Every time the season comes
I hold tight, tight our bond
that will be unbinding
So that I don't lose it
I got stuck with the heaviness
of my words
I just drowned in a warm dream
I lost sight of you before I knew
I gently scatter that image
that I bound and held
It painfully turns red and burns into my mind
Flutter, flutter, flutter...
I'll let go that color of our bond
to the sky, to the sea, to somewhere far away
So that even a fragment of that color reaches you
Flutter, flutter, flutter
These blurring memories
bloom at the moment they scatter and wither
Yet they are still vivid
Flutter, flutter, flutter
My voice falls gently like rain
So that the last words reach you
for the very last time
Flutter, flutter, flutter

Lena Katina - Murzilki Live on Autoradio | English Subtitles - Duration: 51:01.
So, the final hour of our show.
The hardest two hours of the show we have already worked through.
Good job
After four days of being immersed in a music festival without music, working in a small area is very hard.
But now we immerse ourselves into a native atmosphere.
We will have a live concert in the Autoradio studio.
Our guest, ex-member of t.A.T.u. One of the two girls who, in the 2000s with the statement
"I have lost my mind", became world hit makers.
Now, it is a solo project. Well solo...world project! Our guest, Lena Katina with a live concert!
We will begin in a few minutes.
Friends, our guest is Lena Katina, and her team, here in the Autoradio studio.
And of course, the fans of this wonderful project. You're just as cute, just as red-headed.
Thank you. Good evening to everyone.
-Good evening.
For starters.
Lena, of course during our time together we will discuss the story of t.A.T.u.
-Of course.
But, firstly we are interested to know how you have been in the last 9 years as solo artist Lena Katina.
Has it been 9 years already?
Well, 8. From 2009...so, yeah. It is, what? -9.
As is appears, things aren't bad, things are good. Now there are new songs, a new album.
So, you are working, reaching new successes. It's very cool.
I guess it was just hard to start. Because after t.A.T.u. and then having to do everything on your own.
-Well, Lena, tell us about it yourself. How was it?
Yes, for me it was a very risky and difficult step. When you are used to working together and are then alone...
At one point I could not find myself or understand what to do next, and if to do it then how.
-And with whom and why.
Yes, yes, yes. And where and so on.
But then everything worked out, you know. And I really like everything that is happening.
-Things don't always work out. Sometimes it has to do with people you know, connections.
Yes, I got very lucky with the people that were around me and continue to surround me.
I have a wonderful team and great musicians, great girls, already recently...
-Back vocalists.
Yes, back vocalists...So, I like everything.
-So do we!
Let's start the concert. -Let's sing.
-Yes, let's! We'll sing and will start with one of your new songs, right?
Yes, I wanted to start with- it's a very energetic song. It's a collaboration with a DJ duet called Daddy Mercury.
I owe them for this song, so I want to start with it. It's very summary, very energetic, and I love it.
-What is it called?
"Wake Up Call".
-Excellent, let's go. Wake up, everyone!
Yes, yes.
-Lena Katina is our guest.
-Along with her musicians.
-Not a bad Euro-hit.
-A Euro-hit, yes, absolutely.
-I like it a lot.
An imported melody, as they say. -Yes. Back to the West, I understand.
-Listen, you are now working in Russian and in English.
Yes. I just recorded not long ago four new Russian songs. One of them we will play later.
I have actually been up since 4AM because we shot two...we thought of a new name.
Olga, my manager, thought of it. She said, "I was thinking all night of how to call it."
Viser - a visual teaser. Because we love to experiment and love all things new and now there is a trend where
everything has relocated to the internet, to Instagram. -And everything must be visual.
No, that's not the case. There is not point anymore to shoot... -Full videos?
Not a...well, just a video, right? Because on Instagram it's how long?... -A minute.
A minute. Stories, which are 15 seconds. So, we made two of these Visers for two of the songs.
So, I rushed here after the shoots. So, I am a bit hyper, as it is called.
I have been awake since 4AM and drinking coffee.
-No big deal, it happens.
Yes. And of course I am recording in English as well since I have an audience all around the world.
How proud I am of this.
-This is wonderful. -Good job.
The sleepy, but proud Lena Katina is our guest. We will continue the concert in a few minutes.
