China's top actress has disappeared!

Or maybe has been disappeared.

China threatens more tariffs on the US,

in retaliation for US retaliation.

And a virus is infecting millions of Chinese pigs.

I guess I'll be taking a break from double-cooked pork.

This is China Uncensored.

Hi, welcome to China Uncensored.

I'm Chris Chappell.

Chinese superstar actress Fan Bingbing seems to have disappeared.

That's Fan Bingbing who played Blink in X-Men: Days of Future Past.

She's the highest paid actress in China,

and the fifth-highest paid actress in the world.

But since late July,

the 36-year-old actress hasn't been seen in public,

or really anywhere that people seem to know about.

Her Weibo account has been silent.

No new dresses.

Not even a cute cat.

There's also no word about why she's gone.

But the Chinese internet loves speculation.

The current rumor is that she's been abducted

by authorities for tax evasion.

I mean, she could be chillin' on a beach somewhere.

We don't know.

But in May, a presenter on Chinese state television leaked

a pair of contracts that supposedly showed Fan Bingbing

double-billing for a production.

Basically, she had two contracts covering the same work.

"The documents appeared to reveal an arrangement,

known as 'yin-yang' contracts,

wherein one contract reflects an actor's actual earnings

while a second, lower figure is submitted to tax authorities."

So it's possible she's been abducted because authorities plan

to use her as a warning to other actors:

Pay your taxes, or else!

Fan's disappearance is probably less dire

than that of the thousands of human rights lawyers,

religious believers, and other dissidents

who are "disappeared" on a regular basis by the Communist Party.

But it does show the overall repressiveness of the system in China.

After all, if Kim Kardashian or Beyonce

wasn't seen in public for two months,

no one would think they were being secretly held

by the US government.

Too bad Fan Bingbing can't teleport her way out of detention.

In a move that's been a long time in the making,

the US Justice Department is requiring China's

two biggest state run media companies—

Xinhua and China Global Television Network—

to register as foreign agents.

Over the past year, two Russian outlets,

RT and Sputnik, have also been required

to register as foreign agents.

What this means is there'll be more limitations

to press credentials for all these media.

They'll have less access to lawmakers and other US officials.

This is causing a bit of a debate.

There are the free speech activists—

who don't like the government deciding

what counts as journalism and what counts as propaganda.

Then there's national security experts—

who are happy these state-backed propaganda outlets

are getting a little more scrutiny.

The law in question is the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

It was created in 1938 to tackle covert Nazi propaganda in the US.

But it was rarely used after World War 2.

Until recently.

Of course, state-run China Daily, who's distribution company

has long been registered as a foreign agent,

has not been that inconvenienced.

Why, you can see their newspaper boxes dotting the streets

of major US cities like New York.

China is retaliating in the trade war with new tariffs

on 60 billion dollars of American goods.

Which is a predictable response to the US's response...

to China's earlier response to the original US tariffs...

which were a response to China being a big fat cheater.

President Trump commented on China's latest tariffs,

saying, "If there's retaliation against our farmers

and our industrial workers and our ranchers,

if any of that goes on

we are going to kick in another $257 billion.

We don't want to do it,

but we'll probably have no choice."

Later he clarified he actually meant 267 billion dollars.

But anyway, it's not exactly tit for tat.

Since the US buys more from China than China buys from the US,

the US is able to hit China with bigger tariffs.

And if the new tariffs Trump is threatening go into effect,

tariffs would cover the majority of all US-China trade.

So for all of you who wanted to boycott Made in China products,

looks like a lot more people will be forced to join you.

A deadly African swine fever is sweeping across

at least seven Chinese provinces.

The virus has killed at least 40,000 pigs.

It's become a major disruption to China's pork industry.

And more importantly, it's super gross!

And not gross in a cool way,

like that glow-in-the-dark pork from a few years ago.

The good news is that the swine fever outbreak

is way too big to cover up.

So it's forced Chinese authorities to address it,

and state media to report on it.

But just to be clear,

state media says, it's an African swine fever.

And it's happening despite China's strict controls.

And again, please remember that this is

not some kind of Chinese disease.

It's "been circulating in neighboring countries for a long time".

