Hi! I'm Karolina from www.Drycha.com

In this video You can see Copic sketchbook filled with my drawings.

It's 4x6inches = around 10x15cm.

I added stickers

by Frannerd, Mateusz Urbanowicz and from 7 Dots Studio. (links in description)

Paperweight is 70lb / 104g/m2

surprisingly thick. Most of paper for alcohol markers

is thinner.

At first, I couldn't get used to this paper.

I thought that's not the best...

but after some practice and getting to know it

I think its great :D

Earlier I used Leuchtturm and Moleskine notebooks.

These were not made for alcohol markers but I like them.

Leuchtturm and Moleskine paper in notebooks is thinner.

Here's empty page that i used in experiment

to see if it's really bleed resistant.

It is not totally bleed resistant but it's really nice.

Something bleed trough in areas when I used a lot of ink.

I wanted to participate in #copiccolors but I can't get it done....

I bought colors for the challenge in few months and...

...I didn't have the time,

or idea,

or time to think about topics... Maybe I will do it in October.

In addition to alcohol markers I used

fineliners, gelpens, colored pencils

and all medias behave very nice.

Before I rarely drew on the back of the pages

but I wanted to fill everything in this one.

I mean, if back of the page wasn't good for anything anymore

(i used alcohol markers)

I was gluing down another sheets of different papers.

I added here

Canson for markers, Molotow paper,

SMLT bristol and SMLT natural brown paper.

Canson for markers was a challenge, I didn't enjoy Molotow at all...

I'll talk about SMLT some other time :)

A lot of pages in this sketchbook is filled with #drawthisinyourstyle characters.

Challenge is to draw somebody's character in Your style ;)

It's great. You can learn and get to know great artists.

I think I made more than 20 pages for this challenge.

Also, I added my character to the challenge, so I invite You to

About these back of the pages...

I started to

just make more minimalistic versions of drawings.

I mean, I drew easy lines

I was adding few colors, a little,

or even only one color.

On backs I was using waterbased markers to do not affect work from the other side.

Bleedproof paper? Well, ok, but alcohol ink sink into the paper

and in 99% would be visible on the other side.

I tried to draw chibi :D

after watching Kiki's video :

I like this result myself.

SUMMARIZING

At the beginning I didn't enjoy this paper

but after a while I can tell - I really like this!

I will buy another one like this for sure.

Maybe in bigger size.

house saga Sunday how's everybody doing I hope you're doing well in today's

video we're gonna talk about my new big water lines we're also gonna talk about

my father-in-law coming on site and throwing down some suggestions and we're

gonna talk about a certified letter from the city of Nichols stuff before we get

into the green house saga Sunday I do want to get a little bit woowoo with you

if I can help just one person have a more positive mindset an outlook on

their life I think it's a win not to mention I think if more people had

affirmations they'd be happier people so here's mine as I'm getting into some

stuff that kind of sucks right now but will be awesome in the end if I could

have any job in the world what would it be I have the perfect job for me no I'm

saying I have the perfect job for me you have to get the perfect thing for you my

goal is to help people through my service I strive to be the best in the

world at what I enjoy doing wanna be the best in the world what I enjoy doing not

