In today's video I will share breakfast list which is rational practical
and I make it everyday morning for my family
That list I am going to share with you.
Mostly I tried to make those choices on healthier side and quick to prepare
definitely make sure to take care of nutrition part too.
In this list you will get 50-60 ideas
if you wish you can give a mix and twist according to your family.
This time I am sharing two breakfast list one is for vegetarians and another one is for non-vegetarians.
So you can print the list according to your need.
Before sharing the list I want share few information with you.
Many of you ask me in mail or in comment section
how to eat chia seeds or how to eat flax seeds.
If you search on internet or you ask anyone, everybody has a different views.
ask someone whom you can trust.
Normally it has been said the you need to soak chia seeds overnight before eating
that's the best way to eat that by soaking it overnight.
it absorbs water or milk and easier to digest
but if you are eating small quantity by mixing in your food then definitely you can eat directly.
Now if we talk about flax seeds, many people will say to dry roast it then grind
and many people will say if you dry roast it will loose its nutrients value because of heat.
my opinion here is ask your doctor or nutritionist to confirm the way it should be eaten.
what I do is I put it in a grinder and cool-milling it.
then directly I put and mix in oats or dough or in any food to eat.
that's good for your digestion.
or if i make homemade muffins then i put flax seeds.
it's very good for your health.
so always ask someone whom you can trust.
another this is I have included many bread options here
we generally eat bread once or twice a week.
try not to choose white bread rather to choose brown bread.
and while you are buying make sure it should be whole wheat bread
not brown bread.
if i compare oats variety, this one is called rolled oats
this one is instant oats and this one is rolled oats.
if i compare nutritional value of both the oats then
i did not find much difference except protein part.
instant oats has 11.8 grams of protein and rolled oats has 15 grams of protein per 100 grams.
carbohydrate quantity is negligible
but if you go with taste rolled oats is much better than instant oats
but instant oats take less time to cook and rolled oats take more time to cook.
If you have an option to choose healthier side then definitely go for it :-)
now here I am going to share the list..
I keep the list in a easy accessible place and more important
i can cook different varieties.
if you make monotonous breakfast then your family member will get bored easily.
I am sure this list is going to help you a lot and you can cook different types of breakfast items.
Let me give you a overview of the llist
Here you can see I have mentioned as bread choices.
it has options like tawa toast such as capsicum tomato cheese tawa toast rawa potato tawa toast
these options are easy for me and all ingredients are easily available in my kitchen.
so i can make it quickly it will reduce time waste.
in oats variants mostly we eat oats with milk and fruits.
it's a very healthy option
you can have calcium and fiber from fruits. as a morning boost
oats is a complex carbs so it will keep you full for the first half of the day.
for paratha choices i try to make palak and methi paratha more frequently
also i make parathas from leftover dal
that's why I mentioned carom seeds here so that I can remember to put it in paratha.
you can have south Indian choices here. I love vermicelli upma

I make dosa and put a cheese slice in side, it's my daughter's favorite food.
so try to make a list of the breakfast items or ideas which your family love.
