Youtube daily report Sep 24 2018

hey guys so in this video I'm gonna be breaking down what the optimal training

frequency is for muscle groups in order to get the best results build the most

muscle and get the best body possible so overview which looked at multiple

studies looking at training frequency found that training your muscles whether

they're your biceps your quads any muscle group twice per week is superior

than training at once per week even if the total amount of volume is matched

other research has shown that for beginners specifically training your

muscle groups three times per week is actually the better option so we can say

that for beginners training muscle groups three times per week and then for

intermediates and more advanced people training muscle groups twice per week is

going to be far better than the classic bro split which is training muscle

groups once per week many routines and many guys out there train their muscles

one day per week they have chest a leg day and they have a five day split where

they're training five our separate groups of muscles and they only end up

training each muscle group once per week we know this to works because the main

factor which is going to determine whether you're making progress is going

to be progressive overload you can get stronger training once per week clearly

you can squat more week to week even if you're only scoring once per week

however this doesn't mean as optimal and training your muscle groups more

frequently may be better a reason for this is because you can simply get more

work done at a higher effort each time one example which is gonna be really

good for hitting your muscle groups twice per week is going to be an upper

body day a lower body day and you can train in the strength range for this and

then again on the same week you can do an upper body day and a lower body day

and train at a higher rep range this way you're getting a lot of volume in your

training your muscles twice per week and you're also training for different types

of muscle groups you're gonna be training for strength when you're doing

the lower reps and and higher weight and you're also going to be training more

for hypertrophy and volume as you do higher reps overall how many times per

week you should be training in general or how often you should be training each

muscle group is going to be subjective to how your own body responds different

factors like your age and your metics and your diet are all going to be

important to determine how well you recover from workouts there are going to

be some people that can simply train more frequently recover and make

progress however for other people they're not going to be able to train as

much or as frequently and get the same results simply based on their personal

circumstances in their own body so you have to find a program that's going to

be consistent for you but generally for most guys out there after a bit of

training experience training on muscle groups twice per week is generally going

to be optimal the idea with developing a good training program is going to be

finding one that allows you to progressively overload on your lifts

over time consistently without falling off the wagon so it's not the best

program that's going to help you make the most progress in two weeks it's the

best program that you can stick to for at least several months not burn out

um and get consistent results in terms of your strength that's gonna be the

main determining factor as to whether a program is suitable for you that's it

for the video guys I'm interested to know and what kind of training program

you follow and how often you train your muscle groups and what seems to be

working best for you

MYSTERIOUS Real Life Encounters With FAIRIES! - Duration: 12:04.

Do YOU believe in fairies??

Despite being considered a creature of fantasy, there are many reported cases of fairy sightings

and those people definitely believed they were real!!

Here are 11 stories of encounters with fairies.

11.

The Tale Of Neal Colton This sighting takes place in Donegal, Ireland

in the year 1853.

There was a young boy named Neal Colton, who was minding his own business behind his house.

Along with him were his brother and a cousin.

The three were gathering berries together in the yard when suddenly, they heard music.

Music that wasn't coming from the house.

Curious, they went to go see where the music was coming from, and around some big rocks

they found a group of about eight small people dancing away.

While they were observing them, one of the "fairies" noticed the children, and rushed

at them!!

When this tiny fairy "woman" got in range, she lashed out at the cousin, and hit her

in the face.

Now scared, the three ran for the house, but as they did, Neal's cousin fell down, and

dropped dead.

Neal and his brother raced to his father, who heard their tale and called the local

Priest.

The Priest was able to "resurrect" the cousin, and claimed that if it had not been for the

boys, the cousin would've been "taken" by the fairies forever.

Now, the argument here isn't just whether they saw actual fairies or not, but also,

what caused the cousin to "fall dead".

And if she wasn't dead, what struck her to make her fall down and at least be perceived

as dead?

These fairy folk might make nice music, but better not mess with them!!

10.

The Fairy Fossil In the early 1900's, it seemed like everyone

in the UK was looking for proof that fairies existed.

Many people had stories and so scientists and naturalists went about trying to find

photographic or physical evidence of them.

Writer Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was amazed when he suddenly came across some photographs of

some young cousins Elsie Wright and Frances Griffiths.

Amazingly, they had been able to take pictures of the fairies!!

