Youtube daily report Apr 26 2017

This week we've talked about the first sin,

as well as the first promise of a Savior.

And in the Garden of Eden, we saw how Satan took the wall of hostility,

the wall of hatred, of enmity,

and he moved it from where it belonged to between us and God.

And God made the promise that he was going to take this wall

and move it back to where it belonged.

Well, how did God do that?

Today I want to talk about a very special day called the Day of Atonement.

I'll bet you actually know this day if I used the Hebrew name for it.

It's called Yom Kippur.

You see, in the Old Testament,

God had very specific directions for the Israelites

in how they were to build the temple.

There was the holy place,

which was the place where the priests would be offering up prayers

on behalf of the people.

This was the altar of incense

and that incense pictured the prayer as going up before God.

Then you had a very thick curtain dividing the holy place

from the most holy place.

And in the most holy place was the Ark of the Covenant.

Inside the ark were the Ten Commandments.

Above the ark were two angels called cherubim.

And then above the ark God said, "That's where I'm going to dwell."

Now, because that was the case, no one could come in to the most holy place

or they would die,

all except for one special day, the Day of Atonement.

On that day the high priest would take a goat

and he would place the sins of the people on the goat's head.

He would slit the goat's throat and he would collect the blood.

Now, tradition has it that he would put bells on the bottom of his robe

and then he would tie a rope around his waist,

and then go in behind the curtain and sprinkle the blood

on the Ark of the Covenant to cover up the sins of the people

against the Ten Commandments inside of it

so that God would see the blood of the sacrifice instead of their sins.

Well, why the bells?

What does it mean if the bells stop ringing?

It means he died.

Well, are you going to go in and get him?

No thanks!

Hence the rope to pull him out.

Now, if you were the high priest on that day,

would you feel real confident?

I don't think so.

Well, let's fast forward, years later to the time of Jesus.

Jesus hung on the cross from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

He cried out, "It is finished" and then he gave up his life.

The Bible says at that time there was a huge earthquake.

And you know what happened?

The Bible says that this big, thick curtain that separated the people from God,

it ripped in two from top to bottom

as though God was looking down

and ripping the curtain in two.

Do you see what God was saying?

There is now nothing that separates us from him.

All sin is atoned for.

We have access to God.

God was keeping the promise

to move the wall

back where it belongs.

Now, how can we be sure?

We'll talk more about that tomorrow.

Bhastrika, Nadi Shodhan & Bhramari PRANAYAMAS (Yoga) to end stress & be JOYFUL - Duration: 5:40.

Whenever you exercise, your body releases endorphins, a "happy hormone", that makes

you feel happy.

You must have heard of "runner's high", which is a "euphoric" feeling that a runner

has after his run.

Do body weight exercises, swimming, outdoor sports, weight training, martial arts, Yoga,

cycling, brisk walking, jogging, running, dancing or whichever form of physical exercise

you love to do so that you can keep doing it for a long period of time.

For last 8 years I've been doing weight-training exercises with free weights and machines,

mostly at the gym and sometimes at home.

I've also been doing freehand exercises frequently at home or the gym.

However, my true love is Yoga.

Many don't know that Yoga comprises not just asanas i.e. different postures but also

pranayamas, mudra, bandh and dhyan.

Dhyan means meditation.

For last 17 years, I've been regularly doing Yoga, primarily some of the Pranayamas, Asanas

and Dhyan.

They have a very powerful effect on our body, mind and soul.

Though all exercises have powerful positive impact on curbing stress, there are some Pranayamas

that are powerful beyond imagination in combating stress.

Pranayamas directly impact your mind in an extremely positive way.

Sometimes, in just a few weeks, it can cure mild or moderate depression that months of

medication cannot do.

For all Pranayamas, sit in a comfortable posture with your back straight.

Your neck should also be straight and eyes closed.

Even with eyes closed, your virtual line of vision should be parallel to the ground – not

looking down or up.

Have a gentle smile on your face.

Never move any part of your body other than those you're working on – a Pranayama

is an internal exercise, not an external one.

Shaking or moving shoulders, neck, head is wrong – they should be absolutely still.

Also, take rest in between when needed.

Never do more than your comfort level, which will increase with time and practice.

Bhastrika Pranayama: Take a deep breath in calmly, with both the nostrils, without exerting

any force.

