Proměna Miloše Zemana: Prezident vypadá nejlíp za poslední rok! - Duration: 2:29.

Poslední roky se spekuluje o závažných zdravotních problémech českého prezidenta

On sám potvrdil jen cukrovku a bolest kloubů, ostatní choroby vehementně odmítá.

Prezident by mohl veškeré spekulace ohledně svého zdraví ukončit, pokud by ukázal svou zdravotní zprávu

Přibral a působil zdravým a reprezentativním dojmem

How Does Reverse Psychology Work? - Duration: 5:02.

[♪ INTRO]

Hey, you know all those chores that you probably have to do?

Dishes, laundry, vacuuming?

Yeah, they're not important.

You should probably just forget about them.

I don't know if you actually feel any more motivated now... but reverse psychology is the idea

that you can persuade someone to do something by telling them not to do it.

It might seem like something that only works in cartoons, like a big red button that says

"DO NOT PUSH."

But researchers have studied reverse psychology and it does seem to have an effect on real people in certain situations.

When scientists talk about reverse psychology, they focus on something called reactance.

You know that "you can't tell me what to do!" feeling?

That's reactance.

This idea was first proposed in 1966, in a paper on psychological reactance theory that

synthesized a lot of thoughts and research about this internal process.

The author suggested that when we're given instructions to do a particular thing, we feel our freedom of choice becoming restricted.

For example, on your own, you can choose to do whatever you want — watch a movie, go to the park, eat a corndog...

But when you're told to do something specific, your freedom to choose other things feels like it's more limited.

Psychologically, that can be uncomfortable.

And that discomfort can motivate you to fight back to regain that freedom of choice.

So you might disobey.

Like, "No Mom, I'm not going to clean my room.

I'm going to, probably sort my Magic: The Gathering cards!"

If we are talking about me back in a high school.

Even if you didn't even want to sort your Magic: The Gathering cards, more options lead to less discomfort.

Of course, reverse psychology isn't just a thing for rebellious kids.

The research is mixed on whether younger or older people might be more susceptible to stronger reactance,

and it's tricky to compare ages because of other life factors.

But psychologists do know that people of all ages experience reactance, and in lots of situations

— from taking advice from a friend, to listening to a public health message.

For example, when the US drinking age was legally raised to 21 in the 1980s,

psychologists noted behavioral changes between college students of different ages.

One survey looked at 3,375 college students during the academic year between 1987 and 1988.

And they found that 81% of the students who were younger than 21 drank, versus 75% of students who were 21 and over.

Underage students also reportedly drank more heavily.

24% were considered more likely to make risky decisions or to be heavy drinkers — basically, having a lot of drinks fairly often.

Only 15% of legal drinkers were in this category.

You wouldn't expect such a drastic difference without some cause.

And sure, there are a lot of factors that go into the decision to drink.

But the researchers suggest that this trend was partially because students were reacting to limited freedom,

to re-establish a sense that they could choose whether to drink or not.

Another survey looked at 2,142 students from 10 schools in 1990.

And they saw significant differences in alcohol use if people were 21 or not, but not other drug use.

The researchers say that further supports the idea of reactance, because the changing drinking age was a big deal to behavioral freedom.

The kicker is, reactance can cause people to go against lots of best interests.

Even ignoring medical treatment plans from doctors.

A 2014 study that looked at depressed patients found a strong link between high levels of

reactance and refusal to take medications.

119 psychiatric outpatients being treated for depression were asked to fill out a number

of questionnaires, assessing their psychological reactance, how in control they felt, self-efficacy,

and how well they were adhering to the medications they'd been prescribed.

And their responses showed a distinct negative correlation between reactance and medication adherence.

In other words, stronger reactance meant they followed their treatment plan less.

The authors of the study concluded that it might be helpful for mental health professionals

to find ways to communicate with patients that avoid creating high levels of reactance.

One strategy could be giving patients more tools to make decisions,

instead of explicitly telling them to do or think something.

For example, Motivational Enhancement Therapy emphasizes patients' freedom of choice.

And these kinds of therapies are often used to treat cases of drug abuse or alcoholism.

Rather than a therapist pushing a particular choice, like, "stop taking all those drugs, dude,"

the therapist and patient work through the pros and cons of each approach to the issue.

This way, the patient hopefully feels less limited, and reactance is less likely.

Ideally, they're more likely to carefully weigh all the strategies and choose to take steps towards recovery.

