joining me today my name is John botting
and I've recently got involved with a
great company there's actually been
around for seven years but has not been
in the english-speaking market it can be
called build rule you're probably on
this page because you have already found
out about builder rule and maybe you
were searching for earning opportunity
or something like that so what I found
out when I was looking around is that
there's lots of videos out there for
build rules products which is a great
product and and that's not the sort of
purpose of this this video but I am
going to very very quickly go through
the product in case you don't know what
the product is but I'm going to
concentrate mostly on the earnings
opportunity because I found that there
was hardly any discussion about the
earnings opportunity with build rule it
was all about the product and the
earning opportunity is absolutely

conversion pros or you looked at joining

more expensive but a comparable company
comparable sort of products then this is
going to actually blow your socks off
because the compensation plan here is so
much better and I will be talking about

landing pages squeeze pages sales
funnels all that sort of stuff so I'm in
the building page at the moment so this
is the product we've got blank pages
blog posts funnels agency pages there's
all sorts of things here funnels landing
pages video pages and then all the
different types of niches that you can
go in so there's lots and lots and lots
of stuff here as you can see MLM as well
so you can build your own landing page
and a sales funnel in here
using their templates and just changing
the texts around of things like that
so that's the first thing we've got
we've got a drop drag-and-drop website
builder so you can build websites and
scratch just drag and drop okay so
that's all there as well all hosting is
done by the way all hosting is done as
well see haven't got to worry about the
hosting there's this fantastic app
creator so if you are if you've got
customers and you're looking to build
websites you could also build apps for
them as well so that's all in here as
well we have a blog builder as well if
you want to do that we have emailed
marketing and automation so we have an
autoresponder series it can there's
automatic autoresponders built into some
of these funnels and if you go to resell
the builder all when they call that
being a franchisee so if you want to be
a franchisee or an affiliate if you want
to call it that then there's an
autoresponder series it's already done
for you
but you've also got your own
autoresponder you can that you can send
emails out to as well it's ten thousand
people so you can have ten thousand
people in your auto responder and if you
want any more than that you've got a
bigger list than ten thousand then you
can actually pay a little bit extra and
you get more there's videos that you can
do is got these floating video things
that we've got as well and there's the
apps I've told you about already there's
a knowledgebase
so there's a lots of stuff there they
tell us about how you can sort of sell
your services and things like that
there's the reselling size the two-tier
commercial license which I'm going to be
talking about in a while there's be
built builder old Academy so they
actually give us training on how to
promote the your build rule and things
like that so that's a little bit about
the products okay so it's a phenomenal
products and I'm going to bring up now
to tell you exactly how much this
product is because you're not going to
believe it
okay so cost to join for the products is
$29.99 per month $29.99 per month but
all of that I've just told you about I
mean is absolutely phenomenal I
spoke about the conversion pros their
product is $50 a month so for a similar
issue product and there's lots of others
out there as well if you'd look at
clickfunnels
and lots of other things clickfunnels
can be 206 299 dollars a month the
clickfunnels
for very similar products in what you're
getting with daughter'll so it's a
fantastically priced product priced to
sell so you know $29.99 a month for
everything that you get a 10,000 list
autoresponder you know it's phenomenal
it really really is and so that's what
we're getting $29.99 and that gets you
all that if you want to become a
reseller they call it a franchisee and
think a bit think of it as an affiliate
scheme it's a two-tier affiliate scheme
so you get pic paid on your tier 1 which
are people that you sign up yourself and
for the people that they sign up you
also get paid as well so to become a
reseller it's a one-off fee of $97
that's a one-time $97 $29.99 a month for
the products ok total cost one hundred
and twenty seven dollars to get you into
this business ok let's talk about the
comp plan now then so you understand how
that works so for the first month we get
100% Commission's paid to us on the
product sale so when someone signs up
when you've paid the $97 to become a an
affiliate when somebody signs up from
your link they pay $29.99 for their
first month 100% of that goes to you so
in your first month if you make one sale
you break even okay if they then upgrade
to the reseller the commercial license
the affiliate license the franchise
license whatever they want to call it
you also get 100% commission pay to you
on that
so that's $97 ok $97 hundred percent
goes to
you assigning them up on the reseller
license okay so that's for a phenomenal
phenomenal our compensation plan on your
first month then when we go to month -
you will get 30% Commission's on your
our first level sign ups and the people
that you personally sold a builder or
products to you will get 30% Commission
per month so that equals $10 okay now as
well as getting paid it on your people
that you bring into the business any
people that you bring into the business
who also become a reseller whenever they
bring anybody into the business you will
also get paid 30% on that business as
well okay so that's $10 on your level to
sign ups as well okay so you know really
really good so it's piece each I've
never seen anything like this I really
haven't you know in this type of sector
there's nothing nothing like this these
companies kind of sort of a from from
giving you a second level Commission
field rule do not and it's very very
powerful and you'll see this when I show
you how the Commission structures work
okay so what do you get so for three
sales per month you've only got to make
three sales and the system is free to
you okay so that's what we've got to
think about get three people to purchase
the products from you and the system is
free to you every month there is weekly
commission payouts so we're not waiting
30 days or 60 days some of these are
sort of affiliate programs they keep you
waiting 30 or 60 days even before your