The virus can apparently live in pork products,

including ham and salami, for a month or more.

And one of the reasons the infection has spread globally

is that "pigs can become infected

if they eat contaminated food scraps."

Wait, does this mean pigs are eating...pork?

Well, at least they're not forcing Muslims to eat pork.

Oh.

There is one piece of good news, though.

The virus only kills pigs, and not humans.

So while pork prices in China are going up—

you know, because so much of the supply is dying—

at least it's still safe to eat bacon.

Well, as safe as it ever was.

And finally, a "nightmare" incident between

Chinese tourists and Swedish police.

At least according to state-run media.

A Chinese family of three tried

to check into a hotel in Stockholm,

but apparently hadn't made reservations for that night.

So the hotel staff turned them away.

The Chinese family refused to leave,

and insisted on sleeping in the lobby.

So the staff called the police,

who used what the Chinese son described as

"excessive violence" on the family.

See for yourself.

"This is killing!

This is killing!"

It's basically murder.

Just look at this cry for help!

Wow, he could be a professional soccer player.

All this, of course,

has blown up massively on the Chinese internet.

And China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed concern

about the safety and legitimate rights

of all Chinese citizens visiting Sweden.

Which makes sense.

No one treats Chinese citizens worse than the police in Sweden.

the Chinese Communist Party will never, ever let Tibet go.

It's too strategically valuable.

For one, there's gold in them there hills!

Or at least a variety of minerals and rare earth elements.

Then there's the border security that comes with controlling Tibet.

I

t's impossible to move an army through the Himalayas.

But if the Chinese Communist Party didn't control Tibet,

then it wouldn't have the Himalayas to protect China's western border.

And then there's the fact that most of Asia's rivers start in Tibet.

That gives whoever controls Tibet tremendous power over

all the surrounding nations.

If the Communist Party gave up Tibet,

then someone else would control the source of these rivers—

including China's rivers.

The Jinshin War | History of Japan 23 - Duration: 7:14.

Succession disputes usually don't turn out well, as the Soga clan realized years before.

The succession dispute in this video is no different.

Prince Naka no Oe, one of the conspirators in the Soga coup, ascended the Japanese throne

in 661 to become Emperor Tenji.

Tenji was smart and wasn't a fan of succession disputes, so in 664, he named his younger

brother the crown prince, heir to the throne.

His younger brother was Prince Oama.

OAma.

After the events of this video, Oama actually commissioned the creation of the Nihon Shoki,

one of the earliest texts on Japanese history.

It's also the primary source for what happened next.

Props to Emperor Tenji for thinking ahead and naming an heir, you know?

Avoided that mistake.

Unfortunately, he made a different mistake.

He changed his mind.

Rumors spread that Tenji wanted his favorite son, Prince Otomo, to succeed him.

The Crown Prince Oama wasn't happy.

We could tell because the Nihon Shoki recounts an incident that happened at a party where

Crown Prince Oama got frustrated and plunged a spear into the floor.

He probably had a few choice words for the guests too.

I really don't know why people got so mad, he probably livened up the party.

The most excitement I ever got at a party was in college when I had too many pot brownies

and locked myself in the bathroom because I thought everyone was after me.

Just kidding, I wasn't invited to parties.

Nakatomi no Kamatari was the person who calmed things down.

Remember Kamatari was the mastermind behind the Soga coup, and you could see his keen

political instincts here.

Some say it was Kamatari who mediated the tense relationship between Emperor Tenji and

his younger brother.

That's why when Kamatari died, things took a turn for the worse.

In 671, Emperor Tenji gave his son Otomo the position of daijo-daijin, or chancellor.

This was a brand new position in the government, part of some administrative changes they were

doing at the time.

The chancellor took care of state affairs for the emperor.

It was basically the highest secular post in government.

Tenji may as well have shouted, "Nah nah nah nah nah" to his younger brother because

he was obviously giving the throne to his son.

Tenji soon became ill.

Nearing death, he called his brother Oama to his bedside.

Tenji told Oama he wanted HIM to be the next emperor.

Oama...

refused,

saying that the empress, Tenji's consort, should take the throne and Otomo

should be her crown prince.

