Grandfather faces jail after he racially abused passengers on flight - Duration: 5:06.
A drunk grandfather spurted out vile racist abuse onboard a flight heading to Birmingham Airport - with some of the insults aimed at the disabled and children
Foul-mouthed Paul Adney first of all targeted a disabled woman who was waiting for her mobility scooter to be placed on board when he ranted 'just leave her here
'He then continued with racist foul mouthed abuse saying 'why the hell are we letting on all these f****** P**** and b*****
'During the flight from Turkey's Antalya Airport, the 53-year-old constantly kicked the seat in front of him where a 13-year-old girl was sitting
When her mother protested Adney told her to shut up and said: 'You know I will punch her
'Adney, from Shirley, pleaded guilty to being drunk onboard an aircraft and to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress with a racially aggravated factor
The court heard how a number of passengers were reseated during the May 25 flight to Birmingham Airport and when some remonstrated about Adney's behaviour he told them: 'I will take all of you on - I used to be a boxer
'Miss Helen Shipley, prosecuting, told the court: 'His behaviour was very threatening during the flight and left many passengers including vulnerable disabled people and children feeling scared and upset

'I can't begin to describe how much I love him': Emotional. Share this article Share 'When the plane landed police arrested the defendant where he continued to be abusive and aggressive
'He was taken to Solihull Police Station and when he was later questioned he said he was sorry for his actions
'He said he was drunk and couldn't remember what he had said.'When he was told what he had said and done he said he was very embarrassed about how he had behaved
' Mrs Bashir Kalsoom, defending, said Adney was 'deeply ashamed of his actions.'She said: 'He is a reforming alcoholic and was in rehabilitation a number of years ago
He had been off the drink for quite some time and had given up alcohol because of this very reason
'He can get abusive and aggressive when he has had a drink. He had a drink before the flight
He knows how stupid this was.'He is a 53-year-old grandfather and he is deeply upset about the distress it has caused his children and grandchildren
'Magistrates handed Adney a £120 fine and told him to pay court costs of £135 in relation to using threatening, abusive words and behaviour which was racially aggravated
They deemed the charge of being drunk onboard an aircraft as too serious and committed his case to Birmingham Crown Court for sentencing
He will appear at crown court on September 20.

the cd craquelado cd or dvd craquelado in Anyway, I'll use the DVD here.
he has that color and to make that cut I'm going to teach a very simple way.
watch that part on the DVD is You will come with the scissors and will cut
if you find it best, scratch the first than with the little pen and then
cut and you too may be doing if you can not cut it straight after
low again trim until you can several cuts like this
if you do not have mdf you can reusing furniture that would go to the
trash you cut and leave the wood there to
You do this job. this part that has enough film that
this is the one here She did not want to stick with this
That glue I'm using there only for that part I used a
bit of that other brand here.
all those other cuts here you will paste the same way or will you
increase it here from the outside or you put it down to decrease it here
Inside, remembering that I'm working with 2 glue marks with this
and this one here I got that brown paint I had
I added a bit of chess in black and now I'll do the whole shade part
stalk follow me on the pictures
here as you see these parts that's not the way the painting is right
because I particularly like this one of the art somewhat bewildered

slowly all these parts here of Shaded okay now I'll enjoy one
little white paint I have here just to make some details that in this

wrap up the week - 8.24.18 - Duration: 5:04.
hi everyone, i'm j, and this video is another installment of wrap up the week, which is
a quick little video i do at the end of every week where i talk about local, national, and
global news stories that caught my attention.
so the first story i wanted to talk about is the issue of the potential new united states
supreme court justice, brett kavanaugh.
a lot of people were concerned when kavanaugh was nominated by the president, and a big
reason for this was the possibility that the landmark case in women's reproductive rights,
roe vs. wade, was in danger.
roe vs. wade was a 1973 supreme court case that legalized abortion nationwide, however
many politicians ever since its passing have criticized it and even threatened to overturn
it.
kavanaugh, though, is not one of these politicians.
he is a moderate conservative, and believes in the supremacy of the law.
although he is backed by many anti-choice groups, since roe vs. wade was a legal decision,
he says that he supports it.
however, he did last year write a dissenting opinion on the case of a seventeen-year-old
immigrant in detention to be allowed an abortion.
the case went in her favor and she was allowed the procedure, but in kavanaugh's losing
opinion he wrote that although the courts were "bound by law" to agree that a woman
has the right to choose abortion, he still believed that the government has the right
to apply "reasonable regulations that do not impose an undue burden."