There were 5 pictures total and while many people assumed they were fake, one of the

girls said the photos were actually of her psyche since fairies can't appear on camera

because they are spirits.

Both girls strongly believed in the fairies but later admitted that 4 of the pictures

had been faked using cardboard cutouts.

However, Elsie who was 16 when the photos were taken said in her old age that the 5th

picture was actually real.

Conan Doyle continued his search for a live specimen, but to no avail!

As a joke, in 2013, an artist created a fairy fossil and dated it back to 2.6 million years

ago.

While some people say it used to belong to a museums collection, you can get one for

yourself on ebay.

9.

The Tale of David Evans and Evan Lewis In 1862, two men named David Evans and Evan

Lewis were heading home after a trip to Brecon, Wales.

As they were going down the road they decided to take a stop at a local farm in order to

get enough rest to finish their journey.

They were welcomed to the farm, and looked on as the farmers worked the fields.

As they did though, Evans happened to see a hill that was somewhat nearby, about 1200

feet away according to the story, and noticed that there were a string of people walking

up it.

He told Lewis, and the two began to watch what was going on.

As they did, the figures started to dance on the hill.

As these "people" all reached the top of this hill, they danced in a circular pattern, and

with each stride made it closer and closer to the center of the circle.

As they all finally reached the middle, they vanished from sight, despite being in clear

view of Lewis and Evans.

But just as suddenly, the "people" returned, and did their dance one more time before disappearing

into the ground again.

Completely flummoxed by what they saw, they told the story to an old man on the road that

they met later, and he noted that though he didn't know who the "dancing people" were...his

grandfather used to tell him that fairies liked to dance around the area.

No worries, just fairy folk dancing and doing their thing.

And now for number 8, but first if you are a returning subscriber, welcome back!

8.

The Tale Of William Martin and the Postman In 1887, a folklorist by the name of William

Martin was going on a vacation to the Isle of Man.

This can be found in the Irish Sea, and is close to both Ireland and Great Britain.

It's now famous for all of the banks located there!

Anyway, along the way, he met a mail-cart driver, and upon hearing that Martin was a

folklorist, decided to tell him about an unusual occurrence that had happened to him.

The postman was going about his route as usual, getting all the bags from the various areas

gathered into his horse and carriage so that they could be delivered.

And as he was getting close to returning to his base, only six miles away, he came across

a group of fairies.

Or so he claimed.

These particular fairies were dressed in red and they all carried lanterns.

They apparently had a thing for the mailbags.

So much so that they went into the mail-cart and threw the collected bags onto the ground,

then danced around them.

Notice a pattern here yet??

The postman had to ride hard and fight all night against these beings in red to get back

to his base, and the fairies kept messing with him and dancing around until morning

came and they suddenly disappeared.

In any case he arrived late, flustered, and never forgot the encounter.

Was it really fairies?

Who knows??

7.

Mrs. G. Herbert One day, a woman named Mrs. G. Herbert decided

to write a letter to the Transactions of the Devonshire Association magazine to share her

stories about encounters she had had with fairies.

When she was just 7-years-old, she saw a "little man" (not even two feet tall) under an overhanging

boulder in Dartmoor, England.

She described the fairy in great detail, or great detail for what she remembered when

she was seven, but then noted that the fairy saw her and then vanished without a trace.

She was going through the Dartmoor Moors like she had done a thousand times, and got lost.

This was very odd, as she had never gotten lost before and she seemed to have her mind

clouded.

Unable to make a choice on where to go she started thinking that fairies were involved.

Apparently if you think fairies are messing with you, you are supposed to turn your pockets

inside out, so she did!!

And it worked.

The moment she did, everything made sense again, and she was able to get out of the

moors.

Thank goodness because there's lots of strange stuff going on in those moors and its said

to be haunted by other creatures as well.

Like Hounds.

Was it fairies, or was she just distracted?

I can't imagine using that excuse now….oh I'm so sorry, the fairies clouded my judgement!!

Fairies are said to have magic, was this the case for her?

6.

The Latham Brothers In 1913, three brothers, named Silbie, Sid,

and Clyde Latham were doing work at their family home.

Suddenly, they heard their two dogs barking as if something was wrong.

They went to investigate what was going on, and when they did, they saw the dogs barking

at a little green man.

By their description, the "little green man" was 18 inches tall, and completely green from

head to toe, wearing a large, strange hat on his head, and its arms and body were unlike

anything they had ever seen before.

