I want to add a little bit more bass.

Hey, Lucious, I'm glad you're here.

I need your ear on this one.

You know the thing is--

[slam]

Get off me.

[groans]

Where is my son, D?

Your son is in rehab, Cookie.

No, he left rehab, and I know you've been

supplying him with his drugs.

If my son ends up ODing, yo ass is dead.

What are you talking about, Cookie?

How are you helping him by giving him drugs?

He's in pain, and you know that.

I couldn't just stand there and watch him suffer like that.

So you give him drugs?

Man, I'm sick of this.

Lucious I wouldn't do nothing man, I swear.

Cookie, I found him, look.

Somebody posted a video on Snapchat of him and Tori Ash.

Yeah, they over in some dirty ass neighborhood.

Or some crack house.

Shut yo ass up.

Good afternoon, my Dr. Cats.

I'm Jamal's therapist.

How's Jamal doing?

We'll wait for him to tell you.

Excuse me, do you have a sound system in here?

I want my brother to hear music I've bee working on.

I'm afraid you'll have to wait another three weeks until--

Sunny Day Recovery Center doesn't believe in music.

It's just one of the many stupid rules

of this dire refugee camp.

Tori this is a private family session.

Yo, Tori Ash.

Hakeem Lyon.

Oh, and Andre.

And the mama bear Lyon herself.

What's up, Cookie?

Tori.

Relax cornball, I'm just saying hello.

From what Jamal's told me, I'm surprised all your little lion

cubs aren't in rehab.

Don't try me little girl, not today, please.

Aw, Cookie, I could try you, but I think I'd rather

wait and try Lucious instead.

Oh, yeah, you should do that because you'll stay alive.

I already told you he's not coming.

I see y'all met my crazy ex-friend Tori.

🕉😀 Enlightenment - Expectations and What It Is / Roger Castillo - Duration: 11:30.

What are we really looking for?

Whether we realize it or not ...

let's become really clear on that question!

And then an answer is put forward that I am very confident is an accurate answer

which you need to find out for yourself.

And that is that really what we are looking for is the end of suffering.

And when we look at what suffering is

it is this involvement in everything that is happening

and this idea of how life should look.

And in spiritual seeking

we get given a lot of descriptions of what coming to know one's Self looks like

which can be useful to undo certain blocks

and those descriptions sometimes are descriptions of the expression of Self

and is not meant to be they [the experiences] are continuously.

So we can have peak experiences of

well, unconditional love let's say or bliss

that we know when they happen

'Wow, this is not an expression of the limited me, but an expression of something deeper.'

And so as we connect to our Self more and more these rather profound experiences can happen.

And we know that they come from an expression of deeper nature.

And that is what is often described in books

those experiences that happen

and we can form a belief that that is what enlightenment looks like.

And we can have those experiences ourselves,

we can have deep profound silence, we can have experiences of oneness,

we can have experiences of bliss just arising for no reason in the body.

And because here and there we've read that this is what the Self is

the Self is bliss, the Self is oneness, the Self is silence

then when we have those experiences

they become part of our life experience

and they can create new up-to-date conditioning ...

they can change our up-to-date conditioning

and that up-to-date conditioning can be changed in a way that is not so helpful,

it can be changed such that it includes the belief

'Ah, what will one day be delivered is profound silence.'

And so if that becomes part of our up-to-date conditioning

then we will keep seeking for profound silence.

What does realization deliver?

Woman: what does realization deliver?

Hmm

So my description is that the realization delivers the end of suffering

and the end of suffering is the end of blame, guilt, pride, worry, anxiety, and attachment to outcomes, expectation in the future

which really means that in each moment we have to live life as 'Roger'

doing in each moment whatever I think or feel I should do

knowing the outcome is not in my control

and the outcome sometimes is pleasure and sometimes pain

and finding myself

having to endure the pain when it is there

fully enjoy the pleasure

and doing that without the arising of involvement

which really means that life is allowed to flow.

So what I've described there

is not really that exceptional,

it is really very ordinary!

The life experience remains perfectly ordinary!

The extraordinary part about it is that something that was there before is missing:

Suffering.

And so what you are describing it that something profound happened

and now there is an experience of life where you are saying

'You know, life happens, there is no attachment to it, no involvement, it seemed to be a happening

and

that's not it!'

Woman: It is it, but ...