the undue burden clause is subject to arguably the most controversy in the decision, since
the final ruling did not deny states the right to place limits and restrictions on abortion.
the only precedent was that these restrictions could not constitute an "undue burden,"
however that phrase has been highly contested over the years.
kavanaugh states that he agrees that the 1973 decision was a "settled law," which seems
to have convinced republican but pro-choice senator susan collins of maine.
her vote is one of the most critical when it comes to instituting kavanaugh as the new
supreme court judge.
however, other politicians were not so easily persuaded.
democratic senator chuck schumer of new york states that saying a case is "settled law"
isn't the same as agreeing that the case was correctly decided, as "everything the
Supreme Court [says] is settled law until it unsettles it."
scott lemieux of NBC News warns that although the statement seems positive, kavanaugh's
appointment to the supreme court could be the "effective end of reproductive freedom
for many american women."
the next story i want to talk about is one that involves mentions of sexual assault and
rape, so just be warned.
it also has to do with religion.
pope francis is visiting ireland soon, and many are concerned that the issue of the clergy
abuse scandal that has been a subject of tension in the roman catholic church for a while now
will dominate the visit.
the movie spotlight, released in 2015, focused on a group of boston globe reporters working
to expose the abuse in boston, and it was not based on fiction.
a grand jury in pennsylvania reported last week that "at least 1,000 children were
abused by some 300 priests over the past 70 years, and generations of bishops" knew
but failed to give punishment to their priests. this was the biggest scandal in the roman
catholic church.
i was raised roman catholic in boston, and i know that there are a lot of people who
actually lost faith and left the church after this story initially broke.
pope francis stated on monday that "no effort must be spared" to root out sexual abuse
and coverup in the church.
the pope is the only person who can sanction bishops. he has not made any reference to
what the vatican, the cultural and religious capital of catholicism, will do, only stating,
quote: "We have delayed in applying these actions and sanctions that are so necessary,
yet I am confident that they will help to guarantee a greater culture of care in the
present and future."
many irish victims of priestly abuse have spoken out against this statement, saying
that they are not doing enough.
Colm O'Gorman states that ''that culture was overseen by the Vatican and codified into
its laws," and that the church needs to acknowledge and reverse this.
Marie Collins says that "'working on it' is not an acceptable explanation for decades
of 'delay'" on facing the problem.
pope francis has personally condemned the crime of sexual abuse and its cover-up, stating
that the church has shown "no care for the little ones; [they] abandoned them."
he acknowledged that no effort to beg forgiveness of the victims will be sufficient, but vowed
that it would "never again" happen.
finally, in in jericho this sunday, many palestinians got their mail, after eight years.
israeli forces have been withholding mail shipments from palestinian territories since
2010, despite a 2008 agreement to let palestinians send and receive mail directly through jordan.
palestinian post official Ramadan Ghazawi stated that israeli officials gave excuses
such as faulty facilities and mail scanners, which led to the backlog. for many, this instance
has highlighted the tight control that israel holds over even the most mundane aspects of
palestinian life.
alright so this has been wrap up the week, i will end you on just a suggestion to make
your life infinitely better - go see crazy rich asians.
it was amazing.
thank you guys for watching and i will see you in another life.

Bettina: "Maria, You and Jonathan have to get out of here! It's a matter of life and death."
Jonathan: "Honey, who's there?"
Lisa: "Do You think that's a good idea? Let's just tell them we're going to the city."
Josh: "Why should we keep the tornaod a secret from them?"
Lisa: "I don't want them to panic."
Jan: "Tim, please get in the car." Jonathan: "... that You tell me a tornado is coming"
Bettina: "Yes, I know it's crazy, but I've seen it."
Jonathan: "Where? Where please? On TV?"
Bettina: "Errr... yes, exactly."
Jonathan: "How? Blackout!"
Maria: "Jonathan!"
Jonathan: "Maria, seriously, we're supposed to just up and leave because that old woman is shitting us."
Bettina: "No, Mr. Müller!"
Maria: "Come on, Jo, let's just drive."
Jonathan: "Arrgh, that's ridiculous. Where the hell could she have seen that tornado?"
Jonathan: "Hrmpf"
Dude: "Did You hear about the tornadoes?"
Dude: "I told my wife to wait in the basement, but I'll stay here for now. It's too dangerous right now."
Dude: "Whatever, I have to go now."
Jan: "Take care, ciao!"