Before they could do or say anything to the little green man, the dogs attacked him and

started ripping him apart!!

The guard dogs don't mess around!!

The brothers weren't sure what to do so I guess they went back to work, ignoring the

whole violent situation, satisfied the dogs had taken care of whatever it was….who knows?

Not long after, the dogs came back, and they appeared to be very afraid.

They checked the spot where the little green man had been attacked multiple times to see

if he was still there.

But when they went to prove it to their parents, it was gone without a trace.

Who the heck was the little green man?

A fairy?

A leprechaun?

Who knows?

It sounds like the dogs just got really out of control...

5.

The Fairy Investigation Society of England Because of all of these fairy sightings in

the UK, in 1937, there was a group of people dedicated to the finding and investigating

of fairies.

And they were called...the Fairy Investigation Society of England.

In that same year, they received a letter from a woman claiming a fairy encounter.

According to her, she was staying in a big old house that had a garden that reached to

the nearby forest of Birdlip Beeches.

After washing her hair, she decided to take a walk around in order to let it dry.

And as she did, she felt something in her hair.

It turns out it was a tiny man, about 9-inches tall.

And apparently he was very ugly.

The little fairy man had a complexion similar to "dead leaves", and he was not happy with

the woman, yelling at her that "she had no right to be there".

The two struggled against the other, but when the man got free of her hair, he vanished.

Convenient story?

Someone pulling the leg of the society?

Or something more?

4.

The Tale of E.J.A.

Reynolds When E.J.A.

Reynolds was ten years old in 1948, he had an experience that he couldn't really explain

to those who didn't believe in fairies.

He was in Horsham, England on vacation, and went out one night to set some rabbit traps.

Then like any good hunter, waited to see what he would catch.

While waiting, a nearby blackberry bush rustled, and so he turned and looked, and a tiny man

came out.

He was about 18-inches tall and hairy!

The fairy, for lack of a better term, didn't notice the boy, so it went on its merry way.

After telling his parents about the tiny, hairy man, they laughed.

So he didn't tell anyone else.

But then, a little while later, he was on a bus headed back to his school and he saw

the little hairy man again in broad daylight.

This time, he was going through a garden.

Who are all these tiny people walking around??

3.

Mary Treadgold Mary Treadgold was an author who lived in

England and was going on a trip through Isle of Mull in April of 1973.

The road wasn't very wide, so the bus she was on pulled over to let a car by.

As it did, she looked across a peat bog and saw a man digging a hole.

There were two problems though.

Though the man had clearly been digging a hole, he wasn't moving.

As if he was trying to appear like a statue.

And again, she reports that he was only about 18 inches tall.

The man had a white shirt and overalls, a shovel, a sack on the ground next to him,

curly brown hair, and his body seemed to glow.

But he didn't move while she watched him.

The bus then started to move, which shook Mary from her staring contest, and when she

turned back to the spot, she couldn't see him again.

Did she really see a fairy?

And if not, what did she see?

2.

The Tale of J.F. and Friends In 2005, in Chicora, Pennsylvania, a man who

just goes by the name "J.F." was spending the night with some friends.

The house was next to some very thick woods, and the only light outside of the house was

a simple spotlight.

As the night drew on, the friends heard something odd coming from some nearby flower pots.

They watched the pots, when suddenly a creature emerged from it and got in view of the spotlights'

rays.

It was about a foot tall, and had female like features, outside of her wings, which she

unfolded and showed them in full light and glory.

They were a mixture of bat and butterfly wings, as they had qualities of both, and seemed

to actually glow in a pale green light.

After lingering for a bit, the creature darted away and headed for the woods.

When the friends asked each other what they had just seen, the answer was clear: A Fairy.

1.

The Tale of Cynthia Montefiore FATE Magazine is a bit of a curious one, as

they like to print stories that are supernatural or "odd" . So in 1997, they printed off a

story belonging to one Cynthia Montefiore, who had an encounter with fairies at her mother's

home in Somerset, England.

While helping her mother in the garden, they were standing on opposite sides of a rosebush.

Suddenly, her mother leaned around and signaled that they should remain quiet.

The mother then told Cynthia to look at a nearby rose bloom, and right next to it was

a 6-inch tall miniature woman with sparkly wings, silvery hair and a wand.

It was focused on the flower in front of it, and didn't notice Cynthia or her mother.

