Acrylic Pouring: Dirty pour with a new pouring combination - Duration: 3:25.
Pouring medium is 2 parts Elmer glue, 2 parts Demco pouring medium, one part Zinsser latex extender, 2 parts tap water
I added equal amount of soft body acrylic paint and pouring medium and added 2-3 drops of silicon oil before pouring
Adding colors in a cup to prepare for a dirty pour
Very softly swirling the color mixture
Now pouring on the canvas
Adding selected colors to create smaller patches of negative space
Tilting and covering the canvas with paint
More paint in this corner
Again tilting the canvas
Take care to cover entire canvas with paint. Cover the sides too
Cells started to appear
Used heat gun for a very limited time to remove air bubbles from the paint
Heat gun also helps lighter density colors to come on surface
So many cells! This recipe has worked!