After that with a little force, throw the air out with both the nose.

Again inhale calmly and exhale with a little force.

You can do this at slow, medium and fast pace or a mix of all three.

For example, you can do 20 times slow, 30 times medium and 50 times fast or you can

do any one 100 times.

All are beneficial.

Nadi Shodhan Pranayama: With your right thumb, close your right nostril.

Inhale very slowly from your left nostril.

Then close your left nostril using middle and ring finger.

Now exhale slowly and then inhale slowly from the same right nostril.

Now close your right nostril with your thumb and then exhale slowly first and then inhale

slowly, both from the same left nostril.

This is one round.

Nadi Shodhan Pranayama has 4 stages depending upon how long you exhale, hold, inhale and

hold.

However, for beginners, let's keep it simple – keep the duration of exhalation and inhalation

the same.

Also, the breath should be so slow and smooth that if a small piece of cotton is kept below

the nostrils, it should not shake at all because of inhalation or exhalation.

Bhramari Pranayama: Close both your ears with your right and left index fingers.

Take a very slow and deep breath in.

Then keeping your mouth shut, make a humming sound something like this as long as you comfortably can.

Hmmmmmmm.

Now again take a very slow deep breath in, make a humming sound and so on and so forth.

In the end, lie down in Shavasana, the corpse pose, for about 5 to 10 minutes with a smile

on your face and just witness the sensations created by these powerful Pranayamas in your body.

Witness from toe to head and back from head to toe.

Repeat this till the sensations normalize.

Note that from the 1st Pranayama, do not open your eyes even once till the time you're

done with Shavasana when you need to sit down and open your eyes slowly.

Pranayamas need to be done 3-4 hours after a heavy meal and 1-2 hours after a light meal.

If you want to do the exercises you love along with these Pranayamas, the entire physical

activity session should end with these Pranayamas and not the other way around.

Armada - Duca d'Aosta - Duration: 4:35.

Greetings, fellow Captains!

A Tier VI light cruiser.

What could be more interesting and risky?

High speed, good firepower,

torpedoes, and thin armor.

Excitement and a constant adrenaline rush.

This level of risk isn't for everyone,

but connoisseurs will appreciate the newcomer.

Italy is known not only for its achievements in culture and cuisine,

but also for its powerful Navy.

For instance, the Soviet Union used to buy their projects and ships from Italy.

Of course, World of Warships simply wouldn't be complete

without the Italian Navy.

And here is the first of them.

A real aristocrat: Emmanuele Filiberto Duca d'Aosta.

A count!

A little Mastroianni, a little Fellini,

and a dash of Stallone.

A handsome and merry fellow, with an explosive temper and speed.

A strong impression is guaranteed.

Otherwise, she just wouldn't be noticed— the competition at Tier VI is fierce.

You have to do your best.

Many argue about the first impression.

Is it deceptive or, on the contrary, truthful?

Let's take a closer look at our newcomer.

She has four twin turrets—yes,

there are only eight 152-millimeter guns in her main battery.

The reload time isn't the fastest in the tier—Nürnberg

is the champion here—but Duca d'Aosta is only 1.5 seconds slower.

The accuracy is average and the turrets' rotation speed

could have been better.

The firing range is quite acceptable for Tier VI,

but if you join a higher tier battle,

you'll have to use your spotting aircraft to stay on par with your adversaries.

To sum it up,

the artillery of this Italian is average for her tier.

At the same time, Duca d'Aosta's AA defense won't win any awards.

On the other hand, you won't be forced to choose between

Defensive AA Fire and Hydroacoustic Search;

feel free to use both of them.

And the good news keeps coming.

Our hot-blooded Italian carries torpedo tubes with excellent firing angles.

And, more importantly,

they have the best effective range of all Tier VI cruisers—12 kilometers!

The insidious Borgias would be proud!

Now when you deliver a concealed strike,

you can regret only one thing—that there are only two torpedo launchers.

Last but not least, the speed and maneuverability.

Duca d'Aosta is similar to Soviet cruisers,

which is not surprising considering the fact that many

Soviet ships were copied from the Italian ones.

However, her application in combat is different from Soviet cruisers.

She's faster and has better concealment.

This cruiser is a rapid and maneuverable racer.

