You meet someone for the first time and one of the first questions you get asked is �What

do you do?� You automatically assume the person wants to know how you earn your living.

You may mumble something like �Well, right now I�m paying my rent by being an Uber

driver but I�m working on a script that will be the next big hit at the Sundance Film

Festival!� Or maybe you say �I�m a teacher, but I�m burned out and exhausted.� Or

a wistful, �I�d love to be an artist, but don�t know if that�s a real job.�

So, you go to your weekly SoulCycle class, and you wonder when your real life will start.

Is it work or play that defines you? Do you feel like you have somehow missed what you�re

really supposed to be doing? Is this your destiny?

The anxiety over �what am I supposed to be doing?� can really mess you up. When

that alarm goes off in the morning and you reluctantly get yourself together to go to

work, are you wondering if this is all there is to life? Get up, go to work, maybe go out

for a few drinks after work, then head home to DoorDash that you eat while binging on

Netflix. Where is the passion for life? And how are you going to find the joy in simply

being you?

You may have taken every quiz on Facebook that promises to reveal your most amazing

qualities.

You may pour over the employment opportunities that you signed up to see from LinkedIn. You

might be doing nothing, sunk into a depression over the state of your life and the state

of the world.

But what if you could answer the �what do you do?� question with the status of your

being rather than your doing? Like, �I am someone on an evolutionary spiritual journey

and I�m gradually becoming more present, more engaged, more myself.�

Wow! Suddenly you are someone you�d like to know. You are saying that you are a seeker

on the timeless quest for enlightenment, a traveler on the path to greater consciousness.

Your true work�whatever your job in the world�is really internal. You want to be

more aware of what you do, what you say, and even what you think. You want to be a moral

force in the world, starting with the world you currently interact with�your family,

your friends, your co-workers. You want to be known as a person of integrity, someone

who can be trusted, someone who can hold the center in times of crisis.

As you develop a meditation practice, as you attend online workshops and events that bring

you together with a teacher and a community of fellow seekers, as you read books on the

ageless wisdom of the sages, you are doing the most exciting work of all and preparing

for your true destiny: to be a light worker.

And the world desperately needs you! Especially in times like these that are fraught with

disharmony and division, your connection to spirit, your immersion in the peace and balance

brought about by spiritual practices, is vitally important.

As you proceed along the path, you may find that your work in the world will change. You

might want to be helping others more directly, for instance as a speaker, coach or leader,

like me. Or you may simply try to infuse your present work and home situation with more

awareness of what you can do that will be of benefit to others. For being a light worker

implies that you are committed to doing what you can to alleviate suffering and confusion�within

yourself as well as for others. It implies that you accept responsibility for your own

life and stop laying the blame outside yourself. It means you understand that you�yes, you�have

the power to change the direction the world is heading. And it means that you know how

to be kind.

There is one sure way to know that you are fulfilling your destiny: it feels right. The

outer work you do may shift or transform, but it is the inner work that propels your

satisfaction quotient. The next time someone asks �What do you do?� answer from the

place of who you are rather than how you earn a living. You could be a window washer at

a fast food restaurant, but what you are really doing is being a clear channel for letting

in more light. And that is destiny calling.

New boy Simon was unceremoniously dumped from the villa on Wednesday nights installment of Love Island.

And despite leaving unlucky-in-love Montana in tears when he confessed he fancied her best friend Amber, before picking fellow newbie Tyla over her, Simon has revealed that his biggest regret during his time in the ITv2 show has been the way he treated his short-lived love interest.

The hunk was axed from the show after viewers voted for the most compatible couple. Scroll down for video .

Tyla and Simon came last, leaving the rest of the Islanders to choose which one of them they wanted to dump from the island.

Discussing his biggest regrets, Simon said: Its quite intense in there and you need to let people know your feelings and there is a big emphasis on being honest.

I feel like I was honest but my only regret is, I wish Id given Montana more time. I think shes a really good girl and we did get along really so thats my regret..

Despite repeatedly saying that he didnt want to rip Montanas clothes off, Simon insists a spark might have blossomed if they had more time together. He explained: It feels like the attraction could have grown into more of a physical one.

The physical attraction wasnt there as much as it was with other people in the villa but the way I got along with Montana, I dont think I could actually get on with a girl more.

She was a lot like myself so it was rubbish really, I would have liked to see where me and Montana could have gone. If I could do it again I would just give my time to Montana fully..

Citing lovebirds Marcel and Gabby as the most likely couple to last outside of the villa, he tipped them for the win - as well as Montana.

Asked who he thought could win, he said: Other than Marcel and Gabby who are a solid couple, I think Montana. She is such a nice a person, whoever gets her would be lucky.