We've all heard about this, you have to make people think it was their idea.

Reactance is just one of many factors that affects how likely someone is to take advice

— it's not a surefire way to persuade anyone.

But if you're feeling lucky with a stubborn nephew, who knows, maybe a little reverse psychology will do the trick.

Thank you for watching this episode of Scishow Psych!

If you enjoyed this video, definitely don't leave a comment, and don't you dare,

don't you dare subscribe!

- [Scott] How does this fit in to the grand scheme

of New York style pizza?

- I don't think we fit in at all, we're outlaws.

People come in and people look at it

and they're like, what are they doing?

Fried chicken, waffles, cheeseburger pizza?

What are you doing?

When I say try it, they're like, holy shit.

And then from there it's just,

that's it, it's over for them, it's Krave It.

- [Vishee] That's it, it's over for them, it's Krave It.

Yeah, let's do the egg.

- I mean look,

I know, I know Mark,

is Mark. - Of course.

- And he's gonna think certain things about pizza.

To me this is absolutely a pizza.

- Nothing makes me more nervous more than

the old school traditionalist pizza guys

because those guys have been doing it forever

and I respect the hell out of them.

But now me as a newcomer, complete opposite

out of left field.

I feel like a lot of them might look at me

and be like what's going on?

What the f are you doing to pizza?

Are you sabotaging pizza?

- You obviously know Mark.

- Yeah, he's gonna be, why, what are we doing?

Then I feel like a lot of them will be like

you know what, this is good, it's a change, it's different,

you know it's 2018, everything is different now.

Maybe pizza needed this change,

not that pizza was boring,

'cause pizza could never be boring

but let's try to give pizza a little bit of a makeover.

You know, so, hopefully he's listening

and he can give some kind of love.

- Well honestly my definition of pizza is that,

it's a dough that has stuff baked on top of it

and I don't care if you add stuff

after it comes out of the oven.

I don't care if you add cheeseburgers.

I don't care if you add a used Honda afterwards,

like, it's a pizza.

It may be weird, it may look different

but the pizza that we're eating today is weird

to the people who were eating pizza 50 years ago.

- **

- And the pizza that we're eating right now

is gonna seem normal to the pizza

of a hundred years from now.

So, that's why I say,

no doubt in my mind, this is a pizza.

A weird pizza, and you are a weird man

but I love weird things.

We're definitely brothers in that sense.

- Just made my day.

- I don't think anybody can argue,

Mark can argue and he's like a stubborn guy.

- It's alright as long as I got your approval,

I can live with Mark, you know.

I know where he's coming from, he's old school.

It's good to hear from like pizza geniuses,

pizza guys, pizza connoisseurs.

- Thanks a lot man.

- Weird pizza.

(gentle music)

- Alright Mark, put down the phone.

Stop texting me, I'm here already.

Check this.

- What the-- - Cheese,

cheeseburger pizza.

- [Mark] Do you have a cutter for this thing.

- I got a small blade.

You have like one of those huge blades?

- I don't even know where to begin.

- You got like a mezzaluna, you know we could like,

(imitates splattering)

- No. - Nothing?

- Is that what that thing is called?

- Yeah.

- I'll do it.

- But go between the buns.

Don't interrupt the sanctity of the buns.

- I gotta get a pizza cutter.

- Okay, get a real one.

I'm gonna give it one cut, I think you're just a wimp.

- No, 'cause you're gonna mess it up.

Are you ready? - Yeah.

- What did you do?

- I cut a couple of them for you.

(suspenseful music)

How are you gonna attack this?

Are you gonna pick it up

and fold it? - I don't know.

We gotta get a plate for this.

- Here you don't have ketchup in your whole building do you?

- Are you kidding me?

- Look, this is what it is, it's a cheeseburger pizza.

You got a pizza crust, right?

There's cheese.

- What?

- There's sauce on here, that's sauce.

- Yeah. - Okay.

- You gonna tell me this is pizza?

- Look, I'm not telling you anything.

I've learned my lesson, I'm not telling you anything.

Just letting you do what you gotta do.

- [Scott] Wow, you got the bun in there too.

(intense music)

(Scott laughs)

- I was waiting to see your face

and it is worth every moment of waiting.

- My jaw hurts.

Yeah, you only took two bites.

- One bite.

- You're still working on bite number one?

- Uh-huh.

I'm done.