Oama then asked the emperor if he could go off into the mountains and devote his life

to Buddhism, removing himself from politics altogether.

Now, if you've been paying attention, you'd notice something weird about this exchange.

If you haven't been paying attention, how dare you…

It's weird because their words made no sense!

They were the opposite of their actions.

Emperor Tenji clearly wanted his son Otomo to succeed him, and Crown Prince Oama clearly

wanted the throne for himself.

So why would Tenji offer Oama the throne, and why would Oama refuse, and choose to leave

political life altogether?

The clue comes later in the story where it was revealed that someone warned Crown Prince

Oama to be careful of what he said to the emperor.

It was a trap.

Emperor Tenji was likely testing Oama's loyalty, to see if he wanted the throne.

Accepting Tenji's offer would have probably meant death for Oama.

And so Oama did the best thing he could have done:

he removed himself from the board.

He was saying, "Look, I'm no longer a threat to your son, so just let me go, okay?

You're my brother, man, my brother, remember?

Tell me you remember!"

Now, are you ready for another curveball?

We mentioned earlier that this account comes from the Nihon Shoki, a historical text later

commissioned by Oama himself.

It was written by his allies.

It would be like if my ex's best friend wrote a book about our failed relationship,

saying it failed because I was an emotionless monster.

You can't trust that book.

It failed because she was a conniving little black widow.

It's true, read my best friend's book about it.

The Nihon Shoki has a massive pro-Oama bias, making you question everything in that meeting.

Did Tenji really offer Oama the throne?

Did the meeting even happen?

Or did Oama just lose the political fight and was forced to go off and be a monk?

The account seems awfully friendly to Oama, making him out to be a smart guy deftly avoiding

a trap.

Whatever happened, Oama did go off and live in the mountains with his family.

You'd think they would leave him alone, but in 672, the Nihon Shoki states that Oama

heard news that the capital was plotting against him.

He decided that if he couldn't even hide in the mountains, then he couldn't hide

anywhere.

It was time to fight.

It was called the Jinshin War.

It was a war between Tenji's brother and Tenji's son.

In those days, the capital didn't have much of an army.

If you wanted troops, you had to ask the clan chieftains scattered across Japan.

Oama sent people east to the Ise and Iga provinces to get support from the chieftains there.

He also sent an army to block a major road going north, preventing the capital from sending

word to their friends in the northern provinces.

Without much support, Prince Otomo tried the only solution he had left in this situation.

He killed himself.

It didn't work,

Oama still claimed the capital.

Oama executed some of Otomo's top allies and exiled the rest, then sat the throne as

the newly minted Emperor Tenmu.

By removing the top tier of the government and replacing it with his own allies, Emperor

Tenmu had more power than any emperor before him,

and he used it.

The Seattle Seahawks selected former Ohio State tight end Nick Vannett in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft and hoped to have found their future at the position.

So when former tight end Jimmy Graham left town in free agency this offseason, it seemed like Vannett's time to shine.

But through two games, it's been rookie Will Dissly working as Russell Wilson's go-to target at the position.

While Vannett has four catches for 34 yards, Dissly has totaled six grabs for an impressive 147 yards and two touchdowns.

Ahead of the team's Week 3 game with the Dallas Cowboys, Wilson spoke with the media and addressed Dissly's play.

Not only did he call him "a baller," but tossed him a comparison to Cowboys legend Jason Witten, as Jon Machota of The Dallas Morning News revealed.

Dissly's Impressive Start.

The play of Dissly itself has been impressive, but how he's been able to take over after the Week 1 playing time split is even more eye-opening.

In that first game, Dissly played fewer snaps than Vannett (35 to 33), per Football Outsiders, but was far better from a receiving standpoint.

He caught three passes for 105 yards and one touchdown while Vannett's one grab went for 11 yards.

Obviously, Dissly was simply able to do more with his targets than his counterpart, but the hot run carried into Week 2.

This time, head coach Pete Carroll gave Dissly the nod in terms of playing time, as his 47 offensive snaps trumped the 26 Vannett played.