what everybody else wants to do I look at the best in all situations I will not

worry about things I can not control more on that in a minute I understand

that you can't get what you want in life without paying the price and enduring

the suffering to get it I will postpone short-term gratification

ie feeling good now postpone short-term gratification for my long term life

goals and just real quick think about this 10 years from now when

you're visiting me at the completed green house 2.0 or 3.0 I'm saying that

as a backdrop because right now I've got some things going on with green house

2.0 that I can't control here they are and if you like that what's up do me a

favor drop me a comment on your positive affirmation or what you do to keep

yourself motivated like reiben share and all that fun stuff and

now let's talk about the green app all right speaking of things we cannot

control we cannot worry about things we cannot control cannot control the

weather okay poor dusty got the pad actually put in a couple of weeks back I

paid $3,700 for two hundred and seven tons of rock plus twenty three hundred

dollars to get that excavation going okay so I'm into this for six G's well

guess what I've never done this before so I screwed up I should have had the

rock come in after I had them dig the waterlines so now what are they doing

here they are digging through my new gravel pad my 3,700 dollars worth of

gravel they have to remove that set it off to the side and then get in here and

actually dig the dirt out okay hindsight's 2020 I should have done it

differently the problem is this we've had to wait forever to do it you see

there was a hurricane down in the Carolinas that caused a lot of rain and

a lot of damage there who everybody that was involved in that is okay a lot of

things that slowed me up you can't exactly go in and dig 36 inch deep

trenches till a water lines when the ground is muddy will just be a huge mess

so we had to postpone digging my wonderful water lines through the newly

invested pad for about a week is what it is but folks in the words of my daddy

always say is a kid a wise man knows he isn't that wise and your boy dusty is

not too wise when it comes to general contracting as you can see by my about

$600 mistake and having to read dig back through the pad it is what it is but I

do know when I don't know something it's time to get somebody involved who does

let's bring a new character into this story this man is the man this man

graduated cum laude or summa cum laude with an engineering degree from Western

Kentucky State before that he actually did construction for a number of years

and oh by the way he let me marry his daughter pop he actually came out to

green house fail point Oh but was overshadowed in that video by the lady

but now poppy is in the mix on this one so I texted poppy a couple weeks back

with like hey poppy can you come up here and check out this project check out

this photo in these clips you will see two people one person that's been here

before knows what's going on and the other person that's acting like he knows

what's going on my father-in-law was head of Oldham County maintenance for

probably ten years he's probably built more buildings than years that I've been

alive so to have poppy March onto the scene with engineered prints in his hand

certainly did me a boatload of good I want to break this down for all of you

general contractors the people who do excavation this is what my father-in-law

is telling me to do but I would love to get your comments on these things he's

saying to make sure happens in the build of this so please leave me a comment on

one of my bout to tell you all right over there duck is out here at like 8

o'clock 9 o'clock at night on a Friday and click the link and check that out

he's the man with that dusty messed up a little bit we're gonna have to bring a

skidder in and they're gonna scoop out all this gravel on top of here where all

the yellow lines are to make sure we're 36 inches so that's why they're stopped

right now I'm presuming then we're going to put we're gonna put a water mains up

there and then that's gonna run in here we're gonna go one inch off but then

it's going to go right into a two and it's expandable up to three one inch

water mains and that's going to run right through here down through there

and it's going to hit right with my man John 15 we're gonna go bathroom two inch

backflow preventor and then come back out then we're gonna go two inches all

the way out here it's gonna hit here he's gonna have a valve one two three

valves yard hydrant one yard hydrant two every 20 feet there's going to be water

and this is all going to be redone with gravel all throughout so if I decide to

hell with this I can switch it up then another one out here greenhouse one

one of our 2.0 starts there I'm at dot

here so at anytime anybody can come in and just start yanking and doing water

changes or whatever so that's the stop of it right here so we got a thirty six

run that way thirty six that way that's the that's

the next greenhouse that's four and a half times the size of my current

greenhouse the walls will be ten foot tall and then this building over here

it's going to attach so it's going to attach to a building it's going to be

kind of similar to that guy's building over there and then I'm gonna have a

seven foot wide or ten foot tall it's gonna be clear so all sudden like come

in there these are what pop he had to say about greenhouse 2.0 first things

first he walked up there and he said he likes how high it is and up on grade

that's good because I just coughed up six grand so I'm glad I made the right

decision there he went through all the trends she said absolutely all these

trenches must be refilled with rock don't let them fill them with water in

the trenches he said make sure it's filled in with 50 sevens which I didn't