- [Scott] But, is this a pizza?

- This is a cheeseburger on, a bacon cheeseburger

with hard boiled eggs and french fries,

on pizza dough, not pizza.

- Okay, so this has pizza dough?

- [Mark] Yes.

- Okay, so that's one of your elements that you need.

- You just wanna argue for the sake of arguing.

- I'm just trying to make a point here.

What on this pizza is beyond the realm

of legality in pizza? - The buns.

- Okay, so what if we take off these buns,

I'm just saying for argument's sake.

Pizza or not a pizza?

- Not a pizza.

- What else that you see right now, violates pizza?

- Egg.

- If we like remove this egg,

pizza or not a pizza?

- The hamburger.

- That's illegal?

But what about if you take a meatball and slice it up?

- A meatball's a meatball, a hamburger's a hamburger.

French fries gotta go. - Okay.

- That's gotta go. - Okay.

- This gotta go. - Don't take the bacon off.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!

You're taking the bacon off?

- I just wanted to eat the bacon.

- But you say, pizza or not a pizza?

- It's pizza dough. - It's a white pizza.

- It's pizza dough.

- It sounds like you're saying to me, not a pizza.

- I'll let you know if it's pizza.

(dramatic music)

- Pizza or not pizza?

- I don't know anymore.

(both laughing)

I really don't.

(triumphant music)

- Does that taste like pizza to you?

- It doesn't taste like any pizza I've ever had before.

But, I feel like academically speaking,

it's pizza, you know what I mean?

- Let's, I want to test your pizza knowledge.

What do you call a white pile of potatoes?

- What do you call it?

The uh, what is it, not the Flammkuchen,

the other stuff, not the onion stuff.

Flammkuchen is the Alsatian in the pile.

- I opened a can of worms.

(upbeat music)

- [Scott] To me, this is a pizza, to Mark.

- I don't know.

I love bacon, I love cheeseburgers.

I even love this orange stuff.

What is that?

- But if you wanna know for yourself,

you gotta go eat it at Krave It.

Thanks for watching Thrillist.

Check us out next time.

Now I'm gonna go in for one more piece, just 'cause I like.

- You didn't even finish that one.

- Yeah I know because it got all messed up

and it started, detach everything.

I just wanna feel what you felt on that first bite.

I know and I wanna--

- You gotta get all this stuff in there.

- That's what I'm, is that what you did?

I don't know man, I'm not, I don't have a big mouth.

- [Announcer] Alright I'll take it from cock-a-doodle-dough.

- [Man] Yeah!

- [Announcer] Cock-a-doodle-dough.

💊 Natural & Clinically Proven Alternatives To Lipitor - Duration: 8:44.

Before I reveal clinically proven, natural alternatives to Lipitor, a cholesterol lowering

drug and why you MUST get off this or any statin drug, I'd like to share a true story.

Dr. Duane Graveline (M.D., M.P.H) is a physician, a flight surgeon and former astronaut.

One year NASA was doing a yearly physical on him.

He passed all the tests (physical, cognitive, etc.).

Yet, they noticed his cholesterol was in the "high" range and told him to take Lipitor

(atorvastatin) - a cholesterol lowering statin drug.

Six weeks later, he had severe memory problems, so bad that he had short term, global amnesia

(TGA).

Additionally, when NASA retested him, his cholesterol was lower and he passed that test

… yet he failed the cognitive test and he wasn't allowed to go to space.

Dr. Graveline decided to get off Lipitor, despite the fact other physicians, doctors

and pharmacists said it couldn't be Lipitor causing these problems.

A year later, when it was his next annual NASA physical, they again told him to take

Lipitor, but this time at half the dosage.

So, Dr. Graveline reluctantly followed their recommendation.

This second time, the results were even worse - amnesia PLUS "retrograde loss of memory"

going back to his high school years.

Yes, his memory loss was even more severe.

He again stopped taking Lipitor and wrote about this situation in a book called, "Lipitor

Thief of Memory" which was written in 2005.

Now, I share this story because my dad took Lipitor in 1998 and also had memory problems,

in addition to severe muscle pain and weakness.

Unfortunately, back then we had NO idea of all the negative side-effects of this and

similar statin cholesterol lowering drugs.

Which also includes liver damage, high blood pressure, arthritis, elevated blood sugar

levels, diabetes, hormonal imbalances, muscle loss and lowered sex drive and impotence,

to name a few.

