob Phipps, our CPO,
who goes online and gives
the opportunity to our team members to ask in real time,
real questions and get authentic responses.
So some examples of bringing
our people promise to life to
ensure that they are not
just words on a wall. So be your best self.
We want people to be their best selves
inside and outside of KFC.
So we launched a wellness initiative
and here's an example of where
team members are encouraging each
other to bring wellness front of mind,
even outside of work.
Make a difference, make a difference in
your restaurants but also within the community.
An example here of a team member
encouraging others in their team
and other restaurants to get
behind such a worthwhile cause
and that is to end world hunger.
And, of course, there is the fun piece.
So it becomes infectious
to the rest of the brand as you can see from this post,
people get out there,
enjoy themselves and enjoy what they do.
Now linking our engagement
to business outcomes is just as important.
So we have two examples.
Now think about it from safety.
How do you portray
a very serious message but in a fun way?
So here's a quick example.
So we launched a safety campaign three months ago.
And the idea of that safety campaign was to bring
safety front of mind for our team members
but it was also to make sure that
our managers were reporting to mitigate risk.
We had to find fun,
engaging ways and here's one video of how we did that.
Now, I can share with you today that
out of just using simple examples like this,
our safety reporting was increased
by 28 percent in three months.
So clearly it's front of mind.
The next example, Friendly Friday,
an initiative where we gave
our team members free license to go
out there and really engage with their customers.
They got dressed up,
they dressed as superheroes
and I can tell you not only did
customer satisfaction get up on
a Friday but all week round.
So what next now?
Analytics. We've partnered with SWOOP analytics.
We're really trying to understand the data
behind what is engaging our teams.
So lastly key takeouts have a clear purpose.
For us engagement, engagement, engagement.
That's what we use Yammer for.
We have other channels that we can send out process.
Trust your employees.
We've only ever had to take
0.3 percent of posts down, trust them.
Leadership buy-in. Develop brand
content within people lens.
Don't just replicate it.
Ensure you've got a people lens on it.
Dedicated community manager and guys most
importantly have some fun along the way. Thank you.

Solving the Mystery of Darwin's Lifelong Illness - Duration: 5:38.[ INTRO ]
Charles Darwin's five-year tour of the Southern hemisphere on the HMS Beagle let him see the
natural world in a new light, helping him develop his theory of evolution by natural
selection.
But it didn't provide any insights into a much more personal mystery: what made him
so ill.
Darwin spent his entire life searching for relief from an endless litany of recurring
symptoms.
And while his condition improved at least somewhat towards the end of his life, he never
figured out what made him so sick so often.
That puzzle has fascinated scientists and doctors in the decades since.
They've combed over the symptoms and have come up with more than 40 different diagnoses.
And while there's still no consensus, there are a couple plausible answers, including
several that suggest he got an unfortunate genetic hand dealt to him by his mother.
Darwin kept extensive health journals, applying the same meticulous note-taking he used in
science to his own health.
The detailed documentation of his symptoms has made diagnosing his condition a common
challenge in the medical community.
But Darwin suffered from such a wide range of problems that it seems almost impossible
to pinpoint a single, root cause.
For example, he was said to have a "weak stomach" because he was so quick to puke.
And he had bouts of fatigue that went way beyond exhaustion—he'd spend days "most
terribly knocked up," as he phrased it.
But at various times in his life, he also experienced headaches, severe skin conditions,
chest pains, trembling and numbness in his hands, dizziness, shivering, visual disturbances,
backaches, psychological symptoms, and more.
One of the earliest guesses was that his famous voyage was to blame, as he may have contracted
Chagas disease—a parasitic infection spread by bug bite.
But the idea has been strongly rebutted because no one else on the HMS Beagle got it, and
Darwin didn't show the classic physical signs of disease, like an enlarged esophagus or
colon, in any of the doctor examinations he received throughout his life.
Also, Darwin experienced some of his symptoms before he set sail.
Other doctors have proposed that his troubles were psychosomatic: physical symptoms arising
from mental illness.
He did have anxiety and depression, and some of his episodes coincided with periods of
stress.
But many didn't, and most experts say mental illness alone can't explain all of his symptoms,
especially given the severity and sheer number of problems he had.
One diagnosis that fits pretty well is a poorly understood condition called CVS, which stands
for a medical condition called , not the pharmacy chain.
