The Masonic Symbolism of the U.S. Capitol

By VigilantCitizen.com

The US Capitol is not simply another governmental building. It is the spiritual center of the

United States. Its structure, its art and its symbols all reveal the great importance

of secret Fraternities in the shaping of the world most powerful government. Well explore

the Capitol and discover the features that make this building a Masonic site, an American

Temple of Solomon.

The Capitol is viewed by the average American as the seat of democracy, where big political

decisions are taken. Very few recognize the spiritual elements of the architecture and

the symbolism of the building which literally makes it a temple of Masonic mysteries. At

the center of it all is George Washington, a 33rd degree Freemason being anointed as

the American Christ. The building of the Capitol involved many notions unknown

to the common man yet the builders seemed to give great importance to them: alignment

with heavenly bodies, importance of ley lines, occult numerology, spiritual energy, etc.

Those things might sound like crazy New Age stuff to the average Joe not to the

Founding Fathers who attributed great importance the them. Heres a look at the meaning of

the Capitol.

Built by Freemasonry

The Capitol, like all Washington DC, has been almost entirely designed by Freemasons and

integrates within its architecture and artwork the keys to the Craft.

The United States Capitol, at Washington, D.C., was the creation of a succession of

architects who were almost all Freemasons. Originally designed by William Thornton (1759-1828),

the work was completed by Brother Benjamin Latrobe (a pupil of the English architect

Samuel Pepys Cockerell, 1754-1827) who also redesigned it after the War of 1812. The flanking

wings and the great dome were added later by Brother Thomas Ustick Walter.

GWCornerstone The laying of the cornerstone by Washington

in full Masonic attire The cornerstone of the U.S. Capitol Building

was laid with Masonic Honors on September 18, 1793 under the auspices of the Grand Lodge

of Maryland. At the ceremony, President George Washington presided. Worshipful Brother Washington

was assisted by R.W. Bro. Joseph Clarke, Grand Master pro. tem. of Maryland, Wor. Elisha

C. Dick, Master of Alexandria Lodge No. 22 of Virginia (Washingtons home Lodge) and

Wor. Valentine Reintzel, Master of Lodge No. 9 of Maryland (now Potomac Lodge No. 5 of

the District of Colombia). -Ibid.

Geographical Layout

The Capitol facing the Washington Monument Washington DC was carefully laid out in accordance

to ancient occult principles. The Capitol is a vital part of the design by its location

and its shape. The Capitols most important feature is of course its massive dome which

carries heavy symbolic meaning, as well see later. This dome faces the Washington

Monument, the 555.5 foot tall (6666 inches) replica of an Egyptian obelisk. This layout

is strikingly similar to St.Peters Square in the Vatican, where an obelisk faces a giant

dome.

St.Peter Square, Vatican. An obelisk facing a dome.

The same layout can also be found in Paris, Astana and many other cities. There is no

coincidence here: this layout carries an important alchemical meaning. In almost all cultures

the dome has been associated with the female principle, the womb, the matrix. Opposed to

it is the obelisk, the ancient Egyptian phallic symbol representing the male principle. The

union of those two principles gives birth to a third entity, an offspring, that can

be described as spiritual energy. Whether this energy is symbolic or a palpable reality

is something that Im not (yet) qualified to advance on. Many theories claim that shapes

such as pyramids, domes and arches can either store, extract or diffuse energy from their

surrounding area but Ill leave this analysis to someone else. The theme of the union of

male and female principles is very common in occult architecture and is surely the most

easily recognizable.

Lets look at the Capitol. Imagine a straight line starting at the tip of the Capitols

dome and going down, right to the crypt. This is how well explore the Capitol.

Freedom Statue

Standing at top of the dome of the Capitol is the enigmatic Statue of Freedom standing

on a spherical shape, which probably represent Earth. Around this globe is the saying E

Pluribus Unum (Out of Many, One).

