NEWCASTLE boss Rafa Benitez is favourite for this seasons Premier League sack race. The bookies have chalked up the Newcastle boss at 7/2 to be given the heave-ho first this season, according to Ladbrokes.

But it may also have a far more important knock-on effect when the new season kicks off.

The reunion between the United manager and his former Chelsea midfielder came at a hefty £40 million price tag - almost twice the fee The Blues paid Benfica for Matic six years ago.

But the potential impact Matic's arrival could have on the form of world's most expensive footballer Paul Pogba could see Mourinho's latest piece of business have a far greater influence on his team.

Pogba's return to United and the Premier League last season drew mixed reviews, with Mourinho leading the cheerleaders who claimed his form justified his status as the world's most expensive player.

But, with Pogba all too often required to take up a defensive midfield role for Mourinho last season, it was frequently difficult to make the case that the young Frenchmen looked like an £89 million footballer.

When freed to use his power and pace more in the opposition half, Pogba threatened enough to suggest he should be more than capable of adding to the five league goals he scored last season, not least because he also struck the woodwork six times.

Ander Herrera, one of United's most consistently impressive performers last season, could be another to benefit from Matic's ability to provide cover for Mourinho's back four.

Matic also offers Mourinho some added tactical flexibility for the new season, either playing as the solitary holding midfielder or, on occasion, operating alongside a team mate in a 4-2-3-1 formation.

Veteran Michael Carrick, too, adds to the depth Mourinho can call upon for that role.

The Serbian's 6'4" stature also satisfies an apparently important Mourinho requirement as the United manager continues his tendency to recruit players who would look just as at home on a basketball court as a football field.

Nemanja Matic is set to complete his move to Manchester United on Monday.

Nemanja Matics defensive responsibilities will free up Paul Pogba to play further forward.

Pogba, Eric Bailly, last summer, and Romelu Lukaku and Victor Lindelof this, all tower way over 6-feet tall and will help make United a physically daunting opponent if nothing else this season.

There should be little excuse for a lack of results from set-pieces, at both ends of the field.

And in the short-term, Matic's arrival this week will also serve the important function of appeasing Mourinho, who had grown increasingly vocal during the club's tour of the United States about their failure to add the final two big-money signings he wanted to make this summer.

"I'm happy with my squad but I would like to have two more players," said Mourinho last week.

"A midfield player that would give me more balance, more options to the team." Matic certainly ticks that box, with Mourinho final target being an attacking player who can operate on either flank.

The man in question is Ivan Perisic, the £48 million-rated Inter Milan star whom the Italian club have so far insisted is not leaving.

Mourinho's comments were taken as one of the manager's trademark complaints, aimed in the direction of the club's executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward. And it was probably no coincidence that, within days of Mourinho's statement, a deal for Matic was clinched.

United were reluctant to pay Chelsea's £40 million asking price for a player who turns 29 on Tuesday.

But the fact that Mourinho delivered two trophies and Champions League football in his first season at Old Trafford has certainly strengthened his bargaining position with his employers.

Now, the pressure and focus will return to Woodward as he attempts to convince Inter to do business for Perisic, with the new Premier League season less than two weeks away.

Game of Thrones cinematographer teases the "different" penultimate episode of season 7

Game of Thrones fans learned long ago that the penultimate episode of each season is where the action happens. From Ned's death to the Battle of the Bastards, they're can't-miss TV. In seasons past, the penultimate episode meant the ninth episode of each season.

With only seven episodes in season 7, this year the big moments will land in Episode 6, which was directed by Alan Taylor and which runs a record-breaking 71 minutes.

Speaking to Radio Times, Game of Thrones cinematographer Robert McLachlan teased what we're in for with the still-untitled penultimate episode of season 7.

I'm really looking forward to that one because it's quite different to the rest. It was filmed after my shoots – it was done mostly in the winter time. They filmed in dismal conditions in a quarry in Northern Ireland. I think they got some nice scenic stuff in Iceland as well.