This is exactly as unpleasant as it sounds: sufferers experience periodically recurring
bouts of severe nausea and vomiting, which is definitely something "weak stomached"
Darwin was all too familiar with.
CVS patients have a higher than normal chance of anxiety disorders and depression, migraines,
and certain nervous system disorders that might explain Darwin's mysterious episodes
of numbness, partial paralysis, and distorted vision.
They also tend to have severe motion sickness, which describes Darwin's experience on the
Beagle to a tee.
It's hard to believe the poor guy spent a year and a half of that five year voyage
at sea.
Another point in CVS's favor is the fact that patients often seek out water during
an episode—either drinking it in excess or spending long periods of time in baths
or showers.
Doctors aren't sure why this helps, but more than half of patients report it eases
their symptoms.
And Darwin, too, seemed relieved by water: he noted improvement when treated with a popular
remedy at the time called the "water cure," which involved cold foot baths, scrubbing
with wet towels, and cold compresses.
The exact cause of cyclic vomiting syndrome is unknown, but it has been linked to abnormalities
in mitochondrial DNA—which would also explain why his doctors didn't diagnose it.
Mitochondria produce the universal fuel of cells.
That means mitochondrial diseases can affect almost any organ in your body and can cause
an enormous array of symptoms.
But the first mitochondrial disease wasn't identified until the 1950s, more than seven
decades after Darwin's death, so his doctors couldn't have suspected one might be to
blame.
And there are unique features to these diseases make them really hard to diagnose without
specific genetic tests.
You can't simply track them in families unless you know what you're looking for, for
example, because they don't obey the classical rules of inheritance.
That's because mitochondria only come from your biological mother—they're they're
passed down through eggs.
And they have their own genome which encodes for many of their essential parts, so abnormalities
in mitochondrial DNA can cause these cellular powerhouses to falter.
But each cell in your body can have hundreds to thousands of them, some of which might
be normal and some that could be abnormal.
Since it's possible to have different ratios of sick and healthy mitochondria in different
cells, the same disease can produce a wide range of symptoms in a single person.
They can even present differently in identical twins, let alone different people.
If Darwin's doctors had known about these conditions, they might have looked to see
if any of his family on his mother's side exhibited signs.
Interestingly enough, Darwin's mother and her brother both also suffered from illnesses
with long lists of symptoms.
And his mother's youngest sister died when she was only eight from an illness that strongly
resembles another mitochondrial disorder called MELAS syndrome, which stands for 'mitochondrial
encephalomyopathy, lactic acidosis, and stroke-like episodes.'
If mitochondrial diseases did run in the family on his mother's side, it would make sense
that Darwin could have inherited one.
And MELAS might fit the bill even better than CVS, because the stroke-like episodes in its
name would explain the periodic episodes of partial paralysis, memory loss, and difficulty
or inability to speak that Darwin began to experience in his 50s.
MELAS also causes a build-up of lactic acid in the bloodstream which can cause severe
abdominal pain, vomiting, and fatigue, all of which Darwin frequently experienced.
Of course, we may never really solve the mystery of Darwin's illness.
And it may be that more than one condition was to blame, which would mean doctors are
mistakenly shoehorning too many symptoms into one diagnosis.
The only way to know for sure if any of these hypotheses is right would be to exhume his
body for tests—which seems a bit extreme.
Thanks for watching this episode of SciShow, a Complexly production.

it, you might like the episodes on our sister channel, Crash Course, on evolution.

Fortified - Event List Designed for Fortnite Streamers - Duration: 11:29.Hey what's up everyone it's Derek from Nerd or Die and I'm proud to introduce you
to Fortified.
This event list design is the first of four parts that we'll be releasing for this pack
- and in this video I'll show you how to set everything up and also walk you through
all the options it includes.
This design is created with Fortnite streamers in mind, but can be adapted to work for almost
any other stream, which can be done by taking advantage of the custom fields we built into
this widget.
Let' get right into it.
The fortified event list will display your latest followers, tippers, subscribers, and
more.
It's design for use with Streamlabs and can support Twitch, YouTube Gaming, Mixer,
Facebook, and even Periscope.
While there are tons of options included, it's also created in a way that will allow
you to install and start using in seconds.
The set features custom designed badges for the different types of events, and a system
that lets you change the colors of badges background, badges themselves, and even the
texture that's seen behind the text.
You can change the color of the text and reposition it as needed.
You can even hide certain parts of the event list, if you'd prefer to.
