Moses clocks up the minutes

The result against Bayern did not go Chelsea's way but as Victor Moses pointed out afterwards, there are benefits from playing hard games at this stage of the pre-season preparations.

The right wing-back was one of five players given their first 90-minute outing of pre-season in the 3-2 loss in Singapore, but it was during the start of the game rather than later on when legs were tiring that the damage was done, with the German team scoring all their goals before half-an-hour was up.

'It was a good competitive game,' acknowledged Moses. 'Bayern are a good side and this is our third game of the pre-season and we were a little bit flat first half.

They scored three good goals but that is something we need to work on at the training ground, to make sure we correct that.

We have good players who know what's right and what's wrong and we will get there, it was just one of those games.

'It was a slow start. This was a pre-season game and we must just get ourselves back fit again and keep on working hard in training.

We played a very good side and it is something we have to work on and take on from there.'.

Indications of rising levels of fitness were there when the Blues reacted to going 3-0 down and finished the first and the second halves as the stronger side.

'The fitness is definitely getting there because we have been working very hard in training,' agreed Moses, 'and in the second half we did very well.

It was a shame we lost 3-2 but it is pre-season and we will move on to the next game.

'With me playing my first 90 minutes, you do blow a bit but I needed that, and when the season starts that will help.

The closing quarter-of-an-hour of the 90 were with Moses on the left rather than the right, after Fikayo Tomori came on for Marcos Alonso.

'The manager told me to go left wing-back and I can play left-wing-back if needed, especially in a pre-season game,' Moses said.

'When I was a winger in the past I played on the right and on the left so it is not a problem.'.

Breaking: GOP Slams Buddies Comey And Lynch With New Plan | Top Stories Today - Duration: 4:36.

This could be what conservatives have been waiting for.

From the time President Donald Trump finished speaking the Oath of Office, the headlines

have been announcing allegations about a crime of "Russian collusion" that hasn't even

been established yet.

But if House Republicans get their way, the investigative power of the government might

be turned toward events that actually happened – and determining just how badly American

laws might actually have been broken — under the Barack Obama White House.

According to Breitbart, House Reps. Jim Jordan of Ohio, Andy Biggs of Arizona and Matt Gaetz

of Florida are launching a probe into former Attorney General Loretta Lynch's relationship

with the FBI during its investigation of the Hillary Clinton email scandal.

In particular, the congressmen want to know more about former FBI Director James Comey's

testimony that Lynch had directed him to soft-pedal the probe by referring to it publicly as a

"matter" rather than a "criminal investigation," Breitbart reported.

The three have drafted a measure, according to Breitbart, that would "compel the production

of documents and evidence" related to Lynch's direction.

According to Breitbart, among other things, the measure would also compel testimony and

documents about:

Comey's leaks of memos about his conversations with Trump; discussions about immunity with

Hillary Clinton confidants caught up in the email scandal; Comey's decision last July

to recommend that Clinton not be charged in the case; Lynch's meeting with Bill Clinton

last June at an airport in Phoenix; as well as any potential collusion between Comey and

former FBI Director Robert Mueller, who is now the special counsel investigating the

Trump campaign's connections to Russia.

The whole ball of wax, in other words, when it comes to the non-stop assault on the Trump

administration since before it even began.

As welcome as it is for America, it could be very bad news for Comey, Lynch and other

insiders from the Obama era — there could well be panic running through the swamp of

D.C. when this starts getting traction.

Jordan and his colleagues haven't introduced anything official into the House yet to authorize

such digging, according to Breitbart.

But when they do, House Republicans should be tripping over themselves to be the first

to vote for it.

Jordan, a veteran of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, has been

part of government investigation into IRS abuses of conservative political groups during

Obama's administration, and, as a member of the House Select Committee on Benghazi,

its probe into the cover-up of the terrorist attack in Libya in 2012.

So, he's seen Democrat stonewalling first-hand, and wants to do something about it.

The endless cries for investigation into a non-scandal "scandal" in the Trump administration

is giving him an opening.

"For the past several years, Democrats have obstructed justice and blocked every Congressional

investigation imaginable," Jordan said wrote in an email to Breitbart.

"Now they want to investigate?

OK, let's investigate!

Both parties have criticized James Comey over the past year for his performance as FBI director.

Even Sen. Feinstein says there should be an investigation into Loretta Lynch and James

Comey's handling of the Clinton investigation.

Let's have a special counsel for that and see how serious Congressional Democrats are

about getting to the truth."

Well, we're all pretty well aware of how serious congressional Democrats are about

getting to the truth.

They established that with an unending series of defensive moves and water-carrying for

the Obama administration throughout the House investigations of scandals that would have

destroyed a normal presidency.

Unfortunately for the American public, the mainstream media are about as interested in

the truth as Democrats are.

The same "fake news" outlets that are now attacking Trump on a daily basis pimped

their principles for Barack Obama's election and re-election.

They weren't going to sully their hero with anything approaching real journalistic inquiry

into the Obama White House's abuse of American citizens.

But if Jordan and his conservative cohorts are successful that all might be about to

change.

Like and share on Facebook and Twitter if you want to see the real investigation House

conservatives are proposing actually go forward.

What do you think will come of a probe into James Comey and Loretta Lynch?

Sally & Possum Take A Line For A Walk - Duration: 14:31.

Hello.

(SNORES)

Huh? Look.

Oh!

Hmm.

Wow.

Huh? Look.

Ah.

I'm Sally.

And I'm Possum.

Hello. Hello.

Hi, Sally.

Hi, Possum.

Hi, everyone. Hello.

It looks like you're having fun.

