Youtube daily report Mar 20 2017

Hello! I'm Natalie Polutta! I'm a group

fitness instructor and a wellness coach. And

I wanted to ask you: do you like to eat?

I love to eat. I like food. I like to taste

good things that are mixed together and

prepared well. This weekend, I was at a

conference for my company, and a man

named Joshua, Dr. Joshua Dunsky, shared

with us some interesting things about

our food in America. And so I wanted to

share about that. Did you know that in our

current state, the kids in the generation

that is coming up, they are the first

generation to not be expected to live

longer than their parents. And that's

pretty sad to me. We have billions of

dollars of research going towards health,

but our health is declining at an

alarming rate. We've got cancer and

diabetes on the rise. Forty-two percent

of Americans will be obese by 2030, he

said. We have something that's called the

TDOS syndrome. That is toxicity,

deficiency, overweight and obesity, and

stress. All of these combine to bring

our health down. And there have been over

a hundred thousand new chemicals

introduced since World War II, and because of

that we have a lot more deadly toxins in

our bod. A lot of that comes from the

food that we eat. Some of it is unavoidable

just in the environment that we're in.

We have genetically engineered food,

we've got insecticides, hormones being

used, all kinds of things that are being

used that are affecting our food. And 1 in 8

women are going to develop breast cancer

and only ten percent of that is because

of genetics. The other ninety percent is

because of our environment. And that's

disturbing. I mean, that is flat out disturbing to

me. And obesity... because of the obesity in

1982, we were told go and eat a low-fat

diet. And do you know that since

time we've actually become fatter and

sicker as a nation? So what happened?

Sugar. Sugar is a big part of that. And we

have lots of sugar in everything that's

packaged that we eat and especially drinks.

Sodas. One can of soda a day, one can of

soda a day can equal 15.6 pounds of

visceral fat. That's fat around your

organs in your body. So you may look

thin on the outside, but you may have

all that fat on the inside that's still

not good for you. Plus the food that we

have is bankrupt. It's deficient, and so

that leads to obesity, also, because we're

just taking in these foods, but our body

is not using them properly. We need trace

minerals through 70 trace minerals that

we need for our body to function

properly. We're not what we eat, we are

what we absorb. And our body doesn't see

calories. Calorie counting doesn't

work. It's not a good fit, a good measure.

What it sees is nutrients, what are

actually good things that are going into

your body. And according to Dr. Don

Colbert in this book, it is called Eat This

And Live, he says some of our food

shouldn't even be labeled as food. It

should be labeled as "consumable product"

or "edible, but void of nutrient content."

That's pretty telling. He shares about

living foods and dead foods.

Living foods are fruits and veggies,

grains, seeds, nuts. They're packaged in

things like skins and peels... those are

good living food. They are not bleached, they are

not refined, they're not chemically

enhanced, they're not preserved. They

are plucked, they are eaten and they're

recognizable as food. On the other

hand, you have dead foods. And they're

altered in every imaginable way because

the manufacturers want them to last a long

time and they're addictive! That means

they have sugar put in them and man-made

fats, all things that are not good for

you. So life breeds life and death

breeds death

And you don't want to take in foods that

are going to cause death. So, let's talk

about living foods has

enzymes, enzymes in them that actually

interact with your digestive enzymes in

a good way, in a proper way. And they

have the natural ingredients that God put

in them, and vitamins and minerals,

phytonutrients, fiber, antioxidants, and so

much more that your system needs and it

uses them in their natural state.

And they actually cause your digestive

system,and your bloodstream, and your

organs to function properly. The dead

foods, they hit your body like a foreign

substance and the chemicals place a

strain on your liver. You have

these toxic man-made fats that begin to

form in your cells. (Uh, oh. I just flipped off of

my screen. Sorry about that. We'll come

back.) These toxic man-made fats

that begin to form in your cell

membranes and they're stored as fat and

they are also delivered as plaque. They

form plaque in your arteries. Not good!

And your body tries to get what it can

out of these dead foods, but it leaves

you undernourished, overfed, and

overweight. You have auto-intoxication...

Dr. Dunsky from this weekend

talked about auto-intoxication where

your blood capillaries in your colon

pick up toxins and poisons, and it seeps

through into the bowel wall, and so it's

just a toxic situation in your body. So what can

you do? Well one solution, of course, is to go with

living foods instead of prepackaged

foods. Look for things that are whole and

natural and real good foods for you.

The other thing which I alluded to or

talked about last week was nutritional

cleansing with the intermittent fasting,

because dieting doesn't really

work. What dieting does is it goes after

calories. It doesn't remove toxins. When

you reduce calories, you will see

some weight loss but those toxins have

been released into your body

and they're the things that

are going to help cause you to rebound

and lose or gain even more weight after

you get off your diet. Dieting based

on calorie count is not a good permanent

solution. If you would like information

to help you. You're obviously going

to eat foods that are in our society.

5 Phrases That Will Make A Man Fall For You - Duration: 4:27.

As you've probably heard you're entire life, actions speak louder than words.