What I suggest is that there is still a level ...

in your experience there is still a feeling of uncomfortableness somewhere.

Right?

Which makes you say 'This isn't it!'

And I wouldn't be surprised that that level of uncomfortableness stems from an expectation of what 'it' looks like!

An expectation of 'it' being more colorful than it actually is.

If it is seen

- because it can be quite elusive -

you know, just the conversation we are having to suggests that

there is an idea of what 'it' will be when 'it' happens.

Because there are so many experiences that are profound

and it is like 'Wow, that is it.'

Sometimes it feels like the heavens have opened up.

And ... you know, this is 'it.'

These are experiences that can happen.

But when it is really delivered in practical terms

what is delivered is something so subtle that really six months can go past

where you are living with 'it' having been delivered

without realizing that 'it' has been delivered!

And only when it is described in a certain way, let's say the absence of suffering

you look back 'Oh, that is what I have been experiencing for the last six months or last three years

and because I still have an idea of what 'it' is

I haven't realized it.

And at that point it can be 'Oh, it has happened'

six months after ...

you don't even know when it happened, because when it happens there isn't anything to it.

So this description that it could have happened and you have no idea about it

is completely out of line usually with what we expect we will feel when it happens.

So investigate whether there could be a ...

I speak from experience

I had some very strong ideas about what 'it' [enlightenment] looks like.

And it was only thanks to Rameshes [Balsekar] clarity

and focus on what it is that we are really looking for

that it became clear to me

that I had this believe that I didn't even see as a belief

of what 'it' was going to be.

And at some point, not when he first mentioned it

you know when he first mentioned it I thought 'well, maybe he doesn't know.'

That was the conclusion.

And as my belief

continued to create suffering which it inevitably does

if we have a false belief of what 'it' is!

As my belief continued to create suffering

his words kept

you know, hanging around even though I didn't think they were accurate.

And one day the thought was:

'What if he is accurate? What if he is right?'

What if 'it' is not at all what I think it is

then

my belief about what 'it' is is actually suffering!

It's an expectation, it is a waiting for something to happen.

And so in that instant 'Wow, there it is, there was another level of suffering!'

Just the false expectation.

And I didn't think it was a false expectation, because it was based on an experience that happened,

an experience of Oneness

where subject-object fell away, where there was silence,

where everything was seen to be an arising in consciousness,

where the thought arose

'If someone came and started hacking off one of my arms

it would not in the slightest way touch what I am.'

This was all happening in an instant in a very profound experience

it wasn't intellect thinking, it was all delivered ...

I didn't think it was experience! To me this was reality that had suddenly presented.

And it was completely in line with non-dual teachings that I was reading.

It was like 'Finally, this is what all the books are talking about.'

I really didn't think that it was a mistake me thinking that 'that is what it is!'

Because the experience was so profound and so much in line with the descriptions of non-duality.

I thought 'That's it!'

And so that is why when Ramesh [Balsekar] said

'Roger, don't worry about it, that was just an experience!'

I thought 'Well, surely not!'

So when we listen to these descriptions

our mind tends to want the fancy versions,

the profound versions of silence and stillness,

of 'nothing ever happened', emptiness.

And so I caution against the mind taking the descriptions and turning them into

overly fancy versions.

The overly fancy versions really are available as peak experiences that are not meant to last forever,

they are just gifts.

They are often there as opportunities to see what is not normally seen,

but then they are meant to fade away.

SNEAKERCON PHX 2017 (ALMOST FOUGHT A VENDOR) - Duration: 18:31.

