It has some really interesting stuff in there, which just go through layer by layer in my opinion
This is pretty much the arranged wars that we've been asking for and I say this not
Because I have any more insights in this post, but if you just look at what they said
One thing one kind of hint. Is that you can't do this during an actual clan war which to me shows the separate feature
then an actual clan war itself, so
Let me reword that to me that shows that it's not it's not a separate feature in that it's still a war
So you can't have two boars going on at once like if we asked for arranged Wars
We wouldn't expect to be able to [deal] [with] a ranged war while we do a random more
So I think because this is something that you can't do
while you're doing another war it shows that it's pretty similar to what a war is and
It might have pretty much all the same basic features of a war
Besides just the the duration and the fact that you don't have to do a random search you can
Just do it with a clan of your choosing so I should have reword that at the beginning
I think it is pretty much the same as a clan war it might even be in the same tab on your on your
Home on your like home account village might even be that same cab with the two swords crossed
it might be
Effectively the same thing just under the different time constraints
So I think that this is going to be [very] similar to arranged wars. We'll see how it is if it comes out?
That's actually [an] if because like they said this is something. They're working on. We don't know if it will come out
I assume that they're pretty
Confident, they'll get this thing going at some point in time. Just because they are confident enough to make a post about it
I doubt they would want to risk exciting the community just to have it kind of fall through
so I think this is something that's going to be more a matter of when not if
But I do have to say if just because nothing's set in stone yet
Okay, so that being said I want to talk a little bit about some very interesting stuff
they said a little bit later in the or maybe in the middle of the post which is as
soon as the opposing clan accepts the request preparation day will begin and
You can set the duration of the preparations
Battle days
Yourself that's not an asset thing. It's not the 23-hour prep today in the 24 hour battle day
You can actually set the timer and that is almost going above and beyond what we were asking for because you know
Maybe there are people that wanted to have that feature
But for the most part we just wanted arranged wars and some in some form or another. That's all
That's all we really wanted but they're adding effectively something. That's even
even Beyond that
Basically you could you know have it be I don't know how low it goes
We haven't seen the actual times, but I'm [thinking] you could have like an hour long
Preparation day hour long war so just a two-hour event which really open stuff up for actual in-person events
I know people have done certain things in the community like Chicago live
Just to name one
but other live events or people are actually there so [that] opens up that whole new opportunity because
One you don't have to worry about setting up a roster and trying to match up your clans
There's no risk of not. If not being matched up into you don't have to do the two day
Time period You can literally
Initiate the war right at the beginning of the event that [can] last you know two hours for our six hours eight hours
however long you want assuming they give you that that much control and
Just go from there. I mean it's really cool. I think even Beyond live events
It'll allow people to have shorter wars if they want that maybe on the weekend
People and two different clans agree that they want to do it within eight hours that way it's a little bit easier
For people to say [alright]. I'm going to dedicate this time to my attacks. They don't have to kind of
Worried about other people trying to fit their attacks in and then trying to do it anybody
Almost make it easier to manage your attacks
If it's a shorter war and you can pretty much guess exactly when you're going to have to attack ahead of time
So you can set aside some time to do that so that's very cool and finally one thing
I want to say Beyond being able to manipulate at the time is that four clans that we're able to do arranged Wars because of
some of the some of the logistics and not when to spend that much time
This is a very easy option to do arranged wars they'll bring a lot more clams into that arranged worst
mean because all they have to do is as far as I know as far as the post kind of
Hints that all they have to do is send the challenge have the people just tap on the members
They want in the war, and it'll go from there
There's no logistics
And it makes it a lot easier that'll bring more clans into the arranged war scene and for clams already in arranged words now
The leaders who spent so much time
Doing the spreadsheets to get the warwick the war ways to match up and try to get the [match] [up] to happen
Now those people have a ton more time to actually have fun play the game. They don't have to worry about