It seems the Seahawks have shifted over to Dissly being their starter, which makes sense considering he's leading the team in receiving entering Week 3.

keto food or the keto junk foods that I

find acceptable enough to keep it in my

own kitchen and I do try to give my

daughter some treats she's on the

ketogenic diet for neurological issues

and I tried to give her some treats so that

she can kind of still feel like she's a

normal kid while also having the healing

benefits that she really needs to be on

keto right now so what we're talking

about today is quest chips and of all of

the things that I'm reviewing

ingredients wise these are probably my

least favorite but taste wise and for

kind of what they can offer for my

daughter feeling included with her peers

these are really good so I include these

in her lunches on Fridays and then if we

do taco salad bowls as a family she and

I both used quest chips because we're

both on keto my boys are not and so

these are her they taste like ranch like

when you eat the or when you first put

them in your mouth they taste like those

Doritos with the ranch coating on them

and that's really good and then but the

chip part is made of like milk protein

isolate whey protein isolate which you

know like to get a chip looking all open

for you so like to get these are

normally bigger when they come from me

Amazon but somebody got into my cupboard

and they got a little bit crunched but

nothing to get a chip looking thing out

of milk protein you know it's gonna be

processed and that's what I don't love

about these but they really don't have

anything super bad in the ingredients

label so these are something that I use

she gets them about once or the most

twice a week to help her feel included

and to make keto a less restricted diet

for her taste wise I'd give these a 10

like taste wise they look good once you

bite into them and you're expecting like

tortilla chip and you get some kind of

bland almost chip like texture they're

weird texture wise once you're chewing

them but it does kind of like give you

the

action of eating a chip it's just not

gonna like 30 tips almost dirtiest tasty

and sweet in your mouth and these don't

they just kind of taste like the same

throughout and so I wouldn't say they're

bad I wouldn't say they're an exact

replica of tortilla chips they

definitely serve a purpose in my house

We're going to come to sitting on top of our yoga block in hero pose or virasana

So come down onto your knees and bring your knees to touch and your feet out wide

Sit your hips on top of your yoga block. I like to keep it at the medium height

Placing it on my sits bones the tops of the feet are on the floor not touching the block

Your hands are on your thighs sitting up tall. Close your eyes

Lengthen your spine on your inhale and on your exhale wide and your shoulders apart

Come inward focusing on the breath quiet the mind

Focusing on your inhales and your exhales

If another thought comes into your mind at this point

As soon as you notice that it's there

Gently set it off to the side and come back to focusing on the breath

And remain here

Slowly come to open your eyes

Gently bring your block off to the side and come to standing in a wide legged position

feet parallel

Bring your hands to your hips bend your knees and send your hips back as you fold your torso over your legs

Take hold of opposite elbows in your hands and will begin to sway our torso from right to left

So you can use your knees and your legs to help sway your torso

By alternating banding and straightening your legs

Bending your right straightening your left and switch and as your legs bend

Your torso shifts over to the side

slow and smooth movements here

Find your rhythm

allow your head and your torso to hang over completely and

Continue to sway

Slowly come to stillness bring your hands to the ground

Turn your legs out from the hips bending the left leg and lunging over to the left keep the right leg straight

Bring the left forearm to your left thigh and your right arm up and over on the diagonal

hold and reach

Slowly make your way out of your lunge to the side bring your feet back to parallel

Coming back to your forward fold and then coming back to your sway

Alternate bending and straightening your legs gently allowing your torso to hang over and sway from right to left

Slowly come to stillness place your hands on the ground to turn your legs out from the hips bend your right leg straighten your left

Lunging over to the right keep your forearm on your right thigh and your left arm up and over on the diagonal

Slowly come back to your forward fold to bring your hands to the floor feet parallel

Hold on to opposite elbows and continue to sway once again from right to left

Slowly come to stillness

Bring your hands down and walk your hands over to the left leg

Step the left leg back into downward facing dog and once again begin to pedal your legs

Alternate bending and straightening your legs gently warming up the leg muscles into the hips

Come to stillness in your downward-facing dog

On an inhale raise your left leg up behind you and turn the leg out from the hip

bending the leg

Allow the weight of your leg to stretch the entire left side of your body here

And to take it even further

Step that leg behind you reach your left arm up and over keep the right leg straight for wild thing