have you never been to downtown Phoenix

and you live in like a big city this

might look strange to you but this is

just out downtown Phoenix looks there's

like 10 people at a time on the streets

which is why I thought it was strange

there's going to be a sneaker con here

because no one lives or like no one is

in Phoenix ever so unless there's like a

sporting event or something

exactly a lot of people here I didn't

expect a lot of people here imma trying

was meant to be my first pick up I got

these money green fours I've been

looking for these firms forever row and

I found them for 100 bucks my thighs

good conditioned souls are so good oh

I'm hi I'm so hype right now

so now it's the next day after our

sneaker con experience and I'm just

going to kind of walk you guys through

what this sneaker con was like like I

said it feels like it was very rushed

because I know they just had one this

one feels like they put us together

really fast and there wasn't a whole lot

of vendors that had a whole lot of cool

stuff there was a couple that had a lot

of pipe items there was a ton of v's as

you can expect I did bring to use to

sell but I didn't even want to take them

out because people only wanted like

Yeezys or like high shoes like that how

does the event was set up is there a

middle portion of vendors it's in a

square by the way there's a middle

portion of vendors in a square and then

around the perimeter there's also

vendors and then the people just walk in

between and look at the tables so we are

looking at shoes we look at things we

like that show you guys some cool things

we met a couple people my friend urban

then carpet pair of OBO 12 which is

pretty cool I really like those I think

that was a good pick up so we're pretty

much done with the event because you can

go through that whole deven like 30

minutes which is what we did and but

before we left my friend Malik wanted to

get a pair of his shoes clean so we were

all going to wait for him to get a shoes

clean so we went with them you put issue

on the little step it's like the thing

at the mall where they're always trying

to get you to get your shoes clean and

they like test the product and stuff

like that and this is where it kind of

gets weird because I get into an

altercation with a vendor that was

cleaning his shoes so he puts his foot

up there and then the the guy cleaning

his shoes gets a lighter out and he puts

the flame against his shoe and I thought

that was weird so I asked the guy was

like what are you doing with the lighter

does that do anything and this guy

immediately is disrespectful he doesn't

even address me he talks to Malik he's

like who was this guy just got your mom

does this guy buy your shoes for you

it's kind of random girl was this guy so

I just didn't say anything I saw my head

like what's wrong with this guy like

what's this dude's problem i just asked

a question right so he continued to

clean the shoe we're asking about its

product he basically his selling point

is that correct protect

a lie sir shoes on fire and Jason marks

ruined Slade and all the other products

are basically bad compared to his

product that no one's ever seen and that

I don't think anyone else is ever going

to see because this dude said she does

not sell it online he does not have a

social media page for the product and

that you only sell that nigger event

which is crazy because how would you

want to run a business like that there's

like three sneaker events per year so

why would you want to do that so that's

automatically something like we were

kind of like weirded out about what kind

of a business does that in 2017 so he

finishes cleaning the shoe after talking

crap about all those other products and

then he goes to the next one he gets the

lighter again and I asked him again I'm

saying what does the lighter do does

that do anything to the shoe and he and

many snaps at me at this time he's like

if you were listening the lighter gets

all the straighteners I was a shoe but

he never said that he gave me the

disrespectful remark like i said before

so I was it again I was just like a

misty like what's this dude's problems

so some song into Devon not even about

the guy or about the product or anything

I'm talking to him face-to-face about

something else at the event and this guy

snapped an eight-game is he's like would

you say say it to my face we can talk

upside if you want to like you just

started getting real loud and aggressive

with me and then he told me to stop

talking and then once he told me to stop

talking was when I started getting mad

so when he told me stop talking about

said no I'm going to keep talking I'm

not talking about you or to you I'm

talking to my friend so you don't talk

to me like that because I'm going to

keep talking I'll talk to you if I want

to talk to you too and then that's when

he didn't got mad he cleaned Malik she

really fast vashu that he was cleaning

really fast it's probably the cleanest

you you've ever seen because that do the

scrubbing the shoot so hard out of anger

and so I just didn't say anything

anymore still talking to my friend and

the suit still was like John I me like I

was talking to him which I wasn't so

when he finished

washing the shoe he stood up and got

into my face and was telling me that I

need to get out of his face before he

knocked me out or something like that so

he was like you know my face we can talk

about time right now if you want to go

below you just talking like all this

stuff and he stood up and got my face

and this seems like 55 like 280 he's

like the complete opposite of me I'm

like tall and skinny he's like short and

in robust I would say so this seems not

a threat to me at all I'm just standing

there looking at him because i'm not

very aggressive but if someone

disrespects me like that i'm not going