She can easily maintain her distance from the enemy and

keep them in constant tension without revealing herself,

and when the right moment comes, she can deliver a powerful strike.

Another important thing:

this ship reveals its potential with a fully trained commander.

That's why you should carefully choose skills

that not only match your playstyle, but also the peculiarities of Duca d'Aosta,

and remember that the time spent

training your commander won't be wasted.

That's the first Italian in World of Warships summed up.

She's a kind of supercharged destroyer

with unique gameplay and variable research.

Use its features to the fullest and she'll bring you great pleasure,

in addition to new victories and achievements.

Good luck in battle, captains!

Elly Falls Into a Lava Portal | Finds EBR Egg | The Lost Eggs | Elly Enchanted Plays Roblox - Duration: 16:23.

Meowy. we are about to jump into lava.

Hold on.

Last time, we discovered the secret code at the Light Bass.

The code was 354.

We found a journal downstairs and it says we need to go find the Monolith.

So today, we are going to continue the journey and get to the bottom of this mystery.

Meowy, we pretty much searched everywhere in the World of Tomorrow.

Only suspicious place left is this alley with purple mushrooms

Ha.

A Hidden room.

How did we miss this?

Hello?

Are you the person who wrote the journal?

How long have I been sitting here?

Seconds minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, decades, centuries?

I don't know, what is even time at this point?

What are these numbers on the screen?

Oh hello there, stranger, friend, foe?

Who are you?

What are you? when are you?

Do you know?

Do I know?

Shhhh.

Listen.

Do you hear it?

It's beautiful isn't it?

It is like as if in this chamber, time flows like the waves on a beach, back and forth

in an endless cycle.

When I first arrived I was just like you, blind and unaware of what really matters.

The monolith changed that, it opened my eyes.

If you listen carefully, you'll see them.

Numbers!

Numbers!

Numbers!

Important they are, yes, Yes!

Why do you ask?

They represent one out of many, like a book in a library!

Yes!

A library that is out of this world yet still connected.

It holds every volume of reality.

Shhhh.

Listen.

Do you hear it?

The numbers represent a book?

A page?

I don't know what the library does.

Find it and you will finally see clearly.

Well, that makes absolutely no sense to me.

So it turns out the guy I was looking for is dead for very long time and he turned into

a skeleton.

And he wants us to go find a library.

who is this guy?

Hey, do you know where the penguins are?

Why hello, stranger, My name is Alrune.

a simple wizard who loves riddles.

I can tell you by your face that you are looking for something, but you don't quite know where

to start?

Well, there exists a place in Stratosphere Outpost known as the Light Bass.

Huh, I came from there.

Many great adventurers began their journeys into the unknown there.

Perhaps that could be what the future has in store for you as well.

But I did start my journey at the Light Bass and I did find the Monolith and I still don't

understand what it means.

I think he's somehow related to the monolith, but for now, I need to go find those penguins.

Who are you?

Why are you out here all by yourself?

Oh what?

Why are you giving that confused look?

Have you never heard of an aquatic creature that requires water to breathe and no legs

to stand on visiting a desert before?

How rude!

Mocking me when I'm so fragile.

Either way, back to my story.

While I was hypnotized by the pyramid I must have accidentally dropped my most beloved.

It was a precious gift from my mother and I can't stand being separated from it!

Oh my!

Finally, someone who understands me!

As you surely have noticed, I'm exceptionally handsome.

what?

Sadly enough there's not a lot of people who came here.

That means no one can enjoy how handsome I am!

oh really.

This is why my mother's gift means so much to me.

If you bring it back to me then I will tell you something that might be of use to you.

Last time I saw it, it was somewhere in the area of the pyramid.

So let's go to the pyramid.

We are looking for anything that looks anything like a mirror.

It could be small.

It could be big.

Maybe it's broken.

Maybe it's a shard.

Maybe it's a statue made out of a mirror.

I don't know what the mirror looks like, but anything that wasn't here before is probably

the mirror.

I don't see anything that looks like a mirror.

Maybe it's outside.

Maybe it's hidden inside the wall?

No, I don't see a mirror.

Meowy, I think we just got tricked by that merman.

I knew something was off with him.

Before we leave this map, maybe we should take a look one more time.

Maybe he lost it somewhere else other than the pyramid.

Ha!

What's that?