Add to the fact that my dad's mom (my grandmother) had Alzheimer's, I didn't want to risk

it and got my dad off of Lipitor … against his doctor's orders.

Instead, I decided to research, natural, safe and healthy ingredients and alternatives for

having healthy cholesterol levels.

And that's what I'm going to reveal today.

Natural Alternatives

So let's get right to it, I'll make this quick.

First, your goal is NOT to have "low" cholesterol, you want HEALTHY cholesterol

levels.

Additionally and more importantly, you ALSO want optimal ratios of your HDL ("good"

cholesterol/lipoprotein) and LDL ("bad" cholesterol/lipoprotein).

Now, one of my favorite natural ingredients to help improve cholesterol levels is called,

Red Yeast Rice, which is a common food in Asia.

In fact, this is a natural statin.

However, the "secret" to using Red Yeast Rice is you only want to use it in small doses.

Plus, you must use the "extract" form, not the "root" or "powder" form which

is worthless.

And finally, you want to make sure that the "toxic" by-product, Citrinin is removed.

Any other form either won't work or you'll need such a high dose that you'll have statin

side-effects - obviously, no where near as bad as Lipitor.

Again, keep in mind that if you ONLY use Red Yeast Rice to improve your cholesterol levels,

you'll need to use a high dosage, which will eventually lead to some of the same,

statin side-effects.

Instead, you want to use a very small dose of Red Yeast Rice and then "stack" and

combine it with other proven ingredients.

This way, you get an additive and synergistic positive effects, at the lowest and safest

dosage possible.

THIS is the real secret to having healthy cholesterol levels, naturally - without drugs.

Other Cholesterol Optimizing Herbs Other clinically proven, natural herbal extracts

that promote healthy cholesterol levels and balanced lipid levels, which are:

Artichoke Leaf Extract (15% Chlorogenic Acid, 5% Cynarin)

Phytosterols Complex (40% extract from non-GMO pine tree extract)

Garlic (Extract 5% alliin) Policosanol (from Sugar Cane - Saccharum species)

When combined with the correct dosage and form of Red Yeast Rice, you'll have optimal

cholesterol levels and more importantly, balanced ratios of HDL/LDL… which is the most important

number for your cholesterol levels.

Improve Your Thyroid Here's something interesting, 30-50 years

ago, before doctors were handing out statin drugs like candy, the more efficient and effective

way of lowering your cholesterol was by optimizing your thyroid hormones.

Now, instead of taking thyroid drugs, I suggest taking

Guggulsterones (10% Pure Extract; E and Z) Iodine (Kelp Extract)

Cleanse Your Liver Did you know that 80% of the cholesterol in

your body is made by your liver, and NOT from the foods you eat?

This is why many times, the change in your diet doesn't make dramatic improvements

in cholesterol levels.

Thus, the stronger your liver, the easier your body will eliminate and detox "excess

cholesterol" from your blood.

The irony is that ALL drugs, especially statins, cause liver damage and thus, will eventually

increase your cholesterol levels and this is why you keep having to increase the dosage

of these drugs.

So make sure you try to eliminate anything that stresses your liver - this includes all

drugs, including alcohol and caffeine.

But, since this is almost impossible for most people, I suggest you take

Milk Thistle (80% Extract) NAC (N-Acetyl L-Cysteine) - which also boost

your immune system.

R+ Alpha Lipoic Acid (r+ ALA) - which also helps lower your blood sugar.

Reduce Homocysteine Levels All doctors are so focused on improving cholesterol

to help you avoid heart disease, a heart attack or stroke -- that they forget (or don't

KNOW!) about something super important and that's your Homocysteine Levels.

In fact, researchers now believe that testing homocysteine levels is over 47% more accurate

at predicting heart disease, than checking cholesterol.

This is why it's routinely tested in Europe, but almost never in the US.

The cool part is that you can easily and quickly improve Homocysteine levels by simply taking

a specific ratio of certain B-Vitamins

Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCL) Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin)

Folate (as 5-Methyl-tetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF)) Vitamin B5 [Pantesin® d-Pantethine (special

form of B5)] Reduce Inflammation

Finally, the REAL goal with all of this is to avoid a heart attack or stroke.

You don't want to die, right?

And one cause of many illnesses, including a cause of a heart attack or stroke is inflammation.