Having the clans match so very awesome stuff huge

Looks like Colt 45 and it's the seven healer attack
Which is something that's a little bit surprising because you'd think with healers being supposedly nerfed with the new seeking air mine
Can target healers now you think that would stop healers from being used as much
But we're really seeing healers continue to be used if not used more in one of the new ways. We're seeing them is in 7a
A group of seven so I'll go ahead and play the attack you'll see how they're being used in different ways
Not all of these seven healer attacks are
Used for the same way so drops down to four on the [queen]
that's typically what you see is for them are going to be used [for] the queen and one thing I've noticed is that typically the
When you bring a lot of healers that's better for a base that has
The defense is spread out more this space. You can see is very spread out has the army camps in the middle
I always say this that reminds me of back when if you got attacked in like a regular farming attack
And they destroyed your army camps you lost all the troops that were in there that just reminds me of that, so
kind of cool, but anyway yeah, his base is very spread out, so the healers are effective because
Nothing's going to take too much damage
So they'll all be able to be healed back up if the base is compact
Sometimes the healers won't be able to heal the troops quick enough, and they'll die even with the healers on them
But on this space it works out very nicely actually just a blip a bit of a bowler walk has those five
Bowlers from the CC. Just walk with those three healers and remember the healers do times
I think times to damage to regular Troops
Or I should say they should do healers do a half damage to heroes
So it seems like the healing regular troops have way more because typically you see healers being used on the queen
So you're used to the amount of heal they do to her but that's only half of what they do to regular troops so those
Bowlers are staying up even with only three healers on them. They're taking out the fences
Argue about half the base is taken out just by the bowler walk and the Queen walks
combined
here comes the [king] to kind of help out those bowlers do some extra tanking this kind of making its way around the outside of
the base and besides those Tesla's
Hopefully, we'll get too many notifications besides those tests was pretty much
Everything can be targeted from the outside by the bowlers of the queen here
He goes to some hogs here descending those guys right up towards the tesla's kind of a weird attack to be honest
But I guess it was a weird base
So it makes sense that yeah everything moving through drops those hogs on the back side of the base
Completely overpowered the space now. He did hit a double giant bombs type set thing. They're definitely a double denim bomb so just an unlucky
Passing so he does lose about eight hogs that went into the base initially
But the remaining hogs will get in there get those tests taken out plus
He has everything back at full health because like I said there's not a lot of damage the healers were able to keep up with
these
Spread out bases the Defense's aren't in large enough. Group. So do anything
So we'll fast forward to the end here as the last few buildings
Go down nice attacked colt 45 and we'll move on to look at another attack
The next attack is also by Colt
45 he also has seven healers cooked up again some more hogs a similar type attack here once again
Take a look at the base very spread out
Also helps that the point defense is a little bit lower level so that kind of adds on to the fact that the point defense
Is also spread out you'll see he'll drop down the queen the healers honor
Just let her start working away into the base here
you can see there's kind of a gap in the
Middle of the base that will let her walk her way into the core and start to take out more important
Parts of the base right here he also has the bowlers in the CC once again and the three healers for them
So as long as you can kind of keep the bowlers in one group
And they don't spread out too much on you and as long as there's not too much point defense in the area the bowlers can
Be very effective on a bowler walk, and that's kind of what I had as soon as boulders kind of became
Released and they started to be used at Town Hall 9

How Medicare Supplemental Coverage Works While Traveling - Duration: 10:25.Hi Joann Quinn, co-founder of REMDIGAP.com, here to make Medicare and Medigap a little
bit easier one video at a time. And, if you travel for leisure, travel to visit family,
or live in another state part time, you might be wondering how Medicare Supplemental coverage
works while you travel outside your zip code, city, state, or even the United States. And,
if you've done any research about Medicare, then you might already know that Medicare's
network is huge. In fact, there are 515,000 providers actively receiving Medicare payments,
according to CMS (the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) as of January 2017.
