GETTING THIS
MORNING.
STACEY: MOST OF US TOOK FOR
GRANTED THAT WE WOULD HAVE CLEAN
CLOSE.
SOME DON'T.
SOME OF THOSE KIDS DON'T COME TO
SCHOOL.
THEY ARE NINE IT WAY, THE LOADS
OF LOVE PROGRAM RAISED $10,000
ALONG WITH A LOCAL KANSAS CITY
COMPANY CALLED FAULTLESS STARCH
TO RAISE MONEY TO GET THE WASHER
AND DRYER AND DONATED TO THE
SCHOOL SO THAT STUDENTS WHO NEED
CLOTHING LAUNDERED CAN
DISCREETLY BRING THEM, HAVE THEM
WASHED AND DRIED, AND TAKE THEM
HOME.
IT MAKES THE STUDENTS FEEL
BETTER ABOUT THEMSELVES COMING
WITH CLEAN CLOTHING.
ATTENDANCE WILL GO UP, GRADES
WILL GET BETTER, WE KNOW WHERE
THAT GOES.