know what the heck those were until just a little bit ago filling all the

trenches in with rock he said make sure they tamp down every one of those

trenches this makes sense because I can show you how my water line out here when

the greenhouse was not tamp down and how it's actually caving in so every six

inches they're gonna stop tamping it down or all if it's gonna cave in on my

foundation pop he also says I might need feet five feet in diameter around the

bathroom for handicap more on that later he said make sure there's no pipes and

closed on the outside walls to the bathroom he said make sure the parking

lot trench is tamp down this is a big thing for me I'm about to drop 40 grand

on a parking lot he said make sure when they dig this line they fill it back in

with rock and tamp it down every six inches and short it was absolutely

amazing having my father-in-law who's actually been here and done this before

on the scene to tell me what to do and what not to do and I'm super stoked to

have somebody approve of kind of what I've done so far and give me some

guidance into what's happening next let's talk about what's happening next

and just we think everything is rolling we've got all our permits in place we

get a certified letter from the city of Nicholasville here we go again they're

gonna get an action while I Drive this is a certified letter from city

hey there is Ely T and you're watching English revolution

so as i mentioned in my last video i am a new yorker and if you're a new yorker

it means that you come from one of the five boroughs that's either Manhattan

Queens Brooklyn the Bronx or Staten Island so sorry for all of those people

from albany or from buffalo or from Long Island or something like that

you're not really a New Yorker in that new yorker sense so not not to mean any

offense or anything like that

so if you're going to visit New York I thought it'd be really great idea to

learn a little bit of New York isms words and phrases that New Yorkers would

usually tend to say

so if you go to visit manhattan which I'm sure is everybody's dream your

wouldn't ever say that you're actually in Manhattan if a friend calls you and

says- hey Do you wanna meet? you say you want to meet in the city

so if you want to talk about Manhattan you're going to say the city on the

other end though if you want to travel into brooklyn because it's a fun new hip

spot you'd say BK BK doesn't mean burger king it's Brooklyn right now if you're

headed to Brooklyn

that might take a little while and the streets are usually jam packed with

traffic

the trains that going to brooklyn either the L or the G or the R or the F

train or the A or the C or the E they're always super super slow

one they leave Manhatton and they always take forever to get there so

getting to meet Brooklyn is usually a very big

schlep. A schlep is it reluctant or difficult travel either because of the

traffic or because the tediousness of the travel or the journey itself or

because the weather is like really terrible outside

it's like you know that you have to go on this journey or you have to get

somewhere but you're not really enthused about it so every time I go to Brooklyn

it's always a really big

schlep for me now everybody knows that

new york city has the best pizza in the world

so that doesn't mean that chicago or Italy doesn't have good pizza

they're all great and I really enjoy them however in New York its hands down

number one if you ask me so if you go to New York and you want to buy some pizza

and you just want the regular cheese and sauce pizza without any other toppings

you would just order one maybe two if you're me maybe three slices so a slice

is claimed pizza without anything else on top of it okay it's like the basic

thing and if you want something else you can i order a pepperoni slice broccoli

slice a margarita slice our grandma's slice anything else like that

now if you're going to one of the more famous pizza spots in New York

there might be a really long line

now if you're in the UK you're going to be waiting in queue or you're just going

to cue the line if you're in some other part of the u.s. you might say I'm

standing in line but if you're from New York

you always know that you wait on the line

small difference with a preposition but it makes all the difference it will make

you definitely sound like a true New Yorker

so if you're standing on line and there's someone there and kind of

looking at you this aggressive New York way just like

then you would definitely say that they are grilling you so if you see someone

you don't like

and you want to aggressively kind of just give them that stair you're

grilling that grill doesnt mean grill like in a BBQ it means to stare and that

intent kind of aggressive way now if you see a friend of yours on that line in

the pizzeria

you might go up to them and you want to ask them how they're doing so you say

what up what up comes from

what's up but it has a little bit of a new york tone to it and you say what up

now if he says how are you how is everything

you might say I'm okay I'm all right it's a I man means ok or all right

if it's super super super cold you'd say it's a break if something is

if it's break out it means it's freezing like to the point where you can feel the

cold nipping on your face another word for friend is buddy hey buddy how's it

going

I'm doing pretty well I'm I now if you want to talk about someone that you

don't know if you want to point to someone or you want to refer to someone

that you've never met before it's not really your acquaintance

no matter how old they are you can just and if they're like a young adult like

20-30 years old

sometimes we would say hey you see that kid over there or hey who's that kid

I've never seen it before so kid doesn't always mean child kid can also mean just

