"Technically good, quick & positive full-back"–Hull view on Liverpool target Andrew Robertson - Duration: 5:22.

"Technically good, quick & positive full-back" – Hull view on Liverpool target Andrew Robertson

With Hull City's Andrew Robertson emerging as Liverpool's most likely left-back target this summer, the Scot would arrive as a "positive" addition.

The Reds had previously pursued Fulham's Ryan Sessegnon, but the teenager signed a new contract to stay at Craven Cottage, while another rumoured target, Sead Kolasinac, joined Arsenal.

With Alberto Moreno likely to leave Merseyside before the end of the summer transfer window, signing another left-back is imperative. Robertson is now the favourite to join as competition for current first-choice option James Milner.

But who is the 23-year-old, and is newly relegated Hull's defensive stalwart worthy of Anfield? We spoke to Tigers supporter Joel Meloir (@joelmeloir), of The Football Hipsters Podcast (@TheFHPodcast), to find out. How is Robertson as a player? What are his strengths?.

Robertson is what you would describe as a modern-day full-back and follows the pattern of a winger converted to the full-back position. He is technically good, quick and positive in attacking plays with good crossing ability.

Over the last 12 months, Robertson has developed into a good full-back and looks to contribute to and start attacks from left-back, something which Hull utilised particularly under Marco Silva.

He does look to overlap and his crossing is a particular strength and did lead to a number of goals for Hull City last season. He is comfortable in possession and can keep the ball when needed.

And how about any weaknesses to his game?.

I think Robertson is still learning the position as he develops and the defensive side is certainly a weakness to his game.

I feel he sometimes doesn't sense danger as well as he should (Harry Kane's winner for England against Scotland was a good example of this recently).

I also feel in one-on-one situations he can be vulnerable if he is left exposed with the support of the left midfielder or left-sided forward.

However, under Silva he did notably improve the defensive side of his game and I would say this could be a sign of hope for Liverpool fans if Jurgen Klopp can knock the rough edges off Robertson's game.

Sometimes in attacking situations, Robertson can make the wrong decision and his decision-making is something which can be improved upon.

Also, as with many modern-day full-backs, Robertson is not the tallest and in diagonals can sometimes be caught out, particularly if a striker has pulled onto him—this did occur a couple of times last season and led to Hull conceding.

What sort of role has he played at Hull?.

During his time at Hull, Robertson has played in two positions: he has played as a left full-back in a traditional 4-4-2 and has also operated as a left wing-back in a 3-5-2.

I personally feel he looks better as a left wing-back as he has a bit more cover from the left-sided centre-half. Is he ready to make the step up at Liverpool?.

I think Liverpool are buying potential and are not buying the finished article by any means.

With some coaching which I'm sure he'll receive under Klopp, I feel Robertson can develop into a good full-back and at the reported £8 million price, this is a good piece of business for Liverpool.

This is a step up for Robertson and he certainly has the attributes to be a success. Finally, would he be an upgrade on Alberto Moreno?.

In terms of an upgrade on Moreno, I'm really unsure.

As somebody who saw a lot of Moreno at Sevilla, I would say it's a pretty similar signing, in terms of somebody who is a lot more comfortable with the attacking side of the game, as opposed to the defensive.

I think Robertson is slightly more robust than Moreno and is more eager to do the defensive side of the position—however a lot of the frailties that Moreno has shown, Robertson also has.

Christopher Lynch - CMO Cision : mieux connecter les audiences et les marques. - Duration: 4:17.

my name is Chris Lynch I'm the chief marketing officer of Cision and

you're watching Siecle Digital so I think the next steps for working with

data to understand your audience is really focusing on where your audience

likes to consume certain pieces of content and then focus on the real

attributes that are important about your audience I think that when we first

started looking at audience data a lot of it was pretty static right we could

only get some very basic information now with all the means we have to collect

different data about each audience member there's sort of a tendency to get

overwhelmed you have so much data that's coming at you so what I believe in the

spirit of doing better with what we currently have is focusing a lot on

filtering out the data that doesn't matter quite as much and then focus in

on the data that maps to a business objective that someone might need for

their campaign so you know when we think about how brands are using data today a

lot of it is focused on a specific segment of their customer base so in

that case what we usually tell people to do is focus on of your customers what

are the attributes whether it's their demographic whether it's past purchase

history whatever those attributes are you really want to focus in on those and

then develop a Content plan that's going to reach those audiences for that data I