Bringing your back into an arch reach energetically up and over

And

From here slowly shift your weight back to three legged downward facing dog

Step the leg back into downward dog and begin to pedal the legs once again

Slowly come to stillness raise the right leg up three-legged dog and turn the leg out from the hip bending the right leg

Allowing the weight of the leg to stretch the entire

right side of your body

take it even further by stepping back behind you straightening the left leg and

Reaching the right arm up and over on the diagonal coming into an arch here for a wild thing on the right

Slowly and gently shift your weight back into three legged downward facing dog, right leg up

Step it back downward dog and pedal the legs once again

Bring yourself to stillness and on an inhale raise your left leg up

Turn the leg out from the hip bending the left leg

Stretch the left side of your body for a moment and then step it forward in between your hands

Coming into low lunge on the left dropping the right knee down onto the ground and untucking the right toe

Bring your right hand underneath your nose and twist your upper body to the left

Reaching your left arm up palm facing the left looking up towards the ceiling

holding here in your twist

Come back to Center. Tuck your right toe step back downward facing dog

Paddle your legs

alternating bending and straightening

Slowly come to stillness and breathe

Raise your right leg up behind you. Turn the leg out from the hip stretching the right side of your body

Turn that leg in and step it forward in between your hands coming into low lunge on the right

Left knee down untuck the left toe from here twist your upper body to the right reaching your right arm up

Energetically looking up towards the ceiling

Hold here in your twist

Come back to Center tuck your left toe step back downward facing dog

And once again peddle your legs now adding some movement into your downward dog

Bring your legs to stillness hold your downward dog breathing deeply in and out

through your nose

From here bring your knees down to the floor touch your big toes together

Separate your knees the width of your yoga mat in a wide-leg. Child's pose. Relax your torso down bring your forehead to the floor

Reach your arms out in front of you relax here

Relaxing your chest towards the ground open your heart center towards the floor remain here

Lift your head up slightly

We're coming to a twist threading the left arm underneath the right bringing the right side of your head to the ground

Hold here in your twist

Come back through Center twisting in the opposite direction threading

the right arm underneath the left bringing the right side of your head to the ground and

breathe in your twist

So we come back to the center and make your way up to a seated position

We'll come to lying on the back

so take hold of your blanket before we come into our shavasana fold it into a

short

Rectangle and then you're going to lie flat on the ground engine asana separating your legs apart

Place the blanket on top of your pelvis and press the blanket into the pelvis to ground yourself down

From here, relax your legs place your hands down by your sides. Turn your palms upwards towards the ceiling

Close your eyes come back to the breath

Breathing in through the nose and then releasing the breath out through the nose

Focus your attention inward on the inhales and the exhales

Remain here

Bring some gentle movement into your limbs

and

When you're ready bend your legs and set your blanket off to the side

Roll to the right side of your body and rest there with your knees bent bringing your arm under your head for support

Press yourself up to a seated

cross-legged position cross your shins

Flex your feet under your knees. Bring your hands to your legs sit up tall close your eyes

Bring your hands to meet at the center of your chest bow your head to your fingertips namaste

Freeman: Just imagine.. 2016, boom, 2017 boom now... Mercy: we are in 2018 heading into 2019

Mercy: So it's literally nearly 3-4 years since you have been here...

Mercy: and I haven't actually seen this guy in that long

Mercy: How has life been treating you? Obviously, you've had 2 albums come out since you've been here. Top striker, mukuru wekambani...

Freeman: three, there is three of them.

Mercy: Three?!

Mercy: Wait, which was the third one?

Freeman: there was mangoma ihobho, *sings zvakaipa dai ndarega*... Mercy: Yeaaaahhh that one... I love that song

Mercy: Ah ah I like Patichaita Mari, that's me and my mums favourite song! We love that.

Freeman: Top striker... that's three albums. Just imagine three albums.