Dude: "Bye!"
Tim: "Yes, it's very easy. Every baby can do a cartwheel."
Gregor: "Ah, the story is almost as old as time itself: Someone has a vision and saves lives thanks to that."
Bettina: "Yes, exactly. There're also books and films about that."
Gregor: "She saved all of our lives!"
Jonathan: "That's bull. Now I'm supposed to be grateful to her that I have to spend all day in a stinking diner?"
Maria: "Honey, don't be so upset. Your blood pressure!"
Jonathan: "You're right."
Gregor: "Think about it: If Betty hadn't warned us, we would all not be alive right now."
Gregor: "You should be grateful and not always attack her."
Maria: "We don't even know whether a tornado actually swept across our street."
Maria: "That's just something she told us!"
Bettina: "Yes, because I saw it with my own eyes."
Bettina: "Can't You imagine at least a little bit, that there is something to my dream?"
Bettina: "That it was our destiny to be saved?"
Jonathan: "That she foresaw a tornado and saved us all?"
Bettina: "Mhm!"
Jonathan: "No."
Gregor: "Okay, but then what about the snow?"
Gregor: "Snow in the middle of summer..." Missy: "Well then, let's see it!"
Gregor: "That should be a sign, that the weather is out of whack!" Tim: "Attention, everyone, here is Timmy!"
Bettina: "Right, in the news they said something about snow and hail [...]" Missy: "Wooow, that was awesome!"
Bettina (in the background): "accompanying the tornadoes"
Lisa: "Hey!"
Jan: "Missy! Tim!"
Jan: "That's enough!"
Jan: "Sit down and behave!" Radio: "Just the right music for such a windy day."
Tim: "Naah" Radio: "And we'll continue with The Doors..."
Jan: "Oh, the Mister doesn't seem to want a dessert? Radio "... and Riders on the Storm"
Tim: "I do!"
Jan: "Then sit down and be quiet!"
Jonathan (in the background): "Yeah, well, now we're already here. But..."
Jonathan: "... as soon as they announce on the radio that it's safe, we'll drive home."
Gregor: "Okay. Yes."
Bettina: "Yes. Allright."
Jonathan: "And then we'll see whether I'm believing Your story or not."
Radio: "... the devastating catastrophe is finally over."
Radio: "Unfortunately, for many tornado victims there is no home to return to."
Jonathan: "I think we can go." Radio: "And now: Killing me softly by Lauryn Hill and the fugees."
Gregor: "Betty? Is the coast clear?" Radio: "And now: Killing me softly by Lauryn Hill and the fugees."
Bettina: "I don't know" Radio: "Enjoy listening!"
Bettina: "My dream wasn't precise enough."
Maria: *tisk* "You two are a joke."
Jan: "Hm, I think we're leaving."
Tim: "Dad, how did they do that?"
Jan: "I have no idea."
Tim: "Peng Peng!"
Missy: "You missed me."
Tim: "I didn't. You're dead!"
Lisa: "Kids. Come now."
Lisa: *cries*
Gregor: "Hey, I'm gonna call the fire brigade"
Person on phone: "Foofna?"
Missy: "Mom, here is my Teddy!"
Lisa: *cries some more*
Thirteen days later.
Gregor: "Yes, something has to be done quickly. Otherwise rain might get inside."
Gregor: "Then everything rots and stinks."
Bettina: "And who will pay for that?"
Gregor: "Mr Siegert?"
Bettina: "From the asylum? This house isn't even insured anymore."
Gregor: "Seriously? I thought that's the norm!?"
Bettina: "Errr.... naaah"
Gregor: "Well, when the rain falls in here, they probably have to demolish this house in a few years."
Bettina: "Hmm... I don't know..."
Bettina: "Let's look at the other rooms."
Bettina: "Well, this right here... Oooh!"
Gregor: "What pictures are these?"
Bettina: "Well, Mr. Siegert was a talented painter. He also drew pictures of You."
Gregor: "Of me?"
Bettina: "Yes, before he went crazy. Then he just dipped the brush in his paint and ate it."
Bettina: "I just had no idea that those pictures weren't removed when he went away."
Bettina: "Aren't those pictures incredibly lifelike?"
Gregor: "Indeed, they are. I'm impressed."
Bettina: "Should we just leave them here?"
Gregor: "That would be a shame. It's almost scary how real they look."
Gregor: "... and then we found these pictures of us."
Maria: "All of us?"
Gregor: "Yes. Right, Betty?"