She is a female allegorical figure whose right hand holds the hilt of a sheathed sword while

a laurel wreath of victory and the Shield of the United States are clasped in her left

hand. The heraldic shield is the same as in the Great Seal of the United States, with

thirteen stripes, except that the chief has stars (again, thirteen). Her chiton is secured

by a brooch inscribed U.S. and is partially covered by a heavy, Indian-style fringed blanket

thrown over her left shoulder. She symbolically faces east towards the main entrance of the

building which means that incidentally, the sun never sets on Freedom.

So who is this Goddess standing on top of Americas most important building and overlooking

the state Capital? Shes certainly not the Virgin Mary (youd be surprised at the number

of people who think that) and she cannot be positively associated with any ancient goddess.

Truth is, the district bears her name. D.C. = District of Columbia. She is the allegorical

goddess of America, the typically American mythological figure, Columbia.

The Dome

The dome of the Capitol features in its occulus an incredibly significant painting that reveals

the philosophical, spiritual and political aims of the Founding Fathers. Rare are the

writers have discussed the gnostic, alchemical and esoteric meaning of this work, yet it

has been visited by millions of tourists. The interesting book Freedoms Gate

written by William Henry and Mark Gray is the only work Ive found analyzing the mystical

meaning of this painting called The Apotheosis.

The Apotheosis is the work of Constantino Brumidi, an Italian artist who became famous

for his paintings commissioned by the Vatican and Pope Pius IX. In 1848, an attempt to overthrow

papal power in the Vatican was led by Freemason Giuseppe Mazzini, which lead to a period of

chaos and the fleeing of the Pope. The revolution wasnt however successful and papal power

was restored by a European coalition. Surprisingly, Brumidi was arrested in and found guilty of

leading one of Mazzinis revolutionary groups to overthrow the Vatican. He served some of

his sentence in prisons but was later permitted to leave Italy for the USA under the condition

that he would never come back. He then made a name for himself in the USA by working for

occult fraternities such as the Jesuits and such. Burmidis story is in perfect accordance

with the Capitols status as the Anti-Vatican or the mirror, Mystery Religion opposite of

the Vatican. Lets look at Brumidis magnum opus, the Apotheosis.

An apotheosis can be defined as the exaltation of a subject to divine level. In other words,

this painting depicts the elevation of George Washington to a god-man status, like Jesus

Christ. He is shown seated on a rainbow and behind him is the gateway, the vortex, the

sungate to the heavens (the spirit world). As stated above, the dome esoterically represents

the womb giver of life. Washington is about to exit the womb of the dome to experience

rebirth as an immortal god. William Henry has appropriately noted that Jesus Christs

divinity was portrayed in a similar way in ancient religious art.

Massive Keyed Keyboard | Nostalgia Nerd - Duration: 7:07.

[LGR Talking about Oddware]

Odd...

Forgotten...

Obsolete...

Oh Hello!

Today, I thought we'd take a look at this keyboard, with MASSIVE keys.

So here's the keyboard....

It's something I picked up on one of my "thrifting" episodes.

I believe it was £2 from the local car boot sale.

Clearly, it's a keyboard designed for child use, and retail wise it looks like it's been

on the market for the past 10 years at least.

Sometimes advertised for special requirements, and yeah I can see how it could be useful

if you had sight or co-ordination problems, but I can't really test for that.

Although I guess it could also be useful if you've come back from the pub and need to

check the football scores, or whatever you crazy cats do.

Now, the unit itself is completely devoid of a manufacturer name, which is never a good

sign, but a quick dig around on t'internet shows that it's a unit which has been and

continues to be at least partially sold under various brands.

From Duragadget to Hipstreet with some kind of water filled mouse and even Crayola as

the EZ Type Keyboard.

There's even a version with a trackball.

It all looks incredibly joyful and splendid.

The thing is, it's not really EZ Type, and given that children have smaller hands, and

this keyboard has much larger keys, it seems a little unhelpful.

Granted, it may make it easier to find an appropriate key, but my kids had no trouble

wangling their way around a blackberry keyboard when they were toddlers.

What's more some keys are in strange places, which is a little off putting and doesn't

reinforce touch typing.

