I'm sure you do. 我想你一定喜歡。
I'm a big fan of desserts I mean who doesn't right? 我超喜歡甜點。誰不喜歡，對不對?
So what I'm gonna do first 所以，首先
I'm gonna talk about some dessert names and 我要先教你們一些甜點的名字
how to pronounce them correctly 還有如何正確的發音。
so you don't embarrass yourself the next time 所以你才不會下次在餐廳點餐的時候
when you're ordering desserts at a restaurant 讓自己難堪
可麗餅

可麗露 (法國傳統點心)

瑪卡龍
瑪德蓮小蛋糕

Do you know what my all time favorite dessert is? 你知道我最喜歡的甜點是甚麼嗎?
瑪德蓮小蛋糕
I'm gonna teach you some common baking vocabulary. 我現在要教你一些常見的烘培單字。
What was that? 你說什麼?
You want me to show you how to make Madeline? 你要我教你怎麼做瑪德蓮小蛋糕?
Are you sure? 你確定?
mmm... I don't know if I have time 恩。。。我不知道我有沒有時間耶。
You know, I'll make an exception. 我這次就破例好了。
I'll make you guys Madeleines. 我就做瑪德蓮小蛋糕給你們。
How's that? 如何?
First, the ingredients. 首先，材料。
First, you're gonna preheat the oven. 首先，你要將烤箱預熱。
You're gonna beat the eggs and sugar until pale yellow. 然後你要把蛋跟糖打混在一起直到呈現淡黄色
Now, you're gonna add zest. 現在加水果皮。
Personally, I prefer orange zest. 我個人比較喜歡柳橙皮。
After that, you're gonna whisk together 接下來，你要將
the flour, baking powder and salt. 麵粉，泡打粉，鹽攪打在一起。
and combined them with egg mixture gently. 然後輕輕的將它與蛋液混和在一起。
and finally, you're going to add melted butter. 最後，加入融化奶油。
Now I'm gonna refrigerate the batter for about an hour. 現在我要把麵團放到冰箱裡冰大約一個小時。
I'm gonna lightly coat 我現在要塗一點
the nonstick madeleine pan with melted butter. 融化奶油在瑪德蓮的烤盤上。
After one hour, you're gonna take it out of the fridge. 一小時以後，把麵團從冰箱裡拿出來。
And now we're gonna put it in the preheated oven. 現在我們把它放進預熱的烤箱。
We're gonna bake it for about seven to eight minutes 大概烤個7到8分鐘。
or until it's slightly golden around the edges. 或烤到邊緣是金黃色。
Let's take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly. 現在我們把它從烤箱拿出來，讓它放涼一下。
You're gonna dust the Madeleines with powdered sugar. 最後你要撒一些糖粉在瑪德蓮上。
And voila! The most amazing dessert in the whole world! Ta-da，你看，世界上最棒的甜點就在你眼前!
