Hollywood Kimi no Na Wa Announced!! Why?? - Your Name Live Action Coming Soon! - Duration: 4:11.
A live-action Hollywood Kimi no Na Wa has been announced! So what's up guys Foxen
here! Unfortunately you didn't miss hear me just now. A live-action Your name
Hollywood version is coming. Oh and you thought the porn parody was bad! You
could go ahead and let me know how you feel while I give you the details on
this project! Like I mentioned this has just been
announced. The ones producing this include Paramount Pictures and JJ Abrams's
production company. Yes that JJ Abram you know that guy that did the little movie
star wars episode 7. He's gonna be producing this. Alongside him is Lindsay
Webber who's also gonna be helping to produce. Lindsay has worked on bad robot
which honestly I'm not familiar with at all, but JJ Abrams on the other hand I'm
sure you know him well and this is possibly the only good news for this
anime Hollywood project, or it would be except that he's only producing this.
This pretty much means that you have no idea how much he's gonna be involved in.
Since he is directing in Star Wars Episode nine something tells me that his
involvement in this project is gonna be practically zero, nada, nandemo nai. Also
there is no info at all on who's directing this Kimi no Na Wa project. In fact Shinka
himself may not even be involved in this project at all. Sure that could change in
the future but if he was gonna be involved in this they would have
announced it right now. Anyway you do know who's gonna be writing the script
for this it's gonna be Eric Heiser. He's known for two movies Arrival and final
destination 5. Arrival was actually pretty well-received although the lack
of other notable work is concerning. So how does this Your name live-action
movie project sounds so far? This year they already fracked up with the
live-action Ghost in the Shell and Death Note movie. In fact that Death Note
movie was so hated that the director got bombarded by death threats. He then
had a delete his Twitter. And then the Ghost in the Shell movie, that definitely
put a dent in Scarlett Johansson's career. Right now unfortunately there's
nothing you or I could do about this but wait and see. Let's see who they pick to
directive this. Les also see who they cast for Taki and Mitsuha but
really let's go ahead and look into this a little deeper.
Kimi no Na Wa was already perfect, well almost perfect. Does it really need
a live-action adaptation? I was expecting to see a live-action Japanese version
but not a Hollywood one, at least not so soon. Two of the main things that make
Kimi no Na Wa was so special were the visuals and music. Part of what made the
movie so special was that the visuals were animated anyway. The two live-action
movies this year also stripped the original music from those movies. I can't
see this movie being any different. It is supposed to be a Western version anyway.
And about that a Western kimi no na wa, oh my god what other changes are they
gonna make? The highlight of Kimi no Na Wa was that comet. I got a feeling
this will definitely be changed. It'll also very likely take place somewhere here in
the US. This means that the natural disaster will be a tornado, a flood,
perhaps a fire, sharknado? What do you think it'll be? I'm betting
tornado! As for locations Taki was from Tokyo so they'll have to pick a big city
here, this means either LA or New York. I'm from LA and it's pretty crappy here
so New York it is. And then Mitsuha will be from the middle of nowhere. Let
me know if you got a good guess from where! By the way I do really hope they
learn from that Death Note movie. Don't try to keep their names freakin change
them completely. I was about to say that Taki and Mitsuha
aren't American names but technically they could be. This of course is gonna
bring up the whole whitewashing issue again. A ton of people are bound to
complain. I'm not gonna get into it. So I'll leave it at that! So question of the
day for you, do you think this live-action project has a shot of being
good? Should they even try making anime into live-action? I actually do think
there's a small chance for this to be good. If only they take some of the core
ideas and make it its own thing. Anyway please be sure it gives us a thumbs up

North Korean hackers attempt to steal Bitcoin from South Korea - Duration: 1:50.
South Korean police have concluded that North Korea was behind recent attempts to hack South
Korea's virtual money exchanges.
Local officials also say the nature of North Korea's cyberattacks are changing,... as the
cash-strapped regime targets cryptocurrency like Bitcoins to obtain funds.
Kim Hyo-sun reports.
North Korean hackers targeted at least four Bitcoin exchanges in South Korea earlier this
year in a bid to steal the digital currency.
South Korea's cyber police said Wednesday that North Korean hackers sent emails that
appeared innocuous, but contained malicious software applications.
In ten e-mails that were sent to 25 workers at four different Bitcoin exchanges, the hackers
disguised themselves as South Korean officials from public institutions, such as the police,
prosecution or Seoul City Government.
While no damages were reported,... there's speculation the cash-strapped regime, which
is heavily sanctioned by the UN,... is increasingly turning to digital currency to obtain funds.
(KOREAN) "North Korea's cyberattacks used to be aimed
at seizing private information or causing social strife in South Korea.
The attacks are now aimed at extorting money."
Last year, North Korea stole the personal data of more than ten million customers from
South Korea's Interpark,... an online auction and shopping site,... and held it for ransom
in exchange for nearly two-point-six million U.S. dollars in Bitcoin.
And a report released earlier this week by lawmaker Shim Jae-chul of the main opposition
Liberty Korea Party showed North Korea attempted to hack South Korea's central bank on multiple
occasions this year as well.