The two watched the fairy for several minutes, and then, it vanished without a trace.

Thanks for watching!

Josh Gordon Fantasy: Latest News Makes Patriots WR a Risky Play | Heavy.com - Duration: 6:15.

Josh Gordon Fantasy: Latest News Makes Patriots WR a Risky Play | Heavy.com

Evaluating Josh Gordon's Week 3 Fantasy Football value with the New England Patriots.

One of the most talented yet troubled wide receivers in the NFL has a new home, and it features two future Hall-of-Famers in Bill Belichick and Tom Brady running the show.

After the Cleveland Browns struck a deal to send Josh Gordon to the New England Patriots, it set the NFL world on fire.

The only people who could rival the excitement of Patriots fans, though, were fantasy football owners of Gordon.

Once the deal was finalized, fantasy players who had held Gordon after rumors surfaced the Browns were set to release were certainly more than relieved with the outcome.

But now comes the fun task of navigating fantasy football lineups ahead of Week 3 and trying to figure out if Gordon should be in your starting lineup.

It's an incredibly tough spot to gauge, especially when considering that the wide receiver arrived at team facilities around 4 pm EST on Tuesday, as Pro Football Talk revealed.

*NOTE: We've updated the start/sit with crucial info on Gordon below.

The Argument to Start Josh Gordon in First Game With Patriots.

The pure upside argument is probably the easiest one to make, but the type of playmaker Gordon is capable of being is widely known.

Beyond that, the Patriots wideouts will have somewhat of a tough matchup with the Detroit Lions in the Sunday Night Football matchup.

Through two games, Detroit has allowed just 16 receptions to opposing wide receivers for 249 yards and three touchdowns.

The total receptions are tied for the second-fewest in the NFL to this point, although the Lions faced the New York Jets and San Francisco 49ers over the first two weeks.

Neither team is loaded at receiver, nor do they have a player with the upside of Gordon.

To make matters worse for the Lions (and the decision tougher for fantasy owners) top cornerback Darius Slay suffered a concussion in Week 2 and may miss this game.

If that's the case, the Lions will have trouble slowing down not only Gordon, but the entire Patriots receiving corps.

Based on production from New England's receivers this season, two games which were tough matchups, it could point to the former Browns receiver seeing plenty of snaps when he's ready.

The only wideout to total 100-plus yards so far is Phillip Dorsett with 110 on 12 catches.

Chris Hogan is the next-closest, coming in with four catches for 53 yards and finding the end zone twice.

Brady needs a playmaker, and Gordon could be the answer.

The Argument for Fantasy Owners to Sit Him.

The case to sit Gordon doesn't feature as many factors as the one to start him, but this issue is probably the biggest of them all.

New England's newest offensive weapon needs to learn an entire offense in a very short period of time.

It's unknown how quickly Gordon can pick up the playbook, but if he's able to do that, he could be a busy man in Week 3.

Learning the offense is one of the biggest concerns and outweighs anything else due to the fact that if he's not fully prepared, the 27-year-old could watch the entire game from the sidelines.

Finally comes the topic of rapport with Brady.

I'm confident in the All-Pro quarterback's ability to get his new weapon ready for the game, but will the two have enough time to work together to really have an impact on Sunday?.

Updated Consensus.

This one truly comes down to your options, but personally, I'd recommend playing it safe.

If you held Gordon over the first two weeks of the season, you're going to get the opportunity to roll him out and reap the benefits.

Unfortunately, this isn't the ideal spot to do so, unless we hear news on expected snaps or where he's at in terms of learning the offense.

It's unlikely Belichick will give the media much of anything to work with, which leaves fantasy football owners in a tough spot.

If you have a better option or just a great one-week filler in an elite matchup, I recommend pivoting there.

But if Gordon is far and away your best option and you're willing to roll the dice and take a risk, it'd be hard to blame you for starting the Patriots receiver.

10 Fun Facts about The Lost World Jurassic Park - Duration: 6:28.

The Lost World: Jurassic Park opened in theaters on May 23rd, 1997,

nearly four years after the release of Jurassic Park.

Since many sequels often come out within two years of their previous entry it might seem strange

that The Lost World took twice as long to make, especially after the huge success of the first film.

To get into our first fact and find the reason behind the four year wait

we'll need to look back at the post-production process of Jurassic Park.