So, this is a huge benefit to you while you are traveling. But, do you wonder if a Medicare
provider will accept your Medicare Supplemental coverage plan outside of your zip code?
Well, I'm going to provide you all the details about how Medicare Supplement plans work while
you're traveling. How it compares to Medicare Advantage Plans, and make sure you stay to
the end for my tips on how to use your Part D drug coverage while traveling, as well.
So, let's get started. You know, the great news about Medicare Supplement insurance is
that you can use it across all 50 states, including U.S. territories (District of Columbia,
Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, or Northern Mariana Islands). So, all
you have to do is remember that a provider who accepts Medicare will also accept your
Medicare supplement plan regardless of who the insurance company is. For example, let's
say that you live in Texas and you purchased a Medicare Supplement plan from Manhattan
Life Insurance Company, and you're going to travel to Florida either for pleasure or maybe
you live there part time. But, you realize that, in Florida, Manhattan Life does not
sell Medicare Supplement insurance, so you're wondering if your plan will work in Florida.
Well, not to worry, you can absolutely use your plan. Again, while traveling, it's not
about the name of your insurance carrier. It's about seeing providers who accept Medicare.
And, that's the key. As long as you go to the provider who accepts Medicare, where ever
you are in the U.S., or the territories, then your Medigap plan will pay its portion of
costs according to your Outline of Benefits for your plan. And, it works seamlessly, because
the provider sends your claim to Medicare, who then processes it, and then electronically
sends it to your Medigap insurance company. Who will then pay its portion of costs. So,
the bottom line is, as long as you're seeing a Medicare approved provider who is in Medicare's
vast network, then you will be covered and your Medigap insurance plan will also work
regardless of where where you are in the United States. So, now you know how Medicare Supplement
coverage works in the United States and it's U.S. territories. But, what about foreign
travel? Well, Medicare, itself, is very limited on what it will cover outside of the United
States. In fact, there are only three situations in which Medicare will provide some healthcare
coverage and they are very limited and have very strict rules that apply with hospital
stays within Mexico and Canada. So, I advise you to read the publication in which CMS put
out regarding those rules, and I'll put the link in this post below so you can look at
the details of those situations. But, now let's focus on Medicare Supplement insurance
plans and how they work outside of the United States. So, Medigap Plans C, D, E F, G H,
I, J, M, and N pay 80% of the billed charges for certain medically necessary emergency
care needs outside the U.S. after you have met a $250 deductible for the year. Now, keep
in mind, these Medigap policies cover foreign travel emergency care if it begins within
the first 60 days of your trip and has a lifetime limit of $50,000. Now, I want to be clear,
Medicare Supplement insurance is the same thing as Medigap insurance. The terms are
used interchangeably, but they're the exact same types of health coverage. But, what's
not the same are Medicare Supplement plans and Medicare Advantage plans. And, they definitely
don't work the same while traveling. And, one of the reasons why is because Medicare
Advantage Plans do not use Medicare's huge network of Medicare providers. Instead, Medicare
Advantage Plans, being HMOs and PPOs, have providers in their service area networks,
dedicated to your zip code or your county. So, this limits your availability when needing
a provider out of your area. So, depending on the type of coverage you have with a Medicare
Advantage Plan, it's quite possible they will not cover you as you're traveling throughout
the United States and U.S. territories. It really all depends on where you're traveling,
how long you're traveling for, the type of care that you'll need. Those are really important
details if you're planning on getting a Medicare Advantage Plan or you have one; that you really
take a look at the rules that apply to traveling within the United States with that Medicare
Advantage Plan. And, the same holds true if you plan on traveling with a Medicare Advantage
Plan outside of the United States. There are different rules that apply with each Medicare
Advantage Plan, so you want to make sure that you look at those rules for your particular
plan. Which is definitely not the case with a Medicare Supplement plan, also known as
a Medigap plan, you do not have to continue worrying about what rules apply. You never
have to check that. If you have Medicare and your Medigap plan, then you know that you
can visit any doctor within the United States who accepts Medicare, and you will be covered.