On the left you'll see the default design, and then on the right you'll see a design
I made with a few changes to the custom options.
Anyways, let's get into how to install this pack, then we'll take a better look at each
option.
First, you'll want to download and extract the files from NerdOrDie.com - for this video,
I'll just put the event list folder on my desktop.
We'll see a few a few files in the main folder.
The first I want to point out is the Fortified setup guide.
You'll want to click this link to get you to our setup guide page.
This page details the process we'll cover in this video and also includes helpful images
about the widget.
Next, you'll find the Fortified Event List Setup for Streamlabs file.
To start
Double click the Fortified Event List Setup for Streamlabs link in your downloaded files.
If you need to log in to Streamlabs, do so.
If you'd like to keep this event list separate from other widget profiles you've made,
choose "Create Widget Theme" and name it something appropriate such as "Fortified".
The import link will only override your event list.
This means you can combine this event list with any other Widget Themes you've made
in Streamlabs.
So, if you don't want to override your current event list, then create a new widget theme.
Next, select "Use" for the profile you want to import into.
After a little bit, you should be brought into your new profile, with the event list
imported.
You may notice the preview area does not properly animate the event list - don't worry if
it doesn't, this is completely normal.
This area will only be used for looking at the design, and not the animations.
Let's add this into OBS Studio, we'll work on customizing it later.
Navigate to "Widget URL" and copy your unique URL.
Paste this URL as a "Browser Source" in your streaming software.
We recommend setting the size to at least 600 wide and 1000 tall.
This size may change depending on your customization options.
One thing I want to note is that we made this event list a lot bigger than we expect it
to be in most streams - this is so that if you do want it to be larger, the resolution
will be crisp and clear.
You may want it at its natural size, but we do expect most people to scale it down, especially
on your scenes with gameplay.
If you need to scale down, you can do so directly inside of OBS Studio.
If you're using the StreamLabs OBS, you may not need to complete this step if your
event list box is already added in - however, you'll probably need to edit the width and
height to fit.
You can hit the test buttons a few times to get an idea about the overall size of the
widget.
Once you've sized everything appropriately we can move onto the options.
As I said before, there are a lot of options.
Before we change any, I want to mention that we will sometimes need to refresh the page
or the event list widget inside of our streaming software, before all settings can take effect.
So, if things aren't working properly, just refresh the page or refresh the cache of your
browser source in order to get everything to display as intended.
In OBS Studio you can easily do this by clicking the "Refresh cache of current page" button
in your browser source properties.
Also, we're planning on included recommended style options on our website, to give you
some ideas on how to get different looks and styles for this event list.
Let's start with the default ones included in Streamlabs.
Options like Theme and Theme Color will have no effect on this widget.
Enable Events allows you to decide which events you want to display inside the widget.
Min Options let you set how many viewers for hosts, bits, or raiders for raids will trigger
an event.
Max Events let's you change how many events are displayed at once.
Background Color is only for preview purposes.
Text Color will change the color of the usernames Font allows you to pick the font family for
usernames in this package, the default is "Luckiest Guy".
Animation and Animation Speed will have no effect on this widget.
Fade Time will hide the entire widget after X seconds, 0 always displays the widget.
The Other Options will allow you to flip the widget.
Enabling Flip Y will make the events come from the bottom towards the top.
Enabling Flip X will make the events aligned to the right side.
Please DO NOT change the custom HTML/CSS options unless you know HTML/CSS/JS – we do not
support custom changes
So, I'll change a couple of the options around here and hit save settings.
You should see that the layout changes, but sometimes if we scroll up to the top and test
the events, they might not work.
To fix this, just refresh the cache inside of OBS Studio and run the tests again.
Now, I'll see my animations coming from the right side and the bottom area when I
test the events.
For the remainder of this video I'll disable Flip X and Y and hit save settings one more
time to get things back the way they were.
That covers the basic options, but let's take a deeper look at what else lies under
the hood of this event list.
Go ahead and click the "Custom Fields" tab to begin.
DO NOT click "reset code" or "remove overlays".
These options are in place for those that like to tinker around and make the designs
more to their liking.
First, we have
Badge Background Color - there's a solid color behind each badge, you can use the color
picker or enter in a specific color code here Badge Base Color will change the color of
all the badges - personally, I like to keep the colors more on the darker side, but it's
really up to you on what you think looks best here
Badge Scale lets you make the badges larger or smaller
Text Alignment is pretty straight forward and allows you to decide which side your text
will be aligned to.