to just sit back and take it so I'm just

like no you're not going to do anything

I'm not getting out of your face you got

into my face like all this stuff and

then he just keeps talking in my in my

friend Malik is trying to like push him

back for me because I'm not I'm not

going anywhere i'm sending my ground

against this dude and this is like 35 by

the way acting like that which that's

even crazier so my friends are like

loading them back and I'm like I'm

standing I'm not scared at all because i

have three dudes with me that if this

news did anything he was going to get

jumped or something like that so i was

out of just standing there and he just

wouldn't stop so at that point I was

like this he was just bugging like

what's wrong with this dude I just

walked away and and I looked at him

across the room and he was like he's

just like mean-mugging me from across

the room solving whatever dude was like

what's your problem so what we did after

that was kind of funny we went like

straight to correct protected by the

whole bunch of crap protect while this

dude was looking at us which is super

funny because that dude was talking so

much stuff about preferences so that's

how that happened that it is so bizarre

because the 35 year old dudes it was

cleaning shoes that have a product it

was didn't have a website or social

media page in 2017 was trying to fight a

kid at a sneaker event over a question

so after we bought the creme protect

we've decided to do one more round

around the whole thing and this is when

I actually picked up

that I picked up we were walking around

and I saw like the two at the coop out

of the corner of my eye and it's

actually a shoe I've been wanting for so

long so I was like I gotta look at these

I got to see what size they are because

they looked like they could be my size

but I asked the dude and he said there

are ten and a half which is my size I

was so excited so I picked them up and I

felt a mystical because you know with

older Jordans if the midsole it stopped

they're just going to crumble on you

this missile is firm there's not really

any flaws that couldn't be shakes ass

all super excited and I thought that

they're going to be charging a lot for

them because a lot of boots were

charging a lot for shoes so I asked the

dude how much are these you need said

120 which is better than not seen for

these shoes in my size and these are in

better condition too so I was like dude

that's such a good deal so I asked him

if you could do a hundred and he said

yeah so I paid him 100 and i ended up

getting these four words like the money

green forest and i was so excited for

these because i've been looking for

these for so long but I've only found

two pairs of my side and one of the

pairs is in bad condition and the other

pairs is too expensive so this pair is

perfect there's a little bit of creasing

this I'm just so happy about these

though and I think the reason I found

them was because that booth was kind of

it was hidden i would say because

there's a boost of diagonals like this

and then their boobs would stick out a

little bit and then there's a booth over

here that would stick out even more so

there was kind of got lost within

everything which is why the shoe i think

no one picked it up because this is kind

of a sought-after shoe so i'm glad that

i found these in the corner of my eye

because this was right before we were

going to leave to like we were going to

leave and then I ended up seeing this so

once we got these we left and then we

just hung out for the rest of the day

which is large building this other part

today so i'm going to review these I

don't know if you'll be able to see them

because I have a light right there and

usually this camera makes everything

miss white look really washed out so you

might not be able to see these if you

can't i'll put some b-roll of some up

close pictures I've not done anything to

be in yet so that just tells you

how good conditions these are to the

price I got them for like I said there's

a money green Ford I call them the

forest green source because it have like

a bit of course green on them but they

are also called by classicfordz as well

it's just a pair of jordan Ford's all

leather back to habits leather which is

great on an older pair of shoes because

the plastic one usually just breaks off

of the Jordan logo on the back is in

Chrome hence the chrome on the box the

souls everything's white except for

these hits of green on the little

plastic Lakes pieces and on the tongue

and on the bottom a little bit these are

pretty old I'm not sure what years these

are from but they do off the face box

i'm glad i actually got the box with

these because a lot of them didn't have

the box that i was looking at they do

have a little bit of yellowing on the

netting and on the soul and the guy

offered to restore them for a discounted

price but i didn't want that because i

like when the souls in the netting turns

yellow because it gives a shoe like a

lot of character and it just makes it

look a lot cooler and adds another

dimension to the shoe there is some

stains on the tongue from some like

denim or something but that can easily

be taken off the air bubble is a little

bit cloudy but that doesn't matter

either but yeah this is just a super

clean to a love these so much I'm so

happy to pick them up I'm going to clean

them up a little bit and then I think

once I do that it will just be a great

looking shoe it is like more great than

it already is because it's already in

great condition but once I clean it and

remove the creeping on it it's going to

look super good so I'm so excited about

these I'm glad I picked them up let me

know what you guys think about these if

Distressing with Chalk Paint | Ikea Makeover Table and Chairs - Duration: 4:42.

