Well, he's just a little learning-disabled.

Okay, we know our friend is dumb, but how do we know you didn't sneak back
into our house yesterday and leave us all these notes?
- Yeah. - Because I worked a double.
All right, here's my timesheet. Take a look.
- Yeah, let's see that timesheet. - (scoffs)
Okay, do me a favor.
On this sheet of paper, write the words, "You hairy fuck, I'm going to kill you."
No, actually write, "You fat hairy fuck, I'm going to kill you,"

How to Stay Strong After a Setback - Panel Discussion on Geeks R Sexy - Duration: 10:01.Welcome back to Geeks R Sexy! I'm Jason LeDuc from Evil Genius Leadership
Consultants. We've brought all three of our guests back to be on our panel. I
want to say hello to my friend Alex who's watching on Facebook live.
Thanks for watching Alex! Everybody wav to Alex and make him feel welcome.
It's great to have you here. But what I want to talk about in our
panel discussion today, and this came from our conversation. We had coffee the
other day. You had such a positive attitude we talked about how even very
tragic things in our lives, very, very difficult setbacks, successful people
find ways to find a positive attitude when everything in the world seems like
it's going wrong, when everything seems like it's against you, and that was very
much your story as well. Can you tell us a little bit about how you found the strength, how
you, how you went through what you went through with your son and came out the
other side with all the great work you're doing in the community?
Sure Jason. Well you know, I think that right after my son was killed I knew
that it was really important that I had a choice. Either I was going to fall and
drowned or I was going to somehow stay strong and you know and I made a
decision like a week after he was killed that somehow I had to turn my pain into
strength, and that's what I did and in order to do that
it's like when you get out of bed every morning. I know you know we have a choice
so before you get out of bed are you going to have a good day or you going to have a bad
day and it's like before you get out of bed, I just say okay so you're gonna get out of bed
you're going to have a good day and you're going to be strong today and and I think if
you can take something so horrific like what I went through and turn it into
something so amazing there's no better way to honor a loved one that has been
killed or someone close to you, a friend that has passed there's no better way to
honor that person is to do something so amazing and you know pay it forward and
that to me is a great way to do it but again it's all about choices and making
that choice every day and I just find that when you have so much pain you can
somehow make it into something so great. Yeah and I would never never wish that
on on anybody that kind of pain or that kind of challenge on anybody but that is
something we face in our businesses every day not to not to belittle what
you've just told us. I mean even even in little ways. But, you know, so Greg, what is
what is something you found? What is one the very first big challenges you faced
when you started your business and how did you dig deep and find the strength
to overcome it because sometimes you know sometimes we get a great idea to
start a business and we just go you know what too hard we see a lot of that out
there right? Three months, six months down the road, somebody's like I'm not doing that.
How did how do you have you found the strength to keep going? Yeah, well, and let
me back up just one step, because part of the reason I started my business is
because I moved to Vegas a few years ago for a job and after a couple years at
that company there were some restructuring. My job was eliminated and
that really was tough to deal with, but I kind of dug deep as Suni said and
that's okay and that's my fault, I didn't give everyone the Intel
briefing...And decided this was something that I wanted to try to take
the experience I had and the expertise I had and apply it in a
different way and it's you know it's exciting, it's
exhilarating, but it's challenging. I've always worked for companies where people
tell you what to do and now I have to go out and find business but that's the fun
part because when when you grow something on your own you really can
take pride in it but you do have to dig deep and resiliency is a word that
you hear a lot about I think there's a lot to that being able to bounce back
learn from adversity that you have and come out on the other side.
Absolutely, absolutely. So Chris what's a what's a challenge that you're facing in
your business either in the past a big one in the past or something that you're
facing right now because you're here you look like you've got it all together you
gave us even great information about taxes, you've got all the numbers, I know you
know them off the top of your head, but I'm sure you're facing challenges as
well. Yeah, maybe I'll take it a little bit of a different direction talk about
technical challenge my business sometimes faces. So I do things very differently
as I was kind of been explaining to to you. I do think I do everything in the
cloud. Everything I do is technological and in the digital age and when you do
taxes or accounting for that matter sometimes people just they want to see
their accountant they've been seeing once a year you know right around March
or April and hand in the stack of paper and wait for them to do the return then
come back see them again sign off on everything take it mail it
and be done with it and that's not how my business operates. My business is
very different than that. I think there's a better model that helps save people
time where I do everything in the cloud but the challenge with that that I find
is sometimes people are scared of technology. They don't understand the
encryption of having your data up in something like Dropbox, which is what I'll use
for my clients, is actually more secure than this paper you have right here
because somebody can just steal this. There's nothing important on this, this is a
bunch of scribbles I made so it doesn't really matter. But had it been
important, right, you know storing it in an encrypted method in the cloud is just
a lot safer way to do it, it's a lot easier for you you don't have to worry
about making appointments. So really the technical business challenge that I'll
face from time to time is getting people over that hump. So how do you get them
over that hump? Yeah so what I have a pretty good success rate with me and a
lot of it is just getting them comfortable with me, getting them
comfortable with with technology and explaining to them like I've been
explaining to you a little bit more about a great thing that I've been able
to do is I have a lot of great clients that are very supportive of my business
and they give me great reviews. So they talk a little bit about the technology
driven approach that I've been doing for years and how efficient it is for
them and how much they like it. so that's how I get them over that hump. Okay yeah and
you know, so one of things I found, one of these things I found when I started my business,
I had a hard time asking other people for help. Where is, Greg, where's something
where you had to go ask someone for help well it was you're in this business or
in your previous career, was there a time you had a really hard time going to ask
somebody for help. Yeah I have and I still do that everyday. I know
a you know a little bit about human resources and a little
bit about employment in labor law, but I don't know a lot about marketing, about
business development, about social media and so I reach out to other people who
are starting their own small businesses, other consultants who are out there,
because you you can always learn from other people. I'm a big believer in
asking for help, finding out other ways of doing things reaching out broadening
your network and and really learning something new every day. Awesome yeah it's it's so hard to ask for help it was a lesson I really had to
get over you know it came from the Air Force being in 20 years and after 20
years in the Air Force it was I'm the guy who has the answers I'm not the guy who
has to ask for help right and then it's a it's like starting to starting at zero
again and it's exciting and it's fun but it's also a little scary sometimes. now
Suni, I know you're always looking for donors you're, you have, nonprofits
always have big challenges whether it's just getting volunteers to show up or
getting those donations from those those corporate partners. I have no problem asking for help.
I know you don't! So who are whether it's us around this
table or people in our audience, who are some people you'd like to be connected
to or where you could use some help getting connected to certain certain
people or donors? Well we'd like to just reach out to companies that you know
they have a lot of companies like to have people to volunteer for certain
organizations and we would love to be promoted within companies. A lot of
people like to have nonprofit organizations attached to whoever they
are. We like to partner up. We partner up with Inspirada and a whole community.
So yeah, we're always looking for volunteers or someone they would
love to partner up with. But getting back to your one question about you know
being uncomfortable and and doing something new and getting under out of
your comfort zone is, you know, I started a chocolate business, which I know I
didn't tell you. It's okay, you don't need my permission. When I was listening
to you guys talk and you know I wanted to say anybody out there is listening
who wants to start up a small business you know and it's a it's your passion
and you're scared I always wanted to start up my own chocolate business but
it took my son to die for me to get the strength to do it and you know I want to
tell everybody out there go in and do it don't wait
something traumatic happens be uncomfortable and start that business
anyway and you'll see it'll usually be a success if you do it uncomfortable.
That's right, anything worth doing is going make you a little
uncomfortable. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
Thank you all for being here today. We're running to the end of our time, but Chris
tell us tell our audience one more time where they can find you how they can get
a hold of you if they're looking for some accounting or virtual CFO some help.
Yeah so you can find me online through my website which is www.cmdcpa.com Alright, Suni how can we reach the Foundation or you? www.douglasjgreenmemorialfoundation.org
We're also on Facebook or Suni Chabrow on Facebook. Reach out to me if they need any kind of care packages or donations I'm always around. And Greg how
can everybody find you? Easiest way is www.endunamo.com. All right well
again thank you all for being here. Alex thank you for watching it's great to