Our guest is Lena Katina. I will ask for applause for this.
Leave your gadgets alone, clap for the artist.
Yes. I am turning the attention onto the artist, onto her team. We are going to turn on the 200 Km/Hr mode.
"200 Km/Hr In The Wrong Lane" was the debut album from t.A.T.u. -Yes.
Listen, I don't even know. I don't think Lena herself can remember the amount of awards and achievements which this album received
and for the main song of the album, "Ya Soshla S Uma".
-And then she just pulls out a full list.
-I am going to read them all off to you.
No, I did not get prepare that much, of course.
Let's do this. So that our listeners do not languish in their expectations, this song we will...
-Put it on. Yes. And then we will talk a little more.
Well, let's go.
Friends, live, absolutely live. -It does not get more live.
On Autoradio.
Lena, in the beginning you were probably losing your mind about what was bestowed upon you...
together with Julia Volkova.
Well, yeah... -How was your mind?
With my mind... -You were 16 at the time, right?
Yes. When we began touring we were 16. When we shot the video we were still 15.
I got lucky because around me were people who... -Did not let you lose your mind?
Well...corrected the way I thought.
Put my mind back in place.
-By which methods?
Just like...by talking. Told me the right things at the right time. -Who was it? Your producer or family members?
No, it was my friends and my family.
Because it is unreal. Do you remember the amount of concerts you had?
Up to 30 in a month, 28.
-At 16. It is extremely stressful.
Yes, but when you're 16 you can handle it. But now I cannot imagine it, honestly.
-Well of course, now at 58... -I am still 33.
But 58 is not far. Life is short.
Do you remember that time as true happiness or hard labor.
No, it was true happiness. We did not expect for all of this to happen and it was a real dream come true.
I was even afraid to dream of this. Meaning, I never could have imagined that at some point this will happen to me,
not to mention become my profession.
-So you had no other life than the one on stage.
Yes. Life always pushed me there and told me, "Keep going!".
This was a crazy, in a certain sense of the word...
-It was enormous popularity, absolutely. -Yes. And it was a unique story for t.A.T.u.
A Russian band which became known all over the world. -Which conquered foreign land, yes.
And then at a certain point the story swiftly ends. And it turns out it's due to
some personal incompatibility of the two singers.
There were many different disagreements, before that and after, so...
-And after, I will tell for all those who do not know, there were a minimum of two moments when t.A.T.u...
when the t.A.T.u. girls reunited. When Julia and Lena met up. One time, I think in Bucharest (Romania)...
We..we...no, not in Bucharest.
Or maybe in Bucharest...we went to the Voice: Romania.
-The Voice, yes. The Voice: Romania and...the Olympics.
-The Olympics in Sochi, "Nas Ne Dagoniat" and that whole story. But right after that you are breaking up and going into separate directions.
Because we tried to work together. Unfortunately, it did not work out and I think that in the form we exist now,
separate from one another, is much better for us. There is a logical end to everything.
You need to move forward. Why pull yourself back and return to the past all the time if you can achieve new heights.
-Moving forward. Lena Katina, solo, in our studio. The live concert continues.
Lena, we are using your visit today to connect you...to engage you in the conversation we have with our listeners.
You, like no one else, might have different opinions.
Today's topic is as follows: Who raises children better, in your opinion - men or women?
And can a man take off work and be happy and calm about it?
-So, you're making money and the man is at home with the child.
You are a mom of a child who has jus turned three years old, right?...
Yes, recently. And I am a mom whose husband is at home with the child.
-So. -You support... -You completely agree with it.
...that the father can fully... -Can the father, or no?
He can...surely.
-Tell us how he does it.
Our father can, he can cope with the child fantastically. No questions asked.
The other thing is that Alex is always missing me and when I am home there is no one else.
He clings to me and that's it. But that's how it is, so what?
Did you take any time off at all? -Yes.
After how long did you get back to work?
I did not work for 9 months. -Well that is rare for artists.
I was home for 9 months, than gradually began to work, gaining momentum...
And constantly told the dad that he would need to watching the child, right?
He was with us the entire time... -He is also a musician.
He is a singer, yes. He is teaching voice lessons now. He is a wonderful composer and a singer.
-Is he okay with that role?
Well, now already... -He had no other choice.