Hi Guys welcome back to my channel Today we´re going to do a DIY decor video

and I´m going to show you guys how I sprused up a table and four chairs from Ikea

It was a set I bought about 6 years agofrom ikea

Ok so this is the paint I used this is in Spanish because you guys know we live in Spain

So it just says chalky finish So obviously if you go to your local hardware ou´ll find

your brand This says piedra which is stone This is not the colour I used This is the

colour I actually used on our tv cabinet and also on a stand that I have in my dining room

so I used that I unfortunately threw the tin away of the white paint but I think it was

antique white like I said So this is the paint that I used and this is the scraper that I

used to scrape the paint off Now you can apparently use vinegar as well if you use chalkboard

paint and you paint a thin layer you can use vinegar that will also apparently give an

effect but I haven´t tried that so I am going to try that and then I´ll speak about that

a little bit later on another video on my channel and afterwards you need to seal your

Senescence and Anti Ageing - Can We Live Forever? - Duration: 5:42.

Methuselah is a biblical figure who

lived to the age of 969. And the

Methuselah tree is a 4,848

year-old Great

Basin bristlecone pine tree, growing high

in the White Mountains of Inyo County in

Eastern California. Its exact location

has not been publicly disclosed as in

1964 a nearby tree that was 4,844

years old was cut down. It was thought to

be the oldest living thing on Earth

until in 2012 it was superseded by

another nearby tree at his 5,066 years

old. Did you know that the oldest person

who ever lived died at the age of 122

years old. Jeanne Calment lived through

World War One, World War Two, and whatever

the hell happened her birth till then.

She credited her old age due to smoking

no more than two cigarettes a day, a diet

rich in olive oil, port wine and two

pounds of chocolate every week. So 122,

that's pretty damn old. What's

actually really interesting is that she

was mentally intact right up until the

end, she wasn't drooling in a wheelchair.

Well she was in a wheelchair. The average

life expectancy in the Western world

it's 83 for a female and 78 for a male and

it's constantly going up. Hell in

medieval times the average life

expectancy was 30 and if you lived to the

age of 21 it was like being 64. However

life expectancy was so young then

because kids died a lot so that brings the

average down. But it's constantly

going up, up, up so what can we expect the

future life expectancy of humans to be?

How old will we get before we turn to

dust? Aging is primarily about how many

times your cells can divide. Cells in the

human body divide about 50 to 70 times,

after that our cells enter a period

called senescence. This is when cells stop

dividing and we get old. Things like

stress or diet speed this up and you age

quicker but can we slow it down or even

stop it? Some people say that humans have

reached their maximum life span, the ages

we're reaching today in future

generations they won't increase. Yet many

others say the opposite, they say every

generation will always live longer than

the last. The only way to make major

improvements in life expectancy is to

find new ways to prevent and treat the

diseases of aging and the most efficient

way to do that is to stop actual aging

itself which is something scientists can

kind of do. Scientists can now easily

extend lifespans in flies worms and mice

and there's a lot of exciting research

on genetic pathways in humans that might

slow down the aging process and

presumably protect us from the

age-related diseases that kill most

people today. Aubrey de Grey famously

said that the first person to live to

150 is already alive today. Aubrey is

a British researcher, he recently said

that people who are in middle age today

will have an extra 30 years added to

their lifespan and that the first person

to live to 1,000 years old is also

already alive. In fact he claimed that

the first person to live to 1,000 years

old is only about 10 years younger than

the first person to live to 150 years

old. He sees this happening using methods

to repair all types of molecular and

cellular damage that happened to us over

time and each method is already working

in a preliminary form or is based on

technologies that already exists, they

just need to be combined. This means that

all parts of the project should be

working in mice within 10 years and that

it might just take another 10 years to

get them working in humans. 20 years ago

the idea of postponing aging was crazy

now its semi plausible. Even the US

government finds this field sufficiently

promising to invest money in. Federal

funding for the biology of aging has

been running at 2.4 billion dollars a

year. Aubrey de Grey theorizes that by

the year 2036 there will be

a 50-50 chance indefinite life

extension research which will bring

aging under a decisive level of medical

control, paving the way for biological

immortality in humans. Yet is it ethical

to live longer? Earth is already

overpopulated enough and one

bioethicists said "There is no known

social good coming from the conquest of

death", people living longer will just

make it harder for the next generation

to find a house or find a job. Taxes will

increase hugely and if you live another

hundred years will you have a

good quality of life? So how long will we

live? In the near future, longer. In the

far future, a hell of a lot longer. Yet

will we want to? Or will we even have a

choice? A recent study from the Albert

Einstein College of Medicine in New York

suggested that the ceiling for human

lifespan appears to be stuck at about

115 years. For the last 30 years the ages

showing the greatest improvement in

quality of life have not seen any

changes in life extension. So will we

live forever or is 115 years all we got?