somebody that you don't know

now if you want to be if you want to express that something has a lot more is

very very very something in New York we often use the word mad now in the UK mad

needs a little bit crazy in the u.s. mad can also mean angry but if you want to

see something is very beautiful for example you can say to that is mad

beautiful

or if you want to see something is really expensive that pizza is mad

expensive

now if you want to travel in New York City the two best ways to get around is

either by taxi or by subway or Metro

however in New York wouldn't say those things if you're getting into a taxi

we would say a cab and you're going into the subway

you're taking the train so train doesn't mean like getting from one big city to

the next big city train is just getting from one into the city to the other end

of the city

so whichever train you're taking or if you're riding in the subway you are

riding in a train or you're on the train or something like that and if you're

calling one of those yellow taxis you are hailing a cab so so these are all

some great tips if you want to sound like a native New Yorker so some

examples of how you can use these words tell you a little story so I was in the

city one day and it was break outside I mean it was mad mad cold and i decided

to get a slice like why not i'm pretty hungry so I was standing on line and I

was feeling this kid grilling me just staring at me so intently and I thought

I thought he looked familiar but I said now forget about it must be my

imagination

so i got my slice and slept back to bk to go meet up with a friend of mine on

the train

very was again this kid just standing there grilling me so I thought to myself

I that's it let's approach the guy so I came up to mrs. a

what up man at what up buddy and then I realized it's my friend who was always

going my way to actually be either did say that he was just standing there

looking at me waiting for me to say something so kind of funny

so if you're in New York you might end up in a conversation that you kind of

want to end quickly or somebody might ask you for something and you just want

to tell him know whatever nevermind i don't want to talk to you anymore

so one good way to end a conversation like that is just say forget about it

means forget about it forget about it man all right I'll see you later child

and you just leave all right everybody so i hope you really enjoyed some of

these new New York phrases love to hear some comments below ask me any questions

and this is the first stop of the road trip

for a road trip

today the destination is

the Alps

the Route des Grandes Alpes, from north to south

for five days

the weather is great

it will be fantastic on the roads

it's a little complicated to get on the bike with all the bags

and there are the gorges of Trente-Pas

with a small river on the right

which dug the mountain

that's all damaged here!

it's easy to warn like that

and then we attack the Col de Rousset

apparently I'm not alone

there are bikes in front, bikes behind

everyone follows the same pace

it's amazing

Wrong trajectory, I know

I must focus

in front the Swiss cut the corners

when there is a right turn

I do not like that, I prefer when everyone stays in its lane

and here for the col de Rousset

and the ski resort of Rousset

many bikers on the road and at the top

there is an amazing view with all the turns

So, people stop

and they look the bikes going up

and after, a tunnel where

bikers are roaring their engines

they are crazy to pass like that

and there was a part of a gorge

Gorges de la Bourne - Vercors

towards Villard de Lans

and now it's the sector of Isere

the biker-photographer took a picture of me

with his GoPro

this weekend there was a motorcycle festival in the Alps

so it's sunday night

and many who attended to this event

go back home

So that's why a lot of bikes

are on the other way

they leave the event

and I, even if it is sunday evening

this is just the beginning of the trip

Day 1: finished

Day 2: go

and this is the day 2

it will be 100% Alps

with an introduction with

the Col du Glandon, the Col de la Croix de Fer

it's funny because on theses places

I went to ski in the winter, there's even a track

which is actually a road so normally

I should drive on it with the bike

whereas only a few months ago

I was on skis

and then we will continue to go up

to join the road called

Route des Grandes Alpes and then back

to the South

and here, change of sector, this is Savoie

and Glandon is done, towards the

Col de la Croix de Fer

I know that's 10 times that I say it this morning

that I'mm going there

I like the contrast between

mechanical systems that are there

in winter, now in summer

they doesn't work

they are off, and in a few months

everything will be white, people will have skis

whereas now there are

motorcycles and bicycles

I do not like it, the biker stopped

on the road, playing with his phone

alone in the world

as for me, when I stop, I try to find

a low side to not obstruct traffic

this turn reminds me something

I know that I was skiing

here is the past, I'll try to find you

a video, but it's pretty amazing to be back there, a few months later by motorcycle