It's not that he had no options. He his own stuff. Just now our child has turned 3 and has started kindergarten.
Mothers know what the first two years of kindergarten are like: two days there, two weeks at home.
So a lot of time is required...
-The two of you manage.
We have grandmothers also. That is why we came to Russia.
Everyone thinks it's crazy when I say that I came here to give birth. Because I think...
After the States, you mean? -Yes. There is nothing better than when a child is with his family.
So, if not for me or Sasha...the big one, I have two of them.
He is Sansanich, that means.
Well, almost. A little without the middle name or he would be Sashovich.
It turned out that way.
So we all work at it and... -Figure it out.
Yes. -Basically, it's a family
I am running around.
"I am figuring it out"- like Novoseltsev.
-Thank you very much. Lena Katia is our guest, we will continue the live concert.
Lena Katina is our guest. We talked about the songs and story of t.A.T.u.,
we want to know how Lena Katina, the solo artist, lives now.
It is very interesting that you have a lot of global contacts and duets.
Not long ago a Mexican channel came to film you. -Yes.
-For what, why? -A new series? -About what?
No, they just conducted an interview about life and all...
-Was is associated with t.A.T.u.?
It was with that background, of course. Firstly, everyone knows me as a singer from t.A.T.u.
So they conducted a big interview.
So, overseas they are interested to know where is t.A.T.u. now and what the singers are doing?
Well, who doesn't know us? Everyone knows us.
So, they came to Moscow. They were here for the World Cup, it was a sports channel.
And they did an interview with me.
-You also participated in the World Cup. You performed at the Fan Fest in Sparrow Hills. -Yes
In the Sparrow Hills and twice in Sochi, so I...yeah.
-Regarding "Nas Ne Dagoniat"- I remember in 2004 in Portugal during the European championship only two Russian songs played on the radio...
'"Kalinka Malinka"? -No, it was the band Leningrad and "Nas Ne Dagoniat".
-Which Leningrad song?
I do not remember now, because I could not understand... -There were no Louboutins then.
-Louboutins did not exist yet
-There was, I don't remember what, but "Nas Ne Dagoniat" was definitely there.
Tomorrow I am actually flying to Sweden. -What's there? -To sing "Nas Ne Dagoniat?"
-In Sweden... -What? -Is the Euro parade.
Yes, Euro Pride. -Euro Pride. An international event supporting the LGBT community.
-Yes.
Is this your step...because you understand that here in Russia it could be look at ambiguously.
Well, I think... -The LGBT community, support for it. It's an event that came from gay parades.
Yes, so what. -This isn't your first time participating.
Well, have you seen the video for "Ya Soshla S Uma"?
-Of course we have seen it. -We have seen the video for "Ya Soshla S Uma", but we...
I have always supported it, and support it, and will continue to support it, this community
because I think it is right. People have the right to live a personal life.
-It is their choice. Yes...I do not care, for example.
If it's a good person I talk to them, if I do not like the person I do not talk to them. I really don't care who they are with, what they are - gay, not gay.
What does it matter? It is not any of our business.
-Lena, what song will you perform there?
It is Eurovision night, so I will sing "Ne Ver Ne Boisya, Ne Prosi" and "Ya Soshla S Uma".
-In Russian? -"Ne Ver Ne Boisya Ne Prosi" in Russian and "All The Things She Said In English".
That is surprising. In Sweden to sing in Russian during a pride parade.
It was surprising when I flew to Chile in January and they sang in all three languages.
I sing in Spanish...a little.
When I asked which version to sing, Russian or English, they asked for the Russian one, and sang all the words.
-Chileans. Yes. -There you go.
That's how it is. -Are you in a Russian diaspora?
-No.
That is great. This summer you also went to the Slavic Bazaar. -In Vitebsk.
It is wonderful that the singer is working, that she has an amazing team. -I have an incredible team. I am saturated in life, a very strict schedule.
But I am trying to make time to do everything and be a mom amongst all of this.
In my free time.
-Let's continue the concert then.
Let's. Can I announce this song?
-Gladly, it's needed.
This is a new song, "Kosi". We only played it one other time on another radio station.
And as a live version it will be performed in this format for the first time. Honestly, I am very worried.
Do not judge to harshly. But, I think it's a very cool song.
-Do you remember all the words?