Who wants to live forever anyway?

I mean you can kind of live forever now

online so why not check out my Twitter

and Instagram and subscribe and what

else can I beg you to do... Ah nope that

about covers it. Mike Out motherfu-

Grover Team Tech - Polie Trofimova - Duration: 1:59.

Hey, my name is Polie Trofimova.

I come from Russia, Moscow.

I am doing logistics in Grover.

Basically I am doing purchasing and I am thinking of how to proceed orders faster.

On my personal use, I am using cameras! A lot!

So i tried recently Ricoh THETA

Like, Ricoh THETA is

awesome for the new types of videos

and I really waiting to show it for my

Granny. To show how my

trips are going on, in real time, and

she will be able to see the whole picture of

the trip, not just tiny small little

photo as always. She will be so amused

with that. Also i'm using for a long

time already the Fuji Mini. And Fuji

Mini is awesome for the Instagram photos

then you put this printed out photos and

then you make a cute one!

I like flexibility most about Grover,

And feel of freedom because I can use whatever I

want when I want

just paying like the ridiculous amount

of money for month, and it's awesome!

As I said, because of the flexibility I would

love all my friends to use the Grover

and as soon as they see that they're using

something old, and which could be

replaced by something better... I instantly recommend

Grover fro them.

Together we can make great wine - Duration: 1:21.

so why Volta Pinot Grigio because it's

great for all occasions this one comes

from a family-owned winery in California

and it's a perfect match for chicken

pork fresh salads fish and seafood it

has great punchy aromas of green apple

are kind of a zesty citrus citrus fruits

vote for this one you won't be

disappointed so why have one great when

you can have two this is chardon easy on

you it brings a classic white grape from

premium area France to sunny California

and gives kind of Sun Goddess it could

cut Petey oromos just adjust the

straight Chardonnay and it comes from a

winery that was founded as a cooperative

in 1934 so what else do you want to vote

for this one I i recommend the

Californian chardonnay from winery to 60

miles out of San Francisco and chalet is

one of the best grape varieties most

popular white grape varieties at the

moment full of citrus fruit hint of oak

nice richness and good long wait and

flavor perfect food matches well cos

great with whitefish and white meat

5 MORE QUICK TIPS to be a happy healthy VEGAN - Duration: 3:47.

Hi everyone, welcome back to TheVeganAtheist.

If you have ever considered going vegan, this video will give you 5 more quick tips to be

a happy healthy vegan.

If you have missed my previous 5 Quick Tips, check the link in the description below.

Ensure you are eating enough calories.

Vegan foods, especially of the non-prepared variety, are relatively low in calories and

so you can eat a large volume of food without getting your daily requirements.

You can use apps like Cronometer to figure out exactly how much you are currently ingesting

and make the necessary changes..

Here are some helpful charts to determine how many calories you ought to be consuming

each and every day.

Knowledge is key to being a successful lifelong vegan.

The good meaning people in your life will ask you questions, and while you have no obligation

to respond, you may find that it eases tension and confusion and fosters acceptance.

Additionally, the more aware you are of the ethics, nutrition and environmental issues

the less likely you are to revert to your old ways of eating and thinking.

Social pressure is strong, so be armed with knowledge and you will be a much happier and

confident vegan.

Here are some suggestions books, online resources and podcasts to take a look at.

If you a resource to share, please leave it in the comment section below.

In your local grocery or health food stores, you may be overwhelmed with a variety of choices.

You will find a lot of vegan meat and dairy products, and while they all as a whole have

gotten a lot more tasty over the years, some are better then others.

Never judge a whole category of vegan prepared foods based on one brand, and explore with

an open mind.

Realize that vegan meat and dairy will taste different then actual meat and dairy, so try

to find ones you enjoy, rather then looking for a carbon copy of the original.

As a new or prospective vegan you may be at a loss as to what meals you ought to try making.

You can definitely buy some vegan cookbooks, but I'd also suggest visiting local vegan

and vegetarian restaurants for inspiration.

I have often attempted to recreate a meal I enjoyed at a restaurant in my own kitchen,

but realize that unless you are a professional chef, your creation will most likely be different,

and thats okay.

The world of food is really opened to you once you have made the decision to go vegan.