Typically this is best to leave on centered, but if you decide to hide some of the elements,
it might look better to set this to right or left
Text Padding is the space between the text and the edges of the boards.
Again, this should be fine at its default here, but if you want a more minimal design,
you can decrease this option to get the text closer to the badges
Text shadow color lets you change the shadow color behind all the text.
A tip here, it's usually a good idea to have this be a contrasting color from your
main text colors.
So if your text is light, you'll want this to be dark and vice versa… however, sometimes
it can look good when you don't follow this rule of thumb
Fade Out Position is the number that you want your events to start fading out at.
So, let's say you have 5 total events shown, you can set this to 4, and then events number
4 and 5 will have a faded effect Fade Out Opacity is the opacity of the faded
out events.
From our example above, events 4 and 5 will be at 50% opacity
Event Spacing is the vertical margin between each event
Show tag allows you to hide the tag in your events, which is typically says "follow,
subscriber, etc."
Tag Font Color is the color of the tag, if it's not hidden of course
Tag Font Family can be used to select a separate font for the tag section
Tag Font Size lets you choose bigger or smaller text for the event tags
Name Offset and Tag Offset allow you to adjust the Y position of these text areas.
This allows you to put your tags above the username, or simply adjust them.
You'll find these options useful if you're changing the text size or font families
Show Badge Background, Board Texture, and Board Frame allows you to hide these respective
elements.
If you hide the board texture, a solid color will take its place
Solid Background Color is the color that will be in place of the board texture
Solid Background Opacity lets you change the opacity of this shape.
Let's say you don't want any shape or color behind your username and tag, then simply
set this to 0 to hide them completely
And yeah… that's just about it.
So, I'll wrap up a few of the tweaks to the design I want to make, and then hit save
changes.
After that, we just need to refresh the source in order for our animations to work properly.
Let's test a few out, and hopefully things are working well.
I do hope that you can see we put quite a lot of effort into this in hopes that you
can make it look and work the way you need it to.
With that said, there might be bugs here or there, so if you spot any, please let us know
via our contact form on our website.
We try to get back to you as soon as possible.
Please let me know in the comments below what you think about this product or if you have
any questions at all.
If the video helped you out, don't forget to leave a like
Also, if you're interested in more streaming and gaming related content, then don't forget
to subscribe with notifications on.
We have more additions to this Fortified design, which I think you don't want to miss.
Thanks so much for watching, and I'll see you next time.

If the Drug Doesn't Work, You Don't Pay: The Reality of Outcomes-Based Contracting - Duration: 3:29.What should the price of a medication be?
If your answer is "what the market will bear" then congratulations, you are qualified to
be CEO of a pharmaceutical company.
But it turns out that "what the market will bear" gets really expensive, particularly
when the people who need the medications are not, directly at least, the ones paying for
them.
The cost of drugs is a problem, with increases in prices drastically outpacing inflation.
And we have heard some talk from politicians on both sides of the aisle that something
needs to be done.
But don't worry folks.
Big Pharma has the solution.
It's called outcomes-based contracting.
The basic idea – pay for this drug, and if it doesn't work, you get your money back.
If you think this is a good deal, I have a bridge to sell you.
But don't take my word for it.
This study, appearing in the Annals of Internal Medicine, looks at the PCSK-9 inhibitor evolocumab.
This is a novel lipid-lowering agent that comes in at a whopping $14,500 per year – the
price the market will bear.
Clinical trials show that this drug does save lives, at a cost of around $324,000 per quality-adjusted
life year saved.
Most health economists "value" a life-year at $100,000, so one could argue this drug
costs more than 3-fold what it is worth.
But Amgen, the maker of evolocumab, has a deal for you.
If you have a heart attack or stroke within 5-years of starting the drug, you get your
money back.
Sound good?
It's not.
The Annals paper quantifies what you should feel in your gut.
Strokes and heart attacks are rare – only about 3% per year in the high-risk group that
would be receiving evolocumab.
That means that 97% of people are paying full price.
This drug, which is 3 times more expensive than it should be based on a value-model,
is now "price-reduced" to 97% of its original value.
According to the Annals study, even if Amgen offered to pay for all the inpatient costs
of the stroke or MI AND refund the money spent on the drug, the cost per life-year saved
would drop from $324,000 per year to $314,000 per year.
The main problem is their definition of the drug working for you.
They are assuming that, if you don't have a Stroke or MI, the drug worked.