The lack of a right hand shift key is particularly upsetting when trying to type any kind of

useful document.

Maybe I'm taking this a little seriously.

It's a massive coloured keyboard.

You're not going to write the code for Alien Isolation 2 on it.

It's also an improvement over what most developers in the 80s were used to.

Let's connect it up.

This is a USB model, although PS/2 is available.

I'm just gonna use this adapter to plug it into my Compaq.

And that's about it.

The keyboard functions.

At this stage it felt apt to try some children's programs to get a feel for the keyboard in

it's intended setting.

So after going through a few cover disks, this is what I came up with.

This Dr. Seuss program was unfairly labelled.

I saw ABC and assumed some kind of keyboard interaction, but it's just clicking.

Endless clicking.

Good god.

Appropriately I also found a typing tutor.

So let's give that a crack and see how it fares.

We haven't got "backslash" function, which is a bit limiting.

So I'm running Windows 3.11 through DOSBox just to.. just for ease of use for filming

this really, on this computer.

This is volume 19, issue 17, March 97 of Computer Buyer.

The program I'm looking for is "Keyboard Test"..."Typing Tutor".

OK, Installation.

OK, so here is the OPAC Keyboarding.

If we open it up...

"Welcome to OPAC System keyboarding skills assessment"... name?

When the keyboarding test begins, the screen will be divided into 2 windows.

The top window contains the text you'll be typing.

The bottom window is where you will type.

That's fairly clear.

You have 5 minutes for the test..

Good luck!

God.

One shift key?!

"What is".... [arrgh] the most [oh god]

[interlude]

Time is up.

Ok, let's check that.

So, gross words per minute 38.

Total errors 3.

98.4% accuracy.

Net words per minute 37.

Time 5.

Gross keystrokes 940.

Net keystrokes 925.

Total backspaces: 118.

So.. it seems only fair to run that with a normal keyboard... and see what the difference

is.

[interlude]

and we have gross words per minute: 81.

Total errors: 13.

Accuracy rate: 96.8%.

79 net words per minute.

5 minutes.

Gross keystrokes: 2034.

Net keystrokes:1969, and total backspaces:117.

Yeah, it was never going to be brilliant.

In fact, it seemed more appropriate to get the views of a small child......

What do you think of this keyboard?

Child: CRAP.

So there we go.

BUT, I should mention that those massive arrow keys work really well with one particular

set of games, and that is 90s First Person Shooters.

Both DOOM and Rise of the Triad were an absolute joy.

In fact this entire keyboard feels right with blood soaked mayhem.

It's fairly responsive.

There's good depth to the keys and it just makes me want to kill and maim.

So final verdict.

It might be an OK keyboard for tiny children, but it's at its best when used to slaughter

vast numbers of weapon wielding opponents.

I think Crayola missed a marketing trick there.

Thank You, City Year AmeriCorps Members From Alumna Tam Emerson - Duration: 1:00.

Hi, my name is Tam Emerson. I am a proud

City Year alum, myself having served in Boston

from 2006 to 2008 in Roxbury and then had

the great fortune to work with the City

Year London startup team

in 2010. I served because I recognize

the needs in the community that were

important for me to step up as an

ordinary citizen and take that call.

What I appreciate most is 10 years later

how many hundreds and thousands more

have taken that call, and the empathy

compassion and daily work that you put

in to make sure those students feel

heard, feel like they matter and are seen

in a way that no one else can. I hope

that your work compels others both those

students and some people that just see

you walking in the red jacket to serve

themselves. For anyone that's

interested they can always learn more at

Obamagate List reveals more than a dozen victims of Obama wiretapping - Duration: 5:46.

Obamagate: List reveals more than a dozen victims of Obama wiretapping.

The Main Stream Media and other enemies of the current President are challenging the

proposition that President Obama wire tapped President Donald Trump during the 2016 Presidential

race.

President Trump started this discussion with his tweets over the weekend.

In his first tweet President Trump tweeted: Terrible!

Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory.

Nothing found.

This is McCarthyism!

