Import Your "Logo.png" file into timeline & Hide/Delete the old logo.
Scale & Position properly
Now go to Main Comp and check the preview.
Go to "Main" comp & select the Controlls Layer in timeline
Then go to "Effect Controlls" panel
Use the check boxes to On/Off the particles
Go inside the" 01. Edit Comps" folder, Then open "Text & Logo" Folder.
Now open the comp you want to edit the text
Double Click the Text & Edit It.
Now go to "Final Render" Comp & Renser it.