3 natural ingredients that work great at reducing inflammation, while ALSO improving your lipid

levels are

Turmeric (95% curcuminoids Extract) Ginger (10% extract)

Mixed Vit.

E - Tocotrienols (90% Delta &10% Gamma Tocotrienols)

Putting It All Together

Of course, taking all of these natural ingredients is a great idea, but obviously time-consuming,

not convenient and very expensive.

This is the exact problem I faced with my dad almost 20 years ago when I got him off

the Lipitor.

However, the good news for all of us is that there's already a clinically research proven

remedy that contains all of these ingredients in the correct dosage and form.

And the best part is that it'll cost you about $1 day - something very affordable,

with numerous heart-healthy benefits.

And you can get all the details by clicking the link below, in the description area.

It's what my own family uses.

So I highly suggest you get OFF of the toxic statin drugs, improve your health and take

natural alternatives.

So that's it for today.

#AQJTM 40: What's my morning routine? - Duration: 3:18.

(alarm beeping)

- Hey everybody, welcome to episode 40

of Answers to Questions.

The question this week was,

"John, what is your morning routine?"

We're gonna dive right in and unpack.

My alarm typically goes off about 6:32 a.m.

I know that's pretty specific,

why the two?

It's something weird I've been doing

ever since I was in sixth grade.

Alarm clocks end in two,

when I set things on the microwave they end in two.

Don't ask.

One key point here is I use an alarm clock,

I don't use a phone.

Get the phone out of the bedroom.

Why is that?

I highly recommend because when you

use your phone as an alarm clock,

what happens is you wake up and sometimes,

before you even roll out of bed,

you're already checking your email, social media,

and you have a flutter of all these things you need to do

instead of placing value on your morning routine

and setting your day the right way.

After waking up, all the typical things.

Shower, get dressed, I make my coffee, black.

I used to drink lattes and then coffee with cream and sugar,

now I'm just black, and then head out to the office.

Before I get to the office, I do my daily routine

of writing in my eight for the day notebook.

This is something I've been doing,

today I did it for the 1,586th time.

Yes, I track it.

What is it?

The eight for the day is the six professional tasks

that I need to get done today,

and two personal tasks.

Hopefully getting that work life balance,

personal and professional.

Eight things, with my philosophy being,

if I can't get eight things done in an eight-hour workday,

that doesn't even include after-work hours,

I'm probably not setting good priorities.

The value of this, whether you do it at night,

before you go to bed, or in the morning,

is start your day with your priorities.

Know what you want to get done,

know what you want to accomplish,

and nothing else happens before you do these things.

After I set my eight for the day,

on my walk into the office,

either from the parking lot or if

it's a nice day and I walk from my house,

I added this in 2018, I'm listening

to an audible, a book called The Daily Stoic.

The Daily Stoic is a great book, it's about Stoicism.

There's 365 chapters, one per day.

They're about a two to three-minute listen.

It's a perfect time, walk into the office,

sets my mind right, clears my head,

and it really helps, so check that out on Audible.

By that point, I'm at Lemonly,

and most of my day is scheduled and set.

That's my morning routine,

couple things I wish I could improve.

One, I'd like to wake up even earlier.

If you read a lot of bios and routines

of some of the most successful people,

they're early birds, they wake up 4:00, 5:00 a.m.

work out, and they have their day all planned and set.

Work out is that second one,

I usually do pretty good at working out,

but often after work,

sometimes slip one in over the lunch hour.

I think working out in the morning

would be most valuable 'cause then you get

that workout high, that runner's high,

those endorphins are flowing for the whole workday.

That's my morning routine,

question of the week is "what is your morning routine?"

I'm always testing it, I'm open to new ideas,

and I want to hear from you, thanks for watching.

Telling Time Song for Kids | Telling Time to 5 Minutes - Duration: 6:25.

I want to tell you all about my Saturday,

but before I do, listen! I've just gotta say:

Sixty minutes make up every hour on the clock,

and every number is five minutes....tick-tock!

In twelve groups of five, sixty minutes make an hour.

Now let me tell you of the day that almost went sour.

I was headed to the park; I decided to walk.

As I left, I looked up and saw the time on a clock.

The short hand was after nine, then one-two-three-four-five...

five groups of five meant it was nine twenty-five.

If you can skip count by five until "times twelve,"

there will be no time that you cannot tell.

When the hour hand's on a number and the minute hand's up,

we know it's "o'clock," whether breakfast or sup.