And, let me share an example of how Medicare's network really came in handy for my father-in-law
who was getting ready to travel out of the country. Prior to leaving, he was staying
with us and, they day he was actually leaving, noticed a spot on his skin that was rather
uncomfortable. So, he wasn't near his home. So, he wasn't able to see his dermatologist,
so he had to find one near our home. Which he was able to do using Medicare's network.
Their provider network. Now, had he had a Medicare Advantage Plan, it would have been
a different story. He would have had to go outside of the network, which would have incurred
either the full cost of the provider visit or he would have had to pay a higher out of
network cost. But, because he had Medicare and a Medigap plan, he had no problem finding
a Medicare provider. Having that spot taken care of before he left for his vacation. Which
he was going out of the country, so Medicare wouldn't of deemed that as medically necessary,
or an emergency while he was traveling out of the U.S., so he would not have been able
to have that treated until he returned. So, it was good he was able to take care of it
before leaving. And, as promised, let's talk about Part D drug plans and how they work
while traveling. Now, if you already have a Medicare Part D plan or you're going to
be choosing one, definitely want to check on this - when you're in Medicare's Plan Finder
Tool or you can even call Medicare directly, but what you want to know is that this particular
plan has national coverage. And, with Medicare's Plan Finder Tool you can do this by looking
at the plan and finding the little "N". That "N" indicates national coverage and you can
use this plan across the United States. The other thing you want to do is make sure that
you choose a plan that has more than one retail location. So, right now, in 2017 (at the time
of this video), there's a plan called AARP Walgreens. This particular plan you can only
use at Walgreens. So, if that's the plan that you're going to choose, where you can only
use one retail location, you might want to make sure that this particular retail location
is available where you're traveling. Especially, if you live somewhere part time. Of course,
there's so much more to learn about Medicare and Medicare Supplement insurance and if you're
just starting your research feel free to access my free Medicare eCourse, by simply clicking
on the little "i" in the right hand corner of the screen. Or, by clicking on the links

Chiropractors in Key West - Duration: 2:32.- Hi, Dr. Michael Norman, Key West Spine and Injury.
I'm here today with a very special guest, my mom.
We're going to share my mom's story,
which is really my story, our story,
and so her story is a car crash years ago,
decades ago now, and it was very, what I would consider
a typical car crash, meaning there was no broken bones,
no blood, no ambulance trips to the emergency room.
She just thought she'd been in a fender bender,
so what can you recall years ago?
What happened in your accident?
- Well, I was at the end of a freeway ramp
and just got hit from behind.
- And did you immediately have any symptoms?
- Well immediately getting out of the car, yes.
I was extremely dizzy, of course very shaken.
I get home and the symptoms continue, and I'm feeling worse,
so I do go the doctor.
So I get medications, I mean pain medicine,
I think it was probably those muscle relaxants,
and I always get ill from those.
Pain medicine doesn't work with me.
- So you continue to get worse.
Things aren't getting better, so what finally brought
you to do something different, to try something different?
What specifically happened?
- Actually it was a recommendation
because I wasn't feeling better, and I wasn't doing well
with the medications, so there was a member of our church
who recommended chiropractic...
I'd never been to a chiropractor.
I wasn't even sure what that was all about,
but I was ready to try anything,
and so that's how I got to my first chiropractor.
- What kind of results do you recall, how quick?
- Yeah, I guess I was most impressed by
because the chiropractor knew what was going on with me,
and he could explain it to me,
and he could start to treat me.
There was a treatment plan.
And it didn't involve medication and the side effects
to the medication, and I began to feel better,
and I was very confident in my recovery.
- Great, and so you had results right away.
- Yeah.