Bettina: *coughs violently* "Yes."
Jonathan: "What's on my picture?"
Bettina: "Flies."
Jonathan: "Flies?"
Maria: "Then the old Mr. Siegert has painted You spot-on! Wherever You are, the flies are close."
Missy: "Mom, Tim is always teasing me!" Maria: "Then the old Mr. Siegert has painted You spot-on! Wherever You are, the flies are close."
Tim: "That's not true!" Maria: "Then the old Mr. Siegert has painted You spot-on! Wherever You are, the flies are close."
Lisa: *sound of annoyance* Maria: "Then the old Mr. Siegert has painted You spot-on! Wherever You are, the flies are close."
Jan: "Relax. I'll take care of it." *some laugh*
Jan: "Kids! I told You to stay in bed!"
Tim: "Aaaaaah!"
Missy: *giggles*
Jonathan: "Well, and then we got the answer in a letter: She would be pleased to accept our invitation."
Lisa: "She was here? The queen!?"
Maria: "Yes, two days ago. Where did she sit again?"
Jonathan: "Hmmm, I think it was where You sit now, Gregor."
Gregor: *laughs* "I knew my seat had been warmed up by someone"
Jan: "Hm? By whom?"
Gregor: "The queen was here."
Jan: "Huh?"
Lisa: "... and then I had this friend. As the queen visited her, she brought her a golden hairbrush!"
Lisa: "Did You get a present, too?"
Maria: "Yes, a giant vase."
Gregor: "Do You still have that vase?"
Maria: "Mhm."
Gregor: "And where?"
Maria: "Upstairs."
Gregor: "Can we see it?"
Maria: "Of course."
Maria: "Honey, could You clean up here in the meantime?"
Jan: "You want to know if that thing is valuable, huh?"
Jonathan: "Mhm." Jan: "You want to know if that thing is valuable, huh?"
Jan: "You want to know if that thing is valuable, huh?"
Gregor: "Of course!"
Maria: "Well, follow me!"
Lisa: "Well, now I'm curious!"
Jonathan: "Hrrr... always me. Who does she think I am?"
Jonathan: "Aaaah!"
Jonathan: *lots of "oh"s, "ah"s and cries for help*
Firefighter: "What's going on in there!?"
Firefighter: "Calm down, I have everything under control!"
Jonathan: "Oh, thank You very much."
Jonathan: "You know, I have to do everything around here."
Jonathan: "For my wife I'm just a puppet whose strings she's holding in her hands."
Firefighter: "You had incredible luck, that I just walked by."
Firefighter: "Be more careful next time!"
Jonathan: "Hehe, yeah, okay."
Jonathan: "Woah, what?"
Jonathan: "Waaaah"
Maria: *gasps*
Maria: *cries*
Lisa: "Hey, I'm going inside to clean up the mess."
Bettina: "Mhm."
Lisa: "I don't want the kids to know anything about this."
Lisa: "Eeeew."
Father Anton: "Dearly beloved, we have gathered here today to mourn the sudden death of Jonathan Müller."
Father Anton: "It's always hard to have to say goodbye to a loved one so abruptly."
Father Anton: "This teaches us, like nothing else can, what the lesson of life is:"
Father Anton: "Live, as if every day was Your last."
Father Anton: "After all, one of us might no longer be here today."
Father Anton: "Who knows, maybe You'll die next?"
Maria: "Let us go."
Gregor: "Can I get You something? Something to drink or a gameboy?"
Gregor: "That helps! When my..."
Maria: "Can You give me some space for a moment?"
Gregor: "Oh, of course."
Jan: "Is everything alright with her?"
Gregor: "Well..."
Lisa: "I don't think so."
Jan: "I believe You're right."
Lisa: "When I try to imagine how I would feel in her situation. Unimaginable"
Lisa: "I can't even think about it."
Lisa: "Hmm, it's getting late. Maybe we should..."
Gregor: "Mary!"
Maria: "Hm?"
Gregor: "Watch out!"
Maria: "Oh!"
Maria: "Aaaaaaah!"
Lisa: "Ewww eww waah, eww"
Lisa: "... Maria. I have never seen something so horrible."
Bettina: "Yes. I will probably never forget her face."
Jan: "But thinking about it: This is quite a big coincidence, right?"
Lisa: "If it even is a coincidence."
Bettina: "What do You mean?"
Jan: "Well, I don't know."
Lisa: "Think about it: First Jonathan, then Maria."