If the hour hand's right between two numbers, per se,

it's half past the hour, or six-thirty, that day.

With the long minute hand that represents the minutes gone by,

it's easy to tell time--and soon you'll see why.

Each number on the clock has five minutes in it.

If you skip-count by five, you'll tell the time lickety-split!

After an hour of playing, I took my sidewalk chalk...

thinking, "Wouldn't it be fun to draw the time on a clock?"

The hour hand was pointing just past eleven;

two groups of five was ten, so it was eleven ten.

I remembered I had to meet my friend, Lexi;

her house was far away, so I left in a hurry!

AM starts at midnight and goes 'til noon (and noon is 12 PM.)

PM starts at noon and goes 'til midnight's moon (and midnight's 12 AM.)

I got to Lexi's door and then rapped… "Knock! Knock!"

She answered the door and was pointing to the clock.

The hour hand just after twelve; the minute hand at the four;

four times five was twenty minutes; her foot tapped on the floor.

The time was twelve twenty, and she looked annoyed!

"You said you'd be coming no later than noon, boy."

When the hour hand's on a number and the minute hand's up,

we know it's "o'clock," whether breakfast or sup.

If the hour hand's right between two numbers, per se,

it's half past the hour, or ten-thirty, that day.

With the long minute hand that represents the minutes gone by,

it's easy to tell time--and soon you'll see why.

Each number on the clock has five minutes in it.

If you skip-count by five, you'll tell the time lickety-split!

We went to the movies, and I bought us two tickets.

The movie we went to see started right at six.

The hour hand was at six; the minute hand at the one.

She said, "It's six 'O' five, aren't we late?"

And I was like, "Um...!"

When we finally got our seats, she told me I was cute,

but I'd eaten beans for lunch and let out a loud toot.

Here's a tip: stretch out the hour hand.

Where on the clock does it land?

The last number it went by tells you the hour of time.

On the way home we walked by the fishing dock.

We looked up and saw that it was now eight o'clock.

The minute hand pointed up; the hour hand, at the eight.

She said, "My curfew's quarter after 8. Oh, great!" (That's eight fifteen!)

So we went off in a hurry; we ran, we bounded...

to get Lexi home fast so she wouldn't be grounded!

When the hour hand's on a number and the minute hand's up,

we know it's "o'clock," whether breakfast or sup.

If the hour hand's right between two numbers, per se,

it's half past the hour, or three-thirty, that day.

With the long minute hand that represents the minutes gone by,

it's easy to tell time--and soon you'll see why.

Each number on the clock has five minutes in it.

If you skip-count by five, you'll tell the time lickety-split!

Journalist posted a controversial tweet about David Luiz after Newcastle 1-2 Chelsea - Duration: 3:06.

David Luiz is enjoying his football at Chelsea once again. The Brazilian defender fell out of favour with Antonio Conte last season and ended up making 17 appearances across the whole campaign

Since Maurizio Sarri has arrived, however, Luiz has won his place back in the team

And he told Chelsea.com after victory against Newcastle that he enjoying playing football once again

"It's always great to play football, especially after I was out for six or seven months," he said, per Goal

"I'm enjoying it a lot, we have a great philosophy, a great manager and an amazing spirit in the team so it's great to be playing

"We are trying to get points at the beginning because as everybody knows it's a new system and a new philosophy so we are trying to do our best

"It's not easy to win points in the Premier League so if we can get them now, at the beginning of the season, when we are adapted to the style it's going to be even better for us

" Luiz may be Chelsea's first choice centre-back at the moment, but he still divides opinion

The Brazilian centre-back was not at his best against Newcastle, with some fans criticising him for his part in Joselu's equaliser

And after the game, Daily Telegraph journalist Matt Law couldn't help tweeting his opinion of Luiz

Gary Cahill has lost his place to Luiz, and Law expressed his view that he can't believe he's been frozen out in favour of the Brazilian

"I'd take Gary Cahill over David Luiz every single day of the week forever," he tweeted after the game

"I think it's insane how Cahill is being frozen out right now. He's a much, much better defender than Luiz

" That's quite a bold statement from Law - and it did not go down well at all with Chelsea fans

Sarri's play-style requires a ball playing centre-back, and it's clear Luiz is much better with the ball at his feet than Cahill

Despite Luiz's part in Joselu's goal, it's fair to say the vast majority of Chelsea fans did not agree