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump Is it legal for a sitting President to be

"wire tapping" a race for president prior to an election?

Turned down by court earlier.

A NEW LOW!

Next the President tweeted:

@realDonaldTrump I'd bet a good lawyer could make a great case

out of the fact that President Obama was tapping my phones in October, just prior to Election!

The final for four tweets concerning the wire tapping:

How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process.

This is Nixon/Watergate.

Bad (or sick) guy!

This is now being referred to as Obamagate!

It is not unfounded that former President Obama would wire tap President Trump during

the election process.

This is because he has done this before.

Here is a list of individuals who were wire tapped by the Obama Administration.

WikiLeaks released the following list on February 23rd (see link here) of Obama Administration

wire taps:

* The US National Security Agency bugged a private climate change strategy meeting; between

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon and German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin;

* Obama bugged Chief of Staff of UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for long term interception

targetting his Swiss phone; * Obama singled out the Director of the Rules

Division of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), Johann Human, and targetted his Swiss phone

for long term interception; * Obama stole sensitive Italian diplomatic

cables detailing how Israels Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu implored Italys Prime

Minister Silvio Berlusconi to help patch up his relationship with US President Barack

Obama, who was refusing to talk to Netanyahu; * Obama intercepted top EU and Japanese trade

ministers discussing their secret strategy and red lines to stop the US extort[ing]

them at the WTO Doha arounds (the talks subsequently collapsed);

* Obama explicitly targeted five other top EU economic officials for long term interception,

including their French, Austrian and Belgium phone numbers;

* Obama explicitly targetted the phones of Italys ambassador to NATO and other top

Italian officials for long term interception; and

* Obama intercepted details of a critical private meeting between then French president

Nicolas Sarkozy, Merkel and Berluscon, where the latter was told the Italian banking system

was ready to pop like a cork.

In addition to the above list we also know now that Obama wire tapped various individuals

in the US media that were reporting information not flattering to the Obama Administration.

It is widely known that Obamas Justice Department targeted journalists with wiretaps

in 2013:

* In 2013 the liberal Washington Post expressed outrage after the revelation that the Justice

Department had investigated the newsgathering activities of a Fox News reporter as a potential

crime in a probe of classified leaks.

The reporter, Fox News James Rosen and his family, were part of an investigation

into government officials anonymously leaking information to journalists.

Rosen was not charged but his movements and actions were tracked.

* Also in 2013, members of the Associated Press were also a target of the surveillance.

The ultra liberal New Yorker even noted that In moderate and liberal circles, at least,

the phone-records scandal, partly because it involves the dear old A.P. and partly because

it raises anew the specter of Big Brother, may well present the most serious threat to

Obamas reputation. * Reporter Sharyl Attkisson said in 2014 that

her personal computer and CBS laptop were hacked after she began filing stories about

Benghazi that were unflattering to the Obama administration.

A source who checked her laptop said the hacker used spyware proprietary to a government

agency, according to an article in the New York Post.

Update WikiLeaks tweeted overnight that the Obama Administration spied on their journalists

as well:

@wikileaks Did Obama spy on @realDonaldTrump's campaign?

Here is proof the Obama administration spied on our journalists https://wikileaks.org/google-warrant.html.

Obama is no stranger to wire tapping.

His administration tapped phones and computers of friends and foe alike.

The Not a Booktube Newbie Tag! - Duration: 5:50.

Hey guys, Katie here. How's it going?

Today I'm going to do the Not a Booktube Newbie Tag.

I have been seeing these around a lot, so

I'm sorry! I'm sure you're inundated, but

it's been a long time since I've talked

about my channel or myself, and I thought

maybe now would be a good time to do it

as sort of a reintroduction like hey!

Here's me, what's up. I haven't done a tag in a long

time. This should be kind of fun? I don't know.

I like tags because they're just easy.

Really easy.

The first question is:

how old is your channel? My channel is three

years old now. I started in February of

2014, and it was really scary to do, but

hey, I did it, I'm here now... and it's been a

really rewarding couple of years.