If you haven't already done so, check out the first video in this series

about the fun facts of Jurassic Park by clicking on the YouTube card on the screen.

During post-production of Jurassic Park the ILM team was working on all the CG dinosaur scenes

and were sending copies of them to Steven Spielberg to review while he was in Poland filming Schindler's List.

Spielberg said the experience was very bipolar because he had to split his attention between

a film about the Holocaust

and a sci-fi thriller about dinosaurs.

After finishing Schindler's List he took two years off to recover, but Spielberg knew

the next project he would work on right after would be the next Jurassic Park.

While filming Jurassic Park, Spielberg thought the sequel's story should be about what

happened to Dennis Nedry's shaving cream can that contained the stolen embryos.

A bonus fact is that Spielberg showed the can falling into the mud because he wanted

the audience to be left wondering what happened to the embryos in order to set up a sequel.

However, when Spielberg learned that Michael Crichton's book was going to reintroduce

the dinosaurs in a completely different way, he followed Crichton's instincts instead

and changed the movie's plot line to be similar to the book.

Spielberg wanted The Lost World to have a darker story, and in addition to that he also

literally made the movie darker by shooting a lot of scenes at night.

He went with this film noir look

because he thought since the audiences already knew what his 20th century dinosaurs looked like

he wouldn't have to worry about lighting them as much as he did in Jurassic Park.

Spielberg wanted to direct the The Lost World because of how much he enjoyed making the first film,

but also because he thought audiences would demand a sequel after its monumental success.

Audience demand is also why he made sure to include stegosauruses in The Lost World

because he received many letters from kids that were sad they didn't see their favorite dinosaur in the first movie.

"This is magnificent!"

Oh ya! Ooooh! Ahhhh! That's how it always starts, but later there's running and screaming

The baby T-Rex was a technical challenge for Stan Winston's animatronics team

because they had to create a dinosaur that could act while being physically handled by the actors.

They built two baby Rexes and the one they designed for the trailer attack was a hybrid

of hydraulic systems and remote-controlled effects.

The other baby Rex that Vince Vaughn carried around was designed with only remote-controlled systems inside it

so the T-Rex could be carried around safely while it was performing.

[T-Rex roaring]

The two adult T-Rexes in The Lost World look very similar to the one used in Jurassic Park,

but the machinery inside the two new T-Rexes was completely redone for the sequel.

To give you a sense of scale, the first T-Rex weighed 9,000lbs, which is 4.5 tons,

but both T-Rexes in The Lost World weighed twice as much at 9 tons each.

Since they were so heavy it was more cost efficient for them to be kept in one sound stage

throughout the whole shoot, and all their sets were built around them.

The T-Rexes new machinery was heavy for good reason though because they were able to have

a wider range of movement and expressivity, which allowed them to give a more nuanced performance.

A new feature added to their performance capabilities

was being able to physically interact with the set and the actors,

so when you see a T-Rex tear apart the jeep during the trailer attack

or pick up an actor with its mouth it was actually the animatronic T-Rexes that did it.

[Sounds of trailer being pushed off cliff side]

"Hang on to something!"

"Hang on to something!"

[Collision sounds]

Filming the sequence when the T-Rexes push the trailer off the cliff was very complicated,

and the filmmakers went to great lengths to get the shots they needed.

For example, they cut holes out of the ceiling of the soundstage and used a construction

crane to hang the trailer on its end so they could film the actors inside the trailer.

For the exterior shots, the filmmakers got permission from Universal Studios to build

a cliff wall on the front side of the parking garage, and hung the trailer with a crane

while the actors were attached to a rope system and dropped out the bottom.

[Raptor screams while intense music plays]

Working in CG-heavy movies means that the actors often have their imaginations put to the test

since they can't see who or what they're interacting with.

For the raptor attack scene, Jeff Goldblum had ILM engineers rehearse with him

so he could see where the raptors would be in the scene

because during filming he wouldn't see or hear them

and would have to throw himself through windows or hit himself hard enough with a door

to sell that the impact was made from the raptor instead of himself.

[Raptor screams]

[Window crashing sounds]

The T-Rex wasn't originally planned to go on a rampage through the streets of San Diego.

There were two scrapped endings that had the survivors escape the island

by using hang gliders and then pteranodons would show up to attack them,

or the pteranodons would attack them as they were trying to escape by helicopter.

