of the video today's video is about

new year's resolution

ok, so do you know what new year's resolution is?

New year's resolutions are sort of like a

promise that you make to yourself

because you want to improve something

because you want to be a better person

because you have goals you want.. like...

something to aim at something, something to think

"okay this is what I have to do" in 2017

I usually don't make myself

promises or I don't create New Year's Resolutions

because for me it's hard to stick to it,

to commit to these things that

I want to do

ok but this year I decided to try it

again

and to share with you guys some of my

new year's resolutions.

But first,

there are two ways that you can really

talk about new year's resolutions

the first one is like when we were

talking and maybe you want to tell

someone else what you're doing, or you

this is like you're explaining

to someone your wishes your desires for

the next year

two really simple ways that

you can see that you can use, for example,

"I want to read more in 2017", or

"I'd like to exercise more"

if you want to sound,

like, more assertive, more sure of what

you're doing you can use the modal verb WILL

and then, in this way,

it'll sound more like a promise

you could say for example

"Oh next year I'll eat more vegetables"

don't forget if you contract "WILL"

it becomes like "ll", so, "I'll", "she'll"

etc

so, these were two first ways, so when

you're talking to someone you could say

"I want to", or, "I'd like to" and

if you want to sound.. to promise really something,

you can say "I will".

Some other way you could say that,

you could use in the form of a list

if you want to write, like a list, of New Year's Resolutions

you could use the imperative

ok so you put a title, like, New Year's Resolution

resolutions and then you go:

1. Read more novels

ok, so, novels, they do not mean "novela"

okay?, They mean, like, thick books

For example, Harry Potter is a novel.

I'm not sure what book I'm going to read, but,

I want to read more novels, like, very long stories.

Second one is "go more to the theater"

I think there are many things, many really

nice things you watch, like plays to

watch at the theater but I don't know

much and I think I should go more

so this is one thing I want to do.

3. Resume my meditation practices

Resume is not like write a short version . No, it is

to restart something; so, restart my

meditation practices.

And my last one will be, try not to be hard on myself

I'm too hard on myself sometimes

I'm really demanding so I have to relax

a little, and take things easy.

These are my new year's resolutions.

So, right now, I want you to think about

what are your new year's resolutions

So, please, write it down on the

when you're writing your list, or your new year's resolution list

you never change the verb, so you always

use the imperative, in the present,

the base form, so this is why I said

"read more novels" and not "to read more novels"

you don't need to

so you would you say "read more novels"

so this is, like, the imperative form.

Also, we don't need a person like "I read more novels"

because I 'm writing a list for myself,

so I know who needs to do those actions.

WWE 2K17 Tutorial - Ladder Bridge POWERBOMB! & Keeping It Together (#WWE2K17 ACHIEVEMENT/TROPHY) - Duration: 3:11.

and keeping it together achievement

trophies so let's start off with the

easy as one of which is keeping it

together and then this one all you have

to do is go into the added a superstar

and edit the entire can be had the upper

body the lower body doesn't really

matter what's important is that you're

going to go into logos and then group

logos and then just pick any logo from

the WWE design or from any other of the

options modify it a little bit by

changing the size rotate a little bit

doesn't really matter point is that that

design is going to become one of your

group logos and you're going to get the

trophy or achievement keeping it

together the next achievement is the

ladder bridge powerbomb achievement

which of course you have to power up on

somebody through the ladder when it's

set up passing ladder bridge so first

thing first going to a ladder matches

the easiest way to do it and I know

multiple of you guys are going to ask

how do you set up the ladder as a bridge

and actually explain this in one of my

tutorial videos but nonetheless is

pretty simple you have to do is hold RV

and lv or r1 and r1 if you are on ps4

when he was getting the middle side of

the ring from the outside basically the

position I'm in right now and you're

going to get the control help you hold

those buttons and you end up setting up

the ladder as you can see he does his

own animation and set up the ladder

bridge now what you need is you need to

have a finisher in order to do this

because doing the powerbomb through the

ladder is in oh my god moment you're

going to perform the oh my god moment by

holding RV or r1 and white button or the

triangle on ps4 I hope I got the buttons

right but he was you will perform the

powerbomb and break the ladder now for

me this

achievement didn't pop up right away

which I found pretty weird one of the

lesser towards the end of the match

actually got it so i'm going to pass

section actually I lost this match but

the point the point is I got the

achievement doing the replay showing

that i lost the match to a computer that

is very sad i'm going to retire now and

themselves. They are trying to heal and

return to a state of balance.

This is a natural property of the mind,

the psyche, in the same way that it is a

natural property of the body. If the body

is injured it begins a process of

healing and there's a natural

intelligence in the body that guides

that process of healing and the process

of healing is a process of returning

from a state of imbalance to a state of

balance again. That same mechanism, that

same intelligence operates within the

psyche as well. It's only when we become

blind to that natural healing within us

that emotional problems like anxiety and

depression persist. In order for an

emotional habit to change we have to

develop consciousness. It needs

consciousness to change and that's what

we bring to our emotional habits when we

meditate on them using mindfulness and I

will teach you how to do this. I will

teach you how to form a conscious

relationship with your emotions that

facilitates their healing and change. It is

not difficult and most people will

see very dramatic changes within three

to four sessions all online therapy via

Skype.

Be an I-10 | Jeff Schneider - Sandler Training - Duration: 2:12.

Of all the words David Sandler ever spoke, these were the most meaningful for me: "You

can only perform in your roles in a manner that's consistent with how you see yourself

conceptually."

It's a mouthful, but i think that these are words to live by.

Let me explain.

We all have roles that we play in life, could be parent, or sibling, or friend, or child,

or sales person, or cold caller, and it's important that we have a self-concept that

says that we're always "I-10's".

In other words, my identity is a 10 on a scale of 1-10 regardless of my role performance.

And what we mean by that, on any given day our role performance might be strong, it might

be weak, compared to our own estimate or other people's estimate but we have to find a

way to separate our role performance from our identity.

David Sandler understood that we're all in comfort zones, some of our own making and

some that aren't of our own making.

For instance the thermostat is set to 70.

That means it keeps it roughly between 68 and 72 in the room.

That's a comfort zone.

Another example is golf, I suck at golf, I'm terrible.

I have never actually broken 100 honestly in my entire life.

But imagine if I shot a 35 on the front nine.

That's pretty good.

What do you think I'd do on the back nine?

Yea like a 65 or a 70, why?

Because I believe that my identity as a golfer is a 100.

And therefore I'm stuck in that comfort zone.

So to achieve lasting significant growth in our role performance, it's important that

we not only work on the role side but also on our identity.

We do that through affirmations, through positive mental rehearsal and by making sure that every

time you have a positive outcome you lock onto that, bring it down to your sub-conscious

as the new normal as your expectation for yourself going forward.

I bet that if you do this on a regular basis, if you work on your self-concept daily, you're

going to start to see increases in confidence and results sooner than you probably think.