Yeah.

Could everyone see what Possum was doing with his new rope?

It made a pattern.

But what exactly were you doing, Possum?

Before I tell you, can we play a game?

Ooh! Yes.

Right.

You must do as I do. Exactly.

Exactly the same, OK?

Mm-hm. Watch me.

Doot-doot-doo. Doot-doot-doo.

Well? Uh...

I don't think I can remember all of that, Possum.

Give it a go. Come on.

Uh...

Um.

No.

I can't remember it all, Possum.

It's too hard. I've forgotten.

You're right. It was hard, Sally.

But do you remember when you were standing over there

watching me with the rope?

Could you copy that one?

Oh, yes. That one I could do.

All I have to do is follow the rope.

I could do that.

Yeah, that's right.

But what exactly are you doing?

Ah, well, I saw your new rope

and I wanted to see how long it was.

As I was laying it out on the ground,

I saw it making some nice shapes.

Lots of different shapes.

And they looked so good!

Oh, yes.

This might sound silly,

but I feel like I was taking the rope for a walk.

(LAUGHS) Yes.

I don't think it's silly at all, Possum.

It's a wonderful thing that you've done here.

In fact, a famous artist once said,

"When it comes to drawing lines, there are those who plan really well

"and others who just take the line for a walk

"and end up with the wonderful shapes that occur."

That's very much what you've done here, Possum.

Sally, do you like the shapes I've made here?

Yes, I do like them.

I think...that one there.

That's the one I like the most.

Oh, and I like that one and that one.

And I like that one. And I like that one, too.

You've actually given me an idea.

Why don't we go in to the kitchen

and get some paper and a pen

and you can take the line for a walk in there.

Alright. Let's go!

Alright, can you grab the pen?

I'll explain to you what we're going to do.

Put your pen on the paper.

Don't scribble on it though.

Use your imagination to draw some lovely lines

and then keep the pen on the paper.

Don't lift it off and just take the line for a walk.

Ready? Ready.

You try.

OK, what's next?

Ah, that looks great.

Now comes the fun part.

Pick a colour and colour in the shape that you've made.

You colour in the whole thing.

And then, you pick lots of different colours

and colour in all the other shapes, OK?

OK.

And those colours will make it look beautiful.

Ah, great.

(GASPS) Look! Finished.

Oh, what lovely colours!

That looks great.

Have a look at mine.

Mine's a bit different.

Mine's got lots of patterns through it.

I've just drawn wavy lines and different things using a pen.

Wow, it's beautiful. Yeah.

Sally, are there other children who take the line for a walk?

Oh, yes, of course there are.

This is a great way to draw a picture.

Yeah.

Would you like to watch some children taking a line for a walk

and making different shapes?

Shall we watch? Yeah, let's watch.

(GASPS) Wow!

That looked so interesting.

Yeah, it did.

I loved seeing their ideas,

them taking the line for a walk,

and then colouring in the shapes.

Yes, they picked some lovely colours, didn't they?

Their drawings look beautiful.

They did.

But I've got an idea now.

We can go and use the rope outside.

Um...

Possum, I don't think those crayons are big enough.

Hmm.

(GASPS) I know, Sally.

Quick, come with me.

What are you thinking about for this?

Well, I'm thinking we can use things from the garden

and the yard and use them to fill in the spaces.

Oh, that's a brilliant idea.

Hmm.

(GASPS) I know!

We could use the leaves you raked up.

Why not? Let's go.

Alright. What's next?

Hm...I know!

I'll climb my tree and get a good view from up there.

Hmm.

I know! More colour.

Right. We need colourful things.

Hmm.

Hm...oh, Sally,

have you got anything colourful in your fridge?

Oh, yes.

I've got some lovely yellow lemons.

Great. I'll go get them.

OK. (CHUCKLES)

Put them there.

Sally, there's not enough.

Don't worry, I've got plenty in my tree. I'll bring them out.

OK.

You've got a lot of lemons there, Possum.

Why do you have them?

Well, just in case you run out, Sally.

Lemons can be used for all sorts of things.

Oh, alright.

Well, let's put them into the shape. Great.

That looks lovely. It's great.

Hm. What other colour can we use?

I know. I've got a red tomato in my fridge.

I've got some too. Alright, let's go.

Oh!

What's next? Right. I'm thinking carrots.

OK.

Great.

(GASPS) Apples! OK.

Great. What's next?

Some bananas.

OK.

What's next?

Hmm.

What else do you have in there?

Uh...I've got some onions.

Me too!

Great! What should we have next?

Oh, I've got some brown onions.

Me too!

Hm...what's next?

What should we put in this space?

Oh, what have I got?

What have I got?

Oh! I've got some apricots.

You do? OK.

Oh, look at all those apricots.

Yeah! Wow!

Aw, that's beautiful.

It is beautiful.

(GASPS) Look!

Ah, I know.

We need to put something in there.

Let me think what I've got.

Oh! I know!

I've got some lovely roses on the ground over there.

Yeah, good idea.

Isn't that lovely?

It's beautiful!

Hang on. I'm gonna have a look at the top of my tree.

Ah, look at all the different colours.

It looks great!

Well? It looks beautiful.

It looks so good.

We've made some fantastic art, Sally.

It looks so good!

Yes.

It is a really nice way to do art, isn't it, Possum?

We can do art to communicate with each other.

Yeah.

Sally, I wanna do it again.

Well, we could do it again.

I wanna start all over again.

Yes, we could.

But before we do, our time is up.

Thanks for watching. See you next time.

Bye! Bye!

Right. Sally, what I wanna do, is I wanna move those over here.