There are countless spices, herbs, vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds, fruits and prepared

vegan foods for you to try.

Experiment with traditional dishes from across the globe.

Veganize meals that you once loved as a non-vegan.

One the great ways of not getting bored with food is by expanding your list of ingredients,

and experimenting.

We are creatures of habit, and while there is nothing wrong with a peanut butter and

banana sandwich, there is so much more to experience.

Additionally, by eating a wide range of food items, you ensure that you are ingesting a

larger pool of vitamins and minerals.

Have your own vegan tips to being a happy and healthy vegan?

Bounty Kills and other ways of making Money: Grand Theft Auto Online - Duration: 10:17.

hey welcome back you as a viewer are

awesome and very welcome on my youtube

channel my name is HoestOnline i play

grand theft auto online and today well

we've got a bit of a pileup of a

gameplay video clips but it all comes

down to making some money in public

sessions freemode public sessions as they

are the most action-packed look I did

headhunter and I won always nice but

there are a lot of ways you can make

money in grand theft auto online

nowadays either with your your bikers MC

or through your CEO organization but the

old-fashioned ways that have been around

since since the last generation of

consoles still work

this is a car and delivering to Simeon

and with import/export garage is kind of

a dumb name now after the import/export

dlc came out for grand theft auto online

but y' know name still there and while the

system is still in check really you get

a text from Simeon asking for a couple

of vehicles if you find one of them you

can take it you know steal, respray it

and then deliver it there and it'll bring

you a hundred and fifty percent of what

it will bring you when you sell it at

the regular LS customs shops

I know nowadays it doesn't seem like a

like a lot of money but you know when it

pops up I don't care I'll take any

chance to make money that helicopter

nearly hit me

this is a fall the longest distance with

a parachute before opening it

well obviously you have to open your

parachute close to the ground but not

too close because then you'll be too late

and of course you'll die you don't have

to win every freemode event in

grand theft auto online just a

registering uh that your are

participating will

get you some kind of payout for the

low-risk back and things like they're

parachute falling and wheelies and stoppies

using that kind of stuff payout not all

that good but you know it only takes a

minute or two and it's basically easy

money right what we have here this is

always at the thing I like bounties

never know how much it is unless it is

set while you're in the session but i

have no idea how much this guy's bounty

is but i'll take it and we'll see you

know that's always nice think that was

about 3 grand so it's worth it's not a

whole lot of trouble sometimes you gotta

travel across the map for a grant or

something and of course i have my my

biker business is still running in grand

theft auto online so every now and then

I got to do a delivery

this is the delivery I dread most the Post Op

Vans the boxville

there's a bounty again it looks like

they're turning around already turning

around here are the following me

let's put a proximity mine see if that

works road's pretty quiet so chances are

you'll run over it not some NPC yeah he

did, serves you right

shithead and he had a bounty as well

well ya know a thousand bucks and that's

it come out now here was a bounty that

has just been claimed that this is not

I came all the way over here it was like

a 20 second drive so you're entitled to

killing them

let's see come into my scope

please on the little white dot yeah

that's not gonna work all trying house

right I'll try try

I down I'm not that good of a sniper I'm

not that good at all at sniping but

we have to have heavy weaponry that

works

think about it it's crazy the stuff you

can do in grand theft auto online it

really history anyway is fun

there's a there's some guy exporting a

car there i'm quite sure because because

of the direction is going to try and

take it you can easily blow these up you

know for sticky bomb on him and done but

that won't give you a reward

it just pisses people off which is funny

sometimes if you don't like the people

that are exporting the cars but it's

much more satisfying if you can shoot

out the driver and steal the car

that's what I'm trying here

I don't really feel bad for him you know

it's the game this is how it works is a

he has a big-ass spoiler on the back which

prevents me from shooting through the

back window

it's pretty smart if you're doing

import/export you're exporting a car in

public session put a big ass spoiler on it

on the back at least or close up the

back window somehow see I'm not able to

do it but this is ready crashes and now

i am and what i always there was I don't

go to the direction that the game tells

me too i avoid the the guy that took it

from

I don't mind taking a detour let's just

take it to the police station and be

done with it

well at least that was the plan because

i mentioned before and I know I know

