Measure the back of the jeans so that it clears the lowest part of the ankle
and start from there.
Measure an inch and a half on the front of both sides and then mark that with a pen.
Cut from the side seam up, over and then back down.
Then toss in the washer and dryer to get the fray going.
And there you go!

Next up, we're going to do some distressing.
Put masking tape on the areas you want to distress.
Rub sand paper over the larger areas then snip the knee and rub with sand paper
to create more distress.
Start with your dramel, and be gentle with it, or else you could end up with this.
Throw them in the washer and dryer.