This is a major fallacy.
Most people don't have a stroke or MI with or without this drug.
You know, what?
The Simpsons said it best: Don't buy this rock.
What baffles me here, is why would a payer ever accept this?
It's so obviously a bad deal.
Is it just a PR stunt?
Some researchers believe that outcomes-based contracting is not actually designed to ever
be implemented.
Rather, they are designed to change the law.
See, the pharmaceutical companies argue that outcomes-based contracting would be so great,
but they just can't do it because the law gets in the way.
What laws?
Well, the one forbidding them from marketing for off-label usages.
And the Medicaid best price rule.
And the anti-kickback statute.
If that's the game it's pretty clever.
Argue you need these consumer protections rolled back to offer a novel pricing model,
then no one takes you up on your novel pricing model (because it's useless) and enjoy your
new regulation-free world.

[KOR SUB] REACTION!! BTS V Focus Cams Mic Drop and Not Today - Duration: 13:10.Hello everybody, my name is Maggie, and I like to react to K-pop videos on the
Internet. I hope that you are having a good day.
Welcome to my channel, welcome back to my channel, whatever the case is. You Decide
Monday! Today we are taking a look at some V focus cams because it was, it was
the clear winner. All right! I have chosen to react to the
focus cams for Mic Drop and Not Today, because I just am feeling it. Um, my V
jacket is on. This thing is huge! I really like big jackets, and big bombers, and
stuff, but dang! I probably- yeah, it's big. My shoulders are there, and that's where
they're supposed to be in the jacket, but we're just going to roll with it. That's how
it's going to be. All right, if you are new here, I run a Twitter poll. Every single
Monday, you decide what I upload on my channel. My Twitter handle is
@ReactionaryMag. Please go vote in the Twitter polls so I know what you'd like
to see. Also I upload Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 3 p.m. Mountain Standard time.
I would love to have you if you're not subscribed, and also if you could give
this video a big like if you like it, I'll do some more fancams.
Al right. All right. Trying to do this without the first
aid kit today, but I do have Scotty the emotional support bear in case we need
him. I'm just going to put him on my lap because I'm feeling like we might.
Yeah. Okay. Let's start with Mic Drop. Mic Drop remix, V focus, oh dear. Oh god, oh my god.
it's already bad, it's already bad, it's already bad. I'm already in trouble. Already in trouble. Okay.
Nope, see? Why?
See, I've got such problems, because as Taehyung, he's adorable
and then as Tae, as V,mm-mm. The adorable is gone.
Sassy, sassy.
Oh my god.
Whoa. Whoa. Did- was that a, was that a moment?
Oh!
Whoa! When you can see the facial expressions, I, I kicked my camera. That's
where that went.
Oh no, no. I'm so, so soft for Jimin this week after seeing Burn
The Stage. Oh god, oh god, oh god, this is bad. This is a bad. And Jin, dark haired Jin.
We're in trouble.
This is trouble.
Oh my god, okay. Okay, okay, okay. We're fine, we're fine, we can do this. We're fine. No.
Stop, okay, maybe we can't do it. Oh no.
Okay. My hoodie mafia's here. Oh god, they're going to do the
hot sexy dance break thing at some point. Oh no. No.
I can't, I can't. Okay. Why did you guys make me watch this? Why?
I should quit You- okay, when your biases are like, hanging.
Whoa, whoa, whoa! What is this? Put your clothes on, put your clothes on. We can't
take it, None of us can take that. Oh.
Don't you take those clothes off again.
That takes me to a dark place.
Can we just talk about how amazing it is when they stay chilling and dancing on the
sides of the stage? I freaking love it.
Bounce in. Bounce in to your spot.
Oh.
Okay. Okay. Okay.
Mm-mm. Why?
Do you know anybody in real life that this- is this good-looking?
Cause I just, I, I don't. I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't.
Oh, RM in the shades. So cool. Whoa, didn't need anything out of J-Hope
right there, didn't need anything out of Jungkook, this is a bad, bad focus cam, you guys.
My focus is all over the place. Whoo. [headphone warning]
Oh, no, no, no, no. I can't. [headphones safe] Okay, okay,
okay, okay, okay. I haven't seen these up close like this. I haven't. Oh, no. Okay.
Oh no.
Oh my god, I'm done. I'm done. Oh, I'm so done, I'm so done. I'm beyond done. There was done.