I've done this

ya know you can't just for fun but the

car can be blown up now if it's the CEO

or in it and you aim a homing missile

at it won't lock on but seeing us

I stole this car it might lock on now

i'm not sure what I am sure of though is

that I'm failing this and you'll see

ok i took that big detour you know

avoiding those players and then there's

a helicopter coming in all the rest you

can guess

look I don't think he locked on because

if he didn't that was a pretty good shot

if he locked on the

the missile probably would come from

behind you know mr. Louis tries to fu up

your butt

are you still in the air and I want my

revenge of course but he needs to pop

out first and that Buzzard of his

expanding the mini map to see where if

he's coming

yep grand theft auto online gives me

this weapon our sure as hell use it just

like you use your buzzard that's gonna

hit him I should be easy way out your

little yeah yeah i don't know i think

that's kind of pathetic with now have

the decency to try and survive or

something and I'd like that but oh well

what you gonna do

look this is a police chase that has

initiated yet another guide that's going

to pick this car up

and try to pick this car up has a bounty

on his head

let's look at the driver and I was gonna

take the car got to lure him to me but I

can't get in the car

probably because he's not close so I'm

rigging the car soon as he comes close

and should blow up and kill him give me

the bounty

see if this works

it's a good plan isn't it just

booby-trapping his objective

very calm very comes

alright let's take them out and try to

take them out you know he comes close

boom I took the bounty and look the car

still here you can still export that

leave the area and let them let them

move on

who is him that needs to initiate the chase so

it's all good

yeah I got a little bounty for myself

that's nice alright this is a race of my

my friend crew mate MrDennisVVM AKA

Luke created that was kinda nice he

usually makes those notice those

weird-ass races with tubes and I don't

know what not like those kind of things

you put that in but it's not part of the

race and just thought it was funny

you put it in the photo you know with

the race descriptions and shit that's not at

all what you'd expect from a photograph

hello bye-bye get too down on purpose i

got to be hunted

it's kind of funny so that's kind of

mixing it up you know taking a breather

from the from the freemode action

that's still will play in grand theft

auto online which is nice right now some

bounty kills are pretty easy

this guy seems to be standing still I

know you're vulnerable on a motorcycle

and grand theft auto online but

they have their uses you know check this

out what up the stairs we go

you can you know pass through any alley

and shit on the motorcycle only thing is

you're too vulnerable really a couple of

shots in your body you're dead

no protection at all that's a bounty

for me

bye-bye

20 WWE Superstars Before And After 2016

20 WWE Superstars Before And After 2016 There's a belief in professional wrestling that you never know where your next big star is going to come from. Just because someone is stuck in a lame gimmick today, doesn't mean they couldn't suddenly find a spark and connect with the fans, setting them down a path to the main event and possibly even the World title. Even the biggest stars this industry has ever seen started out as terrible or forgettable characters before they hit it big. Don't believe us? Look at some of the entries on this list, see the ridiculous personas they began their careers under, and tell us that you could have predicted that they'd be some of the most memorable Superstars that have ever existed in professional wrestling. 20. SUPER TASTY Cumin Fried Chicken Wings Recipe 椒盐(孜然)鸡翅 - Duration: 3:17.

Hi! Welcome to Sandy's Kitchen!

New food for a new mood! Today I'll show

you how to make cumin fried chicken wings

believe me once you start eating it

you cannot stop. I tried so many times and failed.

The great thing is that it is so easy to make

so get your chicken wings ready and let's start to cook!

First, we need a package of chicken wings or drumettes

both of them are okay.

Then prepare 1 tablespoon of soy sauce,

1 tablespoon of cooking wine,

a quarter teaspoon of salt, half teaspoon of peppercorn powder

2 teaspoons of cumin powder

and one teaspoon of chili powder.

If you cannot take a dish that is too spicy or numbing,

you can always reduce the amount of chili powder and peppercorn.

I hope you like this dish. Now it is our Tip Time!

When you look for recipes online,

do you feel confused for some words like chop,

dice, mince and slice? To be honest for a while

when I first started I had a hard time

differentiating them. First let's see chop

and dice. Chop is cut into similar size

but irregularly shaped pieces. Dice is cut into

cubes of squares all the same size.

Large dice, medium dice and fine dice.

The next is is mince. It is simply a very fine chop.

it's about as small as you can get

usually we mince garlic to get it down

to a paste. The last one is slice. It is a

very thin, flat piece cut

for example, onion or meat.

Thanks for watching hope you liked today's tip and recipe.