it's disgusting

and here, as what we could stay

on the road to pass the cows

no need to take the sidewalks

as did all the German group

and I take my place back

and the ski resort of

Saint François Longchamp and I just saw

a small sign "gravel from 4 to 19 September"

gravel will be there

So, they warn in Savoie

but it is the only road anyway

I have to take it

So we will have to do with gravel

I'm going down to Albertville

before going to Beaufort, Val d'Isere

and then it will be the official track of the Route des Grandes Alpes

how to make ringtone for iPhone Xs Max, Xs and XR using iTunes.

So, let's begin!

Hello Friends!

Welcome back to AppleFrendly.

This tutorial is for both Windows as well as Mac users.

So just follow along the video to get your desired ringtone.

Firstly you need to launch iTunes on your Computer.

Now connect iPhone to your computer using lighting connector.

And tap this little iPhone icon on the top left corner.

Now under SUMMERY section, on the bottom right corner, make sure that

MANUALLY MANAGE MUSIC AND VIDEOS checkbox is marked.

Now tap this little arrow icon on the top left corner

And go back to your iTunes Library Page.

This is very important,

You have to be on the iTunes Library page for making a ringtone.

Now here, under LIBRARY section, you have to select SONGS.

And you should find all the songs in your iTunes Library.

If wanna learn how to add songs to iTunes Library,

I'll put the tutorial link in the cards as well as description below.

So you can check that out.

Now supposedly, this is the song you wanna use for making a ringtone.

So just select the song,

Right click,

And tap on SONG INFO.

This should launch a pop-up window.

Select OPTIONS here.

Now here, mark these checkboxes.

START and STOP.

And now you have to change the start time and stop time.

I'll set the start time to 0.

And stop time to 20 seconds.

You can set any part of the song as your ringtone.

But you just have to make sure that the total length of the song is less than 30 seconds.

First digit is for Minutes and second one is for Seconds.

So after setting the ringtone length, go ahead and hit OK.

Now keep the song selected and select FILE option on the main menu bar.

Select CONVERT.

And then CREATE AAC VERSION.

If you can't find this option, ask me down in the comments below.

And when you hit that option, you should see iTunes creating new copy of the song

with the reduced time length.

So this is our AAC version of the song with 20 seconds time length.

Now right click the song,

And select SHOW IN FINDER.

This should launch a separate folder with your songs.

And here is the AAC version of the song.

Just COPY it.

Don't CUT, don't DELETE.

Just COPY it.

And now PASTE it to your desktop.

Now I'll set it to the left hand side of the desktop.

Let's launch iTunes

and adjust the window so that we can see the ringtone file.

Now you have to change the file extension of the song.

So right click the song,

hit RENAME.

And change this m4a to m4r

If you don't get this m4a File Extension, ask me down in the comments below.

And now hit ENTER on your keyboard.

This should show you a pop-up.

Say USE .m4r

That's all!

Your ringtone file is ready.

Now before adding this file to iTunes, you need to first delete the AAC version of the song

from iTunes Library.

So right click the song

and hit DELETE FROM LIBRARY.

Select DELETE SONG.

And hit MOVE TO TRASH.

Now go ahead, hold your ringtone file and drag it over this DEVICES section.

If dragging doesn't work for you,

you can also COPY and PASTE the ringtone file onto TONES section.

So now when you tap on the TONES section, you'll find your ringtone file.

This ringtone is already copied to iPhone.

So let's just disconnect the iPhone.

And now when you go to your iPhone, And launch SETTINGS, SOUNDS & RINGTONE,

You should find your new ringtone.

Just tap on it to set it as your default ringtone.

And that's all!

That's how you make ringtones in iPhone using iTunes.