And while that's quite true, there are still certain phrases that make any man fall for

you.

But what are these whimsical words?

Hey ladies, my name is Amy North and I'm a relationship coach from Vancouver, Canada,

and today I want to share with you five phrases that'll hit a man so hard that he'll be

desperate for your love and affection.

1.

"Can you do me a favour?"

It's no secret that guys like to feel manly, especially around their ladies.

So then, what better way to win him over than by commenting on his masculinity?

Saying things like "You're so strong" or "What big muscles you have" is without

a doubt cheesy, but don't worry, there are other ways to send the same message while

keeping your calm, cool and collected attitude.

For instance, next time you need something opened ask for his help.

Or if you can't reach something, require his assistance.

Letting him know that you "need him" and feel safe around him not only makes him feel

good, but when you make him feel like a man it'll keep him wanting to be around you.

And for the record, asking for help doesn't make you needy, weak or a damsel in distress,

so don't worry about that.

Instead it shows him that you recognize his physical abilities and would appreciate his

help.

2.

"I love your style."

As you may have heard from other relationship experts, commenting on someone's looks isn't

always the most compelling thing you can do.

Why?

Because that person didn't choose their looks — they inherited them from their parents.

However, commenting on someone's style, that's a whole other story.

Like women, men love it when women acknowledge the effort they put into their appearance.

Not only does it tell him that he was successful with looking good, but it also tells him that

you notice the little things.

Saying something like "I really love that jacket" or "Those pants are a great colour"

will boost his confidence and make him feel good around you.

In other words, it'll make him fall for you.

"You're really dedicated, hardworking, focused, etc."

You know how it feels when someone comments on a talent or skill you have?

It feels good, right?

Well he thinks so, too!

Find your man's talents and talk about them.

That said, similar to the looks vs. style issue, you don't want to comment on anything

too obvious — if he's a full time writer then complimenting his writing ability isn't

going to send him over the moon.

Instead, talk about his less obvious traits.

Sticking with the writing example, you could comment on his ability to focus or his dedication

to his work.

Those kind of phrases will trigger a greater response from him because he's not as used

to hearing them.

4.

"You're so smart!"

There's no denying that guys like to feel strong and manly around women, and a big part

of feeling this way is knowing that you respect him and his opinions.

Letting a man know that you think he's wise, witty, bright and brilliant will make him

fall for you.

An easy way to show him this is by making it known that you value his opinion.

To do so, bring your tough questions to him.

Whether it's a matter of explaining worldly policies, a geography lesson or a music tutorial,

let him show off his big sexy brain.

When he does, you'll catch him glowing, and better yet, when you're the one who

makes him feel intelligent he'll want you to be the one who stays close by.

5.

"I support you."

Again, this one can be dressed up however you see fit, but the point is to encourage

your guy and whatever aspirations, dreams, goals and ambitions he has.

Your support can inspire him to be a better man.

When you're his biggest fan and he knows that you're in his corner he'll fall for

you.

To do this be the person he can share all his thoughts and dreams with, free of judgement.

Even if you think that his chances of becoming the next Jimi Hendrix are slim to none, cheer

him on.

He'll love you for it.

we get caught up because it's scary it's

unknown we second-guess ourselves we

seek validation after validation from

other people and we talk ourselves out

of it all together I'm Crystal Layland. I

what the self sabotaging cycle looks

like for me because it's very consistent

like the only thing that was consistent

in my life forever. It starts with the

feeling this feeling of the need for

more for more financial freedom to be

with my family to build something

amazing in my business, something greater

than me and then I get all these ideas

right how I could do that and amazing

amazing ideas I'm like a professional

brainstormer here and then I get

excited the next stage is excitement and

then I jump right in to planning and

maybe over planning if we're being truly

honest but I take action I'm feeling

really, really good because I'm moving

along I'm doing some research connecting

with other people in that niche

exploring options, generating more and

more information, maybe even getting as

far as building a mold of what that

looks like during the entire execution

phase so I'm planning and I'm going with

it. Sometimes I start spending at the

stage, unnecessary spending, but i feel

like i need to you know I need invest in

that I need to invest in this I need to

learn more I need to have these tools

the next stage, I stall something hits me

and I stall. I start procrastinating

putting things off, second-guessing my

idea entirely. I worry what others think

and start feeling like I'm not good

enough. I get a bit of imposter

syndrome then, disappointment. I

start feeling disappointed because by

the time I get to the disappointment

stage that's where I feel like I'm

already out the door. The idea is already

slipping from me. The possibility of it

working is going away and I feel lost

unworthy...like I failed and like I will

always be where I always am and I'm

pissed off and then there's this waiting

period where I'm just existing and then

the feelings start kicking back up I

start feeling this need like I got to do

something more with my life I gotta I

gotta make something work it'll be

different this time and then back in the

cycle I go this cycle gave me a beat

down I was tired of feeling like I

always fail that was the never ending

cycle that I battled for far too long