-Got it.
-You can look at your phone.
We will leave this question without an answer. We shall see right now.
-We will check now. -However it happens.
Why is all my stuff turned off?
-She didn't forget the words. -No, she didn't.
A premier on Autoradio.
Thank you!
Huge thank you. Lena Katina was our guest today. Why is our audience so gloomy?
-I don't know. Express yourselves.
-It was a premier!
-We congratulate you with the premier. -Thank you
We congratulate you for being active in life, in your creative one and personal one as well. That everything is happening.
Husband, child, stage, album, songs, tours. God willing it stays this way. Lena Katina.
Thank you guys very much! -Good luck to you.
Thank you. -Thanks! Goodbye.

What Happens If You Eat Mold? - Duration: 3:08.
[INTRO ♪]
So. You ate some moldy bread.
You made a fine looking sandwich, took a few huge bites, and then realized the bread you used was a little ... fuzzy.
Oops.
Good news is, most of the time, this isn't a cause for panic.
It's kinda gross, and you might not want to think about it too much, but in all likelihood, nothing bad will happen to you—
especially if you have a healthy immune system.
Still, there's a reason experts don't recommend finishing off that moldy loaf, so it's best not to press your luck.
Molds are a type of fungi, and some people can be allergic to them.
It's pretty rare for something serious to happen, but one teenager actually died after eating two pancakes made with two-year-old, mold-infested mix.
Even if you aren't allergic, though, you're still not off the hook.
The other big danger with mold-contaminated foods is mycotoxins.
These are chemicals various molds make under certain conditions that are toxic to humans and other creatures.
For the most part, if you consume a little bit once or twice, you'll probably be okay.
But in larger doses, or over longer periods of time, they can become an issue.
Take aflatoxin, for example, which is most commonly found in crops like corn and peanuts.
We first realized it might be a problem in the 1960s when, over several months, 100,000 turkeys died in the UK from a mysterious condition dubbed Turkey X disease.
Ultimately, scientists traced the poultry massacre to aflatoxin contaminating the animal feed.
Today, we also know aflatoxin increases risk of liver cancer in humans, so it's not something you want on your toast.
Other dangerous mycotoxins include ochratoxin, which targets the kidneys and is often found in corn or barley products,
and fumonisins, which can cause birth defects and are also found in corn.
Right now, we know of about 400 or so mycotoxins in total.
For the most part, though, they're not too concerning in countries that do food safety tests and keep tabs on these sorts of things.
They tend to contaminate raw grains and animal feeds rather than things you'd stick in your mouth directly,
but they can cause outbreaks and are a real health hazard in developing nations.
Because you could get sick, the rule of thumb is to throw away food that has any mold on it if it's soft.
This applies to things like bread, and also soft cheeses, meats, and dips.
That's because molds grow in microscopic thread-like branches called hyphae, and in soft foods, it's easier for them to spread.
By the time you have a colorful patch of fuzzy spores on your bread, it's likely that the filaments run deep.
If the food is harder, like a hard cheddar, it's less likely that those hyphae have infiltrated the whole cheese.
So, if mold is on just a small area, you can cut around it, but be generous.
The same advice goes for firmer fruits and veggies like carrots or large strawberries.
Toss or cut out the moldy section, rinse the rest, and enjoy.
But of course, if the whole item is covered in fur, you'll want to stay away.
Finally, if you see mold on food, there's a good chance it's also loaded with bacteria by that point.
Which means mycotoxin or not, you could still get sick.
So it's better to play it safe, and find another snack. Sorry.

The Deadliest Venomous Animals In The World - Duration: 3:17.
- Narrator: You've been bitten!
And, uh-oh, it's venomous.
How long have you got?
Well, that depends on a few factors,
including the potency, dose delivered,
and speed of distribution.
Turns out, not all venoms act the same way.
Here are the animals
with the fastest acting venom on earth.
First up, spiders.
There are around 40,000 species of spider
and most are venomous.
But, thankfully, only a handful pose a threat to humans,
including the male Sydney Funnel-web Spider.
Its venom is 60 times as potent as cyanide
and can kill a human in one to two hours.
The venom attacks the nervous system,
kicking it into overdrive until, ultimately, it shuts down.
Of course, spiders aren't the only
venomous animals in Australia.