How to Make The Ultimate Garlic Bread | The Stay At Home Chef - Duration: 2:35.Today on The Stay At Home Chef I'm showing you how to make The Ultimate Garlic Bread
I've been making this garlic bread for more than 10 years now
and people are always telling me that I make the best garlic bread ever.
It's really good but I guess you'll just have to make it for yourself and find out if
it really is the best ever. To start you'll need a loaf of French bread. You
want to slice the bread in half lengthwise. You can actually use any kind
of bread you want for this but we do prefer French bread. Just fold it open
and set it aside. Next we'll make a cheesy herb filled garlic butter spread
to go on top of the bread. You'll need 1/2 cup of softened salted butter and
you want that to be a spreadable consistency. Then you'll add 2
tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of dried basil, 1 teaspoon of
dried oregano, 1/2 a cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, 4 whole cloves
of crushed or minced garlic then 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black
pepper and then use a fork to mash this all together. It takes just a minute or
two of mashing to get this all well mixed together. Then we're ready to
spread this on to our loaf so grab a butter knife
and start spreading it on into an even layer. You can see it's a nice thick
layer make sure you get all the way to the edges and ends of your loaf
I don't want there to be a single bite without buttery garlic goodness. Transfer
your bread to a baking sheet and then we're gonna toast this using the broil
setting in the oven. Broiling involves heat from above so you can see the flame
up there--this is going to toast our bread. Keep a close eye on it and let it
toast until the top of the bread is lightly browned. How long that takes will
depend on the broil setting on your oven and how close your bread is to that heat
source. Then you're ready to slice and eat. Thanks for watching! You can find
the full written recipe in the video description. Be sure to subscribe, like,
and follow and check out the rest of my videos where you can find hundreds of
restaurant quality recipes you can easily make at home. See you later!

