One could suspect that Saint Paul discriminates against women.
In the reading to the Ephesians that we have just heard it is said:
« Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ, » thereby not discriminating against men or women...
However, the Scripture adds « Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord.
For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church...
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her...
husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies.
Accordingly, on one hand, the Lord seeks submission – one has to understand the true sense of submission –
and on the other hand He asks the husband to give himself up completely to his wife
and to the good of the family.
In today's society, equality reflects a sort of leveling of all differences, man woman and woman man;
no matter what; I know that following my comments, I will be accused of all sorts of things;
how do you discriminate.... well, my dear friends, I know the North American society;
I have lived there for a long time and I go there every year;
I know families who wanted to eliminate this sort of hierarchy between men and women...
so women became men, dominating,
and men became women, crushed; the husband looks at his wife, sort of excusing himself for being a man,
thereby losing his personality, his virility, his authority...
in essence, this family has two children... they are Egyptians, living there for a long time...
an 11-year old girl and a 14-year old boy;
the boy has no personality.
Why? Because his 11-year old sister gives orders, she is the boss...
Roles have been reversed; our Egyptian society needs to correct certain things;
this dictatorship of men over women, be it husbands over their wives or elder brothers –
or rather younger brothers – over their older sisters is unacceptable.
Yes, I am for equality, even in a country like France that has all the rights legislated into laws...
36% of Frenchmen beat their wives. Oh yes, I have the statistics available.
This is mind-boggling; what about equality? Well, equality has been inversed, reversed
Dear friends, it is not about legislating equality and proclaiming grand principles;
if there is no mutual love, a mutual acceptance, a mutual submission – if I may use such words –
couples will not hit it off, nothing will work out and the children will be in disequilibrium
just like those I have just mentioned.
There are two poles in this world, the masculine and the feminine, the yin and the yang;
that is how it works, you cannot suppress it.
Our society is now trying to reinvent the world's polarity...our bipolarity, differently...
No, there will no longer be a positive and a negative pole, a yin and a yang, animus and anima,
There will be an egalitarian soup.
Look at what is happening in permissive societies; it is a catastrophe, a catastrophe!
In our oriental society we have yet another catastrophe because all is in reverse;
we need to correct things but let us not plunge into a no man's land,
like having a third sex, a sort of neutrality where everything is erased and suppressed;
there is an identity to be recognized;
a girl should be a girl and a woman a woman with her femininity, her charm, her attractiveness,
her seduction and her weakness...
However, her weakness is not truly a weakness because women are stronger than men;
I have a 400 page book in German that I have not yet published in French;
I know what I am talking about.
When the book became public, women told me that I had understood the issue more than they had.
Not bad! Thanks ... so I am speaking of a subject that I worked on for years;
So let us not reverse the roles, let us not all mix things up!
God created a world in equilibrium where males have their roles and females have theirs;
men have a role and women have theirs...
We need to respect the fundamentals in order to build a balanced society, a true one...
Let us resist the gender ideology, what we refer today to as gender...
to be modern, to appear open....
well NO...
Personally I intend to resist to the very end... risking my being called all sorts of things,
for the very simple reason that he or she who says the opposite has not known
or has not understood the true nature, not only of men and women but also of the world in its bipolarity.
Amen.