However, both of these endings were changed on a whim once Steven Spielberg thought that

audiences would rather see the T-Rex run amok in a major port city instead.

Leave a comment if you enjoyed the movie ending

or if you thought one of the other endings would've been better.

Some quick bonus facts for those of you that stuck around to the end

are about how the sounds were created for some of the new dinosaurs.

For starters, the Parasaurolophus sounds were made by recording cows mooing through a PVC pipe.

[Parasaurolophus roar]

The baby T-Rex calls were made from the sound of a baby camel calling for its mother

[Baby T-Rex roaring with a broken leg]

and the most interesting one is the pteranodon screech right before the credits roll,

which was made from the sound of dental floss being pulled through its plastic case.

[Pteranodon screech]

Trans Pride Writing Residency - Elly J Morris - Duration: 5:30.

Hi, I'm Elly Morris.

I am the writer in residence for Trans Pride Brighton 2018, and I'm resident in The Marly

this week to do loads of different things.

I'm doing some poetry on demand today for the first time, which will be very exciting.

I had a writing workshop and then we followed that up by presenting a spoken word night

called Loud and Queer, and we just had some incredible performers.

It was amazing.

I like to think it's some kind of queer Narnia in there

that I don't know about yet and once you come out you have to swear to

forget Where Aslan runs a gay bar and the white witch

has a wife and every now and then someone falls out into

a new life

I am standing here, revolted, shivering, powerless While I'm crying they are cheering again and

they are proud of themselves Trans women term apparently has to be used

with brackets because trans women are not real women, said this ignorant savage.

I don't want to be mean, but I'm finding it hard to control myself because they are tearing

women apart

Whatever the weather, this struggle can't go on forever

I'm lost in trans-lation This needs an escalation, or an elevation

Period?

Period! (applause)

(voiceover) I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it exceeded everything.

We had such a great variety of people.

It was really held up by the talent of the performers, and I felt so privileged to host

it and have that proximity to so much talent.

It was such a great supportive atmosphere.

Everyone was really there for everyone else.

We just shared as much as we could, shared as much as we wanted to, and it was amazing.

Because my anxiety and my depression are not things that start and end with me.

I am not an island.

You are not an island.

Our mental and emotional states are connected, we're plugged into this world around us.

A world where so many of us feel like shit.

My friends, we have a lot of collective healing to do.

(applause)

I still haven't seen someone like me on TV.

And don't get me started on public restrooms.

But I know that Stonewall was a riot. (applause)

(voiceover) So as well as poetry I also do general spoken word, speeches and stuff.

I spoke at Trans Day of Remembrance last year.

My work revolves around looking inwards and reflecting outwards.

I like to talk about and bring in strands of familiarity so that people can relate to

what I'm talking about and maybe learn something new as well.

You started leaving long before you were gone The sticks fell down around us and the sun

was obscured and suddenly I couldn't reach your hand to squeeze it and let you know things

were gonna be okay.

A chasm opened between us and I threw all of me into it but I couldn't climb across

the ruins of myself to reach you.

My love, I would have set myself on fire if you would stretch your fingers out to feel

the warmth.

I would have made you a river of tears, sweat, and blood.

I would have made you a boat of my body to sail you away.

(voiceover) Trans Pride is inclusivity.

I'm very aware as a writer in residence of my privilege as a white person, as a middle

class person, and I really hope to use this residency to capture the real spirit of Trans

Pride, which for me is in lifting up marginalised voices.

Making those voices a priority.

And also creating things that anyone can access.

As well as doing live performance for people who can't read text for whatever reason, I

also want to upload audio recordings, I also want to make a zine for people who don't process

in an auditory way very well.

Trans Pride, for me, is about accessibility and being able to celebrate, being able to

protest in a way that involves everyone, includes everyone, and is accessible to everyone.

I'm just here to document Trans Pride, to talk about how it's a protest and a celebration.

The main outcome of that is going to be a collective memoir that I'm going to write

in the first collective person, and that's going to be hugely informed by interviews

that I conduct with people.

I'm going to be talking to people about journeys (literal and metaphorical), and also about

families.

Chosen and families that you're born into as well.

It has been amazing being here at The Marlborough.

Everyone is just so friendly.

It's an incredible opportunity that I've been given, and I don't take it lightly.

It's a real privilege to have been chosen to speak about Trans Pride Brighton 2018.