It's home to 20 of the world's 25 deadliest snakes,
including the Eastern Brown Snake which is responsible
for the most snakebite deaths in the country.
Its venom is 8,000 times stronger than cyanide
and can kill a human in about one hour.
Its venom also attacks the central nervous system
but, this time, it slows everything down.
And, to top it off, the venom has a coagulant
that causes the blood in your veins and arteries to clot.
Between the two, it's not a good way to go.
Now, at this point, you might consider switching
your Australian safari to a scuba dive,
just to be on the safe side.
But, venomous animals live in Australian waters too,
like the Blue-ringed Octopus.
Its venom is 1,000 times more toxic than cyanide
and it'll bring down a human in just 20 to 40 minutes.
Bacteria in its saliva makes an extremely potent neurotoxin
which paralyzes your muscles.
And, once that paralysis hits your diaphragm
and rib muscles, you have only a few minutes
before you suffocate to death.
But another marine animal is even deadlier.
The fastest acting venom on earth
belongs to the Australian Box Jellyfish, or Sea Wasp.
It's not the most potent venom out there
at 2,000 times stronger than cyanide,
but encounter one of these guys
and you'll be dead in 15 minutes.
That's because their tentacles are covered
with tiny, venom loaded darts called nematocysts,
which shoot heart-stopping toxins into the body
wherever they make contact.
All of this sounds pretty scary but, remember,
you're less likely to die by venomous spider
than by car crashes and infection, or disease.
And, it's not like these animals are after you anyway.
They'd just as well prefer
that you stick to your own habitat.
But, still, be smart, be respectful, be safe.
Tell us the scariest animal encounter you've ever had,
and thanks for watching.

Bizarre London marathon earns legendary status | Strangest Moments - Duration: 5:22.
The 1908 Olympic Games in London
wasn't all afternoon tea and crumpets.
It was a controversial and often unhappy Games,
with tensions simmering between the British and American teams.
The hosts managed to offend
their cross-Atlantic guests with
a series of controversial judging decisions.
In the 400 metres race, Wyndham Halswelle of Great Britain
took on three Americans.
Whilst attempting to overtake on the outside,
Halswelle was pushed wide and stopped from taking the lead.
The British officials called foul
and ripped the finishing tape,
hoping to void the race.
The following day, a re-run
would take place, with Carpenter
disqualified and the other two Americans
withdrawing in protest.
Funnily enough, Halswelle won the race.
The marathon promised to rise above the ill-feeling
and display an epic battle of wills.
The 42.2km from Windsor Castle to White City Stadium
would eventually exceed all the hype,
with unimaginable drama and even greater controversy.
With the home crowd turning out in great numbers,
British runners
could be excused for feeling under pressure to perform well.
They headed off at an incredible pace.
Scotland's Thomas Jack led for the first five miles -
clocking the quickest start to a marathon in history.
He soon tired.
Fred Lord and Jack Price took over -
Lord falling behind after ten miles.
It's worth pointing out that the understanding of nutrition
and fitness in the early 1900s
was not advanced compared to today.
Some believed that chugging down huge amounts of coffee
was the best preparation.
Others didn't want to be weighed down with water,
so dehydration was a big issue.
At the 18-mile mark, Italy's Dorando Pietri
and Charles Hefferon
of South Africa were comfortably ahead of the pack.
Hefferon was leading by 3'52" at mile 20.
After a tough battle in the afternoon sun,
the runners were finally just two miles from the stadium.
Once at the White City track,
runners would have to circle the track for 385 yards
to finish in front of Queen Alexandra's Royal box.
However, Hefferon accepted some champagne from a bystander.
He hoped it would invigorate him -
this was well before people knew
that alcohol is dehydrating
and the bubbles aren't fun balls of energy.
This, combined with well-meaning slaps on the back
from the crowd,
sapped the South African's energy
allowing Dorando to pass.
The news reached the stadium with some surprise.
All eyes were on the entrance,
and Dorando arrived at the stadium first.
The journey was nearly complete for the young Italian,
whose athletic career had started
in strange circumstances.
In September 1904,
the most famous Italian runner of the time,
Pericle Pagliani, took part in a race in Carpi.
