Red Velvet Cake Recipe
Prepared from instant Cake mix
Ingredients - Greased Baking Bowl
Eggs - 2
Vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons
Red food colour - 1 teaspoon
Ready made cake mix flour - 225 grams
Water - 1/2 up
Method
Break eggs and beat well
Add cake mix powder
Add vegetable oil and water if you want chocolate flavour, add 1 tablespoon Coca powder
Beat well
Add red food colour
Beat again without lumps
Add in Cake tin
Pre-heat the oven for 170 degree centigrate at convention mode
After pre-heating put the tin inside
Set the time for 30 minutes
Allow to bake
Before 5 minutes, check the cake with tooth pick
There is no batter so the cake is ready
Take out and make it cool for 15 minutes
Allow the oven also to cool down
Making butter icing for frosting on top
Ingredeints for icing cream
Sugar powder - 200 grams
Butter - 100 grams
Boiled and cooled milk - 100 ml
Vanilla essence- 1/2 teaspoon, and salt - pinch
Electric beater
Method
Add sugar powder
Add unsalted butter at room temperature
Add vanilla essence
Add a pinch of salt
Add milk
Beat well
Beat at least for 10 minutes
Our butter icing cream is ready
Let us decorate cake with this cream
After cooling loosen the cake with knife
Flip upside down
Yummy Red Velvet Cake is ready
Flip again and just cut the outer layer for garnish
Crush the cake
Turn again and keep in a plate
Place the icing cream on top of the Cake
Spread on all around
Spread the red cake granules on top
Now to get double layer
Cut at center
Take the one part and keep on the top