I'm planning to make videos on how to speak with the American, the British, the Canadian and the Australian accents

However, depending on the number of likes and views

I might go into this topic even deeper

and talk about specific accents like the Californian accent

of the accent from a specific city

such as Manchester, London, Sidney

so on, so forth

This is the first episode and I think I'm actually insane because

because I'll do something that some of my friends told me not to do

because in one video, in this video

I'll teach you the ultimate technique for you to master any accent

that you choose

I'll teach you the ultimate technique to learn any accent

So the first step is, think of a person whose English you look up to

Someone whose English you admire

So, think of someone you really admire as an English speaker

This is the first step...Think of someone you would like to speak like

Ok, I'm not going to choose a person

I'm going to ask my subscribers to choose a person

so that I can use him or her as an example here

I'll go right now to our group on Telegram and I'll ask them

to tell me one person whose English they admire

The problem is that it's 2:30 a.m. now

So, I asked in the group for a name of a person whose English they looked up to

and the first person who answered my question was a girl

and she said "Shawn Mendes"

Alright, I'm going to do that then, I'm going to use him as an example

This is the first step, choose a person

and we've done that, we've chosen Shawn Mendes

The second step is, go to youtube and search for this person's interview

I like interviews because this is our opportunity to listen to this person's real accent

as opposed to when they're performing

singing or acting

When they are at interviews, they speak naturally, the way they normally do

on a daily basis and that's what we're looking for

The third step is, download this video and turn it into MP3

and this is how I do it:

I just add a "double s" before the word "youtube"

and then I download it

After that, I use a program named FORMAT FACTORY

in order to turn the video that I've just downloaded into MP3

If you don't know how to do that, just look for me in our group on Telegram

and I'll teach you how to do this part more carefully

The fourth step is, listen to this MP3 as many times as possible

While you are on the bus, on the train, driving to work

Wherever you are...Taking a shower

Listen to this interview a lot...A whole day...

For two days in a row, if possible

The fifth step is:

Go back to Youtube and watch this interview again

but this time you're going to slow the video down, just like this:

to the slowest speed

Now...This is the tricky part:

You're going to repeat what he is saying right after him

You will almost try to speak simultaneously with him

You're going to try to repeat what he is saying syllable by syllable

little by little

imitating his way of saying things

So, he says something and you repeat what he is saying immediately after him

like a fraction of a second after him

It'll be easy because he'll be speaking really slowly

"So, with that being said, I..."

Ha! He sounds just like my drunk uncle!

and that's exactky what we're looking for

You'll do that many times. Each time you do that, you will speed up the video a little bit

until the moment you reach the normal speed of the video

"I took that to heart and I really just...

...let myself create music that...

...I thought was good...

...and I didn't think about genre, so...

...when it comes to songs like "In My Blood"...

...which is more rock...

influenced and then you go to "Lost in Japan"

...which is on the other side of the map like an R&B sense...

...I really just...

...My thing was to make good music and to not...

and you repeat everything he is saying right after him

with the video at the normal speed

The secret is: never pause the video

and it's ok to miss some words

No problem if you can't say every single word

It's not really important

The important is that you try to imitate the way he is speaking

The way he is saying things

Do that as many times as you can

Remember... No pain, no gain

After you get tired of this interview, do the same thing

all over again with a different person

and Shawn Mendes is Canadian, so

Now we know that you like the Canadian accent

After having done that many times with the person that you've picked

You can pick another person from the same nationality

because you're going to practice one specific accent

Remember

So, if you've chosen a person with the British accent

keep choosing people with British accents

if you've chosen a person with an American accent

Keep choosing people with American accents

In our situation we've chosen Shawn Mendes...So...

So, we've got to think of other Canadian people

hmmm for example...

Alanis Morissette, Avril Lavigne, Justin Bieber, Jim Carrey

So on so forth

and we'll do the same process again from the start

If you do that for six months I guarantee that you'll start speaking just like a Canadian person

You'll speak with a Canadian accent for sure

You can do it with any accent, give it a try

This is the first video of the series "Change your Accent"

I'll bring here more techniques that you can use in order to change your accent, if you want to change it

And as I said before, it's not important to change your accent

I don't think you should do that, but...

If you want to do that, it's a fun way to do it

and I think it's a nice process

In the next video I'll talk about the specific accents

that you can learn

I'll probably start with the American accent, but

I'm not sure about that yet