don't know that it'll be a while before there's a software to rule all data in

the sense that there's different data types right so there's first-party data

that's data that a business my phone about their customers and that can live

in the different databases that you have about customers you have databases that

focus on influencers that's something that you know our company knows a lot

about and it's very important to sort of be able to segment between someone who's

an influencer versus someone who's a customer and then there's also of course

third-party data that's data that's used advertising to go out and do your ad

buys so what I think is going to happen is as brands look at data they need to

kind of look at it through those different buckets and then I do think

there will be central points where you have central repositories for data

whether that is in the influencer context whether that's in that first

party data context or whether it's in that audience data so companies like

Google Facebook they're really into the third party audience data if you look at

a company like us we're really into influencer data but I think it's going

to be important that all of these systems are designed in such a way that

they can actually talk to one another so data can kind of commingle appropriately

of while of course respecting privacy so I think that even in the new era

there'll be a combination between artificial intelligence that sort of

dictates what a Content offer or an ad should be and then I think they're still

going to be a fair amount of creativity and human intervention that factors into

- what that should be audience data and using artificial intelligence to sort of

determine you know what is the next best offer or the next best type of message

that a customer or audience member white might want to do is something that is

going to grow and increase in sophistication however I do feel that

what we're also going to see is that the software still needs to empower the

brand to be able to make decisions in terms of how they want to tinker their

strategy because as they look at analytics and understand whether or not

a message is working they may determine that they need to make a tweak quickly

that the machines are not picking up so to speak so I think there needs to be

flexibility for both

1001modelkits visited the International Paris Air Show Le Bourget.

It is organised by the subsidiary of the French Aerospace Industries Association GIFAS (Groupement des Industries Françaises Aéronautiques et Spatiales).

It was a good opportunity to bring together all the players in the global industry around the latest technological innovations.

The first 4 days of the fair are reserved for professionals followed by 3 days for the general public.

Here you can see a demonstration of the Airbus A380, civil jumbo jet.

It emerged from a 8 billion € development program launched in the 1990s.

The first flight of the Airbus took place on April 27th in 2005, while it was assembled in Toulouse.

In its turn, the Patrouille de France exercised magnificent figures before the trails of smoke in the color of France.

It is the official aerobatic air team of the French Air Force created in 1953.

The Aerobatic Team of the Air Force's mission is to represent the Air Force and to function as ambassador of the French aeronautics abroad.

Located at Salon-de-Provence Air Base 701, it is considered as one of the best aerobatic air team in the world,

just like the Red Arrows of the British Royal Air Force, the Blue Angels of the American Navy,

the Frecce Tricolori of the Italian Air Force or the Russian Knights.

Within this patrol, it is the 35 mechanics who choose the 9 pilots!

Lastly, the American F-35 from Lockheed Martin that competes with the Rafale produced by Dassaut.

The F-35 Lightning II is a multirole combat aircraft project designed and developed by the Pentagon since 1996 by the manufacturer Lockheed Martin,

with as main partners Northrop Grumman and BAE Systems

With a wingspan of 10.50 meters, it can reach up to 1900 km/h.

What's So Great About America? - Duration: 6:26.

What's so great about America??

If you listen to some liberals, they will tell you, America is the problem.

And there isn't a day that goes by in which a news anchor or celebrity

doesn't tell us what's inherently wrong with America

Too much systemic racism, patriarchy, oppression, and unfairness, etc. etc.

Some even go on to say, we need to fundamentally change America

bring in new ideas, from say, Europe, and progress from our Americanism.

You see, it's funny when I hear Americans say things like this

because as an immigrant to this country, I feel the complete opposite.

And I'm tired of hearing liberals bash America

for the very things that have made this country great.

Look, I've experienced communism.

I was born in China.

And I've experienced some socialism.

I grew up in New Zealand.

But since moving to America at the age of 18, I have never looked back.

And while I value my Chinese and Kiwi upbringing,

I know that America is special and like no other nation on earth.

So here are some anti-American myths I'd like to dispel

Number 1: They say, America is so racist, it is seething with "systemic racism"

Hey, I don't deny slavery and Jim Crow laws have tainted America's history.

But that's in the past.

And even throughout her entire history, America has been a welcoming country.

If America is so racist, why has America become the melting pot of the world?

Why has America become home to people of all nations, creeds, and religions?

Whereas most countries are based on race, ethnicity, or religion, American isn't.

If America is so racist, why are her founding documents based on a set of ideals?

the rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness

and as long as you accept these ideals

anyone, no matter what race you are, can become an American.

Number 2: They say, America is full of discrimination

if it's not against your race, it's against your gender or foreigners or your religion.