Lisa: "And both in very strange ways."
Gregor: "Hmm, maybe this has all something to do with the tornado that Betty foresaw."
Jan: "Yes! Exactly!"
Lisa: "So, wait. You think the tornado should've killed us - but because we survived we die a different way?"
Jan: "Hmm, maybe. Maybe this is some kind of curse."
Jan: "I don't know."
Jan: "What do You think, Betty?"
Bettina: "A curse!"
Jan: "Betty? Hey, what's wrong?"
Gregor: "I'll check on her."
Gregor: "Betty, what's wrong?"
Bettina: "Oh my god."
Gregor: "What's wrong with You?"
Bettina: "It's all true. It's a curse. We will all die!"
Gregor: "How do You know that?"
Bettina: "I just know."
Bettina: "And all those paintings around us from the crazy Mr. Siegert show, how we're going to die."
Gregor: "What?"
Lisa: "Honey, the TV is malfunctioning"
Jan: "Yes, I see. I don't know. Maybe something is wrong with the signal."
Jan: "I'll have a look."
Lisa: "Thank You!"
Gregor: "Are You aware that You don't sound very sane right now?"
Bettina: "Yes. Errr... no. Just look at the paintings!"
Bettina: "Look here, the flies above Jonathan's plate"
Gregor: "Yeah, okay, but what about Maria's picture?"
Gregor: "She didn't die camping."
Gregor: "She didn't drown, either, which could've been represented by the fountain"
Bettina: *gasp* "Just look at the stone above her head. It looks like it's falling on her."
Gregor: "Oh my god. You're right."
Bettina: "That's what I said!"
Gregor: "We have to do something!"
Bettina: "Hmm, but what?"
Gregor: "Your vision! You have to remember who dies next!"
Bettina: *gasps* "Jan!"
Lisa: "Hey, honey, the handbag I want only costs 1,600 Simoleons right now!"
Jan: "Wow. That is amazing."
Jan: *sounds of being zapped*
Lisa: "Oh, oh my god!"
Lisa: "Help, Gregor!"
Gregor: "What's wrong?"
Lisa: "Jan... in water... puddle"
Gregor: "Oh no, what's wrong with Jan?"
Lisa: "I..."
Gregor: "I'll go and check on him."
Gregor: "Oh no."
Gregor: "Oh Lisa, I'm so sorry."
Gregor: "What happened?"
Lisa: "He was electrocuted"
Gregor: "Didn't You say something about water?"
Lisa: "Err... yes?"
Gregor: "Oh man. Hmmm..."
Lisa: "What?"
Gregor: "There was no water."
Lisa: "Huh?"
Gregor: "Very weird."
Lisa: "Oh dear. What am I supposed to tell the kids?"
Lisa: "... yes?"
Tim: "Okay."
Lisa: "And I'm sure we will see Your father again, soon. So don't be too sad."
Missy & Tim: "Okay, mum."
Lisa: "Alright. Now I'll go back to the other adults."
Lisa: "Please stay inside. Don't leave the house, no matter what!"
Tim: "Okay."
Tim: "Hey, shall we play hide and seek?"
Missy: "Yes! But we have to stay inside."
Tim: *in a mocking tone* "Yes, mum."
Tim: "Okay, You'll hide first. Anywhere inside the house."
Missy: "Okay."
Tim: "One, two, three, four, five..."
Gregor: "That means we have to do something."
Bettina: "Of course we'll do something. We'll thwart death's plan."
Tim: "... eighteen, nineteen, twenty!"
Tim: "Ready or not - here I come."
Tim: "Where is she?"
Missy: "beeep"
Tim: "Aha, I heard that."
Missy: *laughs*
Tim: "Ah, there she is!"
Tim: "Found You. Good spot!"
Lisa: "... not to leave the house. That way they're safe from whatever that picture is trying to tell us."
Gregor: "Maybe they're supposed to be run over."
Missy: "... nineteen, twenty. I'm coming!"
Missy: *hums*
Lisa: "Okay. What about the other paintings. Did You already look at them? I mean, what causes my death? Do You know?"
Gregor: "We wanted to do that when You came in."
Missy: "Did he hide in here?"
Missy: "Yes, there You are!"
Tim: *giggles*
Missy: "Hey, I've been searching You for hours. Let's play something else."
Missy: "Oh, what was that?"
Tim: "Err... when I got up from under the car I must've broken something. I don't know"
Missy: "Oh." *laughs nervously*
Missy: *smells* "Do You smell that?"