You picked up Sigmund's Mirror.

Return it to him in the Abyssal Plains.

Sigmund.

I found your mirror.

Thank you!

I can't express how happy and excited I am to finally being able to see my pretty face

again!

I have an old friend named Alrune.

I already met that guy.

Yes I know where he is.

Let's go back to the Northern Antarctica, Meowy.

Alrune, Alrune.

I met Sigmund and he told me to come see you.

So give me your next clue.

Yes, yes I know.

Don't you remember me?

You told me to go back to the Light Bass.

But first, let me ask you three riddles, if you can answer them correctly, I will provide

you with the answer you seek.

You look at me to see yourself.

What am I?

Ummm...mirror.

Well, that was what Sigmund told me to go get, so mirror.

correct

People climb me, cut me and burn me, they show me no respect!

My rings are not of gold, but they do tell my age.

What am I?

Well...there is wood burning right in front of me, so maybe a tree.

When I burst of anger my tears scold the earth and my breath darkens the skies.

What am I?

That could be volcano, seeing as there is mount ignis.

Correct.

Alright.

Most impressive!

You got them all right.

Then as promised I will answer your question.

Oh, so you are looking for that egg.

I don't know where it is but I know some people who do.

The people I'm talking about are not of the good type so be on your guard when speaking

to them.

Travel to Mount Ignis and find the lava lake.

They have used illusion magic to hide the entrance, so it won't be easy to find.

I think I know where this place is.

I saw stepping stones on the lava lake near where I found the ruby fragment.

Let's try exploring that path.

So here it is.

We are back here by the stepping stones in lava lake.

There are these three mysterious stepping stones that lead to nowhere.

Let's see if this path leads to some place.

Hmmmm...nothing.

It just ends right here.

Let's go back down.

Because Alrune said these people use illusion magic.

I think we are looking for another hidden door like the ones by the monolith.

There it is.

Oh wow, this is a scary looking place.

Who are these people?

I guess he doesn't want to talk.

Do you guys know the secret behind the Monolith?

He seems like the guy in charge.

Oh, Hahaha.

I didn't see that.

I'm back.

Please tell me.

You must know what all those secret numbers mean.

I found the Monolith, but it didn't make much sense to me.

Greetings EllyEnchanted, we have been expecting you.

I am Archmage Teknol.

We are aware that you are looking for the egg.

I could tell you where to find it, but I want something in return first.

You see, something of ours was stolen not so long ago and its absense has halted our...important

research .

It's a crystal, similar to that of the other crystals in this room, but don't allow its

appearance to fool you.

It is a powerful source of energy!

we don't know who stole it but I reckon they must have brought it to the Light Bass.

That place attracts a lot of shady figures.

Go there and keep your eyes out for any signs of the crystal.

Once you have acquired our crystal bring it back to us and we will award you with the

knowledge you seek.

Alright, let's go back the Light Bass.

Where it all began.

We are back to the Light Bass.

I think I will talk to this guy.

He looks like he's keeping a secret.

Hey there, stranger!

I was told not to tell anyone about the crystal that some bandits brought here.

I can't remember all they told me...but I think they said it is of great value.

Yeah, something like that!

I better remember not to tell anyone about it!

Oh, I almost forgot about the vault key!

They asked me to hide the key somewhere safe.

Yeah, give me that key.

That must be the locked door in the vault.

How about that I give you the key to the vault for safe keeping as you are clearly way more

qualified than I am.

I got the key.

You know you could've just gave me that key first time I talked to you.

Alright no matter.

Let's get that crystal without getting noticed by these thugs over here.

I told them I will share the profit when I find the crystal.

And I have no intention of selling that crystal.

Oh, there is someone else in here.

Ha. there is the crystal.

And a skeleton.

Who is this guy?

I guess there is a skeleton in every closet.

I'm back.

I found your crystal.

And a mysterious skeleton along with it.

But I only took the crystal.

Most excellent!

Finally we can complete the doomsday

Oh, I mean uh

What I meant to say was finally we can complete our important research, yes, research.

But enough of that, now it is time for us to honor our side of the deal.

Travel to the Temple of Fire and jump into the lava pit.

Is this guy for real?

Or is he trying to eliminate me because I know too much.

I know all of his secrets, like that he is making some doomsday device here.