Sorry, not true.

My aunt, like so many other foreigners, came to this country with nothing

no money and not even the ability to speak English.

As a Chinese, female, non-Christian immigrant, she made her American dream happen

through hard work and perseverance.

America is not full of insurmountable discrimination as some say.

That is, unless you see yourself as a perpetual victim.

Number 3: They say, America is so oppressive, it's oppressed people all over the world.

Well, on the flip side, America helped save the world

from fascism in World War I and II.

America saved South Korea from communism

so that today, it is a thriving nation of freedom

while communist North Korea languishes in unbearable oppression.

Quite frankly, there is no country on earth that has given more of its resources

and sacrificed even her own soldiers to protect people in other nations.

And today, whenever there's a world crisis, like a tsunami or earthquake

in some distant part of the world

America is usually the first to rush in and provide humanitarian assistance.

Number 4: They say, America is too much of a capitalist country

we need to be more socialist, like Europe.

Sorry, socialist countries in Europe, like Greece

are being bankrupt for their programs.

There aren't enough citizens to pay for their overblown governments.

And their "free" healthcare system

people are dying while waiting for months for basic tests like MRIs.

And the state gets to decide whether you live or die

because there isn't enough "free" healthcare to go around.

And saying that we have too much capitalism

is like saying we have too much freedom

to pursue our dreams and start our own businesses.

It's like saying we hate our iPhones, our Costcos, and Amazon

and we want our hospitals to be run like the DMV.

No thank you.

And lastly, number 5: What frustrates me the most is when some liberals tell us

the founding fathers have become irrelevant.

Their ideas are no longer compatible with America's "progress".

Are you kidding me?

The idea that we are endowed by our Creator

with certain inalienable rights was revolutionary.

The preeminence of "We, the People" in making decisions

about our own government was revolutionary.

The emphasis on freedom - freedom of speech, religion, assembly, and the press,

and freedom from government, to be able to pursue our own destiny,

was a true step in human progress.

Compared to other nations, America is exceptional

precisely because of our founding fathers' vision for America.

It is precisely because of these ideals that have made America great.

So here's my message to you.

There is more to be grateful for in this country than many Americans realize.

Yes, we need to learn from other countries, but at the same time

we should value what has made America who she is.

And perhaps, as some patriots has said, we need to rediscover Americanism.

We need to reclaim that part of our heritage that made us great in the first place.

So America, please, don't stop being American

In fact, be more American in all your goodness and uniqueness

that has set you apart from the rest of the world.

And may God continue to bless America and make this nation great again.

How Allergies May Impact Your Daily Life - Advantage Allergy Services - Duration: 3:08.

Welcome to Advantage Allergy Services and our quick video explaining how

allergies may impact your daily quality of life. Daily and seasonal allergies

affect the workforce, it's documented that 25% of our population has allergies.

Allergies cost employers millions of dollars in productivity losses. The

perception illustrated is that allergies are misdiagnosed as sickness and that

it's communicable. Disruption in the workforce is multiplied. Management is

forced to deal with sick employees and productivity losses. Burden is placed on

employees to self-medicate or face termination. Wellness program could test

allergies. Dangerous job sites are not a place for self medication. On-job site

injury risks need to be managed. This is a fine example of a corporate wellness

program under utilized. Transportation employees can really benefit from

allergy testing and treatment. Improving safety records reduces liability

insurance and expenses due to loss of productivity. Self-medicating is not safe

for these workers delays from workers missing days leads to unmet schedules

and budget overruns. This is an accident waiting to happen.

Storage and dust mites as well as pollution exacerbate allergy

environmental as well as occupational allergies must be considered when

calculating low productivity and high costs. Environmental allergies hinder

outdoor activities. The only true way to enjoy the outdoors is to desensitize

through immunotherapy. Grass, weed and tree pollens are the main causes.

Children with allergies and asthma need treatment. The best way to aid their

needs is to see their pediatrician for total care so the continuum of care is

met. School is important. For teachers the

cost of allergies is multiplied. Every time the teacher is absent, they use a

substitute and the curriculum is disturbed for all. Schools could benefit

from services. Testing for food allergies will give you the knowledge to avoid

those foods you're allergic to. Your quality of life is now improved there is

no therapy for food allergies yet. Antibiotics are the first line of

defense against infection. Alternative means could be less effective. Test prior

to surgeries or procedures is the smart way to find an allergy. Venom allergies

are very dangerous. Most patients do well with a venom therapy if tested positive.

Ants and flying stinging insects such as bees wasps and hornets may be treated.