Discover How the Kids' Club Rule Makes Spelling EASY - Duration: 1:57.The Kids' Club Rule explains when to use c or k at the beginning of a word,
as in keep, camp, and craft.
Each of these words starts with /k/, but how do you know whether to use c or k?
If a c is followed by an e, i, or y, it says /s/.
/s/
/s/
/s/
If the c is before any other letter, it says /k/.
/k/
/k/
/k/
/k/
Now I want to spell the word kid. I don't know whether to use the c or k, so I put in
a blank blue tile for the /k/ sound.
We always try the c first.
Does c work?
No.
Why not?
Because the c says /s/ when it's in front of the letter i.
What would this word say then?
/sid/
So now we know that we have to use the k to spell kid.
Let's try another word. I want to spell the word club.
Remember, we try the c first.
Does c work?
Yes!
Great! What does this word say?
Club.
Here's an easy way to remember whether to try c or k first.
C comes first in the alphabet and k comes second.
This is the same order in which you try the letters when building a word.
So that's the Kids' Club rule. This rule is reliable for tens of thousands of words.
Happy spelling!

Iran's Revolutionary Guards vow to avenge military parade attack that killed 25 - Duration: 6:31.Iran's Revolutionary Guards vow to avenge military parade attack that killed 25
Iran's Revolutionary Guards vow to avenge military parade attack that killed 25.
Iran's Revolutionary Guards vowed on Sunday to exact "deadly and unforgettable" vengeance for a shooting attack on a military parade that killed 25 people, including 12 of their comrades, and Tehran accused Gulf Arab states of backing the gunmen.
Saturday's assault, one of the worst ever against the elite force of the Islamic Republic, struck a blow at its security establishment at a time when the US and its Gulf allies are working to isolate Tehran.
"Considering (the Guards') full knowledge about the centres of deployment of the criminal terrorists' leaders ., they will face a deadly and unforgettable vengeance in the near future," the Guards said in a statement carried by state media.
Four assailants fired on a viewing stand in the southwestern city of Ahvaz where Iranian officials had gathered to watch an annual event marking the start of the Islamic Republic's 1980-88 war with Iraq.
Soldiers crawled about as gunfire crackled.
Women and children fled for their lives.
Ahvaz National Resistance, an Iranian ethnic Arab opposition movement which seeks a separate state in oil-rich Khuzestan province, claimed responsibility for the attack.
Islamic State militants also claimed responsibility.
Neither claim provided evidence.
All four attackers were killed.
There has been a blizzard of furious statements from top Iranian officials, including President Hassan Rouhani, blaming the US and Gulf kingdoms for the bloodshed and threatening a tough response.
"Look in the mirror" Nikki Haley, US ambassador to the UN rejected the accusations.
She told CNN: "He (Rouhani) needs to look at his own base to figure out where that's coming from.
He can blame us all he wants.
The thing he's got to do is look in the mirror." Senior commanders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) have said the Ahvaz attack was carried out by militants trained by Gulf states and Israel and backed by America.
But it is unlikely the IRGC will strike any of these foes directly.
The Guards could put on a show of strength by firing missiles at opposition groups operating in Iraq or Syria that may be linked to the militants who staged the attack.
They are also likely to enforce a tight security policy in Khuzestan province, arresting any perceived domestic opponents including civil rights activists.
Three Arab activists told Reuters that security forces, especially the intelligence branch of the Revolutionary Guards, had detained more activists in Ahvaz.
"There are many checkpoints on the streets of Ahvaz, and the security forces are searching cars," said Hossein Bouazar, a member of Ahwazi Centre for Human Rights.
"Many people are scared." Reuters could not immediately verify this account.
Rouhani engineered Iran's 2015 nuclear deal with world powers that ushered in a cautious detente with Washington before tensions flared anew with President Donald Trump's decision in May to pull out of the accord and reimpose sanctions on Tehran.
The attack on the military parade is likely to give security hardliners like the Guards more political ammunition because they did not endorse the pragmatist Rouhani's pursuit of the nuclear deal with the West, analysts say.
In New York, Trump's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani said on Saturday that US sanctions were inflicting economic pain on Iran that could lead to a "successful revolution".
The Trump administration has said that changing Iran's system of government is not US policy.
Regional struggle Shi'ite Iran is at odds with Western-allied Sunni Muslim Saudi Arabia for predominance in the Middle East.