McLacklan, for reference, worked on Episode 4 ("The Spoils of War") and 5 (no title yet) of season 7. In the past, he's lensed famous episodes like "The Rains of Castamere" and "The Dance of Dragons."

So what kind of "different" is McLachlan talking about? Large battle scenes are a staple of penultimate episodes, but they've also had plenty of smaller-but-no-less shocking moments, like the Red Wedding.

As Radio Times points out, McLachlan could very well be referring to Magheramorne quarry when he talks about "a quarry in Northern Ireland." That's where the show filmed, among other things, the Massacre at Hardhome and the Battle of Castle Black.

McLachlan's comments about "scenic stuff" in Iceland and the episode being filmed "mostly in the winter time" suggests a lot of snow. Episode 6 could well contain the shots of Jon Snow and friends fighting north of the Wall that we've seen in the season 7 trailers.

What would make Jon's encounter with the wights "different" from other times he's met them? The possibilities are getting us excited.

But Episode 6 is a while away. Episode 3, "The Queen's Justice" airs this Sunday, at 9:00 p.m. EST.

So, juts in case you guys didn't know, in this video I will actually be putting liner

on camera so that you can see kind of how to do it.

I will also be applying my lashes on camera.

Um, but this look is mainly Wonder Woman Inspired.

It's kind of like a less constume-y take on it.

Because you can't really just go around looking just like Wonder Woman, but, you can kind

of have her swagger, so, yeah.

Uh, if you want to learn how to get this look and also how to apply lashes and liner, then

continue on in the video.

So to get this look, we are going to use the shade Nooner from the Naked3 palette.

And we are going to use the broad end of their brush.

And just put it into the crease and the upper part of the lid.

Now going in with your favorite golden highlighter, we're going to add some to the flat brush

and apply it all over the eyelids.

Except for the very corner because that's going to have a different color highlight.

the next step is to take the shade factory, again, with the broad end of the brush, and

just flick it out.

Also, don't forget to add some right below your lower lash line.

And actually just bring it all the way across.

Next take a cool toned, silver-ish highlight, and get a bunch on the brush and tap it into

the inner corner.

Really, really just work it in there.

And then blend it into the gold at the bottom.

Using the Too faced Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar palette, take the shade Peanut Butter (oh

my gosh this smells so good.

I alway forget until I open it.)

Take the shade Peanut Butter and just put it into the crease.

This will help warm up the look.

Then add some above the crease also.

This is a surprisingly delicate look for how many different colors are being used.

Now we are going to go in with some liquid liner.

We are going to do a small wing.

Next step is to apply false lashes and the way I do it is, I use a brush-on adhesive

and I honestly just put it right over my eyeliner.

Now, what you do is grab your lashes and place it right on the lash line.

And then, grab the applicator tool or tweezers, I prefer tweezers but today I'm using an applicator

tool.

And just press it down into the glue.

And make sure they are in place.

Next, mascara!

And just lightly brush the mascara on since you already have lashes on.

And then don't forget your bottom lash line.

The next step is to take a dark red shade and apply it to your lips.

The final step of this look is to take a little bit of highlight, put it on your ring finger,

and dab it to the center of your lips.

And this, is my mixture of how to apply lashes, also, showing how to do liner, and it's also

wonder woman inspired because she's amazing.

San Diego Comic-Con 2017 is over. From interviews to a panel discussion, there were plenty of Game of Thrones-related goodies to go around, and we have one more set for you: a cast interview Conan O'Brien did while filming a series of shows from the con.

Conan kept the sketches to a minimum, but there was a cute involving Game of Thrones' ongoing problem with drone-borne spoilers.

Turner told a couple of stories about Maisie Williams, her bestie in absentia, including that time the two of them got matching tattoos and the time Williams didn't know who Bono was, not that that's a crime.

Wright summarized Bran's wild and crazy adventure in amusing detail, and then received a visit from a special guest.

Gwendoline Christie and Jacob Anderson both talked aobut run-ins with fans, which can happen at the most surprising of times.

Finally, all three of the actors who play eunuchs on the show were present, and revealed discussed their unique kinship.