Legend has it, local pastry shop assistant Dorando Pietri
was attracted by the event and, still wearing his work clothes,
ran to the finish ahead of Pagliani.
He was hooked!
Four years later, all was not well with Dorando.
As he came into the stadium,
it was as if he had been sipping champagne,
not Hefferon.
He was dazed and confused
and headed off in the wrong direction.
With the finish line beckoning, Dorando fell.
The clerk and chief medical officer,
both wanting Dorando to avoid death in front of the queen,
were on hand to give him some help.
He got back on his feet, but fell a further four times.
American Johnny Hayes appeared in the stadium,
to an eruption from the American contingent.
He was swiftly gaining on the weary Italian.
Eventually, like a zombie,
Dorando was helped over the line
and caught as he fell through the tape.
A hero was born.
Johnny Hayes and his team protested
about the aid Dorando had
received to get over the line.
The Italian was promptly disqualified and the gold was
awarded to Hayes, who had crossed the line second.
At the award ceremony,
he received his hefty trophy from Queen Alexandra,
and was swiftly hoisted by his team mates onto a table
to proudly display America's marathon achievement.
Charles Hefferon was upgraded to second place,
and would later honour his love for the sport
by naming his son Marathon.
Incidentally, just to add to the weird,
the whole race was written up in the British tabloids
by Arthur Conan Doyle - author of the Sherlock Holmes novels.
But it was the unknown Italian, Dorando Pietri,
who became the iconic figure of this bizarre race.
He was recognised by the Queen
in his own personal award ceremony.
He received a grand trophy for his Olympic spirit,
and for not dying in front of royalty.
But topping all the accolades and riches that followed,
he had a road in London named after him.
And that's much better than a gold medal.
Well, probably.

He's doing an amazing job for his community." In the original interview with Don, LeBron said that he'd "never sit across from" Donald Trump
"We are in a position in America where this race thing has taken over," LeBron added
"One, because I believe our president is trying to divide us. He's kind of used sports to divide us, and that's something I can't relate to
" LeBron recently opened public elementary school Akron, Ohio, his hometown, where not only underprivileged kids could attend for free, but they'd be given free bikes, and free college tuition when they graduate starting in 2021

Adam Levine Mistakenly Slams MTV Over Childish Gambino VMA Nominations | Breaking News - Duration: 4:04.
Well, that was interesting. Adam Levine took to social media on Friday night to slam MTV, after mistakenly thinking that Childish Gambino hadn't been nominated for any Video Music Awards for his epic "This Is America" music video, which was released in May
In fact, the artist -- also known as Atlanta producer and star Donald Glover -- received seven nominations for the track
But the Maroon 5 frontman didn't realize his mistake until later, penning an angry message on Instagram explaining how he was shocked that Glover's work wasn't recognized
"This year, Childish Gambino released one of the most impactful, thought-provoking, and intelligent videos ever made," Levine began
"I'm sure he doesn't care that he wasn't nominated for a VMA because he's cool as f**k and everything
But I care. Because I'm NOT that cool. And I still want MTV to mean something again
But it won't. Ever. K bye." Shortly after posting the note, Levine quickly deleted it and took to Twitter to call out his mistake
"Sh*t. I don't usually put my foot in my mouth. But this time, I did," he tweeted
"'This is America' actually was nominated for video of the year. I stand corrected
Bad Intell. So I guess MTV doesn't suck quite as badly as I had originally thought
" However, the "Girls Like You" crooner deleted that tweet as well, later posting a second explanation
"Sh*t. I don't usually put my foot in my mouth. But this time, I did. 'This is America' actually WAS nominated for 7 VMAs," he corrected himself, adding
"How I didn't get the right info is beyond me. I stand corrected. I'm sorry MTV. Still hate you though
but mostly, I'm sorry." Fans found the situation comical and expressed their thoughts via GIFs, while others asked "what's going on?" Childish Gambino was among the most-nominated artists for the 2018 MTV VMAs
His seven nods at the upcoming awards show include Video of the Year, Video With a Message and Best Direction
This year's ceremony, which airs Monday, Aug. 20 from Radio City Music Hall in New York City, will see performances by Ariana Grande, Logic with Ryan Tedder and Shawn Mendes
Jennifer Lopez will receive the coveted Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, and will also take the stage for her first VMA performance since 2001