- And just like all those years ago it made sense to me,
my hope is that today this is starting to make sense to you,
and you see not only why I'm a chiropractor,
but why we focus on whiplash recovery
and those that have been injured in a car crash.
So if you're out there, and you or your loved ones
have been in a car crash, please don't suffer like my mom
did all that time years ago.
Get in right away. Let's get you started.
Let's get you some relief.
So again, please like, share, comment,
subscribe to our channel, and we'll see you again next time.

Why Does My Poop Float? - Duration: 2:57.Have you ever looked down after doing your business and noticed that your poop is floating?
Maybe this comes and goes,
or maybe your poop is always buoyant.
You might have even worried that this was a problem.
Like, if you look it up online, a lot of reputable websites will mention that one reason your
poop floats is because of fat.
Fat is less dense than water, and so, the thinking goes, if you have enough of it
in your poop, that's probably why it floats.
But fatty stools—what doctors like to call steatorrheic stools—
happen because you aren't absorbing the fat you eat.
And that's usually a sign of a really serious problem,
like pancreatic cancer or cystic fibrosis.
Back in the early '70s, Michael Levitt and William Duane, a pair of researchers at
the University of Minnesota, were annoyed by this assumption that fat is why feces float.
They suspected that trapped gas was the more likely culprit.
After all, about 15 percent of perfectly healthy people—including Duane—
consistently had bobbers.
So, they decided to investigate, and kindly wrote up their results in the prestigious
New England Journal of Medicine in a paper called, "Floating Stools —
Flatus versus Fat."
33 healthy volunteers, some with floaters, donated samples, along with 6 patients with steatorrhea.
The scientists put the specimens in flasks with water to see if they sank.
If not, they added pressure to squeeze out any gas and checked to see if anything still floated.
But even the fattiest poops sank to the bottom when degassed.
In fact, the scientists determined that it's almost impossible for a bowel movement
to float just because of its fat content.
You would need it to be half fat.
So gas creates most of the uplift.
But what is it, and where is it coming from?
Luckily, our gutsy duo also analyzed the poo samples with gas chromatography
to separate out the compounds and identify the mystery gas.
It turns out that a big part is methane, the same stuff in natural gas.
It's made by special bacteria in the colon called methanogens.
Everybody has some of these bugs, but some people seem to have way more—
like William Duane, who admitted in his paper that he produced methane at 'near record proportions.'
Methanogens run on hydrogen, and can ferment fiber in the gut, a bit like a cow can.
That means you get more energy out of fiber-rich foods like beans.
So, don't believe everything you read online about your poop.
If you have floaters, you could be just gassy.
And if you have fatty poop that happens to float? Well, that's because of gas, too.

How to Get Rid of a Headache With Natural Remedies - Duration: 1:37.Use natural remedies with caution. There are a number of natural remedies that might work to treat your headache. As with any natural remedy, always know the side effects and allergy potential of the remedy, as well any times you should not use the remedy (such as while pregnant, if you're already sick, etc.) Be aware that natural remedies are often not backed with scientific research or approved by the FDA or other licensing agencies.
Try herbal remedies. Look for standardized herbal supplements that contain a specified amount of the active ingredient in every dose. There are several herbal remedies that are considered to have value for getting rid of headaches.Note, however, that the scientific support for or extensive studies on the effectiveness of many of these supplements varies. As with any treatment, use with caution, and stop using them immediately if you experience unpleasant side-effects
Use aromatherapy. Aromatherapy preparations vary considerably, but some of the more commonly used essential oils for headache treatment include lavender, sweet marjoram, and chamomile. Use for neck massaging, in a bath, or to inhale
Use food-based remedies. Lack of food can cause a headache, so make sure you've eaten something recently. Some foods and beverages may also trigger headaches (red wine, MSG, and chocolate are common culprits). Be mindful about what you eat, and don't eat foods that you notice routinely cause headaches. You may also be able to help treat headache pain by eating certain foods.