And in other fun-but-frivolous stuff from round the net, Buzzfeed asked the cast members sort celebrities into various houses. Beyoncé's a Stark, Helen Mirren's a Lannister, Queen Elizabeth II is a Greyjoy, and for the rest, head here.

We have been running this butchers shop in our family for 60 years.

The company is organized in the form of a civil partnership between my brother-in-law,

my sister-in-law, my wife and myself. The four of us run this business together.

A large part of our business is catering.

On average, we prepare meals for roughly ten to fifteen thousand people over a six-month period.

We have a staff of 12 who work here fulltime or part-time and an additional 40 to 50 people on call.

We prepare 200 to 250 school lunches everyday.

We also cater for several companies with another 50 to 100 meals per day.

And we also serve 50 to 100 counter meals here in the shop.

Ease of operation – Ergonomics

One of the biggest advantages of the M-iClean H is that it operates quieter than its predecessor

– and of course the automatic opening and closing of the hood.

The advantage of the automatic opening is that the operators can turn their attention to other tasks

when they don't have to open or close the hood themselves.

So I feel it saves us time.

Another thing that we like about the new MEIKO machine is the operating height.

We often deliver finger food in Euroboxes and we can now clean those very easily.

This also includes large pots. Something that was very difficult with our old machine.

Many items were simply too tall to fit in.

Another point in favor is the stainless steel tubing of our MEIKO

which I would take again if I had to make that choice once more.

I have already been a fan because of my private ride – a Harley Davidson motorcycle

– which also has steel tubing.

Washing results – Efficiency

I am very satisfied with the washing result. Unlike our previous model,

this machine is equipped with high-pressure valves, meaning we can now put used containers

– Gastronorm containers – directly into the machine at wash program 3 without prewashing them first.

On top of the finger food tableware we also need to clean our standard dining dishes,

cutlery and coffee dishes, which is about 250 to 300 items in total.

I have to say, with the MEIKO machine we are able to clean it much faster

and more efficiently than with our previous machine.

Everything is a lot easier, just take the drying for example.

Our restaurant is called "Dialekt". It is situated in the western foothills of the Kaiserstuhl wine growing region,

one of the sunniest areas in Germany, which is also the reason why we chose to build a glasshouse.

Our kitchen uses mainly regional and seasonal produce, adding a bit of a Mediterranean touch to it.

During the summer months we host a lot of weddings, family parties and similar functions for up to 120 people.

Ease of operation – Ergonomics

We chose the M-iClean H purely because of it is the latest in terms of technology

and because of the simplified workflow.

One of the major advantages of this machine is its capability to recover and retain hot steam.

The machine only gives off a little bit of steam when it is opened.

Our cold-storage room is right next to our dishwashing station.

Every time the door was opened a lot of hot steam used to get caught inside the cold storage.

This problem is gone now.

Service

We are extremely happy with MEIKO's service. They show up promptly when we call them.

Their staff is very friendly. We feel we are in safe hands.

Cleaning result

We are very satisfied with the cleaning result. We have stopped polishing our plates and cups

– despite a water hardness of 20.

Onion 1 Green Chilli 1

Tomato 2 small, Peanut 1 Tbsp,

Mustard 1/2 Tsp, Jeera 1/2 Tsp, Fennel Seeds 1/2 Tsp, Channa Dal 1 Tsp, Turmeric, Chilli Powder as required, Coriander Powder 1/2 Tsp

Red Chillies 2, curry Leaves, coriander leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 Tsp, salt Oil and water

Heat Oil in a Kadai, add Mustard, Jeera, fennel Seeds, Channa Dal, Peanuts and Saute

Add Onion, Green Chilli and curry leaves, salt and saute till onion becomes translucent

Add Red chillies

Now Add Beans, Ginger Garlic paste, mix well and cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes in a low flame

Now add Tomatoes, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Coriander powder, salt, water little, mix well and cook for 5 more minutes

Check salt

Garnish Coriander leaves and Beans curry is ready to serve with Rice or chapati as a side-dish

the Lavender Plum Refresh Smoothie. I'm Jenna, the founder of GreenBlender.