The best thing would be for the right guy to go in there, they both connect and I think she will go all the way definitely.

Simon also offered his insight into close friend Jonnys dilemma over his slow-burning romance with Camilla and his physical attraction for Tyla.

After Jonny made the difficult decision to cool things off with Camilla, he said: He seems good. I think he feels like a weight has been lifted off his shoulders with Camilla.

He genuinely wanted to see where it went with Camilla because she is a lovely person.

Jonny is a really nice guy and on paper they really match up but I think he wanted a bit more excitement when he was in there. Tyla has really caught his eye.

He just wanted to give Tyla a shot. I told him to go for it in the first place, no disrespect to Camilla, I said he should give her a shot.

He didnt look like he was going to take the opportunity so I thought I would end up moving in on Tyla even though I knew Jonny was more Tylas type.

It sort of backfired a bit when Jonny stepped up after I chose her but I always said Id never be in competition with Jonny over anything.

It just unfolded in a way that meant that I got dumped from the Island. It was quite unlucky really..

we do want to celebrate the looks of some women we feel go underappreciated by some.

That is what inspired us to put together this list of twenty models that are hotter than

Kate Upton.

In order for someone to be considered for inclusion on this list, she first needs to

be well-known as a model at least by a sizable group of people.

Next, they need to be seen as curvier than most of today's models, who are often stick

thin.

Additionally, that person doesn't have to be a household name.

That said, we included glamour models among those we considered.

The only other requirement is that she needs to be attractive enough for us to feel that

she's actually hotter than Kate Upton.

Finally, we want to make it clear that we realize that beauty is in the eye of the beholder,

and everyone may not agree with our choices.

However, we do feel that there is a strong argument to be made.

Another glamour model, just like Joey Fisher, Stacey Poole makes a lot of money posing in

revealing clothes or totally topless on film.

While that is a description of what all models do, when it comes to Stacey, there is some

part of us that want to applaud that even more.

Someone who actually looks a lot like Joey, both in body type and breast size, the two

of them are easily among the most seductive women we've ever come across.

Whether she is dressed from head to toe or wearing clothes that leave little to the imagination,

when we're looking at a photo of Stacey, there isn't anyone we find more attractive,

not even Kate Upton.

Ashley Graham.

When people think of plus-size models or curvy ones, there is no doubt that Ashley Graham

is one of the most famous, if not the best-known in the world.

A pop culture phenomenon that has been seen on shows like Entertainment Tonight and The

Tonight Show in the past, she also became the first woman her size to be on the cover

of a number of magazines.

Tapped to appear on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, she was breaking

ground for the same reason.

But if that weren't the case, she is still one of a select few of any size to appear

Incredibly hot in every way in our opinion, Ashley's massive chest, big derriere, and

A British glamour model that is famous for her wonderfully-large chest, Joey Fisher has

become famous with a certain group of people around the world.

In fact, she has made such a large impact that the photos she posts on Instagram were

covered in an article on FHM Magazine's website that was written by one of their editors.

We often hear stories of the hottest girls being an ugly duckling growing up; but if

she ever claimed that that was the case for her, we'd find that to be a very difficult

pill to swallow.

We say that because when we look at her, we find it hard to fathom her as anything other

than infinitely appealing.

Caroline Vreeland.

The thinnest person included on this list, there is no doubt that Caroline Vreeland is

a curvy woman despite that…based on her big breasts and booty.

Also, a small sensation on websites like Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit, to name only a few, she

is known for posting revealing photos of herself from her private life on top of her many modeling

gigs.

Represented by Next Management, you may not have heard of this blonde bombshell yet, but

that doesn't mean she is inexperienced in the industry.

In fact, she has been featured on the cover of international versions of magazines like

Harper's Bazaar.

Prone to posing for photos that play up her already massive cleavage, if that doesn't

On top of that, since we've seen Kate Upton in a seemingly endless array of bikini photos,

that has almost become a little mundane while we're new to appreciating Caroline which

makes her the winner if they were to compete.

One of the curviest models in the world, Ashley Alexiss' body seems like something you'd

be more likely to find in a comic book instead of real life.

A medium that mostly includes drawings of people with over-the-top dimensions, if you

know any artists that are looking for inspiration for their next design, they'd be fortunate

if you introduced them to this model.

On top of that, if you know someone who has specific bathing suit needs and is looking

everything in between for a living, we would be all over Google looking for more.

couldn't be happier about that as we love looking her over and that means there is more

someone who puts a premium on changing the way we see ourselves and the world around

us.

Strongly believing in embracing the body you possess, she admits to struggling with self-image

issues and wants to do what she can to help stop others from beating themselves up like