Tim: *smells* "Yes, it smells like a gas station!"
Missy: "Puh, that stinks! It's getting worse!"
Tim: "Buoh, let's just go!"
Missy: "Yes, okay."
Missy: "Ugh, ugh!"
Tim: "What's wrong?"
Missy: "The door ist stuck. We're trapped in here!"
Gregor: "What's with the room next door?"
Bettina: "We can't get in there, both doors are locked."
Gregor: "Well, I think Lisa's painting is obvious."
Bettina: "Yes, I think You should simply stay away from fire."
Lisa: "Okay. I'll stay away from fire. What do You do?"
Bettina: "Hmmm... Gregor?"
Gregor: "No clue. Maybe I'll die in my sleep?"
Bettina: "That, or You will be smashed by Your bed."
Gregor: *laughs*
Bettina: "No, jokes aside. Something big could fall on You."
Bettina: "Yes, the bed would just be a symbol. Like the stone in Maria's painting."
Lisa: "You could be right. But where is Your picture?"
Bettina: "I don't know. I don't have one."
Missy & Tim: *cries for help*
Tim: "I think it's useless. They can't hear us."
Missy: "Oh."
Tim: "Is that a blackout?"
Missy: "Oh no, I'm scared. It's so dark."
Lisa: "And what are You supposed to look out for? Everything could fall on You! The ceiling could come down!"
Gregor: "Ah, that's not going to happen."
Lisa: "How can You know?"
Betty: "Oh."
Gregor: "Oh no, not another blackout. Something's wrong."
Lisa: "You're right. I should check on the kids."
Lisa: "Will You come with me?"
Gregor: "Of course!"
Lisa: "Good."
Tim: *sounds of suffocation* Missy: *cries*
Missy: *also choking now*
Bettina: "We should be in quarantine."
Bettina: "No, seriously. We're not safe anywhere."
Gregor: "Hey, where is Your fighting spirit from before?"
Gregor: "Hmm, we should also go inside and try to find the kids quickly."
Lisa: "Aaaaaah!"
Six days later
Bettina: "Gregor!"
Bettina: "Errr, Gregor. I was thinking again about death's list. Do You really think..."
Gregor: "Betty. The explosion could've killed us. A piece of wall could've fallen on me. But it didn't"
Gregor: "We survived because we were supposed to survive. Don't think about it too much, okay?"
Bettina: "Okay."
Gregor: "Alright. I'll go to bed now."
Bettina: "Good night."
Gregor: "G'night."
Gregor: "Mwuah!"
Bettina: "Gregor?"
Bettina: *panting* "GREGOR!?"
Bettina: "Oh my god."
Bettina: "Aaaaah!"

Natural Ways to Take Care of Your Skin - Duration: 1:32.
Exercise and nutrients and food are there foods that kind of help
make us look our best.
As a group there are foods that that that dad to
help us and as far as specific groups of actually a specific food no so there's
not one phone or two foods that I can say use this and this is this will help
you with anti-aging but kinds of nutrients that you want to target are
going to be vitamin A vitamin C vitamin E D and the essential fatty acids which
are the good oils those are the ones that are touted as being the best for
skin health but pretty much anything that is just good nutrition for the body
is going to be good for the skin.
And a healthy diet and exercise they really go
hand-in-hand I do believe exercise really just helps
you look better and helps you glow the adrenaline.
But there's a lot of science
behind that so just if we take that subject in general and that exercise
good nutrition sleeping well all decrease stress we know for a fact that
stress increases what we call the inflammatory mediators in the in the
body and those inflammatory mediators do a lot of harm and especially with
respect to the aging effect so if we decrease those those substances in our
body we're going to do a lot towards our well-being and of course the way we go.

Marcin Gajda has a series on Facebook entitled 'I love Francis', I mean Pope Francis.
In fact, what arouses also my love towards Pope Francis is that it is a man
who does not style himself on somebody spotless, somebody perfect, somebody who knows
and who, from the heights of his authority, imparts knowledge and experience to the little ones.
No. Pope Francis is a humble man - as were previous papal saints
who talked about themselves in a various manner, but just not expanding their roles,
not trying to style on the immaculate, but they said - we are sinners who share our faith.
It is really disgusting when somebody from the heights of their authority preaches,
and then it turns out that in their life they themselves are lazy, hypocritical; they cannot even try to live what they impose on people.

He had been off the drink for quite some time and had given up alcohol because of this very reason