The second question is: what are your

favorite videos to make? I really like

doing reviews even though for some

reason, in the past year so, I have become

really tongue-tied and I struggle with

them. But, I do my best.

I also enjoy doing more artsy videos, which

I don't get to do very often because it

just doesn't really fit in Booktube, but

I try to fit it in when I can, and I try

to think of new ideas where I can use my

like, editing/filming skills, because I

have some like, basic skills, and I enjoy

doing it.

The third question is: what is one piece

of advice that you would give someone

wanting to join Booktube? I think the

best advice that I can give is just have

fun with it, and don't worry too much

about like equipment. Don't let other

people pressure you to read a certain type of

book. Do what you want to do, read what

you want to read and just have fun! And

make cool stuff that you want to watch

I know this advice that like every

YouTuber ever gives, but if you don't like

what you're making,

nobody wants to watch it. It's boring. I

definitely recommend it, it's really fun.

It's different than it used to be like,

when I started it was much smaller, but

it's still a great community, and there's

a lot you can learn, and there are a lot

of great people out here.

The fourth question is: since joining

have you run into any unforeseen

challenges? I would say the biggest

challenge is real life. I have a job,

and a boyfriend, and a dog, and

friends and family and life. And I

also, you know, like most people, I have

anxiety and depression. And I happen to

have hypothyroidism, which just means

that my thyroid doesn't produce enough

hormone, and it makes me really tired.

All of these things really make it hard

to make videos, and that is why, if you

don't see me for a while,

it's probably because I'm exhausted or

I'm really busy.

Other than that, the hardest thing is

that reading becomes more of a chore, and

if you're not careful, if you don't do

things for yourself, rather than for your

channel, you will burn out. And it won't

be fun.

There's also a lot of pressure on

Booktube, and you kind of have to manage that

and decide, you know, that you're not

going to let outside pressure affect how

you feel about your reading, and how you

feel about what you're making.

Question five is: what is a favorite book or

series that you've read because of

Booktube? Well, I have to say that most of

the books on my shelf I found because of

Booktube. So, it'lll be hard to pick just one.

I have read a ton of post-apocalyptic

literary fiction, and it turned out to be

something I really enjoyed, and I found it

because of Booktube, so I definitely

appreciate books like CALIFORNIA by Edan Lepucki,

GOLD FAME CITRUS by Claire Vaye Watkins,

STATION ELEVEN, like, you name it.

All those post-apocalyptic stories have

been super great, and I have really loved

reading them. So thanks Booktube!

Number six: overall what is your favorite thing

about Booktube? I have made some friends

that I am pretty sure I'll have for my

entire life.

That's amazing, and I've definitely experienced

that on the internet before, way back

when I was in the Harry Potter fandom, I made

some great friends... some of them I still

know now. So I already knew kind of power of

making friends on the internet. But it's

nice to be able to talk to people about

books, because even though people in my

life read, some of them don't read as

seriously as I do, as much as I do, or

they don't care to talk about it.

Just friendship and being able to talk

about books with people who understand.

Number seven is spread the Booktube love, share one

newbie that you've found recently.

Well, I haven't, and that's

actually something that I have been

wanting to change, but it's hard, and I've

been having trouble finding people. And I

know it's easy, I know I can, and there

are certainly people I've subscribed to

recently, like in the last six months

or so, but I need suggestions! I follow

most of the usuals, the people that you

hear about a lot, but I'm always on

the lookout for new people, and it's a

long time since I've found any. So let me

know in the comments below if you have

some awesome new booktubers that you

would like to recommend to me.

Number eight is: who do you tag? I tag no one.

If you've been around for awhile, and you

want to do this, please do the tag. It

would be great if you would. I did not

look at the questions before doing this

tag, which was actually great, and I'm

glad I did it that way. It was just

really enjoyable, so I hope you'll do it

if you haven't done it, or if you're a

Booktube newbie yourself, there is

definitely a Booktube Newbie tag, so

search for that on YouTube, because it's fun.

It's fun to do stuff like this! I hope

you guys are having a great week, and I

will see you next time, bye!