Mercy: so basically you have released an album every single year before

Freeman: Yeah, yeah, yeah. I always make an album every year

Freeman: Some people are starving in Zimbabwe, so we can't just sit back and say 'I'm big already'. I have to keep on working

Mercy: Your work ethic is absolutely amazing. I commend it... and obviously the reason I really wanted to do this video. Me and Freeman we are like the same age. You know, we are both in our twenties. Am I correct?

Freeman: Yeah

Mercy: Yeah, we are in our twenties. So obviously, we have alot to relate on. As you know my youtube channel is a lifestyle channel... I basically do Youtube videos to do with lifestyle. Basically showcasing my life on a daily basis...and everything like that.

...I feel like me and you can relate on a lot of things. You're a dad, I've recently become a new Mum as you guys know.

Freeman: I didn't know. You had a baby?

Mercy: Yeah, you didn't know? I recently had a baby. I've got a newborn baby girl.

Freeman: What's her name?

Mercy: The baby is called Isaiah

Freeman: Isaiah. Mama Isaiah

Mercy: Thankyou! So, guys I've become a new Mum. You guys know Freeman is a Dad. You've got a little boy

Mercy: His name is Damien

Freeman: You know everything?

Mercy: We know everything! Koko: That's a well nice name

Mercy: Damien, yeah it's a pretty name isn't it.

Mercy: So... first of all. Everything before everything. I'm now a Mum. I understand how important it is to be a parent. How do you feel being a parent? How do you view father hood? Everything like that..

Freeman: It feels good. It feels good. You know without.. before I had Damien I was just Sylvester. He made a Daddy.

Koko: BaDamien can you speak louder

Freeman: I was saying it feels good to be a Daddy before Damien I was just Sylvester but after I was blessed with a son and I am now a Daddy... and as a father to be responsible for my son.

...it makes me feel like I'm a real man.

Mercy: So... do you feel like Damien has changed your life from being Freeman the individual to now being Baba Damien. Has that had an impact on your life?

Freeman: Alot of things, I would still be a gyalist

Freeman: You know what I mean. I appreciate being a daddy because I think he helps me aswell. So...

Mercy: I want to touch up on mukuru wekambani. I absolutely love that album

...and I think one of the songs that stuck out to the most to me was 'Big Life'

Freeman: Why do you like it?

Mercy: Obviously like we live in the diaspora and you touched up on the diaspora life and how we are towards parents back home or our relatives back home and to me I was like.. I listen to that song on a daily basis

...and what was the inspiration behind that song?

Freeman: You know what the other time when I had just released that song I got a call from like a friend of mine and he said the song made him send money to his mum

Freeman: ...because he was one of those guys that was living that 'big life', you see... but a lot of people didn't like it because they thought maybe I was making fun of them

...but it's a real life situation

Mercy: That's what I was going to say your music is very like... you talk about situations that are happening and there are a few songs but that one stuck out to me the most.

...obviously I am a young person living in the diaspora and you know when you were talking about you know looking after the people back home

Koko: Who's phone is ringing? Mercy: Freemans phone

Koko: Yeah come on we are doing an interview bro

Mercy: It was an alarm guys, there wern't no bad bishess ringing him like he aint got no bishess, noone is looking for freeman like that.

Mercy: I want to touch up on entrepreneurship. I'm a young entrepreneur myself. I'm in the diaspora and I am trying to make it any way that I can.

...and obviously that includes Youtube, Instagram everything like that and how do you feel being a young zimbabwean person... obviously I believe the zimbabwean music industry is an entreprenuership route

...so erm can you just tell me a bit more about how you started and how your journey has been and where you think its going?

Freeman: My journey wasn't easy but when I started I didn't think I was gonna be in this business because I wasn't that serious about music...

...because I used to play soccer and I really wanted to play for my country but only God knows our destiny

Mercy: So you bumped into music?

Freeman: Yeah Yeah

...even then it wasn't like I was serious I just tried. All I knew was I had a good voice since way back when I was in school

...so when I tried with Joina City it went well for me

Mercy:* sings joina city*

Freeman: Until I started to get phone calls to come and perform here

...that's when I started to be serious with this industry

Mercy: So you would say your main passion when you were growing up was football?

Freeman: Yeah, and now I still play soccer. I love soccer

Mercy: So you live breath soccer?

Freeman: Yeah

Koko: Who do you support?