commissions clear and they pay you out
with builder all you are actually paid
instantly it's shown in the back-office
instantly however there is a seven-day
wait so once you
get past that seven days every week
you'll be being paid out on the
Commission's that you earn
we're paid into PayPal so it gets
directly into PayPal just something I
want to tell you which is which is
absolutely phenomenal
um there is a 95 percent retention rate
in the company so 95 percent of anybody
who buys the product stays it is
absolutely phenomenal okay I think I
said at the beginning the company's been
around for seven years now and it's just
basically long stint of the English
language sex - going into the United
States and obviously english-speaking
countries and the rest of the world in
fact so you know 95 percent retention
radius but fantastic and so far the
upgrade rate to a commercial license
from the $29.99 product level is ninety
percent so across the company ninety
percent of people who buy the $29.99
products will upgrade to have a
commercial license so they can resell it
as well
remember this is one hundred percent
commission to you and you get to the
full ready to go professional funnels
sales pages everything are built for you
if you go for the commercial license
everything's done for you it also
responds a series that sends out the
emails to everybody boys you have got to
think about anything at all so we're
getting all of this for our ninety seven
dollars and then our thirty dollars per
month okay now I'm going to show you the
earning potential here okay so first of
all I'm going to start off with just a
very very simple nothing to worry about
anybody could do type of earning
situations so what I'm going to do is
I'm going to say that over a year every
month you have been able to sign up just
one person just one person into
buildable okay so that is twelve
licenses in a year now most people you
have targeted and you've targeted them
to actually bring them in to make money
so you've sold
100% of most people the commercial
license okay so every single one of them
has that rabies upgraded $97 okay now
these people have not set the world
alight they're just like you they have
just plotted along and they have each
recruited twelve people into builder
role at the end of a twelve month period
so at the end of 12 months you would
have urns she has under a thousand
dollars in instant commissions than your
hundred-percent commissions okay and
your monthly income on this will be near
enough $1,400 a month $1400 a month
income
absolutely unbelievable all you have
done over a year is bought in twelve
people who have seen that the benefits
of the business and have bought
themselves the commercial license and a
done exactly the same as you and plodded
along and one every month sold a license
to someone
I've bought solar products for someone
sorry so the product for someone just
doing that that is what we're on $1,400
a month that is more than 90% of the
people in the window in the world who
are involved in network marketing or
affiliate marketing or something like
that they're just not on a residual
income of thirteen fourteen hundred
dollars a month which has not on it and
that's only bringing in one person a
month it's unbelievable
so that is anybody can do that anybody
can do that
really so what I'm going to do now is
I'm going to give you another scenario
slightly a better scenario if you like
so you've actually sold kuu products per
month okay you targeted the same number
of people are the same sort of people
sorry the same sort of people so these
are people who want to make money so two
twice a month you've brought in somebody
who wants to make money and they have
done the commercial
licensed okay and they have done the
same as you
they've done the same as you they've
also done two a month now look at this
your immediate earrings nineteen hundred
and fifteen pounds dollars sorry
nineteen hundred and fifteen dollars
that's your immediate earnings on the
hundred percent Commission's your
monthly income we've gone over five
thousand dollars a month
this is life changing income for the
vast majority of the population in
America in the UK five thousand three
hundred five thousand four hundred
dollars in the UK word equal about four
thousand two hundred four thousand three
hundred pounds okay there's more than
more than double what the average person
earns in the UK okay um and that is only
bringing in over a 12-month period
twenty four people who have all boarded
commercial license and they've done the
same only fourteen twenty four people
but I want to keep this real I mean
these numbers I'd like to show you
numbers that make your eyes water what's
the point I want to keep this real you
know I do honestly believe that anybody
can bring in twelve people in a year I
think most people can bring in
twenty-four people in the year you know
I do believe that with training and
things like that you can do that now
let's just say that you are actually
somebody who's pretty good at what you
do okay so there will be people that are
watching that on here so let's say that
you do two a week take that well 104
over the year
okay now we're not gonna go at a hundred
percent we're not going to go at 100
percent so let's just say the only fifty
percent of people that you bring in
either commercial license now
company-wide it's 90 percent but I want
to keep it real so 50 percent of the
people that you bring in by the
commercial license an upgrade okay and
those people are doing exactly the same
as we've said before so they're only
bringing in
- every month lastly it just - every
month look at the earnings pick here are
your immediate earning hundred-percent
commissions is just under $6,000 your
monthly residual income has gone over
$10,000 a month
in fact it's twelve hundred over twelve
hundred dollars a month so over $1200 a
month would be just over that about ten
and a half thousand pounds per month in
monthly residual income you know I said
I could play around with these numbers
all day long and I could make it look
absolutely fantastic and you can be
earning six figures a month five you
know five figures a month easy as you
can see by this you can be earning six
figures a month we've not a massive team
okay um so but I don't want to do that I
want to keep things real there are
people out there that's going to be
watching this video they're going to be
so impressed that you know they're just
going to join up and they're going to
set the world alight I know people that
do this in their first month so go out
and bring in 100 people in their first
month and the other reason why I've done
104 is for a reason because they've just
introduced a new car plan and I'm going
to talk to you about that in a little

up again this what I've said so as a
