Hi! I'm Kailyn, a junior here at U of A.

College can be a stressful time for any of us.

According to a recent survey, over a third of UA students said that anxiety or depression

made it difficult for them to work, go to class, study, or get along with people, and 58% said they were under

more than average or a tremendous amount of stress in the last school year.

Sometimes we all need a helping hand and that's why Counseling and Psych Services

otherwise known as CAPS, is here to help.

CAPS is a caring and convenient place to go if students need to talk.

Their staff is made up of dedicated psychologists, social workers, counselors,

nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists.

To make sure they are accessible, CAPS keeps their costs lower than what you would expect to pay

off campus, but for some students, this cost is still beyond what they can afford.

That's where the CAPS Counseling Assistance Fund comes in.

This removes the financial barriers from students and allows them to get the help they need,

when they need it.

This could be support for depression, anxiety, sexual assault, relationship issues,

family crisis, substance abuse, self-harm, or even thoughts of suicide.

Getting right help at the right time makes all the difference.

You can make that difference for a fellow student

Kuy teav can range from

30 to 60 baht

Unless you are in a fancy restaurant

The price can range from 100 baht to 200 baht

If you don't know how to use a chopstick

you can also use a fork
