I find life here very calming, I'm less stressed, I'm less…

I take my time, I take time to be with people, I take the time to stop and be present.

It's kind of like a small village here. There are a lot of people who know each other,

people helping each other out. Here it's neighbours helping neighbours, friends helping friends.

Theses are relationships I never would have known… Especially today, I find there's a lot less "one-on-one"

interaction. We have amazing young people here—they're incredibly smart, really intelligent—

but they're very focused on themselves. So I think that if they took their blinders off,

our society would be the better for it.

conference for my new team haopel Eilat bc basketball club so right now i'm

going my shirt then we're gonna do a press conference and let's see what's

just finished up practice but there's something I wanted to talk about one of the press

conferences it brings me back to my college days its not that my college days were that long ago, but I was thinking

so at the press conference so we were sitting there and obviously they were

talking hebrew and we had no idea what they were saying but I was thinking all

the sponsors were up there everyone was up there coach sponsors captain of the team

I was thinking wow this is exactly like college but there's one difference the

money is not going to us it's spread out among the athletes so if you think about

a college at a university you mean you have basically people our boosters right

I mean they own the local malls they own the local apartment complexes so these

are basically boosters but they give the money and the money goes to the players

so I was thinking what's the difference the only two differences I could come up

with is that the money's going to one sport so people the sponsors are given

the money and it's going to haopel eilat or whatever macabi Tel Aviv

or whatever team you're playing for whereas in college the money is going

towards that athletics not the not the student-athletes

so it's going to soccer it's going to every sport that basically can't fund

itself they put it in a pool and then it's dispersed out to everyone so I was

thinking about that and I mean obviously there's I'm not biased anyway obviously

I personally think college players should get paid but at the end of the

day you also got to think how would it work how it is break like what would how

would you do it so my well I think and you guys please

let me know in the comments I'm very passionate about this and I what I want

to hear everyone what they have to say so I think players should be able to

collect money while they're in college off their name and the school should pay

them or the NCAA should pay them and they should be able to get it when their

30, 35 so don't get the money right on that right when they get out what do you
