Ramen Noodle with Char Siu♪ ～I worked hard to make it～ 豚バラチャーシューめん♪ - Duration: 8:48.
This time, I am going to make Ramen noodle with Char Siu.
As it was very delicious when I ate it at ramen shop "Kourakuen(幸楽苑)", so I try to reproduce it in my own way.
It's very delicious, so please try it yourself. And please go to "Kourakuen(幸楽苑)" and try it.

Make soy sauce based sauce.
150 ml of soy sauce.
50 ml of light soy sauce.
1/2 tsp of salt.
Once boiling, turn off the burner.
Let it stand for 3 days or more.
Make much hydrated ramen noodle.(for 2 servings)
An egg yolk.
Pour some water into egg yolk, and make it about 90 ml.
2 g of salt.
5 g of baking soda for cooking.
200g of all-purpose flour.
Knead the dough and form a ball.
Put it in a plastic bag and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Disinfect your working surface with alcohol.
Knead the dough for about 50 times.
Let it sit for 40 minutes.
Dust some all-purpose flour.
Use a rolling pin to spread out the dough to about 2 mm thick.
OK！
Cut the dough into 2～3 mm width using a ruler called "Komaita".
Let sit in the refrigerator for 3 days.
Make soup.
Remove the head and entrails from 40 g of dried sardine.
Soak it into 300 ml of water.
Soak the chicken bone into cold water for about 30 minutes.
Boil them for about 20 second and soak into cold water.
Remove bloody parts.
Return the soup into the washed pot and pour 2000 ml of water.
3 slices of ginger.
The core of cabbage.
Some scraps of vegetables.
Green portion of green onions.
Brown the surface of pork berry quickly.
Put it into the soup after 30 minutes.
Make the marinade for Char Siu (roasted pork).
150 ml of sake.
50 ml of mirin.
Burn of the alcohol.
1 tbsp of sugar.
100 ml of soy sauce.
Take out the pork belly after 30 minutes.
Put the dried sardine.
Turn the heat high.
Reduce heat to low when it comes to a boil..
Cook the pork berry on low heat for 5 minutes into the marinade.
Return the soup into the washed pot and leave it for a day.
Put the pork belly into a plastic bag with marinade after cooling down.
Let sit in the refrigerator for a day.
Make Menma. ※Braised bamboo shoots for ramen topping.

Bamboo shoot is not fermented by this recipe, so it is easy to make.
300 g for Menma.
1 tbsp of sesame oil.
200 ml of soup.
1.5 tbsp of sake.
1/2 tbsp of sugar.
1.5 tbsp of soy sauce.
Once the marinade have almost evaporated, put 1/2 tbsp of mirin.
Put some homemade Chinese chilli oil.

Make chicken oil called "Chi-yu".
Put 250 g of chicken skin and heat it.
Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
1 clove of garlic.
Slice ginger thinly.
Slice the Char Siu.
Sear the pork.
Delicious!
Slice it into 2 mm thick.
Like this.
Cooking.
Boil the noodle.
Microwave it for 15 seconds.(500W)
Make soup 30 seconds before the ramen noodle is ready.
20ml soy sauce based sauce.
1/2 tbsp of Chi-yu.
350 ml of soup.
Put 10 slices of Char Siu.
Garnish with some spring onion.
It's ready to eat♪
First of all, enjoy ramen soup.
This is soy sauce flavor from the old days.
Char Siu is very tender and delicious!
Much hydrated ramen noodle is very sticky and springy.
It gives you a good appetite for beer, isn't it?
My wife really likes Char Siu ramen noodle.

I really like the pale pink, and it should go with most of the pink dresses I own
The little polka dots and red AP lettering is also nice

Super spacey and versatile, I think I'll use it a lot
3. Lief x Cloud Chamber OP in black
The print is really crisp, and I love the colour transitions
and the contrast of the blue/lavender with the black

No clips for securing to hair, but you can just bobby pin it
The veil part is quite long and has just the right amount of stiffness to hold its shape when worn (I think)

The box is a bit old, but looks so cool
This is actually from the same series as the white Meta bag I got earlier
It's black so you can't really see the details, but the embroidery is 10/10
It has a pass holder and has lots of card slots inside too
I'll use it a lot (if I ever take it out of the box hahah)
This is the thing that I've been most excited about this month
I even posted about it in one of the RC discussions

It's a ceramic AatP jewellery box, and is heart shaped
The print is from the 2009 rerelease that AatP did of the 2006 Koitsukihime Stained Glass Angel print

This seems to be a novelty item, and I can't really find anything about it, but I'd assume it was released around 2009 when the print was being rereleased

and I think these will match a lot of dresses I have
I'm excited because it's hard to find these in my size and with reasonable shipping costs