Today is just like every other day and we're going to be talking about lavender.

Let me know in the comments below if you've ever worked with flowers or herbs

in your smoothie or in cooking in general. They really do add a nice little

dimension to your smoothies and to your culinary expedition. So, lavender is a

flowering plant that's actually related to the mint family. It smells delicious, obviously.

And the origins kind of date back to the Middle East, the Mediterranean, and India.

The earliest record is about 2500 years ago. Egyptians actually used lavender in

their mummification process and Romans used lavender from for scenting their

baths, to clothes, to hair and that's actually where we get the name lavender. It dates

- or it comes from Latin "lavar" for wash so - or "lavre" - I don't know. I didn't take

Latin. It seems like we've been using lavender to scent our baths and soaps since

the time of the Romans because it has not stopped since then. Today we use

lavender. Basically anything that's "calming" in the beauty industry has

lavender in it. From face wash, to shampoo, to hand

lotion, to soap - everything, you name it, comes in a lavender smell. Lavender oil

actually has a lot of medicinal properties. It can help alleviate

headaches and migraines and some motion sickness. It also helps in aiding sleep

and relaxation. That's probably why the beauty industry has taken it upon

themselves to scent everything in the world lavender.

Lavender oil also can be used as a disinfectant or an antiseptic. It has

anti-inflammatory properties; it can be used topically for soothing sunburns,

minor scrapes, even bug bites. So it's really - if you are in to essential oils,

lavender oil might be a great addition to your oil collection. My mom is really

in to essential oils and I think lavender would be great to diffuse into your

house. So speaking of how you make your house smell like lavender, you can

actually scatter these little flower buds onto your carpet and vacuum

them back up and it'll make your rugs and your house smell faintly of lavender.

I don't think it'll be overpowering and it's a nice little way to kind of get

some nice organic scents into your house without using artificial chemicals to

make those artificial smells that mimic nature. When you're using lavender in

a smoothie, less is more. I cannot reiterate this enough. Do not use too

much lavender in your smoothie or else you're going to have a smoothie that

tastes like lavender soap. A little bit goes a long way and I'm really excited

about this smoothie. I think it's going to be really delicious. So what else is

in here besides lavender? We're going to do a

tablespoon of hempseed, four ounces of uh - sorry cantaloupe - I just totally

blanked! One beautiful plum, the juice of one lemon, a little rhubarb, and some

collard greens and of course water and ice.So this is going to be kind of like

a lavender plum lemonade smoothie, if I had to take a guess of how it's going to

come out. Let's just work on this beautiful plum. I always forget about

plums, but it stone fruit season now and is really a fun time to experiment

with a bunch of different types of fruits Sometimes with stone fruits the

stone comes right off and sometimes it tough! This time it is tough; so let's

just try to - there we go. Look how beautiful this is!

Plums are delicious. they're so refreshing, they're low-calorie,

they're easy to blend. There's a bunch of different varietals and they go great

with rhubarb, which we talked extensively about last week.

I love rhubarb; rhubarb season is coming to a close, so use it while you can.

I'm going to put in some hempseed, which is going to have some nice healthy fats.

Really easy to blend; if you want to up this, its actually a pretty low calorie

smoothie (about 88 calories per 12 ounce serving) but if you want to up the fat

factor and kind of make it more of a meal replacement, you can add more hempseeds or some cashews or even almond milk to this smoothie. Put in all of that

lemon; I love it. And then finally, a little bit of lavender - man so good.

One of my co-workers made a lavender lemon cookie and brought it in and that

was the inspiration for this smoothie. Lavender and lemon go really well

together. So let's blend this up and see how it goes

will do the trick for you. Give it a good smell before you drink it because the

smell of lavender also helps you kind of relax so let's try it.

little bit tart from the lemons. You can definitely skip half of the lemon, if

you don't want a tart smoothie. This smoothie is going to help you calm down,

it's really good for your skin, its low calorie, like I said before, about 88

smoothie to get you going, calm you down, set you up for a great week