I am across the street from done holding like, a sign that says, please dear God don't kill me.
Oh stop it.
No. No. No.
Okay, okay, okay.
Oh no. Oh no.
I think that dance break is coming up. Oh god, oh god, oh god,
oh god. What am I- no, no, it is, isn't it? Okay, okay, okay,
Oh, who took this fan cam? I want to either like, punch you, or give you a big kiss on the mouth.
It- the pain, the pain, the pain. Oh my god.
What, what, what? I will never be able to withstand this pain.
Whoa, I've never seen that out of JImin. That was really cool.
Suga, I love you so much. Oh my god.
That was rough. That was really rough.
Dah, okay. Okay, okay, okay. My back is already tense. I think I just pinched a nerve.
Um, it's fine. It's fine.
Yeah. What is it like to, you know, react to BTS videos sometimes? It's
like pouring salt in an open wound, but at the same time being so happy that you
can feel things, like feel feelings. Like- that is a horrible analogy. I, I don't
have words, it's a problem. We're just going to keep going. Okay, this is the Not Today
V focus cam. Oh man, you guys. I'm really, really in a place though, I am in a spot
after that Mic Drop focus cam. I, I just am already.
Let's go.
My hoodie mafia. God I love the hoodie mafia. They're backup dancers. Hmm.
They're so good, they're so dedicated. God bless them. Okay.
Oh. Oh. Oh!
The pants! Who chose the pants? Who chose the pants? I want, I want-- okay. Choices are good.
Why? Why? Why?
Okay. Okay. Oh, not okay, not okay. The body roll. Hmm-mm.
It's been a minute since I've had to like-- Oh, no!
No! No sir, no thank you. No. No, no, no, no, no. No thank you.
Oh!
I don't know what I'm going to do with myself. I'm done. I'm done, I'm done, I'm done, I'm done!
I'm so not, I, I, I'm not okay.
Oh no. Okay. Okay.
At first I was wondering if he was an angel or a demon. Mm-mm. This boy is straight up demon.
I, I can't even get right with church right now. This is church, and I'm in trouble.
Okay.
So horrible. Oh, this performance, stop! Okay.
All right, as long as we're dying together, man, because you are freaking
killing me. You are killing me slowly, and without mercy. This is not a mercy kill. I felt that though.
Oh God.
Okay, no. Not today. Not today. Not today.
Oh my god.
Oh no.
Okay.
It's as bad, as bad as I thought it was going to be. Okay.
It's all right. It's all right. Why did I do this without the ice? I needed the ice. I needed the ice.
Why are you perfect? I don't get it.
You guys, I'm being just absolutely run over with a freaking bulldozer called Taehyung.
He's, he's driving it too, and he's got that evil look.
Oh no.
I didn't realize that he and JIn locked- oh.
That didn't look good.
Okay well, something happened. Something happened.
I didn't like that. Anytime you see some kind of grimace like that, that uh,
that puts things into a little bit more perspective. I mean, because we're here, we do us, we fangirl, we fanboy,
we fan day, we do whatever it is, it's, it's fine, and I have no shame about it. And I'm just
gonna be me and do this, but when you see something like that grimace that he had
at the very end, it just really pulls you back into like, these are real
people who perform like that, on such a level that, I mean, the way that they tour,
and just after watching the second episode also of Burn The Stage, it
becomes really real, you know. So, yeah. I hope that everything was okay, I'm sure
it was, but. Whoa, you guys, that was, uh, that was, I haven't done a V reaction- this is
why I don't do V reactions every single week, because I can't take it.
I can't. I'm so sorry. My cat just kicked the camera. I think she's scared for me.
She- you know how animals can tell when you're, you know, having a moment? That's where
she's at. All right, if you like this video, if you like me, I have tons of different
content, so please go back and take a look at that. Like I said I upload Monday,
Wednesday, Friday, 3:00 p.m. Mountain Standard time. I would love to have you
subscribe and hang out with us. If you do subscribe, please hit that
notification bell, because YouTube does not notify people when I upload a lot of
the times, so please hit that bell also if you could give this a big like, like I
said in the beginning, I will try to find more focus cams. I will put myself
through the pulverizer torture that I just did, because it's what I do. It's how
I feel, and you're never going to get something false out of me, so there you go.
All right, yeah. I need to go back to my day and all of that, so I hope that you guys
have a great day. I- whatever you're doing, I hope this was super fun, and I will
talk to you in my next video. Bye.
