guys it's Ian K back again with another
one for you here on a rainy day at the
habit burger grill to take a look at
what I'm hearing is a very tasty chicken
sandwich and I got to say at the very
least after ordering it it sure feels
pretty hefty in the bag yeah I'm
definitely getting a premium vibe off of
this one just from the weight of the bag
alone but the real question is what
treasuries does it hold within well guys
it's actually something golden golden in
the form of the golden chicken sandwich
from the habit and with a name like
golden I'm expecting some really bold
flavor so let's go in on this golden
chicken sandwich because it's definitely
steaming up this container pretty nicely
here but before I take that first bite
to give you my thoughts like I always do
let's get right up on it first for a
closer look let's peep this out
I'm going for something golden on a
rainy day from the habit burger and
grill with their awesome looking golden
chicken sandwich and I gotta tell you
guys right off the bat the presentation
on this one is absolutely A+ under
the bun we've got an awesome fillet
chicken breast that's hand breaded in
house-made seasoned flour and buttermilk
and then fried up to a crispy golden
brown and as great as I think this looks
it actually smells even more fantastic
thanks to the spiced red pepper sauce on
top underneath the fillet we've got some
lettuce and pickles and this normally
does come with tomatoes so if you decide
to give this a shot you have those to
look forward to but this looks great it
smells great and I can't wait to get
into this it's the golden chicken
sandwich here at the habit let's peep
out this flavor well I'm definitely
gonna keep the wrapper around this one
because I have a feeling this is going
to be a little bit of a messy situation
but let's just go for it the golden
chicken sandwich from the habit burger
grill man this smells really really good
hmm mm-hmm I'm happy to report initially
after that first bite it tastes great as
well that is a very juicy piece of
chicken and that spicy red pepper sauce
is really popping off a slight heat that
I'm getting from it it's not crazy
over-the-top but it gives a nice sizzle
but it mixes really well with the house
seasoned flour and the butter milk that
this is fried up in here so far very
very great mmm a very sizable and tasty
chicken sandwich guys thanks to that
house made seasoned flour in the
buttermilk that the chicken fillet is
fried up in there and that spicy red
pepper sauce is not overpowering the
flavor of it at all the bun is fresh and
you're getting the crunch on the very
bottom from the lettuce and a little bit
of the pickles that are hanging out on
the bottom over there as well but this
is just very well done and very very
juicy there easily recommended so far
it's a little bit more of a premium for
this one but you do get what you pay for
i just wish the bun itself was just a
little bit more seasoned though but other
than that everything else is very very
good that spicy red pepper sauce is the
truth though and i gotta say it goes
very well with the pickles on this there
i think it's probably the highlight for
me this is a wide chicken fillet guys
and as you can see by the halfway point
of the sandwich there is still a lot of
meat to go here and the coating itself
is not heavy which is nice so it doesn't
really overtake the thickness of the
meat which is not super thick but still
it is very very flavorful and when it
mixes with everything else in this
chicken sandwich this is easily
something you want to try very very
solid over here at the habit there
really isn't a generic fried flavor to
this one thanks to the house
made seasoned flour and the buttermilk
of this is cooked up in and I do have to
say out of all the chicken sandwiches
that have had in the past this one kind
of warrants the premium price because it
really tastes premium so on that bomb
sexy for your face scale of 1 to 10 the
golden chicken sandwich here at the
habit burger grill is going to get a
very well deserved 9 out of 10 it's
a very tasty chicken sandwich with some
premium ingredients and some slight heat
from that spice red pepper sauce I just
wish the bun itself was a little bit
more on the premium side as well just to
kind of round it out but it's still
highly worth it but of course that's
just my opinion as always what did you