Travel to the Temple of Fire and jump into the portal.

Ah...so it's a portal.

Ok.

I'm back inside the Fire temple.

Apparently, there is a portal here.

Maybe it's over here.

There is the lava and what looks like a diving board.

Meowy, we are about to jump into lava.

Hold on.

Ha.

So it is true.

There is like a map we couldn't reach using the teleport.

What is this place?

It says EBR.

Let's try going in there first.

Is anyone here?

I'm looking for an egg.

Anyone?

The doomsday archmage sent me here.

this is a really large house for no one to be here.

Ha. an egg.

An EBR egg.

Cool.

We got the egg, but there are still a lot of mystery that are unanswered.

Like who were those people surrounding the egg?

They weren't people.

They looked like ghosts.

So is that mean they all died long time ago, just like that skeleton man we found by the

monolith?

It's all a big mystery, but the best part is we

found the egg.

EYE ON CHINA : USA DEPLOYS F 35 B IN JAPAN -TOP 5 FACTS - Duration: 5:34.

A Marine Corps F 35B squadron has been transferred from the United States to Marine Corps Air

Station Iwakuni in Japan, marking the first permanent international deployment of the

Joint Strike Fighter.

Marine Corps spokesman Capt Kurt Stahl said that 10 F 35B from Marine Fighter Attack Squadron

121 departed Marine Corps Air Station Yuma in Arizona on Monday.

Eventually, an additional 6 jets will be relocated from Yuma to Iwakuni, bringing the squadron

up to a full 16 aircraft.

In this video, Defense Updates provides viewers with the background, and analyzes the implications

of deployment of F 35B in Japan.

Both China and Japan claim sovereignty over East China Sea islets that Japan calls the

Senkaku Islands and China calls the Diaoyu Islands.

Tensions have risen since September 2012, when the Japanese government purchased three

of the islets from a private Japanese owner, leading to widespread anti-Japan demonstrations

in China.

China has sent drones to fly near the islands.

Japan has threatened to shoot these down, which China has said would be an act of war.

From building military infrastructure in South China Sea to employing corrosive diplomacy,

China's behavior has been belligerent to say the least.

Japanese PM Abe, has reiterated his determination to use the crushing parliamentary majority

he now enjoys to remove from Japan's constitution provisions, which restrict his ability to

deploy or use military force.

Abe also appointed a hardline lawmaker, Tomomi Inada, famous for her revisionist views of

Japan's wartime actions as his new defense minister.

Tokyo issued a new defense white paper that identifies the "growing assertiveness"

of China as Japan's most serious challenge.

The Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II is a family

of single-seat, single-engine, all-weather stealth multirole fighters.

The fifth-generation combat aircraft is designed to perform multitude of mission including

ground attack and air defense.

The F 35B Short Takeoff & Vertical-Landing (STOVL) variant is the world's first supersonic

STOVL stealth aircraft.

It is designed to operate from small bases and a range of air-capable ships near front-line

combat zones.

It can also take off and land conventionally from longer runways on major bases.

The US Marine Corps' F 35B aircraft reached initial operational capability (IOC) on July

31 2015, when a squadron of F 35B was declared ready for world-wide deployment.

The F 35B STOVL operation is made possible through the Rolls-Royce patented shaft-driven

LiftFan® propulsion system, and an engine that can swivel 90 degrees when in short takeoff

& vertical landing mode.

Because of the LiftFan®, the STOVL variant has smaller internal weapon bay and less internal

fuel capacity than the F 35A.

The unique capability to takeoff and land in short distances, while retaining a decent

majority of the conventional F-35A's range and payload, makes this particular model of

the Joint Strike Fighter the most strategically relevant out of the 3 variants.

This will enable the US and Japanese forces with greater operational flexibility, as the

jets can be stationed in far-flung small bases.

USA is bound by The Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Security to help Japan.

For the convenience of viewers, here is a brief detail of the agreement.

The treaty was first signed in 1952, and was updated many times after that.

Since Japan was disarmed after World War 2, USA through this treaty agreed to come to

Japan's aid incase, Japan was attacked by any other country.

United States Navy captain James Fanell has used open source official Chinese media sources

to show that China is preparing for a potential short, decisive war against Japan to seize

the islands.

With F 35B, Japanese and US forces will have better capability to face any Chinese attack.
