Today we are going to make Masala Fries
I have sliced 2 potatoes
And dip into cold water for 15 minutes
Then removed from water
Now mix it well
It will be marinate in mayonnaise & potato moisture
Then we'll deep fry them
Once oil is hot enough
Then add fries in portions so it will effect the oil temperature
It will take 5 minutes and turn crispy
Fry on low to medium, do not fry on high flame
Then put over some grill so air pass through
So It will become more crispy, Serve With Ketchup