Freeman: Chelsea

Koko: I thought so

Freeman: I'm into soccer just as much as I'm into music aswell.

...but still in this journey I have faced so many hardships. Some of them I just overcame them and I see myself being the man I am today. As you can see our industry is growing like everyday

...it's not easy to breakthrough. All you have to do is to keep on working. Keep on working until you make it.

...because for these past years we didn't know that there was going to be a nasty c and he just came...

...and he is making it big. He is younger than me. So only God knows our destiny. If you feel like you have a talent go out there and make it happen

Mercy: Freeman I appreciate you. This is... I am so happy that we are finally meeting again you guys. Like I said it's been three years.

...and he's been working so hard an album every year. Being consistent is the recipe to success.

Freeman: Straight

Freeman: Yeah yeah but it's not easy to be consistent. You have to keep on working hard.

Mercy: What is your motivation?

Freeman: As for me I am now a family man. Like everybody knows. So... I can say I am the breadwinner.

...so if I just relax

Mercy: True african man! He just said from now on my motivation is that I am a family man. See this... He just said I am an african man, I am now the breadwinner. I am a family man. How many of you guys can say that?

Freeman: Straight

...me and you were talking about being a social media influencer. What does the term 'social media influencer' mean to you?

Stunner: I was gonna ask you the same thing cause if you say that I influence people my main thought was I make people do certain things.

..or react in a certain way. That was my assumption. I was gonna ask you the same thing... cause you called me a social media influencer.

Mercy: Do you know why I called you a social media influencer, I feel like I'm personally a social media influencer myself

...so through my channel. Can we put the phone down?

Mercy: So... from me personally the term social media influencer I basically make lifestyle videos. Now the videos I make people think about their lives... make other people react

...they basically have an influence in other peoples lives other than just my own. Do you get what I am saying?

...from my lifestyle experiences, other people think about how their lives are going and what their going through and maybe what to expect in the future.

...so that is basically what I would call a social media influencer. So basically the way you live your life whether you know it or not actually has an impact on other people in the world

Stunner: So I guess, I'm that. Yeah

Mercy: and I have to give it to Stunner his snapchat is actually popping. I am there every other day. I basically keep up in the life of Stunner

Mercy: So how is it in the music industry being in Zimbabwe. Obviously you are here now, what's the difference?

Stunner: For me I've done it for so long, it's a job and I would love to be like the other artists coming up 'I'm so excited' blah blah blah

...it's like a 9-5 somebody elses 9-5 something that has to be done but being back home and being here well there is a big difference but its like the same thing because I've been come here...

for like the past 6-7 years.

So...I just come here and I hope to leave new stuff, give a different performance and change someones life, especially for the guys that are missing home.

and try and leave a bit of the new lingo and things like that. So I guess it is about sharing experiences. When I'm here I get to experience the new stuff...

Like me being interested in fashion and things like that. I check out what is trending and take some of it back home.

Stunner: I don't know what it means in your term, if I wasn't in music I'd probably me somewhere selling something.

Stunner: It's about keeping up appearances when we talk of hip hop it consists of the rapping and the art and style...

Stunner: I've just stopped the other thing that I used to do, I'm starting on something else but ahhh I can't speak on it

Stunner: I've got international and local ones coming you just have to wait on them. That means if I tell you I'm collaborating with A some people will try to counter me with B

 Telly favourite Ant McPartlin is six months sober - half a year after he was involved in a devastating drink drive smash

 And, the 42-year-old, who is slowly coming back on social media, celebrated the landmark by meeting up with an old pal of twenty years

 Ant, who is estranged from wife Lisa Armstrong and dating PR Anne-Marie Corbett, temporarily stepped down from his TV duties following his drink-drive arrest on March 18

 Long-term pal and Simon Hargreaves, who has known Ant and Dec since the beginning of their career and is complimented as being a part of their initial chart success, tweeted a snap of the pair grinning today

 He wrote: "Long overdue catch up with my buddy of 20+ years for lunch this week

6 months sober, annoyingly healthy looking, and happier than I've seen him in years

Immensely proud of this lad for his strength and determination to face up to his issues and get help
